Die ganzen positiven Bewertungen sind alle Fake. Das Zimmer von mir war in extrem schlechten Konditionen, überall war Dreck, die Ausstattung ist extrem beschädigt. Das Highlight ist noch, dass die ganzen Räume modrig und mit Schimmel versifft sind. Das Highlight kommt, dass der Schimmel mit Farbe übermalt wird. Bettlaken werden auch nicht gewechselt. Bei mir gab’s gelbe Flecken. Des Weiteren konnte man Bettwanzen sehen. Nachdem ich das Personal auf den Raum aufmerksam gemacht hab, wurde mir eine Alternative angeboten Diese war allerdings im ähnlichen Zustand auffindbar. Dort zu übernachten ist eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben.

Von außen macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck allerdings täuscht es extrem, die größte Gefahr ist dort der Schimmel in den Räumen. Lasst euch nicht von den Bildern täuschen. Des Weiteren wollte mir der Hotel Service kein Refund anbieten und war extrem unkooperativ

The location was great, easy to find, the room was very clean, comfortable and we would love to come back again. The hotel staff was amazing and super helpful. The cocktails at the bar are also amazing!

Rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and we loved the layout! Hotel facilities were awesome! The gym has everything you need, the pool is lovely, the day beds are comfy, and the food is lovely too and very reasonably priced. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Hotel grounds are maintained well! We loved the location; you’re right in the middle of Seminyak and Canggu so you’ve got lots of choice.

We had a crack in our bathroom grout, and there were ants getting in to the bathroom.

Le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours le sourire et très serviables. La piscine très belle, c’est agréable d’y prendre le déjeuner/diner. C’était très calme quand nous y avons été ce qui était très appréciable.

Le petit déjeuner: très bon à la carte mais décevant au niveau du buffet. Pas de jus de fruits frais et peu de choix .

The restaurant has an extensive menu and all the dishes we had were tasty. The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the accommodation had a nice quiet vibe with lots of greenery.

The pool area is smaller than it looks in photos. There were no kitchen appliances or utensils in the drawers.

Amazing staff and great value room, Eka the receptionist in particular was absolutely lovely and such an amazing person, gave the hotel such good vibes. Would recommend!

The restaurant was really good. As vegetarians, we still had great options and they were all really yummy. The pool was clean and refreshing, the rooms were immaculate and the staff were quite helpful

Good location

Unfortunately, the room was not as advertised when I booked it. The booking clearly stated that the room had a large double bed, a sofa bed and a single bed — three separate sleeping options. This was particularly important to me as I was travelling with my 15-year-old daughter and obviously did not want us having to share a bed. When I raised this with the staff and showed them the booking confirmation, I was told that the description was a mistake made by Booking.com. Unfortunately, there was no option to move to another room. After some time, the staff were eventually able to provide a small additional bed for my daughter, but this was not what I had booked or expected. The staff did eventually try to resolve the situation, which I appreciated, but the room should have matched the description in the first place.

I have already sent a complaint to the customer service with no avail. Issues Encountered 1. Room condition & odour Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant, lingering smell that was clearly not resolved before my check-in. I personally purchased and used an air freshener/odour eliminator in an attempt to make the space habitable, but the unpleasant odour persisted the entire stay. This made the room uncomfortable, unhygienic and not feasible for me to stay in comfortably. 2. Damaged room fixtures There is a large, nasty dent/physical damage to the walls/furniture in the room — visible in the attached photos — which was not disclosed anywhere on the property listing. The accommodation was presented as clean, well-maintained and comfortable, but this damage shows a clear lack of upkeep and falls far below the standard I paid for. 3. Breakfast was inedible & misrepresented Breakfast was advertised as part of my booking, but the quality was revolting and completely unacceptable — the food was unappetising, poorly prepared, and unsafe/unfit to eat. I attempted to have breakfast only once and could not eat it; I did not use my breakfast voucher(s) for the remainder of my stay. I have attached the unused voucher as proof.

The location was great and it was a good value for money.

The room setup is a little funny with the main shower being on the ground floor and the bedroom up but once you got use to it, it was fine.

The facilities were amazing and the room was excellent

There was some construction happening down the road which at times made it hard to find transport, but no complaints about the actual property

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The only downside is that there are no shopping areas nearby, so you’ll need to walk a bit or take a taxi.

The house keeping and cleaning to be improved before arrival of the guests as although the cleaning was done in advance,the apartment did not appear to be fresh and the odor to the improved

It felt like home, the place and people felt so familiar, stayed for 10 nights and made good memories

Staff were friendly

No towels i had to keep asking for these. There were two toilets but the bathroom near the room didn't have a shower so you always had to go downstairs which was a pain.

It advertised that the accommodation was closeto beach and in Seminyak.it was no where near Seminyak. Stairs in room very dangerous. Room started to flood when it rained. Toilet had leak. My garden view was of a wall. Bar had no Bintang and ran out of coke zero.

We had a great time at Pandawa all suites. First, it is so quiet !! the rooms are big, cleaning is made every day. The staff is adorable, and the pool and gym are great. Great stay at Pandawa !

Le service restauration : service très très long, plats pas copieux, fruits pas mûrs et plusieurs plats non disponibles. Le service en chambre : serviettes de toilette qui ne sont pas changées tous les jours (tous les 2/3 jours)

La chambre était spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Le personnel toujours disponible et à l'écoute. L'accès à la salle de sport a été un vrai plus ! Très bon séjour !

Really good service and food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area of the hotel with its little garden and pool creates a really relaxing atmossphere. The room is generally clean and with its two levels really something special. The bed and furniture is super comfortable. The furniture/ kitchen area is kind of old and the room is pretty dark. So i would recommend the pool view，there you get more light on your terrace :)

I stayed here for nearly a month visiting a close friend but my flight home got changed due to the war in Iran so I had to depart early. The manager offered to refund me 3 nights which I was delighted with BUT some 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed admin and GM several times but the Hotel have not had the decency to reply to any of my emails. Awful customer service and so on that basis I would not return here when I come back next year and would not recommend this accommodation.
