Looked good staff were extremely helpful &polite they were all excellent
Breakfast was fantastic… the chef was a fabulous you man skill were outstanding & his manner was brilliant
Breakfast was good. Parking was fine. Staff were personable & helpful. WiFi fine.
Hall carpets dirty. Shower in Rm 3 sometimes ran cold. The grounds were generally not looked after (litter etc). Rm 3 was right above the kitchen extractor flu, which was sometimes left on all night, and provided an 'alarm clock' at 7am. This hotel is somewhat 'tired'.
Good location for the ferry. Bathroom and room clean. Bedding clean.
The property could have been cleaner. Dirty carpet in the hallway. Smell of smoke in the corridor. Public areas felt dirty. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
No ascensor, habitación bastante pequeñita y anticuada.

We arrived on a really busy day inside and out ( think there was birthday party going on ) but the staff for first of booking in really easy and quick ...the.the barstsff for food and drinks were brilliant....definitely be going again...ps we also had our German shepherd with us ...no bother at all
Struttura datata. Parcheggio gratuito.
It was friendly , Nice beer garden.
Carpets not very clean,it could with updating,no where to hang your clothes if staying there longer than 1 night.
Good restaurant and breakfast
room was tired, en suite could do with an update

Never had breakfast
Close proximity to RAF Valley and friends in the area. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Clean sheets and towels.
Incredibly tired accommodation. Carpets throughout, especially the stairs heavily stained and shabby. Single room accommodation very basic, curtain hanging off the rail, generally very tired. Wasn’t value for money. Chose not to have the breakfast as I was leaving early and as this was an additional £10 would have pushed the price up into the same region as a quality hotel in Beaumaris that I’d stayed in the previous evening.
Breakfast was good. Chef was accommodating and server was very friendly. Easy to park.
Smell of smoke in the hotel hallway and stairs. Toilet roll was very cheap (single ply). No fans available for the room, had to buy our own.
Breakfast was very tasty, definitely recommend having a breakfast
We liked everything the hotel
Allowed late arrival, nice clean room and value for money breakfast.
Didn’t realise there was parking around the back of the hotel
Excellent breakfast and helpful staff,
Filthy carpets throughout and unsanitary headboard in #6. It took over an hour to get a taxi back to Holyhead.
Good breakfast. Overall excellent value.
Upstairs hallway carpets needed cleaning.
location to other amenities and the beach also easy access to holly head, flat screen TV and coffee making facility's
room was over the back room that happened to have a disco on the night we stayed, none smoking rooms but could still smell smoke at the top of the stairs.
Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hearty
A very comfortable and friendly hotel. Evening meals were delicious and excellent value. A great location for catching a morning ferry to Dublin.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed.
Lovely stay as always Friendly helpfully staff
Breakfast pre cooked didn't like. The bacon & toast was hard & dry. Our last stay it was cooked fresh when you came down & was beautiful.
The breakfast was really good, buffet style so you help yourself, also had cereals, fruit juice and choice of tea & coffee.
Room was excellent, plenty of room and storage, bathroom was lovely, new towels the bed was a bit
The bed I had was a bit creaky and too firm, the landing light was a bit distracting flashing on and off all night from under the door but I would stay in room 2 again
Very clean
Bed was old spring mattress very uncomfortable breakfast was very poor still cleaning 10 mins after opening eggs, toms, beens Lukewarm black pudding unable to cut with knife
Great location for ferry next morning.
location was great bar staff were good plenty of parking
rooms were scruffy corridors and hotel areas were dirty
The accommodation was in a good position on the island.
The accommodation was filthy and smelly. The hallway/landing carpet was dirt brown and it should have been grey! The room had not been cleaned properly - if at all.I honestly don't think they have vacuumed in weeks!Long hairs in the sink and on the floor of the bathroom. The toilet was not fitted securely. The bathroom floor was rumpled and did not fit to the edges .They hadn't bothered to move the bedside table when painting the walls and the wallpaper was ripped and missing by the window. The bedding and towels were clean albeit ripped. We didn't eat at the premises because with the state of the room we didn't want to take the risk of what the kitchen might be like! Amazingly it seems to be quite a popular pub . I have tried contacting the owner but he is not responding.
I liked the location the staff were great
There wasn’t anything I disliked
Food choice and taste. Very good menu.
All good
Italian food was English when we booked but resteraunt now Italian menu
I love the breakfast, beer garden. All the staff are nice.
The location is difficult and transported. But we managed to get a taxi to ferry .
Nice location to Ferry Port
Room is very dated and a small double bed, ready for decorating and refresh in guest areas. By no means a hotel.

Good location
No food available Sunday evening
There is plenty of parking on site, the staff was friendly. The shower.wss very powerful. Easy to find the building.
No air-con or fans for inside the room, the carpets in hallway to the rooms wasnt very clean, and I hint of smoke. Small double bed in the room. Wasnt worth the price we paid. The main light in the bathroom didnt work, luckly there was a light over the mirror in there that we had to use.
Nice Hotel, friendly staff and excellent food with good beer garden. The bar offered cask ales which were very tasty. Good parking facilities.
My room was a little small with tiny TV and I think £80 was a little pricey.
The breakfast
Nothing
Fruendly people
Slow wifi
Very welcoming!
A very helpful waitress
Furniture and facilities had seen better days
Good location and excellent breakfast
Stayed one night to catch the ferry to Dublin- Ireland. Very convenient for travellers who wish to take the ferry to Ireland. Special mention to Awen who was serving breakfast. She was super friendly and helpful.
Nothing to note
Not too far from ferry terminal
Dog was running loose in the pub
The property looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was not very pleasant and the bathroom not very clean. The room smelled of damp.
Sehr urige Atmosphäre, also so richtig mitten drin in typischer Freitagabend Stimmung eines Pubs. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr saubere Einrichting.
Friendly, clean and affordable.

Staff were very accommodating, it was like home from home. You felt apart of the family, and nothing was too much trouble.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Close to the maes of the Eisteddfod. Clean rooms. Kind staff. Lovely food
It was very warm but that was due to the weather and not the property.
Great staff! Welcoming atmosphere Family friendly Great breakfast
Room was very hot due to the weather and only 1 of the 3 windows in the room was operational. Not a dislike as such, more of a personal preference to be able to ventilate the bedroom.

Lovely breakfast
We loved the welcome and the boy brought all our luggage up the stairs 😀 the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable the only thing was there was no leaflet in the room telling us about wifi or breakfast time other than that it was a great stay
Had a family room for me and my daughter, as up from south wales for the eisteddfod Lovely clean room, check in was simple and the staff were all lovely and friendly.

It was local to where we were meeting up with friends. It was very comfortable m.

Vriendelijke personeel, leuke pub met royale maaltijden. Nette schone kamer. Prima prijs kwaliteit. Dichtbij bij de ferry naar Dublin.

Location
Rooms need to be refurbished, black out curtains needed. Matress not comfortable
Breakfast excellent and early served pleasantly by staff
We needed a stay close to the ferry for an early morning departure. The bull ticked that box- twin, single and double needed. The rooms had all we needed to the quick overnight stop.
As we were staying a Sunday night there was no food after 4pm. We could have used a take away and had it the bar.
There was a disco on Saturday night directly below my room vibrating through the floor boards.
The price was good, but you get what you pay for.
The bed was awful, lumpy and noisy. The bath was barely attached to the wall, black mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was closed so no food which was one of the reasons for staying there. Very good breakfast however so work that out.
The room was clean and a fair size.
The walls are very thin, could hear conversations from next door as if they were in the room with us, and they weren't talking loudly. The exterior of the property is quite off putting, nothing that a new paint job and nice planting couldn't improve though.
Room clean Very good breakfast
Basic but fine for one night
Everything, it was a friendly atmosphere staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Can’t say there was any problems at all everything was perfect.
Plenty of parking . Food good in the bar . Heating needs fixed as it broke down on my visit . Staff friendly Rooms ok bathrooms need upgraded .
Rooms cold when the heating was broken.
One staff member was helpful and apologetic when she saw my reaction in arrival!
So shocked, the place was filthy especially the accommodation communal areas, at first we thought it may be down to the owners/brewery not renovating but sadly it was just not clean enough! Dusty furniture, absolutely manky shower curtain , filthy carpets and it was not cheap, in fact it was one of the more expensive rates from the number of places we booked for our Anglesey walk!
Slept well!
All in need of update
The staff were brilliant
The bathroom grouting and dusting in the room was terrible
Plenty of parking . Food was good . Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Heating in the rooms kept breaking down . Rooms were cold when no heating . Bathrooms need upgrading . No wardrobe space to hang your clothes.
The breakfast was amazing and excellent value you got plenty... Staff very friendly and helpful 👍
shower 🚿, pressure is too low, drainage is almost stopped
Handy location for us. Easy to check in/out. Rooms are basic but that’s all you need. Would stay here again.
Everything was fine for us
Location perfect for us , just a 2 min stroll from valley train station
Pillows need replacing

Room was well furnished and very clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Parking and location were excellent.
