Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, die in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt 5 Minuten entfernt ( zur Innenstadt, Bahnhof ). Ruhig gelegen und das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, der Kaffee schmeckt wunderbar.

Hochflor Teppich im Zimmer fanden wir nicht sehr gut.

Hotel is makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit de snelweg. Wij waren op doorreis.

Tapijt op de vloer. Geur in de badkamer. Douche met douchegordijn.

Super Lage. Frühstück ist top. Super Preis- Leistung.

Für uns beide sehr gut, Preis Leistung perfekt. Sogar mit Klimaanlage! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Great location to conveniently walk into the centre and all the sites. Nice breakfast and Room 8 in the „other building“ is big and recently refurbished.

Large comfortable room and excellent bathroom. Had to leave early so they provided us with a takeaway breakfast.

The property provided a lovely breakfast with gluten free options - dinner was also lovely when we ate in the evening. It was a quiet hotel and there was plenty of space. There was also aircon! Staff were lovely.

The rooms and hallway are very dated decor-wise. There was no refrigerator or tea-making facilities in the room.

Los detalles, no había pilas en el mando tv, no quedaba gel de ducha, pero es verdad que tampoco lo dijimos

Excelente ubicación en Baden baden, a las afueras pero en un paseo precioso de 10 o 15 minutos te encuentras en pleno centro de la ciudad, además tiene parking gratuito para los clientes, algo esencial en esta ciudad. La habitación de luxe es amplia, totalmente nueva y muy bonita, camas muy cómodas. Te dejan 2 botellas de agua de cortesía y el personal es sencillamente maravilloso, desayuno no muy variado pero de excelente calidad, al igual que su café. Y u plus es el restaurante italiano que tiene, muy recomendable y cob unos precios bastante económicos, recomiendo cenar en el. Sin duda, es una gran elección para visitar Baden baden y la Selva Negra.

Only bad thing I could say was there no mini fridge in the room other similar priced hotels had , apart from that , the Staff were very welcoming and nice to deal with.

Avståndet från järnvägsstationen var längre än i beskrivningen, tur att vi tog en taxi.

- During my second night, there was an annoying ticking noise every few minutes, which unfortunately disturbed my sleep. The reception staff explained the next morning that it was probably related to the recently installed air conditioning and that they are working to resolve the issue. - The parking was full, but fortunately I could park for free on the street. - Some light came through the curtains, so the room was not completely dark at night. Overall, despite these minor negatives, the good value for money makes this hotel definitely worth booking.

De elektrische deurdranger van onze kamer had een storing, waardoor deze eens in de zoveel tijd een hele harde lange zoem (als een boormachine of koffiezetapparaat) af ging. Hierdoor hebben we de hele nacht nauwelijks geslapen. Toen we dit de volgende ochtend aangaven is er niks mee gedaan. Heel spijtig. We waren hier namelijk een week geleden (toen hadden we een kamer in het hotel en niet in het guesthouse) wat een heel fijn bezoek was, maar na deze ervaring komen we zeker niet terug

La Gentilezza di tutto lo staff e la buona colazione. Presenza dell’aria condizionata visto che la nostra stanza era parecchio calda.

Camera vecchia e piccola con moquette a terra datata e polverosa. Bagno essenziale ma pulito. Rampa di scale ripida e stretta per arrivare alle stanze.

Goede ligging t.a.v. centrum (20 minuten lopen). Alle voorzieningen voorhanden op kamer. (Behalve föhn). Goed verzorgd ontbijt. (Genoeg keuzemogelijkheden.) Goede parkeerplaats. Vriendelijk personeel.

La ubicación del hotel y el desayuno muy bueno.

En general la relación calidad/precio del hotel es estupenda.

Fijne ligging op loopafstand van het centrum en gratis parkeren bij het hotel. Prima ontbijt. Het restaurant bij het hotel is ook een aanrader: je kunt er goed eten voor een nette prijs. Het restaurant hoort overigens niet bij het hotel.

Mijn kamer lag aan de voorkant, boven het terras van het restaurant. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik daar geen overlast van gehad, maar bij drukte kan ik me voorstellen dat dit voor overlast kan zorgen.

Only a 20 minute walk into Baden Baden. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of good quality food to choose from. Nice staff.

Dated decor but it was clean and comfortable. Suited us for our 1 night stay.

Le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant italien, 10/10. L'équipe est serviable et sympathique. L'accès est facile et le parking est gratuit.

La nuit, il faisait chaud. Quand j'utilisais la climatisation, il y avait un bruit bizarre de temps en temps (je devine vaguement peut-être qu'il s'agit de la surtension d'électricité, pas sûre du tout), alors j'ouvrais la fenêtre , c'était la bruit de circulation qui me dérangeait pour dormir.

This is our second visit. We love the location, just out of town but close enough to walk or catch a bus. The onsite parking is great, just opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. We ate in the restaurant one evening and can highly recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property when starting a European road trip. Last time we had a very hot room (during a heatwave) in the annex so we requested a room in the main building this time. Room number 1 was superb - a large room with a separate lounge area and it has aircon. The breakfast choice is good - lots of choice of cold meats, cheeses, pastries and cereals. This hotel is a nice short walk away from the main part of Baden-Baden. You can walk along the river to the centre in about 20 minutes and then you also have a peaceful place to stay. We would definitely return here.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en goed avondeten. Bedden zijn ook zeer goed.

Tuvimos que esperar tres horas para el check in, una vergüenza ya que fue a las 3 de la tarde y nos perdimos esas horas para poder pasear y nos íbamos al día siguiente En los demás hoteles de donde veníamos nos recibieron a las 11 de la mañana. Cuando ya habíamos hecho el check in, tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos más. La verdad que si venis solo por un día, acá no te hospedes

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando la posizione e che ammette i cani, anche di taglia grande, ed è inclusa la colazione e questa è abbastanza variegata. Aria condizionata e bagno pulito e finestrato.

Il parcheggio non è sufficiente, noi abbiamo dovuto cercare parcheggio per strada, non ci sono né rampe né ascensori, i cuscini sono un po’ scomodi, la moquette sembra molto vecchia, manca un piccolo frigorifero in camera.

A simpatia dos funcionários, que foram sempre muito acessíveis, e o pequeno-almoço, que era muito bom e diversificado.

Die Lage empfanden wir als gut: mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Toll waren "richtige" Rolläden die vollständig verdunkelt haben. Das Bad war überraschend groß. Kaffee, Espresso, Cappuccino waren hervorragend!

Der Fön war ungepflegt und ließ dementsprechend zu wünschen übrig. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert - allerdings im ausgeschalteten Zustand mehrmals mitten in der Nacht Laute Geräusche gemacht - erst dachten wir: hm.. ist bestimmt nur ein blöder Zufall in der 2. Nacht das Gleiche wieder - dann war unser Urlaub auch schon rum - wir haben es der Rezeption gemeldet... hoffen für unsere Nachgäste, dass das behoben werden wird. Das Frühstück war solide. Habe in den letzten Jahren in anderen Hotels im gleichen Preissegment deutlich besseres Frühstück bekommen... Die Bilder auf der Homepage suggerieren Essen, das es so nicht gab... Vermutlich hat die Küche gewechselt...

Ausgesprochen freundliches und zuvorkommende Hotelchefin und Personal, gute, ruhige Lage, eigener, kostenfreier Parkplatz>, absolut empfehlenswert

Ens ha tocat l'habitació a l'última planta amb un nen de 4 anys. Les cortines no tapaven gaire la llum pel matí. El llit supletori és un sofà llit individual bastant dur i incòmode.

Ein wirklich nettes kleines Familienhotel mit ruhiger Lage und einem Privatparkplatz ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wunderbares Frühstück lässt keine Wunsch offen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Matratze fand ich zu weich bzw. durchgelegen. Außerdem ist ein Hochflor Teppichboden m. E nicht unbedingt die beste Lösung für ein tierfreundliches Hotel.

Waren schon öfters im Hotel. Waren wie immer rundum zufrieden. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage gold wert.

Habitación amplia, para 3 personas. A 20 min andando del centro y cerca de la parada del autobús. Parking gratuito en frente del hotel y restaurante italiano que estaba abierto hasta las 22h. Desayuno con todo lo necesario para un desayuno rico.

Tercera planta sin ascensor Aire acondicionado que apenas enfriaba. Y hemos estado en la ola de calor. Era la última planta y el baño estaba bajo techo,por lo que teniamos que tener cuidado con la cabeza.

Prima locatie, op loopafstand van mooie wandelroutes in het Zwarte Woud en van het centrum van het gezellige Baden-Baden. Gratis parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats voor hotel. Goed restaurant onder het hotel en prima ontbijt. En de airco was erg fijn!

Vloerbedekking, douchegordijn, geen koelkastje en waterkoker op de kamer. Bed was wat aan de zachte kant. Kamers zijn gehorig maar gelukkig waren de buren niet lang luidruchtig en blafte de hond niet lang naast onze kamer.

Très très bon accueil. Chambre très agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Place de parking bienvenue.

Un peu loin du centre historique de la ville.

Hotel familiar pequeño pero coqueto. Desayuno muy bueno. Trato familiar. Enfrente hay un pequeño solar que sirve de aparcamiento. Está a unos 20 minutos del centro, es un paseo agradable. Cerca hay una calle con supermercado, pizzería y varios restaurantes.

Cumplió las expectativas, aire acondicionado muy necesario en las fechas que fuimos, sitio agradable para llegar tarde y poder cenar con restaurante y bar en el mismo edificio

Hay que subir muchas escaleras empinadas, si llevas maleta grande es una pega aunque ellos ofrecen ayuda. No hay hervidor de agua en la habitacion

Our 2nd visit en-route from the UK to Austria. Baden Baden is a beautiful city and walking distance from the hotel. The hotels Italian restaurant is excellent as are the staff. Clean comfortable room and parking next door.

The breakfast is truly fabulous, with high-quality German-style offerings. The bathroom is spacious, and the building is very charming and cozy. The location is convenient, and overall, it offers fantastic value for money, especially considering the free parking. We stayed here only for an overnight stop during our journey, but we were so impressed by both the hotel and the city that we would love to return for a longer vacation.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, das Einzelzimmer war im Hotel. Das Doppelzimmer war im Gästehaus direkt nebenan. Das Festspielhaus ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach der Vorstellung haben wir im Hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr sehr gut gegessen. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel.

Die Innenstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr gut mir dem Bus zu erreichen. Haltestelle in der nähe vom Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Restaurant mir einem gemütliche, schattigen Außenbereich. Das Hotel ist mit einem eigenen Parkplatz für Gäste empfehlenswert.

Die Betten waren zu weich.
