El punto fuerte del hotel es la limpieza El empleado de limpieza de las zonas comunes ( un chico joven) muy atento . Me acerque un momento a recepción y no habia nadie.El chico se dio cuenta y los fue a buscar...insisto, muy trabajador y amable. Esta bien ubicado, a cinco minutos del metro

El hotel es antiguo, el mobiliario de la habitación esta viejo y le falta una buena mano de pintura.En cuanto al desayuno, cuesta que repongan comida ( si vas más tarde de las nueve) y hay poca variedad ( en mi opinión faltaría mas fruta y comida sin gluten, pero es mi opinion).

Non è colpa dell'hotel (anzi mia nella scelta) ma se si vuole correre al mattino, non c'è modo di farlo nei dintorni.

Staff - extremely friendly. Breakfast - fresh and delicious. Close to some shops and Metro station (Marconi).

This is far from a 4-star hotel... Rooms are old and poorly maintained - shower cubicle was tiny, hardly any space to move. Shower door was damaged and wonky. One of the bedside lamps was not working. Two sockets available near the bed (one on either side), trouble is our european adapter wouldn't fit (no idea why), so we had to use the socket in the bathroom and take turns when charging our phones... As I mentioned above, rooms are old so USB sockets are sadly a distant reality.... Location: Well, let's just say it's not the most family-friendly neighborhood when night falls... During day time no issues, however, at night time, it turns into an open air brothel... Disappointed. Won't be coming back - even though staff were indeed lovely, but overall it did not come up to my expectations.

O hotel e bom, o cafe da manha é otimo, o melhor de todos os hoteis em que fiquei durante a viagem, havia estacionamento mas nao estava de carro.

o hotel fica perto de uma zona de prostituicao, cheguei a noite com minha mae e meus tios e as primas la de fio dental angariando clientes, o entorno e bem feio, fica a 500 mts do metro e nao e bonito ate la nao. Nao havia agua quente na 1 noite, so voltou perto das 3h da manha, o que gerou um incomodo pois estava com senhores de idade.

O hotel é confortável, o quarto tem um bom espaço, lençóis e toalhas ótimos. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e completo pelo preço cobrado. Tive um problema com o frigobar e resolveram em um dia

O hotel se diz 4 estrelas mas nao possui academia nem piscina, os funcionários são um pouco rispidos. O banheiro, apesar de grande, tinha um box minúsculo, não dava para se mexer e os produtos ali eram estranhos. Ele é afastado do centro, e 10 min a pé do metro, achei bem tranquilo isso

Seconda volta in questa struttura e l'esperienza positiva precedente è stata confermata. Camera superior comodissima e ampia. Ottimo anche il condizionamento, viste le temperature torride di quei giorni. Ottima anche l'accoglienza per il mio cagnolino che ha apprezzato tanto il kit di benvenuto. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, con ampia scelta di prodotti, sia dolci che salati. Comodissimo il parcheggio per chi arriva in auto. A pochi minuti c'è il GRA.Il centro si raggiunge sia in metro (pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata Marconi) che in auto (15 minuti). In zona è stato utile anche il centro commerciale Euroma2. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Come scritto nella precedente recensione, i dintorni dell'hotel lasciano un po' a desiderare, per il degrado che il Comune si ostina a "preservare". Ovviamente la struttura non ne ha colpe.

La struttura è vicina alla metro B da dove si possono raggiungere tutte le destinazioni più importanti di Roma. Ad una fermata della metropolitana (Eur Magliana) si trova il capolinea del Bus (COTRAL) che si reca all’aeroporto di Fiumicino. L’albergo è moderno dotato di un area verde ben curata. Le stanze sono accoglienti pulite e ben climatizzate e dotate di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio di ristorante del bar per la colazione e per la cena. Una nota degna di attenzione riguarda il personale della reception, Gabriele in particolare, è stato gentilissimo professionale discreto ed accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a nostro agio.

La posizione è un po’ lontana da centro e situata in una zona che di notte non è proprio bellissima per rientrare da sola con la metro quindi bisogna sempre prendere il taxi se si vuole uscire e rientrare tardi

Fajny hotel z parkingiem i ogrodem. W cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Niedaleko stacja Metra, przystanek autobusowy. Wygodne i przestrzenne lobby w którym można poczuć się jak w domu. Znakomite śniadania <3 Dostępne są warzywa, co w Italii nie jest normą. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Znakomici ludzie tutaj pracują! Szczególne pozdrowienia dla Gabriele.

Nie jest to ścisłe centrum ale komunikacja rekompensuje odległość. Wybraliśmy najmniejszy pokój 20m więc zdarzało się że było może trochę mniej komfortowo. Nie jesteśmy dużymi ludźmi więc i nawet mała kabina prysznicowa się sprawdziła (zawsze lepsza niż te wstrętne, owijające Cię plastikowe zasłony).

Alugamos dois quartos e apesar de ambos, serem alugados com as mesmas características/ valor , eram diferentes: um tinha: tábua e ferro de engomar; máquina de café; oferta de kit barbear e o outro não tinha nada disso. Limpeza a desejar. Pouca manutenção - TV não funcionava; maçaneta da porta a cair; porta do chuveiro não fechava completamente; paredes com manchas de falta de pintura. Hotel, não tinha farmácia com medicação essencial a oferecer aos hóspedes numa emergência. Funcionário da recepção não sabia que tinham chá, nem o sabia fazer- tive de ser eu a fazer na máquina de café do bar do hotel. Cama fazia barulho e era desconfortável. Funcionários da recepção, das várias vezes que entramos no hotel, em horários aleatórios, estavam à porta do mesmo a fumar ao lado dos clientes.

Super tolles Frühstück. Personal super nett und freundlich! Parkplatz vorm Haus! Es gab ein Problem bei Check in, aber Gabriel und Luis haben es super geregelt, super jungs! Vielen Dank! Eindeutige Weiterempfehlung!

Bei Einzelzimmer war keine Steckdose am Bett, sonst alles super!

Petit déjeuner moyen . Servi jusque 10h mais à 9h30 il n est plus très fourni. Buffet salé varié mais les viennoiseries ne sont pas excellentes. Ce est pas un 4 étoiles du standard français L hôtel Aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement général. l hôtel n en est pas responsable mais il faut indiquer que celui ci se trouve dans un quartier de prostitution que vous ne pouvez pas éviter si vous prenez le métro.

Wc muito inadequado aos dias de hoje e com cortinas no duche que se colam constantemente ao corpo. Não faz sentido! O hotel fica numa zona que já foge muito do centro, não fosse o metro, não seria certamente uma opção a considerar. Muito pouca reposição de produtos no breakfadt.

La colazione, l’unica cosa davvero da quattro stelle, con ampia scelta (sia dolce che salato). La disponibilità e la prontezza del personale nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Quando siamo arrivati ci è stata assegnata una stanza con problemi all’aria condizionata e non perfettamente riassettata. Quando l’abbiamo fatto notare ci stata data subito un’altra stanza.

Все мыло и гель в дозаторах сильно разбавлены водой. На 3 человека одна бутылочка 0,3 воды. Нет утюга. Кондиционер не регулируется-центральное кондиционирование. Убитая мебель на улице.

Personale molto cordiale e struttura pulitissima

It's a 5-6 min walk down to the metro station which easily connects to the rest of the city. The breakfast was a good variety of different foods served buffet style.

The area walking to the metro station and surrounding the hotel was dirty with trash everywhere and did not feel the most safe. While the rest of the staff seemed friendly, I do have a complaint with one of the reception staff. We went to ask her where do purchase the city bus and metro tickets for public transportation. Then she told us not to buy those tickets and instead buy a tourist hop on hop off bus ticket from her for about €30 each (there were 2 of us). She made it seem like these buses travel all over Rome and that we could catch the buses right outside the hotel which is not the case. After we had bought the ticket we asked where is the bus stop then she told us we need to go to the metro station and buy a ticket to get to the collosseum and walk 10 min to the bus stop from there. At the metro station we ended purchasing a 3 day pass for all public transportation in rome for €15 which was way more worth it that the tourist bus sold to us by the hotel. Lastly, we had a few items of clothes stolen from our room. When we got home we realised the items were missing and emailed the hotel and they said they didn't find anything meaning one of the cleaning staff must have helped themselves to our belongings. For the amount you pay, this hotel is really not worth it!

El personal no le resolvió nunca que ma caja de seguridad no servía en habitación y tuve que dejar mis cosas en recepción. El breakfast lunch que solicité por tener que salir muy temprano al aeropuerto una burla. Pagué desayuno por toda la estancia y lo que pedí fue una porquería. En la habitación el lavado muy pequeño no se pueden poner los artículos de baño, y ni siquiera una repisa.

Good hotel and the garden was a good place to relax after long and good day.

Struttura molto bella, camere molto grandi con accesso per persone con mobilità ridotta. Servizi offerti oltre l’immaginazione. Le camere essendo così grandi e distanti tra loro non mi hanno fatto sentire alcun rumore provenire dal corridoio o dalle altre stanze.

Visti gli arredi già un po datati, si evidenziano nel bagno macchie di vario genere, tra calcare e mancata pulizia approfondita degli arredi e a terra, soprattutto nella doccia. Inoltre ho trovati molti peli e capelli in bagno come se non fosse stato pulito affatto o comunque non pulito bene.

The bed was bad, the pillows were dirty, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the air conditioning was bad and I felt hot, the breakfast was not varied, and there were a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the yard.

The parking space was free.

Es un hotel cómodo, Fuera de la muralla en un zona muy verde y tranquila (salvo una gasolinera, no hay nada más alrededor). El personal es muy servicial, el desayuno es sencillo, no muy amplio pero muy bueno. La habitación muy espaciosa para 4 personas. El baño funcional pero básico

Ir en transporte público desde el hotel al centro son 45 minutos, así que tuvimos que ir de taxi (15 € por trayecto al centro). Además, por la noche, en el camino entre el metro y el hotel, están señoritas con poca ropa intentando llamar la atención de los clientes. No indicado si vas con niños pequenos

Desayuno dulce y salado. A 8 minutos de parada Metro Marconi ( 15 minutos a Termini)Autobús 170 hasta pliazza Venecia cerca. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Personal amable. Posibilidad parking gratuito si vas con coche.

Si vas con coche es ideal, un poco alejado si viajas sin coche.

Στο δωμάτιο το air condition είναι εποχής 1980, το μπάνιο εποχής 1990 με ξεχαρβαλωμένους μοχλούς παροχής νερού, το ρεύμα κόπηκε 3 φορές στο δωμάτιο με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 32 βαθμούς.

Parc confortable et personnel très agréable. Merci à Milan pour sa bonne humeur et son service.

Le lit de ma chambre était collé dans l'angle contre un mur avec des traces, et la douche était vraiment petite (aussi large que moi). Malgré un weekend particulièrement chaud et des demandes de plusieurs clients, la climatisation était éteinte pendant la nuit.

Apparently there are classic rooms that are renovated and wants that are not renovated. We were in the latter and it showed. Ask for the renovated rooms!!

The location was amazing for easy train access to Rome collesium area. Options for basic foods around, gas station and loved the variety of room sizes. Breakfast was great!

It was about 90°F when we were there. The rooms were very hot even with AC on.

Struttura vecchia camere grandi, bagno da rifare bidet che balla non vitato sanitari filo parete non a filo parete doccia piena di muffa e ritocchi con colore nel piatto doccia bruttissimo cassaforte non funzionante rotta colazione le paste sembrano vecchie il prosciutto cotto che non aveva un buon odore, una cameriere mette le paste prendendole con le mani non con le apposite pinze, parcheggio auto interno le linee sono molto strette quasi non si riesce a scendere dalla macchina, ascensore che puzza al pomeriggio non si riesce ad entrare per il caldo e la puzza uno schifo ci sono rattoppi sul cartongesso ovunque fatti male moquet sporca con macchie

The receptionist guy named Milan was very nice and helpful, his English was good. The room was good but one day before our check out the cleaning staff didn’t even cleaned the room and the receptionist was just saying “I don’t know” when I asked him questions to try to understand to what happened.

La colazione molto buona, ricca e di materie di prim'ordine. Anche le confetture. La comodità della stanza ottima e anche la quiete dell'area della struttura è ottimale per riposare senza problemi. Staff eccezionale e molto cordiale e disponibile.

La posizione della via purtroppo di sera molto tarda non è consigliata per andare a piedi, consiglio di muoversi con un taxi, evitare passeggiate durante la sera tarda. Nonostante la presenza della Metro a un 5 minuti a piedi è un vero peccato. Ma non dipende dalla struttura.

De vriendelijkheid van t personeel.

De bedden waren heel hard en je voelt de veren er doorheen. Het hotel is enorm gedateerd en dat vind ik heel vervelend omdat het niet gemeld wordt. Het ontbijt is goed en ruim gesorteerd maar de koffie en een gelig drankje wat door moest gaan voor jus d orange was zo enorm aangelengd met water dat het werkelijk nergens naar smaakte. Erg jammer!

Gostei demais do hotel! Ficamos uma diária apenas, mas fomos muito bem recebidos. O pessoal da recepção muito educado e solicito. Tínhamos um voo muito cedo, preparam uma box com itens de café da manhã para levarmos! A localização foi um diferencial também: bem próximo da estação de metrô. Para quem não está de carro é muito bom!
