Great location and wonderful staff. I always enjoy staying here when I come to Pattaya.

The WIFI is terrible. I would give this place a 10 if they would fix their WiFi. Very frustrating when you travel you need to have good reliable WiFi is a must. They gotta get this fixed!!! WiFi sucks!!!

lights in the room were not good at all and there were no water kettle for hot water. Breakfast was also very very ordinary

Belle découverte grâce à un ami habitué des lieux, tout est parfait, je recommande très vivement les lieux et je vais revenir à coup sûr, car c'est un point névralgique très intéressant : on trouve tout ce que l'on veut à deux pas...

Le petit-déjeuner est un peu short, ceci dit en traversant n'importe quelle rue, il y aura de quoi nourrir, même un affamé tel que moi...

Nice staff, Car could be parked. Close to the beach road, about 150-200 meters. Close to shopping centers. Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Good elevator. However, we are in doubt if we will try this hotel again.

Room had some issues, just 2 small glasses to cover main room and bathroom, bed not so comfy (for a Thai ok) , pretty hard and motionless mattress, no floor mat in the bathroom, so coming out of the shower left the floor wet for some time. You just get one room card. Minimal bathroom materials, shower lightly leaking from the hose, but still made showering cumbersome.

Underbart hotell. Trevlig personal och läget var bra Hade balkong ut mot gatan funkade för mig som sover länge och inte lägger mig förens klockan 7am. För den som sover tidigt kommer ni ha svårt att sova då ljudet från baren nerifrån håller på fram tills efter midnatt. I så fall skulle ni välja rum mot innergården för tystare läge. I övrigt välstädat skön säng lite hård perfekt för min rygg. Samt väldigt bra läge nära till allt.

Inget vägguttag bredvid sängen så gick inte ladda telefon vid sängen.

Die Reception war wie immer sehr freundlich, die Lage ist top (zentral und trotzdem gut gelegen), die Zimmer sind schön, die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und das W-LAN war hervorragend.

Ich bin eigentlich ein langjähriger Wiederholungsgäste. Aber was ich diesmal erlebt habe, war eine riesige Frechheit. Das Schlimmste war die Putzfrau. Sie hat das Zimmer NUR geputzt, wenn ich ihr Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Habe ich kein Geld in die Hand gedrückt, ist sie einfach nicht gekommen. Dabei ist die Zimmerreinigung doch wohl im Buchungspreis inklusive! Das war regelrechte Erpressung. Sie hat mich sogar gefragt: „Willst du, dass ich putze? Morgen bin ich nicht da!“ – sie wollte mir ihren Service also noch extra verkaufen. So eine unverschämte Masche habe ich in all den Jahren in Pattaya noch nie erlebt. Die Erpressung durch die Putzfrau hat den gesamten Aufenthalt ruiniert. So geht man nicht mit Stammgästen um!

My room and my friends room had a bed smell, probably caused by a.c moisture. I had problem with a.c one night. They told me they solved the problem but late at night it went of again... I asked why it wasn't fixed. They told me that the technician said it i fine. So they trust the technician but not the costumer. They offered me a new room at 2 a.m. I tried to sleep at another room with my belongings at the other room. At 10. A.m when I went to pack my things, without my consent and all of my belongings were open, the technician entered my roo, spread the bed one side, and worked. I was so angry with that because it is a break in to privacy. I saw little insects in the bathroom. The staff working at night, do not understand what you say because of lack of speaking English. There were no kettle in the room, when you ask they say we don't have. . all one of my worst booking experience...

Included breakfast isn’t much. Toast, some cornflakes, orange juice, and instant coffee.. I had breakfast elsewhere. The card sensor lock on my door wasn’t working properly.. I had to try the card several times before it would work. Staff had problems with it too. That needs to be fixed. Shower takes some getting used to.. it took me several minutes to figure it out. Why the shower has a drain valve attached to it makes no sense. It serves no useful purpose. Rooms on bottom floor can hear chatter from guests hanging out outside the restaurant.

Stayed many times. Location and facilities meet my needs.

After a severe and chaotic disruption in Amsterdam I was expecting to arrive two days late. Not the Hotel problem but I canceled booking, tried to reinstate but was denied. Effectively I was charged twice for my stay. No flexibility or sympathy at front desk. Multiple repeat customer; this was disappointing.

This is my go to place to stay in Pattaya. Great location, housekeeping amazing. Friendly and polite staff.

The location is good. We had a room where the balcony overlooked the street which was great. Room was comfortable and aircon worked great.

The internet in our room was not good. It would go in and out all the time work maybe 10 min maybe 30 min then no internet. It would come back but we ended up using our data on our cell phones more than the hotel internet. Disappointed the internet was flakey or we would have gave the hotel a 10

Es war das absolut beste Hotel auf meiner gesamten Reise in Thailand! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gross was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top!
