Freundliches und ösungsorientiertes Personal sowie die perfekte Lage für das Nachtleben.

Das erste Zimmer im hinteren Haus , machte einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck und extrem lange, verschlungene Wege mit vielen Treppen. Einen Hinweis an die Rezeption und sofort wurde das Zimmer in das Mittelhaus gewechselt und es passte alles.

Building No3 is a long way from reception. It is dated, needing TLC. Sagging ceiling, a $2 shower curtain in a bathtub. No way in the world is it 4 stars.

bed was very comfortable, room was good. Wifi cut out every now and then but not a big deal. Restaurant (breakfast) was really good. Pool is nice.

Areca lodge is split into 3 different buildings (must have been 3 hotels bought out), so my brother was staying in a completely different building. Main pool didnt have much of a vibe but it was warm and clean.

Frokosten er bra. Flinke ansatte. Bassengområdene og gym er bra. Fint at det er færre som lar håndklærne okkupere solsengene. Restauranten har god mat til akseptable priser. Beliggenheten er også veldig bra.

Begynner å bli slitent, spesielt badet bør snart oppgraderes.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, very comfortable room. Staff excellent and helpful Location is good and the swimming pool great to relax by.

Really enjoyed my stay at Areca Lodge Pattaya. Check-in was quick and smooth, and all of the staff were friendly, respectful, and professional. I also really liked the breakfast buffet and thought it was a great way to start the day. I didn’t use the pool or gym, but overall I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and never had a problem. Mid range hotel in a busy area, but an oasis of peace and quiet. Friendly staff. 2 swimming pools.. neither busy . Rooms in evergreen building.. very comfortable, albeit probably in need of a little bit of an upgrade. Very good bed. Impeccably cleaned daily. Great breakfast choice..Thai food, European breakfast. Not super expensive, but not super cheap.. ie mid range.

The swimming pools were good.

The room was old and very dirty upon arrival! We had to get it cleaned, as was dusty, had hair on the bed and sofa! Breakfast was just ok.

When I upgraded my room , I felt the new room was far worse than the one I upgraded from. The new room had no charging points and was too far away from exit.

Good room, super location for those who enjoy the nightlife, walk out and you are right in the middle of it but without any noise in the room, friendly staff, clean, good beds, nice swimpool, 2 decent pools, staff at pool, good breakfast, good wifi, so all the important things were good or above, as expected for the pricea.

Minor detail; the shower head did not connect well in its holder which was not matching the shower head, so basically we needed to take it in the hand to shower. But that might have been only for that specific room.

Hotel room pictures can be deceiving, actual rooms looks a bit old.

Excellent facilities. The location is very central. If you stay in building number 3, it is very quiet. Breakfast was very elaborate.

One particular staff member who checked me in was very indifferent and lacked basic courtesy. Didn’t provide any details as the other staff members when were doing their best. It disadvantaged me as I had to seek essential information from other staff at a later time.

I like everything about the Areca Lodge, from the welcome drink the breakfast is very good, a good selection to choose from, two big pools a nice gym 🏋️‍♀️ the room is very big, the shower was superb 👌

The room had a musty smell so tried to aire it e with patio open. I think this room 3404 has a problem with damp around the bathroom walls .. bunked paintwork etc..

The cereal selection was nice Fresh fruit juice would be a bonus and sour dough bread separate from Gluten free is important A shout out to your staff in housekeeping and reception especially NAMFON very cheerful and helpful

Coffee choice was poor in the room a coffee pod machine should be added

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei schöne Pools mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Obwohl das Hotel mitten im geschäftigen Pattaya liegt, ist es in der Hotelanlage sehr ruhug und erholsam.

There was nothing that I wouldn’t like about the property. But I wish, I could see the beach from balcony. It was the best.

My family stayed at Areca Lodge, Pattaya, for one night on 02 June, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to access popular attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and the beach. We booked a luxury room. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our family. The beds were cozy, and all essential amenities were available. We particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite the hotel’s central location. There was a balcony in the room, which helped us dry our clothing. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and common areas, were clean and inviting. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, but was a bit limited for subcontinent people like us, and was enjoyable for both adults and children. Overall, Areca Lodge provided excellent value for money and made our short stay in Pattaya comfortable and memorable. We would gladly recommend Areca Lodge to families, couples, and travelers looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable hotel in Pattaya, and we would be happy to stay there again on our next visit.

Что реально понравилось именно в данной локации в этой гостинице - это внутренний тихий двор и окружение из "кондиков" вокруг внешнего периметра, что очень хорошо огораживало от ночного городского галдежа, свойственного этому городу. Наличие в номерах лоджий, которые тоже выходят во двор и можно наслаждаться относительной тишиной. Еще из приятного - это месторасположение, где в пешей доступности все что необходимо и в большом количестве, от 7up до Фестиваля, от уличной еды, до очень приличных массажных салонов и с транспортом тоже нет проблем.

1. Про шум. В номере относительно не шумно, но эта старая система кондиционирования (а без кондиционера там просто находиться невозможно) ! Так вот, система больше шумит чем выполняет свои функции. 2. Душ - это "шедевр" из прошлого- намертво встроенный в стену. Впрочем отель весь (наверно в большей степени второй корпус отеля) - это дань европейским и американским традициям прошлого. от туалета , в котором принцип вода всегда и смыв всасыванием, а не проливом из бочка до кондиционера, мебель уставшая, одеяло в простынях на завязочках вместо пододеяльников. А еще неприятие карт UnionPay и депозит, про который я забыл даже.

The pool has multiple patches of mould that is growing. It’s time to fix this, as it’s been like this for a few years now and getting worse.

Gran lobby muy fresco, puedes dejar maletas antes del check in y despues del check out sin problemas, el personal de la entrada y del restaurante de la terraza muy amable, pero los de la recepción no lo eran tanto. Desayuno correcto, habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Lobby estaba separado de los edificios de las habitaciones. En el que nos hospedamos quedaba bastante lejos de la recepción y todos los pasillos a la intemperie por lo que el calor era bastante fuerte. Solo climatizaban el lobby y las habitaciones. Habian 2 piscinas, sin embargo, estaban a sol directo todo el día sin posibilidad de sombra y la temperatura del agua no permitía refrescarse.

We were disapointed that the pool had very little shaded area in the pool itself, umbrellas around the pool, but no shade for those wishing to swim and relax in the pool itself.

Booked a Superior Deluxe Pool View Room and got shoved out the back building, only pool I could see was the pool in the condo next door. Disappointed to say the least !

Op basis van de positieve reviews deze boeking gemaakt. En ik moet eerlijk zeggen, het is beste hotel dat ik heb gehad in Pattaya. Het begint al met de prettige ontvangst in de lobby. Ik had een super deluxe kamer en dan heb je het achterste gebouw. Voordeel was een hele rustige ligging zonder overlast van de beerbars. Ook het goede zwembad, het ontbijt en het uiterste vriendelijke personeel was fantastisch. Ik ga hier absoluut terugkomen.

Het enige dat nog iets beter kan is de fitnessruimte. De apparatuur kan een upgrade gebruiken, en misschien nog een koelkastje met water erbij. Maar dit is een minor punt in de totale beoordeling van het hotel. De uitkijk op het zwembad tijdens de fitness doet je hart wel weer sneller laten kloppen. :)

Comfy room. Decent amount of space. Drying rack for clothes. Great breakfast, lots of options. 2 pools and lots of chair space. We were put in the second / middle building, it was quiet at night for street noise, but we could at times hear people above / beside us. Lots of food options, self serve laundry, 711 nearby.

The room didnt have a bath like what was pictured on booking. The area has a lot of not "child friendly" massage parlors and bars. This seems like a hotel where alot of men bring their paid for "dates" to finish the night. The area gets crazy with traffic at night and its impossible to get a taxi anywhere. We had to listen to 2 old British men talk lewdly about the woman they shared the night before at breakfast buffet and it was really gross. As a couple who is not interested in that at all, we wouldn't stay here again based solely on the clients it attracts, we would rather stay more north near terminal 21.

As Always the staff are very friendly, helpfull and always happy. Rooms are kept clean and hotel is in a great location.

Areca Lodges only saving grace is its location. The staff at the front counter (Tuan) were rude and gave the impression that you were intruding on their time. When you arrive you are pre-judged with staff assuming you are there only for sex. The rooms were average at best. Some of the rooms still have a shower over a bath and expect you to pay top dollar. Airconditioning in the room was not good. The variations in heat were average and even at night hot and cold. I was unable to connect to wi-fi. The technician that was provided new less than I did about wi-fi. Poor experience overall

4th time staying at ARECA LODGE every time we stay it's amazing, staff are very nice and polite, breakfast is very nice too

Stayed here recently with my hubby and 16 year old son for a family holiday. Check in was easy, receptionists very friendly and no issues. We booked adjoining rooms so we had a king bed and my son had twin beds in the next room. Room was spacious with a king bed and a corner single chair. There wasn't much storage in terms on drawers so it was sort of hard to juggle so many suitcases without having space to unpack anything. Bathroom was nice. Big shower but water pressure wasn't very great from the hand held or the big shower head on top. Facilities were nice - there were 2 swimming pools in full sun most of the day and a gym that opened from 8am to 8pm with good equipment. Breakfast was included each day which was a lovely mixture of western and thai food so nice variety. Location was excellent and just located in between Pattaya Sai Song Road and Soi Buakhao. For me, it's a shopping holiday so a baht bus is never far away from where I need to go. All in all a good stay and will recommend and come back again :)
