Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and housekeeping came everyday. This is a great place to stay for families.

Our stay was incredibly wonderful. Thank you Marrioutt executive apartmentd at aljaddaf. We enjoyed every moment awake and a sleep at this property. Staff were super nice ans supportive. The free shuttle bus is a life saver and was in pwrgect condition. The driver is punctual and very nice and supportive. However, around the hotel location, dining options were limited as well as supermarkets and coffee Shops and enterteinment around the hotel area. But delivery applications are available for both food and Groceries

My apartment was dirty with old furniture and lots of insects.

The apartment was in good location but the furnitures were old. Not so clean specially the towels. But the location is so good and close to almost everything we wanted.

Everything was beautiful. We did not use the daily cleaning service and kept the do not disturb sign up. However, we frequently did not get our requests for towels and wash clothes honored until the next day after repeatedly going to the reception desk to follow up.

The property was clean, safe. The staff were polite and helpful as needed

This property was great. I only had a couple of issues. Water staying in the bottom of the shower because it was apparently uneven. Also, the carpet was wet in the hallway from the ceiling leaking and caused a smell.

Apartments are awesome. Very big, clean and well equipped. The hotel itself is a bit in the middle of nowhere. The lobby and the restaurant are a bit old. Breakfast was average. Room service was excellent. Value for money is very high.

The staff was really nice and ensured the room was always clean and neat (whenever we left “clean my room” tag on the door).

My stay here was good but it could’ve been better. I feel like there was certain things that they could have handle the way I wanted to be handled like the towels some of them were torn they were here and fruits hair on the face cloths, like we definitely have to do better, I expect more from the Marriott I could’ve wish they gave me a better discount or free night. Overall, I mean it’s a beautiful hotel, not too far from everything so it was OK for vacation

Overall this 5 star hotel/service apartment is excellent. We stayed here around a week. Our only complaint is shower in the bathroom. It won’t keep the water inside the tub and literally floods the bathroom which becomes slippery and hazardous. It needs to be addressed by simple design changes to bathtub.

Our privacy was invaded, reception decided to check another person into our room and it was accessed when we were inside it aswell

Great experience, lovely and caring staff. Our airline delayed our bags and the hotel staff constantly worked their magic to coordinate the retrival of the baggage. Very clean property, friendly staff. Very likely we will be coming back. A , perfect for families

I stayed in here in May 2023 and found the staff at breakfast buffet was the most friendliest, Shohaib and his team was amazing, making myself and my kids feel welcome and comfortable. the reception team were not as friendly as the catering team. The hotel provides two swimming pools average size, my kids had alot of fun, room service and food is of great taste and great variety, Dubai Mall is only 5mins away but maybe being closer to the center will allow you to save on taxi, Overall very good experience, I would definitely recommend

Well very clean and quiet place, they place water for the heat. They have special attention to guests. Con is the bath tube is kind of higher it could cause an accident. Switches some of the don’t work. It was strange.

Marriott Executive Apartment is a lovely place ideal for family & group vacation. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, beautiful view and amazing service.

It was an amazing experience for me anf my family. Your staff were great , particular of note are Febi, Bisnu and Francis.

The service is very good. However, they need to do some renovation in the unit. Appliances in the units do not work very well. The shuttle bus service are excellent. Over all I recommend to stay this hotel

If I can use more than five stars, I would. The reception is exceptionally professional, friendly and willing to help. The unit which had two bed rooms, was great and had three bathrooms. Amazing stay. Thank you very and I am booking my next stay at your serviced apartments.

Nice clean hotel, but far away from Dubai mall $25 for taxi ..

Very comfortable apartment, the staff was great, polite, and dedicated to service, not far from all main places, loved it!

We had a 2 bedroom aparatment we were 4 people and a baby It was a little bit further but close to the Dubai Mall a short taxi ride.The nearby area is not developed as yet is under construction but there was no disturbance. Very comfortable beds and all the facilities some of the furniture in the living area is outdated but overall we enjoyed our stay and hopefully will go back again.

Hotel extremely polite service was amazing food delicious. Cleaning staff trustworthy. I would love to stay there again.

This was a very lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, lovely health club, very clean and staff were very helpful and prompt. Great family apartment and tidy. Will definitely stay there next time .

staff are very friendly. Karla was so polite and welcome us to the suite. she tried to assist if you have questions. Sheila at the hotel conceiger was very friendly. she assist me for taxi reservation to wherever I plan to go. I definitely will go back and stay same apartment again

The apartment is very spacious , 2 bedrooms unit was the right choice for us. We have a proper working table instead of using normal dressing table

We were pleased to find out this hotel has everything we were looking for, starting from facilities and ending with rooms. Distance to Dubai Mall and Airport is only 10 minutes. Restaurant is fantastic.

This was a great experience for me and my family. On our arrival, we received a warm welcome. We booked for 1 non smoking bedroom apartment but on getting there, they were sold out and there was no non smoking free. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom smoking room that smells like one cigarette has never been smoked in the room. My 4 years old daughter loved it so much she referred to it as "our new white house." This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was not disappointed. Looking forward to staying at Marriott in the nearest future.

Have visited dubai a lot of times in the last decade and stayed in quite a number of hotels and this is my latest find. A nice serene and excellent apartment hotel with top quality service. Apartments are very clean and modern and the facilities are well thought out. Great sleep quality and very comfortable. Location is tucked away from the bustling downtown but only just a few dirhams taxi ride away. So you enjoy serenity within sights of the city center. Staff are very attentive and primed to please. Six good restaurants offering dining options in the adjoining hotel Overall, this apartment hotel is great value for money Room tip: Request for rooms with the Burj view. The generous space of a serviced apartment combined with all the benefits and service of a hotel. You're compromising on the location but it means you get a lot more for your money. If this property were in the middle of downtown it would be a completely different price bracket. Sadly the traffic is getting worse in Dubai and it seems that rush hour starts at 5pm and lasts all night. Worth being aware of when staying in a hotel from when you need to get taxis everywhere. It's worth it though.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott apartment hotels. We had booked a two bedroom apt. The room was very clean, nice and hotel staff was pretty friendly. The grocery store for basic stuff was located in the hotel itself as well as one at the gas station 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had shuttles running to Jumerrraha beach and Dubai mall throughout the day which was helpful.

Lucky enough to get a room with a beautiful view of the Dubai skyline. This hotel isn't very far from downtown Dubai which was great. Also the free shuttle bus to Dubai mall was awesome.

I stayed for business, the staff were amazing, the parking was very convenient, so was the location, and on site services were great, including all five star facilities, and great spa.

Overall the rooms are comfortable. However, the number of beds was not adequate for the size of the family. We requested 4 beds but only 3 were available. The location of the hotel, while convenient for airport access, it is in a construction zone with limited access to any stores or restaurants...

I returned yesterday from what I can only describe as a fantastic experience staying at The Marriott Al Jaddaf apartments. We stayed in an absolutely beautiful 2 bed apartment complete with every possible facility we could require. Beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable and immaculate in every way. A great location, very central, however car hire is recommended. We're already looking forward to a return visit. From friendly, helpful staff at every turn to good food & a lovely atmosphere, we couldn't recommend it more highly. Ps, valet parking is free.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments for 3 days with my family and the time flew loved looking outside every morning to the beautiful views from each window! Kids loved the space to run around!

Very convenient and value for money.

The place has always been my preferred spot in Dubai. Easy access, self parking, clean rooms, free coffee in lobby, and friendly staff. There was a misunderstanding at check-in (regarding number of beds for number booked adults) but it was solved by the manager.

Very comfortable hotel with close proximity to downtown, and facilities were superb. But the valet parking takes too long fetching the car.

Nice hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is little bit far from the downtown and the sightseeing places around the palm. Therefore, we paid more for taxi.

We were on a family vacation and the apartment was just right. The bed was too soft so had a back ache by the time we left but the staff were very helpful and location was good as it was close to a number of places. I will definitely stay again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment very quiet with modern facilities , well sound proof so was able to sleep longer hours

We stayed at a 2 room apartment which was beyond our expectations, spaciuse and neat, it had a kitchen with all the stuff you would need for living in there for a longer period, they even provided laundry soup and dishwasher tablets. We had 2 eftar meals at the buffet for 165 Durham/p and was fully worth it! The staff were kind and helpful in most occasions beside from 1 individual case were the doorman saw us arrive in a taxi and didn't offer help against the usual. Maybe because we didn't tip hem precisely (we are used to the UK system). We also expected some special offers for ramadhan such as meal discounts or so but there wasn't. Nevertheless, when we ordered Sahoor i.e. Ramadhan late meal at 2:00am we had an amazing set menue for 1 but was enough for 2 of us, it replaced the breakfast in normal days I guess. The hotel is in a new area but close to Dubai mall taxi charges about 20 UAD to there. Although there is no walk to attractions being quite with no constructions around was a bonus. Generally I would go back and recommend the stay in the apartments.

i have small kids and the apartment was just perfect with fully functional kitchen. The food at restaurant was great and the ambience in the Aqua chill was amazing. The view from my apartment was awesome with burn khalifa visible completely. The staff is aware and courteous.

So, given the high demand for 2-bedroom apartments in december in Dubai, we found this hotels prices considerably cheaper that everything else we found with the same star rating. The concern we had from other reviewers was essentially its location in Al-jaddaf, an upcoming area in Dubai being isolated and far from everything. What we found on arrival is the hotel indeed sits on its own but is VERY central to everything we needed to do as a family. Literally 10-15 minutes to everywhere it seemed. Also, the views of the Burj and city skyline are unparalleled in my opinion. We found our stay VERY pleasant and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were uber friendly and helpful and although we did tend to ring them for assistance quite a bit, did so with a smile. THe only downside is we found the room service meals just OK for the prices paid. This is an easy fix, cos you only need to take a 5-15 minute ride to get to any nice restaurant in Dubai :-) Do yourself a favor, enjoy the Marriot Hotels, Al-jaddaf!
