URBAN Al Khoory Hotel

The staff was very friendly. They helped make accommodations for my dairy allergy. The stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed the new year’s celebration. Our server Ahmad at the restaurant was very warm and friendly.

Excellent location, we are 10 minutes from the center, very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, super friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and functional rooms, the price is reasonable, the cleanliness is very good, nothing is dirty in the hotel, always clean and tidy, the facilities are well soundproofed, the service is incredible and of very high quality.

Location wise it's placed well. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The size of the room is a bit small. Also the lighting in the room could be better. The buffet spread was good. The service given by Nikita at the Spices was excellent and very polite. Definitely an asset for the hotel.

First I want to wholeheartedly thank Mr. Shanawaz and Mr. Ahmad who work at the restaurant in Urban Al Khoory Hotel. I traveled a lot, bur have never seen so kind and attentive people like them. They were very professional and always ready to assist with everything. They are attentive to every detail and solely they made our stay in the hotel feel warm and good. I also want to thank Mr. Najeeb for his patienxe during check in process and Mr. WaiYan for all his great assistance. I think they are going to remember room 309 who had so many questions and requests. Guys, thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. You were amazing!

Urban Al-Khoory Hotel has big rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel service is very good and on point. The Spices Restaurant provides good set of breakfast meals daily. Service by Nikita and John at the restaurant is very commendable. Nikita went all to way to provide us with personal services that made us feel warm and relaxed.

The service at the restaurant Spices is excellent especially the waitress and waiter, named Nikita and John are marvelous. She attended to my needs very well. They have given an excellent service during my breakfast time at the restaurant. Overall I am happy with the food and the services.

We had a wonderful experience at Urban Al Khoory. The location is very convenient, especially with a supermarket close by, which made everything so easy for us. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and always ready to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job ensuring the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. The front desk team also deserves appreciation for assisting with our requests promptly and professionally. A special mention goes to Nikita from F&B, who truly made our breakfast experience exceptional. She always ensured we were well taken care of by checking in on us and thoughtfully provided options and alternatives. She is very polite, professional, and attentive, truly a gem fot Urban Alkoory. Well pleasant with the service and staff of the hotel. Location wise are good and nearby to groceries store. Room is nice and great space. Housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly even they are tired. Food is great especially the fried rice, i love it. We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it is worth it. Breakfast is super! The staff are really kind and accommodating especially Ahmad which provides us the most excellent service. Location is a little far from the metro but taxis are always available. Recommended for a short and long stay

My time here has been nothing short of amazing. There's a lot of good things I can say about the hotel, but one thing that truly stands out to other places is the customer service. As someone who has travelled a lot I have never experienced somewhere that made me feel at home as much as this place. The staff such as Ahmed who was the waiter at breakfast, spoke to me in a very freindly and respectful manner aiding me in all my requirements. In short everything is very good, but the staff are exceptional. Extremely polite, freindly and helpful. They all go above and beyond!

It was quiet good. The rooms are very clean, the room service was excellent. Some rules are not that comfortable. Like buying cocktails in the roof-bar and paying immediately. This is a fantastic 3-star hotel offering high standards and excellent value. It's perfect for a quick, short stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, contributing to a pleasant and quiet atmosphere throughout the property. While the immediate area isn't walkable, it feels very clean and safe. The breakfast was great, providing a good variety that met our expectations. The staff were exceptionally attentive and professional.

I was visiting alone with my 1- year old. I felt like I got very good service and help on the breakfast. Nikita helped very much and she simplified the visit for me.

This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel for the sole reason that it was one of the most affordable ones in the area, especially at this time of the year when most hotels charge an arm and a leg. To be honest, our expectations were not so high, because “you get what you pay for”, right? Needless to say, all expectations were exceeded. Our room was twice the size of a normal standard room in Dubai, had floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Dubai skyline - including Burj Khalifa. Our stay came with free breakfast and free parking, so for what we paid, it’s safe to say we definitely got our money’s worth. Breakfast at Spices was amazing. Nikita was very welcoming and helpful. Food selection was great. Location-wise, it is not very central (for touristy activities) with not much going on in the vicinity, but for us that was not a problem as we had a car with us and the purpose of our stay in Dubai was to do some work in the same area. We had a lovely stay, and will book there again the next time we’re in Dubai.

Location is slightly far from a lot of the main attractions but taxi rides are on average 10-20 min from them.

I had a great experience at Spices this week. Nikita was my server for the majority of the week and she was great. Very prompt service and very helpful. The food quality was very high and every day they served different types of food from different regions. I had zero need or desire to leave the hotel and get breakfast elsewhere. The dinners here were also very good. Overall my stay at this hotel has been very enjoyable!

Nikita at the restaurant.My purpose of coming to Dubai was for competing in Oceanman World Final Championship. The hotel made my preperation before and recovery after the open water swim races a joy.Modern,calm,comfortable and offers great breakfasts and dinners.I would happily stay here again...

I was at the hotel for 16 days and every day Nikita was there with her beautiful smile and kind words to start my day at their restauran, Spices. She had great suggestions of new things fore to try and was interested in what I was working on. Anything I needed she was there! The food was amazing, flavorful, and so filling! Well worth the price for the buffet! When I went to the roof top pool, which was amazing in its own right, we got smoothies and they were really good too, a cool treat in the warm sun. The room was spacious, and had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable and that is not something I say very often. The desk area was great for doing my schoolwork and the room was surprisingly quiet, I only heard people in the other rooms twice and that was when they were extra loud! The entire staff was there to help with anything I needed. Not sure if I will make it back to this part of the world, but if I do the Urban Al Khoory Hotel has my loyalty for sure! 💙

Nikita was outstanding. Her hospitality was warm, genuine, and very professional. From the moment I arrived, she made sure I was comfortable and well-attended to. She handled everything with a smile and an easy charm that really stood out. Truly, service kama hii is rare—she went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciated her effort.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had an absolutely wonderful experience. It ticked every box for a perfect, stress-free stay. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room price. It was truly impressive, offering a fantastic blend of authentic Indian dishes and high-quality continental favorites. I really appreciated the varied healthy options; the salad bar was always fresh, and the salad dressings were excellent. Coffee lovers will be pleased with the premium coffee served, and the pastry section—featuring four different types of delicious croissants—was a real treat every morning. The service standard matched the food. We tried in-room dining, and it was prompt and tasty. Housekeeping was exceptional; it was such a pleasure coming back after a long day of sightseeing to a spotless room. The bathroom, in particular, was always kept sparkling clean. We also made use of the excellent leisure facilities. The swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. Nikita was of great help too.

I had a marvelous experience dining at the hotel restaurant "Spices", which offered a nice mix of delicious local and American inspired cuisine. I got 5-Star service from Ahmad. There's no need to order out when you can dine in and the hotel restaurant has so much to offer. Also, the breakfast buffet is scrumptious and offers a full spread of everything one may desire.

I went with a friend after been in Abu Dhabi for a competiton for a couple of days. We were looking for a place to stay no far from transportation and between main areas. The hotel is stylish and clean. The gym and the swimming pool on the top it was a extra also the parking and breakfast included in the price. The staff working there is friendly and helpful. In the breakfast we were look after by Nikkita a lovely lady very caring.

Good day! We've been staying here for about a month and a half. The hotel is very nice — the pool is on the sunny side, and the breakfasts are quite good. Service is excellent! Special thanks to the waiter Ahmad, who is always cheerful and attentive. Despite the hotel’s location, the atmosphere inside is completely different — warm and relaxing.

We were very satisfied with both the service and the food. At first, we were a bit skeptical about the à-la-carte dinner concept, but it worked out very well. We always found something tasty to enjoy. The lovely lady at breakfast (Nikita) checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was fine and whether she could assist us with anything. You can also order omelettes upon request, which was a nice touch. A couple of suggestions: • The breakfast buffet could be more varied. It would be great to see different cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, and dips on different days. A darker type of bread would also have been appreciated. After 10 days, the selection became a bit repetitive. • The shuttle service to the beach would be more convenient if it offered two trips per day, allowing guests to choose between spending the morning, afternoon, or the entire day at the beach. Additionally, the shuttle should depart on time and not wait for late guests. On one occasion, we left almost 30 minutes later than scheduled, which is unfair to guests who arrive on time and shortens the time available at the beach. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team for their excellent work.

Stayed overnight. The rooms are very attractive and spacious with a small couch at the window, our room had a view of the city lights and the Burj in the distance. Interestingly the lift is glass on both sides. There is no bar or alcohol on site but there is a small fridge which is empty so BYO if you are inclined! We had the breakfast buffet which had Fresh Fruit and all the usual suspects. I likes that you take a seat and just ask a staff member and they will make you eggs any way you like and omlettes delivered straight to your table. The buffet does have filtered coffee with hot or cold milk but again you can ask one of the really lovely staff members and they will make you a cappuccino, latte etc if you prefer. I really liked the Hotel however it is 'dry' and does not supply amenities such as shower caps, shampoo etc so remember BYO. We also ordered the Hot Mezze which was great value and really tasty. The staff are so nice, even the cleaners will stop to smile at you! Nikita was especially awesome! Good Stay sadly I didn't get a photo of the view at night!

Hotel and Food was good, we had Breakfast and Dinner included. The Dinner is a Menu with a main course, which changes. The service, like Shanwanza was really great and friendly. The rooms are small, but we were only to sleep there.

The receptionists are really welcoming and helpful. I have been welcomed by Shajeeth and he was really kind. My room was clean and as beautiful as the pictures, the room service was on point. The only negative point maybe the location if you don’t want to use the taxi every time. The nearest metro station is 10min away from the hotel by taxi you can buy a Nol card there for the week and use buses.

It was a good stay, staff is very cooperative, the room service and amenities can be improved, but the food is very good and the F&B staff is professional too.

This hotel is a hidden gem, away from the crowds and traffic, closer to the residential and industrial area of Dubai, al quoz. While there's very little around, the hotel itself is really nice, modern, clean, and the staff are super friendly. The buffet breakfast is pleasant, the gym is modern and quiet, the rooftop pool has a great view of the burj khalifa skyline. The nearest metro station is a 5 min taxi journey or a 40 minute walk.
