Sehr schöne Einrichtung, super freundliches Personal, alles perfekt. Wir haben eine extrem schöne Zeit gehabt, sogar mit die Schönste in unserer Reise! Ich denke sogar Wochen später noch daran zurück. Es gibt keine negativen Aspekte. Danke vielmals für alles, wir würden definitiv nochmal hierher kommen 🤗

料理長のお料理は、アートのように鮮やかでお味も優しく、旬のものや地元の食材をふんだんに味わえました。 お部屋は離れの特別室でした。大浴場の他に家族風呂が広く落ち着いていて由布院のお湯を存分に楽しめました。

敷地内が広く、庭園も素晴らしい。 障がいを持つ方や高齢の親を連れてくるのは、移動が大変ですね。

Everything. The annex was very private. Beautiful dining experience, private bath, staffs are all excellent. It was a beauty of zen, omotenashi!

We had to miss one breakfast and one dinner

We loved the peaceful natural surroundings and the traditional atmosphere of the property. The quality of the onsen was excellent, and it was a very relaxing experience. The meals were beautifully prepared, delicious, and felt very special. Our room was also lovely, comfortable, and well designed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were very kind, helpful, and sincere. Their warm attitude made us feel truly welcome. Overall, it was a memorable and very pleasant stay. 自然に囲まれた静かな環境と、伝統的で落ち着いた雰囲気がとても素晴らしかったです。温泉の質も大変良く、心からリラックスできる時間を過ごすことができました。食事は美しく丁寧に用意されており、とても美味しく、特別な体験になりました。お部屋もきれいで快適、雰囲気も良く、滞在をさらに楽しいものにしてくれました。何より、スタッフの皆さまがとても親切で、温かく、誠実に対応してくださったことが印象的でした。全体として、とても思い出に残る素敵な滞在でした。

Overall, our stay at Gettouan was very pleasant. However, I think there should be more free water dispensers available around the hotel. Since guests spend time in the hot onsen baths, it is important to stay hydrated, and sometimes we need to drink water immediately after using the onsen. The water available for purchase is in the lobby, which can feel a bit far from the onsen area. Apart from this, everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay. 月燈庵での滞在は全体的にとても快適でした。ひとつだけ改善点を挙げると、館内に無料で水を飲めるウォーターサーバーをもう少し多く設置していただけると良いと思います。温泉では熱いお湯に入るため、水分補給が必要になることがありますが、販売されている水はロビーにあり、温泉エリアから少し遠く感じました。それ以外はとても良く、滞在を楽しむことができました。

Beautiful setting and gorgeous baths! The staff were very friendly and attentive. It is up in the mountains about a 40 minute walk to town which makes it feel serene.

The buildings are very old and there is a lot of construction happening around the building. Restaurant was closed when we were there.

滞在期間中、和食の朝食・夕食は旬の物を中心に全でお品書きが違ううえ品数が多く、目で楽しみながら、美味しく残さずおなか一杯いただきました。また、温泉のお湯加減がちょうど良く、部屋(離れ和室)に付いている半坪ほどの露天風呂に何回ものんびりと浸かり、大浴場(昼から朝まで開いている)は、夜10時以降は貸し切り状態で、手足を伸ばしゆっくり浸かったので、体の芯が常に暖まっており、チェックアウト時は疲れや肩こりが無くなった感覚で最高でした。

Lovely location which is within a very densely populated area of various trees and shrubs. Thus feel very close to nature and can see Mt Yufu through the tree canopy.

During the day there is a little noise nearby as behind the property is another ryokan under construction. Unfortunately out of the control of the Gettouan and it’s very quiet the rest of the time.

位置遠離車站大街, 但坐計程車大概只需5分鐘, 很方便 所有東西都超出我預期, 無論房間大小和舒適度, 早餐晚餐, 溫泉和員工服務都令我感到物超所值 下次去由布院, 我會再選擇這裏

All the meals were excellent

Great old place with a great view and lots of greenery - pretty unique

They did not tell us beforehand that the kitchen would be closed one night during our stay and we would have to find dinner and breakfast ourselves which was not very convenient since the town was a 20 minute taxi cab away. I was9 not thrilled but that was OK but what really bothered me was the morning we left without anything to eat - they didn’t offer up a crumb - not a thing to eat. I would have thought that they would have offered a little something - and this is a pretty expensive place.

Everything. I honestly thought about cancelling a few times before getting there as some reviews were bad. I’m so grateful I didnt. This was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back

Great service from the moment we arrive the hotel to the moment we left the hotel. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food were amazing, bedroom were fantastic too, with high standard privacy and very thoughtful about what we need

Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb, aber gut mit einem Taxi zu erreichen. Mann wird sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Wir hatten eine Bleibe mit eigenem Onsen, aber nutzten ebenfalls jene welche direkt am Bach gelegen waren und zusätzlich sehr erholsam waren. Die Natur, die Ausblicke und verschiedene öffentliche und private Rückzugsräume machten den Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Der Ort war in einem leichten Spaziergang erreichbar.

Leider bestand keine Möglichkeit im Hotelrestaurant zu speisen.

別館太遠了

客室は離れで、食事処も個室になっていて周りを気にせずリラックスして宿泊できました。露天風呂から見える由布岳が絶景でした。

Loved the experience away from the cities

The property ver peaceful mountain side and staffs are all friendly.

The open hotspring area close to early at 9am, which is not good for people who finish the early breakfast and want to use the hot-spring again before leaving, hopefully can close like 10:30am.

Le personnel est très serviable, l’endroit est magnifique et les onsen privés étaient agréables.

60대 부모님과 함께 방문하였는데 두분 다 만족하셨습니다. 방에 딸린 개인 욕탕도 계속 물이 나와서 따뜻하고, 대욕장도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 저녁, 아침 식사는 한국어 하실 줄 아는 직원분이 응대해주셔서 편하게 먹었습니다. 위치는 유후인역에서 택시로 10분 정도 걸립니다.

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。 個室の露天風呂の温度がちょうど良かった。 それぞれの個室が少し離れているので、静かに過ごすことができました。

食堂や休憩室までがとても遠く、寒い日だったので、雪もあり、食事や大浴場への移動が大変でした。 カードキーが一枚しかなく、外の大浴場に行った際、男女で帰りを合わせないといけなかった。

酒店環境清優，房間寬敞，清潔。晚餐和早餐食物質素高，十分美味。服務員態度非常好。房間私人風呂很好。

房內沒有浴室

2018년부터 1~2년을 주기로 매년 겨울마다 방문하는 곳입니다. 전세탕의 만족도는 다른 료칸 대비 압도적이라, 그곳을 사용하기 위해 항상 별실을 예약합니다.

가이세키 저녁 식사의 수준이 매우 낮아졌습니다. 별실 숙소 가격대가 1박에 9만엔 수준인데, 전반적인 코스의 구성은 예전과 동일하나, 메뉴 하나하나의 퀄리티가 형편 없습니다. 실망스러워서 대부분의 음식은 사진조차 찍지 않았습니다. 메인 메뉴인 스테이크는 방문할 때마다 개인별로 구워먹는 방식이었는데, 이번에는 삽자루에 나왔더군요. 너무 황당해서 유일하게 사진을 남겼습니다. 2018년부터 애정하고 매 겨울마다 방문하던 숙소였지만 다신 방문하지 않을 것 같습니다.

The property was nicely located with a bridge and nicely laid out facility. Service was solid especially at reception and dinner and breakfast.

Unlike other ryokans I’ve been at the room design was not as refined. You had to manually remove and place wooden boards on the bath to keep it warm and use it. The food was ok but not great given the price. The light switches in the room were hard to find and figure out. The shower was outdoors which was at first very cold esp in the winter (ok once you started with hot water).

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

It was surrounded by a construction site on all sides, and construction could be heard in our room and in the outdoor bath from early in the morning and all throughout the day. It was also very poorly maintained. For example the deck of the main building appeared to be collapsing and was surrounded by witches hats. The toilet in our room had an old roof leak which had turned into black mould on the wall. The area surrounding the private bath was an old rotting wooden fence. The rooms are tired and heavily worn. Overall it appears as if the owners are not spending any money on maintaining the place, looks like it might be bulldozed as part of the construction going on.

The property is clean and the staff responsive

Unfortunately this property is now in the middle of a major construction zone with a multi storey hotel being built right next door. There is noise starting from 7am and the views are totally ruined. The property is very run down with parts of the walkways shut off as they were broken. The photos are deceiving and our villa with private bathroom only had an outdoor shower which is very difficult when the temperature is -1C. This place is definitely not worth the money they are charging.

前台小姐姐很贴心，超级好，生理期忘了带，主动送过来，真是太感动了

The room we stayed in was amazing and the staff was extremely nice ! Would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a nice ryokan experience within an affordable price range (compared to other ryokans). Jason was particularly nice and helped us a lot with our suitcases and with our diner booking :)

Close to Yufin Town and nice onsen

Not a great value compared to some other options elsewhere in the region but price was definitely higher bc of proximity to town. Onsen had less facilities than others

료칸의 품격을 느낄수 있었습니다.

자는데 방의 공기가 너무 추웠어요. 히터를 틀어놨어도 아침에되니 한기가 들었습니다.

엄마랑 이모랑 모시고 다녀온 여행이었습니다. 택시타고 가서 체크인 했는데 도착하자마자 캐리어 먼저 숙소로 다 옮겨주시고, 아주 수월하고 편하게 체크인 할 수 있게 도와주셨어요요. 한국인 스태프분이 있어서 수월하게 의사소통 가능했고, 직원 분들 대부분 영어에 능숙하셔서 다른 직원들과의 소통도 원활했습니다. 료칸은 매우 깔끔했고, 방에 딸린 개인탕은 규모가 크진 않았지만 고즈넉하니 완전 좋았어요. 대욕장은 저녁에도 꼭 가세요. 달빛 아래에서 약간은 쌀쌀한 바람을 맞으며 뜨끈한 물에 몸을 담그니 너무 좋더라구요! 석식과 조식 둘 다 신청했는데, 퀄리티는 말할 것도 없이 좋았고, 한국말을 할 수 있는 분이 식사를 도와주셔서 엄마랑 이모도 아주 만족하셨어요. 재방문의사 100%입니다.

위치가 유후인 역이랑 떨어져있어서 택시를 이용했습니다. 1000엔 정도 나왔어요. 그 외 숙소에 대한 아쉬운 점은 전혀 없었어요. 아주 편하게 묵고 갑니다. 1박만 예약한 것이 아쉬웠을 뿐....아! 체크아웃 할 때 직원분께 말씀드리면 택시 직접 불러주십니다. 참고하세요~

전세탕 앞에서 담배를 피우던 분이 있었습니다. 아마 한국분이었는데 프라이빗하긴 하지만 관리가 잘 안되는 느낌이었어요

Not the quiet onsen experience i was looking for. Higher prices but average experience

Not much, except it’s clean

I don’t particularly like the outdoor shower, especially when it’s super cold in the morning and night. Plus the shower head is placed 1.5m from the ground(no other options) and expect all users to sit on a little bench to take the shower. Very troublesome for a person with long hair to wash hair with one hand holding the shower head or bow really down to wash hair. To make the matters worse, the shower head wouldn’t stay on the holder when the water passes through.

The facilities were great, the food was amazing, the staff were excellent and the private onsen with our large room was fabulous.

水回りが古くなってた。

숲속에 위치한 고풍스러운 료칸입니다. 전통적인 건축과 온천은 눈과 몸을 매우 만족스랍게 해주며 고급스러운 가이세키 요리 역시 일본의 료칸문화를 제대로 즐기기에 부족함이 없습니다. 관광보다 휴양을 목적으로 한다면 이보다 더 나은 곳은 없다 말할 수 있습니다. 한국인 직원분 포함 모든 직원분이 친절하십니다. 참고로 어매너티도 고급 브랜드네요

코로나 이후 이곳도 조금 힘드신건지 송영 서비스같은 일부 서비스들이 없어진 것이 살짝 아쉽긴 하지만 유후인의 대부분 료칸도 몇몇곳 빼곤 하는 곳이 드물다시피하니 이해할만 합니다.

房間自帶的溫泉真的很不錯，很日式古早風的住宿體驗，員工很親切、服務很好，早晚餐很有特色，適合體驗一晚看看
