Reviewed Aug 28, 2026아주 좋았습니다. 음식 퀄리티가 아주 좋았습니다. 디너에는 유후인의 사케를 곁들이며 즐길 수 있어서 특별했습니다. 자판기에 맥주를 비롯함 음료들이 구비되어 있는것도 좋았습니다. 자쿠지가 룸 내에 있어서 원할때마다 프라이빗하게 즐기기도 아주 좋았습니다.
멀진 않지만, 밥먹으러 도보로 이동해야하는건 조금 불편했습니다.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Nous avons absolument tout adoré, et si nous pouvions mettre 20 sur 10 nous le ferions ! Hébergement magnifique en tatamis avec une grande chambre vue sur les montagnes, un personnel tellement adorable, un petit déjeuner excellent, un service impeccable, tout le personnel d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons adoré terminer notre séjour d'un mois au Japon avec 4 nuits dans ce ryokan, parfait pour se ressourcer. Les onsen sont magnifiques. Nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit et remercions beaucoup toute l'équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel :-)

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026We spent two wonderful nights at this hotel, we really enjoyed their fantastic Japan Style breakfast, and the 100% pure natural hot spring. Big thanks to Mandy and hotel's driver, who really professional at entertaining customer and drive customer to the hotel very safely. The decoration at hotel is like sweet home style. Would arrange next trip to there again in Autumn.

화장실 외부, 탁구장 및 온천은 체크아웃 시간인 게스트가 서비스 이용하는 것으로 지불한 10시까지 이용하도록 하는 것이 맞다고 봅니다. 비용지불을 했는데 일부 서비스 이용 시간을 그 보다 앞서 막는 것은 합리적이지 않다고 느꼈습니다.

La localisation n'est pas très adapté pour les personnes à pied avec valise. Privilégier d'arriver en voiture.

Reviewed May 22, 2026I stayed here for one night for my private onsen experience and was very happy with the staff and condition of the room. It was very special to have a soak in the evening and early morning when the sun rises, so beautiful. I didn't have dinner there but I had breakfast while watching the sun rise over Mount Yufuin and it was so lovely. They even offered to help me take photo because I was on my own which was very thoughtful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The onsite parking was a huge plus.
Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but not a big deal.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Stayed in the annex with a private bath. Enjoyed the comforting and beautiful Japanese breakfast. Staff were wonderful and helpful. A lovely stay to be near the tourist attractions at Yufuin.
Room was a little dated. Abit of a walk (10-15mins) from Yufuin station along roads that were not lit up at night with cars rushing by.

Reviewed May 16, 2026무료 조식 서비스가 생각보다 맛있었음. 숙소 뷰가 너무 멋짐. 장관임. 숙소가 매우 아늑함. 탕이 깨끗하며 매일 남탕/여탕 위치를 바꾸며 청결관리를 힘쓰는게 마음에 듦. 도착했을 때 이용하기 편하도록 정보를 친절하게 알려주심. 역에서 걸어서 약 12분 정도 거리에 있었고 가는 길에 편의점이 많아서 간단한 간식 사들고 가기 좋았음.
휴대폰 연결 오류인지 와이파이가 한번씩 끊겼음.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Ce ryokan était un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer au calme avec une superbe vue sur le mont Yufu. Le personnel est vraiment aimable et souriant. Nous avons pris l’option le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Les plats est vraiment de très haute qualité, généreux en quantité et variés. Nous n’avons jamais aussi bien mangé ailleurs. La qualité de l’eau était très satisfaisante. Il est aussi très bien situé par rapport à la gare et le terminus de bus. On pouvait s’amuser dans une salle de divertissement en jouant au tennis de table, au mini golf,…
La chambre était vraiment petite pour une famille de quatre. En dehors du futon, on n’avait même pas la place pour marcher dans la chambre. Pour venir à pied depuis le terminus de bus avec la valise était un peu fatigante mais ça allait. Nous n’avons pas trop d’option pour les horaires de repas. Les repas commencent assez tôt pour les vacanciers.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026We had to cut our stay short, but the highlight of this place is the outside Onsen bath. That’s really it. Location is about 20mins walk to centre of Yufuin.
We expected a ryokan experience like we’d had at other places, but this wasn’t the same. The accomodation was in a separate building. The neighbouring rooms back right up and we had noise all night from the room next door. It is traditional so futons, and seats all on the floor. Unfortunately our older bodies struggled with this. Was hoping for at least some chairs. Location is tricky to find as signage is old and and hidden. Need to head up a narrow street and checkin at main building.

De prijs die wij betaald hebben stond totaal niet in verhouding tot wat het bied. Futonbedden met een te dunne matras. Werkt niet goed als je meer dan 90 kg. Weegt, ook al leg je er wat onder. Daarnaast was er voor dit geld geen wc en douche op de kamer !!

The dinner was delectable, and the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. I was so comfortable that I decided to skip breakfast, but I hadn’t informed anyone. When I didn’t show up, the host came to check on me to ensure I wasn’t unwell. I would return to Japan solely for this hotel experience! It perfectly embodies the image of a Japanese mountain retreat.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026가격대가 합리적이라 선택했는데 가격 외의 많은 부분에서 매우매우매우X100 만족입니다!! 직원분들 모두다 너무 친절하시고, 택시가 잘 안 잡히는데 직접 택시 예약해주셔서 1회 무료 이용까지 가능하니 너무 편했어요. 야외 온천에서 보이는 유후인 산 전경과 밤하늘도 이뻤고, 침구도 생각보다 푹신해서 잠도 너무 잘 왔습니다. 단 하나 화장실이 객실 밖에 있다고 해서 좀 걱정했는데 너무 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어 기우였습니다! 1박만 한 게 아쉬워요
없습니당!! 다음 유후인에 가면 또 가고 싶네요!!

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026노천탕이 너무너무너어무 좋고 료칸 자체가 소규모이다 보니 북적거림없이 넘 편안하고 여유롭게 지낼 수 있었어요 ✨ 아버지 칠순기념 여행이었는데 아버지깨서 첫날 카이세키 드시며 “더할 나위없이 좋다” 하시는데 넘 뿌듯하고 뭉클했네요🥹 위치는 역에서 10분정도 걸어가야 하는데 도보가 없어서 좀 위험했던점이 아쉬웠고 걱정했던 공용화장실도 깨끗하고 한적해서 편안하게 이용할 수 있었어요

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025We had a truly unforgettable stay at Ryokan Yamanami, and it will remain one of our most cherished travel memories. We stayed in a room with a private onsen, which made the experience even more special. Being able to relax in our own hot spring, surrounded by nature and complete tranquility, allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy every moment at our own pace. What truly sets this ryokan apart is the exceptional care and thoughtfulness of the staff. Every detail was handled with such warmth and attentiveness that we genuinely felt looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness made it incredibly easy to feel comfortable and at home. A very special thank you to Manager Mika, who went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Her constant support, genuine kindness, and warm presence made our stay even more meaningful. Because of her hospitality, this ryokan is not just a place we stayed—but a place we truly connected with and hope to return to again. Combined with the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful onsen, delicious traditional meals, and heartfelt service, Ryokan Yamanami is a place we would wholeheartedly recommend. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025본관에서 1박, 별관에서 1박을 했습니다. 온천은 본관의 온천이 훨씬 넓으며 물 온도도 좋고 야외라서 훨씬 좋더라구요. 본관에서 묵어도 불편한게 없을 듯 합니다.
다다미가 조금 부식된 부분이 있는데, 부스러기가 옷에 끼여서 아쉬웠네요... 앉아있다 일어나면 바지에 다 묻어납니다 ㅠ.ㅠ
