Shenzhen Avant-Garde Hotel

A very good hotel - experienced staff - no disturbance - ease of check-in - very cooperative staff - went extra mile to support my stay (a short one thou) - definitely my first choice on my next visit.

Not much that I can think of

Staff members took longer than expected to fix WiFi. It took til the next day to finally get it fixed.

Good service, all you would expect of a hotel of this class. A couple of things didnt work in the room, but were fixed immediately

Funky looking building. Swimming pool, gym and bowling alley, bakery downstairs as well as a nightclub, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

洗澡的熱水不熱，水龍頭的水是黃的，容易不小心點選到收費的頻道。

Good location, It is easy to get metro. There are many snack and tea in the street, Staff are also good. However I can undersatand no window room.

Ok for a business stay, nothing fancy, a little worn down, hard matress but a very nice breakfast.

here is good hotel, silence plance, you can take business meeting in hotel.

Price is very worth for the amenities provided. Easy to find food around the neighbourhood's and also there is a pub next to the hotel serving good variety of beers.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 괜찮은 호텔입니다 다만 춘절연휴에 수영장 포함한 레저시설 전부 운영을 하지 않음을 미리 공지하지 않아 당황했습니다 아이들이랑 호텔에서 재미난 시간 보내려고 레저시설 많은 아방가르드호텔을 선택했기에 실망이 큽니다

깨끗함

朝食は6時30分から始まると説明を受けていたのですが、実際は6時30分から準備が始まり出揃ったのは7時ごろでした。 また、部屋には暖房がないため、広東省でも寒い時にはこのホテルはお勧めできません。 バスタブ有りと無しの部屋のタイプがあり、同僚と私で同じ料金でしたがタイプが違いました。

ホテルは清潔でよかったですが テレビ操作がわかりずらいです

隔音很差 廁所很髒 有煙味 ...但員工服務不錯

Room is clean and comfort. Breakfast is superb. Free schedule shuttle to airport.

I've stayed at the Avant-Garde Hotel several times this past few years. Very convenient location for me. Friendly and helpful staff, but limited with their English. Cleanliness was acceptable, but in need of maintenance and getting very dated now.

So So only for a 5 star hotel ? but food offer are lot and lot around the hotel.

ホテルの部屋の広さ室内からの景色素晴らしい。 フロントもとても広いしソファーも沢山ありよかった。 朝食事が品数も多いしとても美味しく頂きました。

Pleasantly surprised by Avant Garde Hotel. We planned a one night stay to catch a flight to Kunming the next morning, and did not expect it to be so fabulous. Very close to Shenzhen airport, no. 1. Other than having a hint of smoke smell in the hallway and the bed being a bit too hard (typical Chinese local standard), we found the room to be real comfortable, well designed and staff most polite and helpful. They advised us to go visit Sea World which we found to be an enjoyable experience and good way to spend a few hours. Hotel is close to local restaurants that you can eat even late into the morning if you can't sleep. Surrounding streets are clean and walk-able.

分享入住經驗,本次入住提供房間尚舒適,但是到晚上燈控,空調完全失靈,到2:30換房,由大房換小房(面積變小了, 6:00起床又發現電視無供電,無法使用,經反映機工尚未上班,直到9:00退房都未能修護 經向總台經理反應,,表達權益受損,要求合理的折扣未果,僅表示已經刷卡完成,無法處理等下次入住再給優惠,因而作罷退房

Not bad for a Chinese operated hotel. I'm assuming it's Chinese owned and operated because of the decor. The service was adequate- friendly staff. And the room was nice and clean.

4성급 호텔이라고 해서 예약을 했는데 실제는 2.5성급 수준의 호텔이다. 기온이 뚝 떨어져 추운 날씨 임에도 난방이 않되고, 히터를 요청해도 공급 물량이 딸려서 대기해서 다음날에나 받을 수 있었지만 그것도 너무 용량이 작아서 별로 효과가 없고, 아침 조식 또한 3성급 수준도 못되는 저급한 수준이였다. 여행자에게 별로 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔로 보인다.

舒適 乾淨

交通便利離地鐵站很近，距離深圳寶安機場非常近。飯店早餐中西式都有，而且非常菜色豐富。飯店內無論是櫃台或其他服務員很親切而且熱誠

一楼有两个电梯间，办完入住手续后很自然地走向了比较近的那个去餐厅的（但其实去客房的是后面那个），旁边路过的服务员大姐很热心地主动告诉我们方向和位置，赞！

The hotel is really nice and modern. It is near from a mall, so we had good options for dinner. The rooms are really nice and big! The only thing I missed is that the staff don´t speak English so well, so sometimes we had some difficulties in communication!

One of my favourite 'Go To' hotels for business or hosting business guests. Very comfortable and good amenities, decent internet and friendly helpful staff. Harry the Indian Concierge is the best if you need help getting something done or with English translation. Local area is very 'local' but easy to get a cab or bike to Metro. Close to SZ Airport.

Excellent stay...enjoyed swimming, billiard, nice breakfast compared to Baolilai Hotel in Shenzhen where I've had very bad experience.

Hotel was pleasant, The lobby bar was not open when it should have been. The front desk sent a guy over but he could not find the keys to unlock the refer. After 10 minutes of waiting they told me to go to the 8th floor restaurant and they sat me in a large buffet area. I ordered my mixed drink and it arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later. So the moral of this story is if you want to have a drink or beer you should buy it before you arrive to this hotel.

Room was big and quite comfy. Breakfast included was not very good (compared to other 4-5 stars hotel in China). Location is only good if you travel by taxi/car, subway is quite far. Good for business stay, would not recommend to tourists.

Everything is good here. Hope to go back soon. Modern room, not flashy but very comfortable, very functional and quiet. It is rare that I go to a new hotel and instantly like it. This is that kind of place.

Really nice hotel and convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Most staff speaks English.

The room, lobby, and all are really nice and felt 5*. However, the internet was not available (useless per front desk person), for 80% of the time I was there. Hard to do business with no internet. They also did not turn on the central AC, so it was getting hot in our room. We complained, and they said others had too. But the didn't fix it. Then when we checked out they said no one has complained. Oh well, they did credit us back the extra charge for a window because of the problems.

They didn't take my Visa card... I mean, come on! Food was below mediocre and also took forever to make.

The hotel overall wasn't bad but it has obviously seen better days or could benefit with better care. The staff was friendly. Some could speak English though several could not. The provided breakfast was a severe disappointment. The room was nice enough though bathroom set up was odd and less than ideal. Bathroom lighting was poor and only mirror was a small one on arm. Also the staff at checkout was scrupulous about charging me the ¥110 I had acummulated in charges but had to be prodded agressively to refund my ¥1000 room deposit. The only positive on the location was it close to the airport, otherwise I would recommend staying in another area/district of Shenzhen. Room was fairly clean but could have been better.

The area around the hotel is not the most beautiful but it was ideal for my trip as vendors and airport were all very close by.

Great value for the money and would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and very nice staff. The breakfast buffé was a mix of Chinese and western, not the best if you are used to western standards, but enough choices for you to find something. The wifi was fast (in China standards). It is pretty close to the airport, so you'll hear airplanes, but not very loudly and didn't bother my sleep.

Overall a very comfortable hotel, with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The illustration that shows the hotel at night makes it look really cool, but the reality is a let down. It's still interesting architecture, but not as modern as you would think. The room was nice and clean and the only problem I had, was that there was no window. It wasn't really a problem, since there probably wasn't a view from my room anyway, but a little strange. The worst part about the hotel is the food, but this seems to be the case with a lot of Chinese hotels. Just don't order any Western food and expect it to be recognizable. The area around the hotel is OK, but not a lot of things to do for someone not steeped in Chinese culture. The street next to the hotel is a walking street with a lot of creative studios and such which was interesting to see. Go a little further and you're in deep, side street traditional culture. Staff was fairly helpful.

This is a very new hotel ultra modern and clean. Amazing facilities all round including a 4 lane bowling alley in the gym/spa area. This hotel ticks all the boxes, cleanness, service, comfort and meals - great western restaurant and western buffet breakfast and extremely good value for the level of hotel presented

This is a very cool hotel - modern clean and fresh looks and feels like a 6 star hotel. Great facilities, staff and food and the rooms are outstanding. For the price this hotel reresents some of the best value I have had travelling the world

This came up as close to Hong Kong airport. In fact it's in mainland China about 2 1/2 hours away and requiring a visa which I didn't have.They apparently sent a car which cost me $130 and wasn't there when I arrived even though the plane was late and I waited some time. As I had no hotel I had to rebook the flight which was $160. Overall cost $370 for nothing.!
