The place was listed as a 5star hotel, it was not. It turned up to be a 5* boutique hotel, that was confusing. small things like one tooth brush, one ration of water...

The hotel is clean and quiet. I was able to relax for my stay because of the quietness. But there is dim lighting in the room, even with the lamps on. The breakfast was limited. A bit pricey for the offerred set.

The location is great.

Hotel Staff were brilliant an helpful😁😁. I would like the curtains to be changed in light colour so the rooms looks more bright coz the room we stayed had a dark curtains an can’t actually tell weather it’s a day or night??

كانت سيئة من بداية الوصول مع موظف الاستقبال محمد حيث اننا عائلة وقمت بطلب غرفتين متجاورتين وأخبرني بانه قام بإعطائي المطلوب الا ان الغرف كانت متباعدة وقام بتحويلي الى مدير الفندق قتيبة وكان أسلوبه جاف في التعامل الفندق لا يستحق 5 نجوم والإفطار سيء ومحدود يصلح ان يكون فندق 3 نجوم الفندق يصلح للنوم فقط الغرف كبيرة

The spread of food for the Buffet Breakfast was at best, comparable to a 3.5 Star-rated hotel; especially for the "Cold-food" selection.

To be a 5 stars I expected more, breakfast needs more organisation in the staff, and really small restaurant for so many rooms..

Too many rules, and timings of gym or pool

Received a room opposite a construction site which was less then two meters away from the window to the room so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time as there was no view or even the most basic of all things you could expect from a hotel room i.e. Sunlight. Asked to be moved to a room with natural light which was refused on the basis that the other rooms cost more. Asked to speak to the manager countless times and was fobbed off every time. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel in the world let alone from a 5 star hotel in the Emirates.

I checked in at 8pm and went to take a shower but there was only luke warm water. In the morning, there was hot water. There was no valet parking nor any show shine service by the conceirge. The TV remote was not working. The shower gel and shampoo are in a box of which you cannot squeeze out, hence it take done effort to use these amenities vs. a standard tube.

I stayed for three nights in this wonderful hotel I was a amazing stay Everything is perfect Form the room to the staff Thank you for making my stay so perfect.

The hotel is nice and new. The room is big and comfortable however the room lighting is very dimmed and depressing, there is not enough lighting and moreover the room color is dark which made it even darker.

I stayed in Sharjah while visiting some friends. The hotel staff was very welcoming from the beginning. The rooms are comfortable and clean. In particular I appreciated that rooms do not have floor carpeting, which often is dusty or dirty. Bathroom was well lit and spacious, with both a tub and an adjacient shower. Everything about the room was impeccable. Ob top of that I had very nice view of the creek, just as requested at the time of the booking. I tried the gym and the pool too. The facilities were exquisitely clean and well maintained. The only suggestion i would have to the hotel would be to place a non-slippery mat by the pool as one could slip while entering, as i almost did. Overall i would consider my stay very pleasant and will definitely stay again next time i'm in Sharjah.

للمره الثانية اسكن في نفس الفندق.. طبعا الفندق يستاهل 5 نجوم ..فندق راقي وكل الخدمات متوفرة والموقع ولأطلاله على البحيره ولا أروع العاملين متعاونيين ونظافه والهدؤء..

The hotel exceeds my expectations. It was very quite and staff fairly friendly. It was pity that steam was not working well. I tried other 5 star hotels in Sharjah and this was the best. Price very reasonable.

I faced Wifi connection problem with i phone and constraction noise.

I have booked a standard room for me and my wife and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Very generous of them. The service was excellent, the views from the window were great, the food was very good, the WiFi internet had no problems and the price was very competitive. We really loved the style of the room and the hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much and we didn't want to leave. My only complaint is that the refrigerator was very small but it was enough for us.

Hotel is very nice, staff is excellent, nice view of the lagoon.

In the description while reserving a room, it was clearly said "This water view room ..... ". However, I didn't get water front room. The hotel misplaced the reservation. Forced to sign agreement not to smoke in the rooms otherwise AED 500 fine will apply.

Had a suite. Spacious room, wanted King Bed but those don't have view of water or skyline. Accepted room with view and was told it came with 2 Queen Beds. Beds were actually more like US single. A little tight for two but we managed.

Good points -- great staff (friendly, eager, competent), stylish design and fitout (very urban, muted hues, not too much identikit art), generously sized rooms. Could do better -- some of the fancy technology backfired (stylish desk lamp was wobbly, clever pop-out night lights filled the room with a blue glow when closed) and the bed was just a little too hard, with flabby pillows. Don't bother with the pool; it's (a) indoors and (b) tiny. Overall -- Sharjah doesn't have the same reputation for style and understated elegance than Dubai and Abu Dhabi aspire to, so 72 By Hues is a surprising oasis of cool in this traditionally and determinedly unstylish place

Fantastic customer service from the moment that I arrived, including juice and a cold towel as I checked in. The staff were lovely and eager to help, and the hotel itself was really modern and pristine, with good size room and bathroom. The hotel is located on the corniche just a few minutes by taxi to the Blue Souk, and 6 minutes to the Heritage area, so great if you're sight-seeing.

酒店装修很精致，设施齐全，价格合理，食物价格也挺低。就是大厅比较小，暂时中午晚上没有自助。

One of the best hotel I stay this year .The hotel face the lake with the best view of Sharjah . The free parking with the free valet make it more sutables for stay big rooms and very friendly stuff .
