The Act Hotel Sharjah

Lovely spacious rooms and very clean. The staff were kind, polite and helpful. They made every effort to ensure that we have a comfortable and pleasant stay

Good rooms but varied service. Second stay in a month and on both occasions the room key timed out every day which was inconvenient. Room cleaners need training for consistency in standards. Ensuring towels, toiletries, tea coffee provisions are as they should be. This was a daily issue.

This hotel is supposedly five stars, but it barely makes it past three. It’s run down and disappointing. The tub is just behind the shower stall, but the towels are above the tub, so in order to grab your towel after you’ve showered you must climb over the tub, which makes it uncomfortable and even dangerous, especially if you’re short in stature. The breakfast is alright, but the coffee was particularly terrible. We would not choose this hotel again, especially when there are others in the atea area that are actually five stars.

The staff's hospitality is unmatched!!!

It was all good

Staff.

Nice

They treated my brother good. I recommend this property

good

Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made. All staff were friendly, nice and professional.

Very good staff and excellent customer service, specially house keepers cleaned my room everyday which I liked it. Very respectful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was Excellent and very clean and staff very helpful and nice

Perfekt hotel.

Excellent area.

Nice room spacious. The staff very helpful and good location

Excellent hotel

Very good

I like the hotel

WC smell 😖

Great hotel good food great pool area and sauna and gym

Room is large

Not a real 5-star hotel. Staff are nice. The hotel is more like a 3-star hotel considering the North American standards.

All is good in the hotel. Fast wifi, great service. The only minus is the lighting in the room. Too dark. Otherwise a great stay.

Lovely building and facility, though Internet wifi is very bad in the room. The hotel need to improve very well on it.

Dirty carpet, dirty facilities, unclean hotel rooms smelling like cigarettes.

Excellent stay. This pakistani guy in reciption his name zafer was soo nice and helpfull and offered all kind of help and more.

Great

They stay was ok, but felt the standard dropped from my last visit 2 years ago. This was supposed to be a 5* hotel but was shocked to be told that I will have to pay for water if I wanted more than two small one provided (never seen this in a 5* hotel)

It was good as usual, but the only thing i didnt like is the auto light for power saving ... it went off while i was in shower!!!!!

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein (Wurst, Brot u.a.)

Great wifi, accomodating staff and super clean. Close tot he water and many restqaurants and cafes around.

The staff is excellent and efficient. Very clean. Restaurant could have a better menu.

Very pleasant, staff and manager very efficient. They know what is inconvenient means, attended promptly. One of the best hotels..

I originally was staying in this room but the room next to me seem to be thinking they were alone in the floor and had the tv in full volume. Appreciated the staff agreeing to my request to be transferred to a quieter room. The lights were too dim though. Breakfast was limited. Overall the stay was okay for the price.

It was good.

Very nice stay for business in Sharjah. All the staff very helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast. Rooms are calm and clean.

Room size good, concierge helpful. Hotel needed for a few hours sleep so didn’t see all it had to offer. Looked to be in a quiet area but again adequate for us

Amazing

The hotel was wonderful but at check in there was no record of our reservation. We were fortunate that a room was available and the hotel honored our price.

Hotel is in a good area to walk about, room is nice n lots of space, Net is great (but didnt have time to have bfast spread). Only issue and agree with other reviewers and Trip Advisor comments that the room is rather dark. Had to use toilet light to see do work :(. Otherwise will definitely come back

This hotel is design hotel. Facility is modern and new. Even just a single room, there are 2 48inch Smart TV.

all aspects, cleanliness, food, service, administration
