Location suited us well. Exceptional staff, so nice to be "welcomed home" after a day out. Clean and comfortable, great pool. Any concern raised become a number one priority for staff, resolved instantly. This on our must return list.

The property is in a very good location. In reach of restaurants and bars . The staff are very attentive to your needs. The room is cleaned every day . The hotel gave me a complimentary floating breakfast for my birthday and decorated my bed beautifully. The went above and beyond yo make my stay very memorable. I would definitely come again .

We had an incredible stay at this private villa in Kuta.The property is beautiful and extremely clean. Having a private pool right was definitely the highlight of our trip. The room was comfortable and well maintained.The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed, they facilitated our stay and were so polite and kind! It was the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali.We would love to come back!Highly recommended!

The villa was perfect 🤩 for two people! It wasn’t as busy as I was thinking which was good, the staff are nice, the room was super cute, the bed was comfy, and the pool and room cleaned every day, nice breakfast, and walking distance to all the main things and little stores 🏬!

Received a dirty towel when our room was cleaned and we ran out of toilet paper because it wasn’t restocked when they cleaned the room, but after asking they gave us some every day, there’s also a lot of stray dogs 🐕 where this place is just outside I didn’t mind because I love dogs but just in case some people are scared.

Location was in a gang off Kartika Plaza with plenty of Warung eating options. It was a quiet relaxing location. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The power cord of the bedside lamp on my wife's side of the bed had been cut and then rejoined with electrical tape, unbeknownst to my wife. She went to turn it off one night and got a small electric shock, the lamp blew a circuit and sparked burning the bed cover's a little bit. We reported immediately to the staff on duty, they were able to reset the circuit breaker and check the PowerPoints and all was ok. Next day they replaced the faulty lamp, but didn't replace the burnt stain sheets or check in and ask how my wife was. I got the feeling that things like this must happen all the time, or they just didn't realise how serious this incident was.

Private pool, size of room was great, 2 toilets, nice high bench in kitchenette, big comfy lounge and bed. Housekeeping and grounds staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Pool was cold, downstairs toilet didn't flush well, multiple floor levels made carting baggage up to bedroom tricky. No Bintang Radler available. No early check in.

The 2 story Pool loft villa was great and exactly as portrayed on Booking.com. The cleanliness of our villa and the whole complex was exceptional for Bali accommodation and the staff were both friendly and more than happy to help with any of our requests. i have already recommended 18 Suite Villas to many friend's back in Australia and would happily stay there again.

Nothing other than the villa's plunge pool not having direct access to the sun but i expected this to be the case.

Wanda and Tiwi were both so attentive and provided amazing customer service. They remembered my name, always greeted me with a good morning, and constantly made sure I was okay and had everything I needed. The villa was exactly what I wanted and honestly, I couldn’t fault a single thing about my stay. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience 🙏✨️🫶

The staff where wonderful and extremely helpful

The chairs around the pool area are very uncomfortable, you can't lie down and after half hour your backside is killing you. You are unable to lie down as it is just a plastic chair. It would make so much difference if some sun loungers where provided.

The room was very spacious, and the pool was very nice and refreshing. My whole ordeal was fantastic.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La piscine n'était pas entretenue, l'eau était flou et vert. On ne s'est pas baigné car on ne voulait pas tombé malade. Dommage pour un tel hotel que la piscine n'est pas entretenue.

What a lovely hotel!! It was quiet and relaxing, as I wanted. Extra CLEAN room, it was so clean! Excellent maintenance of the room, shower, bathtub, etc. All amenities. Nice little kitchen corner to cook, beautiful bed and decoration. Very friendly staff! Helpful and welcoming! Thank you so much to LIA and WANDA! ❤️ And also to the great therapist SURIH (you can book relaxing massages at amazing rates!! ) Nice and fresh breakfast. Everything was perfect (I just personally did not use the private pool). The bedroom was so well maintained that it looked like all new! :-) In the bedroom there is a TV with Netflix, Youtube, a safe box, micro wave, fridge and mini bar, kettle, dish, etc. Walking distance to the beach (Segara Beach is wonderful), the amazing Kuta Art market, perfect for gifts and souvenirs! And the wonderful aquapark (Waterbom), the restaurant Naty's and the Warung (fresh and local food) Dewa! All is near by the hotel and I recommend *everything*! 😉👌❤️ I hope to come back!

Ants all over day bed, toilet door didn’t close, dark and dingy, not family friendly in loft stay.

Rooms are comfortable and private with lots of natural light. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s kinda old. Claimed as 4 star, but more like 3 star. Breakfast was basic. Interesting area, a bit sketchy.

The staff were really lovely and to be fair we only spent 2 nights there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge.

The bathroom, toilet and sink looked very unsanitary. Looked dirty and the basin taps were broken. The private pool doesn’t get much sun, so it was very cold. We didn’t use the huge bath tub as again it didn’t look clean. I also didn’t have the breakfast even though it was included. The door was very troublesome to lock and I suggest a more standard padlock. Bringing in the suitcases over that entry, with a step and pebbles is very difficult. The room’s decor was lacking and the walls were screaming for some beautiful tropical artwork. For what we paid it served us well and the staff really are lovely and extremely helpful. Just needs a little more t.l.c

食物方面我觉得已经很不错了，房间也是很干净，出去路口就有点偏远要走一条小路才能进来，交通方面很方便呼叫grad效率也很快。只是步行去海边有点远，大概走路要20分钟才能抵达kuta海边。

泳池方面有待改进，希望可以改善清洁方面问题尤其是水质不是很清澈，所以一直不敢下去游泳

Villa with private pool was exceptional. Clean and lovely cheers and tenors around pool and patio. The bath in pool was so special. Having a warm bath in the private villa with rose oil was magical. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Outdoor tea/coffee and mini fridge. Pool towel supplied on the bed in the villa.

Everyone was so lovely. Wanda kept in contact about any issues and when we needed our room cleaned due to the sign being outside in the wind. The breakfast was lovely, we loved we could order eggs and coffees as well as what was apart of the buffet.

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very centrally located in kuta,yet quiet. Wonda at the front desk was very prompt in her replies. Its a bit small for a villa but compact has a stove and crockery too.

We requested for late check out by 2pm but was flatly refused by one of the staff without even checking whether they had guests arriving,inspite of us staying for seven days. They said that we would have to pay.This was disappointing to hear as normally hotels do oblige whenever its possible.

The villa was beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful

The fridge is a bit small, being aussie we like to stock the fridge with Bintangs and coke. We adjusted to the issue with buying cans of coke instead of bottles as be purchased duty free spirits on the way to drink in out room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing if ever two. Wanda she is so good and always with a smile.

The staff were always so friendly, helpful & accommodating. Accidently booked the wrong room, they offered me a bigger room. The room was massive & perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, enough furniture inside & outside to make it a small home for the couple of weeks we were there. Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff, always going above & beyond. My partner locked me out of the villa & fell asleep, they found a way to get me inside in a short amount of time. The room was always cleaned daily @ our convenience (when we were out). So happy with my stay, would definitely recommend.

The water wasnt working a couple times so I had to call reception, it was fixed within minutes.

Staff was extremely kind and generous, room service menu was delicious especially the drinks. Bed was really comfortable, area was extremely convenient for a lot of shopping and dining. Easy walk to Kuta beach, overall great stay! Would recommend if staying in Kuta!

This is a beautiful luxurious stay in the heart of Kuta. The rooms are big and comfortable and the dip pool is lovely. The staff were very friendly and responsive.
