April Suites

Handy hotel close to everything you need

Good location any issues staff dealt with it quickly

Close to everything

The hotel is a go to for me because it is conveniently located well priced and always clean but this one time I had a terrible time with the woman at reception. I was in my room asleep when I got a phone call saying I am a check out check out check out Very loudly on the phone. This type of behavior is not acceptable whilst I made the mistake of getting my dates mixed up. I do not expect to be treated like this. This is terrible customer service now I know there is a language barrier as well, but that is just not acceptable. Very bad training. A small thing like this would stop me staying again.

This is my go to hotel every time I’m here. It’s quite inconvenient clean and walkable. Absolute value for money

Receptionist not god

Great location super nice and friendly staff

Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times

Polite staff, quite and had no issue at all.

Stayed many times, super clean, great staff. The price is right, love the roof pool, Theo and Ged are always helpful.

Good value central position.

Lovely hotel and very accommodating staff Lovely location.

I definitely would book here again... just lil mad i couldn't have 2 guests at once

Been many times. Great location, super clean, staff very good and helpful. Theo and He'd very helpful at pool with drinks and service

Sadly, the surveys don’t give you enough information to allow accurately, but what I can say it is sensational value for money and a great quiet location with easy access to the main road via the August suites hotel in front. I do enjoy staying here I wish to start for a bit more friendly

Very nice place

Good staff friendly and helpful.

Walking distance from the beach area and restaurants

Amazing hotel… will come again

Been here before, great staff, clean, the location is convenient. No complaints.

It’s got a pool and is an easy walk to almost anywhere. It’s at the end of an Alley so it’s very quiet compared to most other areas.

Hotel was good. Staff was very good. Bed was very firm. It was like sleeping on the ground. But I do like a firm bed. So it worked out well for me.

Near local hotspots but far enough away to be quiet. Spacious room

The shower facilities were somewhat lacking… not an enclosed shower, shower head was mounted at hip height within a bath tub… not the end of the world, do able, learnable, but, necessary ? …. all that having been said, I would still recommend this hotel ! … the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful ! …

The staff was very excellent and professional and pleasing and kind

Great low budget hotel. Close to everything yet in a quiet location. Friendly staff

The staff was not as friendly as usual. But still good. It is so quiet there.

Beds are firm. Other than that, a solid stay.

Great staff and new or recent remodel. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great time

Good distance from central

Excellent stay with friendly staff. I booked this for 5 nights, but could have been happy to stay there for my whole vacation

It was clean and the staff was good

Always like the quiet surroundings, well taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and shopping.

Staff were very helpful and its only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The room that I stayed in needed a revamp in all areas. The hotel initially looks like its sutuated in a slum area. The view from my hotel room was not inspiring. Rooftop pool was good, but the gym was limited to 3 basic machines.

The staff was helpful but I lost my internet usage an hour before I was slated to leave, NOT HAPPY!

Property sits in a alley or deadend soi makes walking getting around bit more difficult other than that and hardest mattress I have seen good little budget hotel if bedding was fixed would recommend

Great hotel set in a quiet soi,but near all the action. Staff are friendly and helpful Nice pool area on rooftop so sun all day. The pool really could do with a fridge to save the waiter having to run up and down stairs every time someone wants a drink. My only other critisism is that the hotel does not have a card machine which means a walk to the August Hotel to pay on arrival. It seem strange in a hotel not to have a card machine.

Hotel and the room is good. The walk to the beach from this hotel is not fun. Some of the staff is not friendly.

My stay was wonderful the sauna was the best for me The room was very clean and comfortable

I really like this little hotel. It is a fantastic location, but sadly, it sits in a runway lane surrounded by trash and dirtiness.

It’s sad to give a bad area review as the property, location, staff and value for money are unbeatable.

Nice hotel, good service, room was very clean. bed firm but still got a good nights sleep. Air con cold and efficent. Shower plenty of hot water. would recommend

Liked: clean , new, gym,sauna ,

Good

Staff was rude and really dont care about anything except the tip jar at the front desk. Staff is always on the phone. Accused us of stealing a small towel at check out( which we never got). Staff never said hello or anything unless they had a problem and then they sure let you know it and not in a nice way. Dont even think about bringing a guest to your room there is a 500 baht charge. Be prepared to sign a page long of additional rules and charges at check in. Bad experience all around. You have been warned!

Great Hotel Lovely staff Large comfortable room Downsides ; Lack of sunbeds at pool ( was 8 then 3 more came) but insufficient for guests using pool area. WIFI reception by pool very poor . No card machine at hotel at all had to go to sister hotel (August Suites) to use theirs at both check in and departure. This is ridiculous in a hotel of this size. It was the same in February when I last stayed.

Great place everyone is friendly and very attentive.

Stayed here before and great second stay as well. Didn't use the facilities as much this time. Great location with short walk to either of the party areas. Would recommend to stay again.

This was a great place for my first ti e in Pattaya. It's located in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The onsite restaurant made breakfast a breeze.

This hotel is amazing, the staff are extremely nice and they make sure that you are safe and comfortable. The hotel is super clean. The air conditioners work great. To be honest it felt like home away from home definitely recommend this awesome Hotel. Andre green USA California

I’ve stayed here for a couple of years now and I absolutely love this place., it’s nice, quiet, and off of the beating path. It’s a great stay

A little bit away from walking Street however, if you like Chinatown or Indian food, you got both in the area not the best location but great hotel

Great little hotel, close to Central Festival. Modern basic facility, nice pool and friendly staff.

Staff very good

Fully recommended.

Very nice hotel with friendly team. Nice rooms and close to central festival mall.

Very comfortable and quiet location that is situated in a convenient location. Staff are very helpful and extremely friendly.

Great little hotel off of main roads so it is quiet. Good staff.

Poor customer service

Room was spacious, clean, however there was a smelly odor which came from the pipes in the bathroom. The pool was really nice and they have a bar service offering alcohol at good prices. You are required to give staff credit card number upon checkin in case of damage to the property. This i did not agree with but had to comply. I think this is a bad first impression as 1 it makes you think they dont trust you, and 2 i was not informed of this beforehand and 3 we may be scammed. Surrounding areas have close food places which was convenient, a 711 and burger places etc. However, the motel is let down by the smelly sewer pipes down long driveway. So everytime u go back to the motel or leave the motel you will have to endure the smells

Excellent service the rooms are always good and I will definitely book again

👍

Nice and quiet friendly staff

Everyone was nice and assisted me professionally.

Its in a great area easy walk to the Bars and Beach. Laundry service clos3 by and several restaurants and markets around corner.

Pros - the pool is gorgeous, there’s a sauna which is nice and a very basic gym Cons - the shower was dirty, the floor was dirty and the bed was hard

Great place to stay

Great place to stay

Ok

Always superb, I have stayed here many times and have never regretted it. beer only 60 baht, food amazing and very cheap staff are amazing. A big plus is it is only 10 minutes from Pascals (the best food and drink in Pattaya

In a quiet area but close many different shopping, eating and entertainment areas. Staff freindly.

I think it is the most well-rounded Hotel I've stayed at in thailand. The only reason I probably won't be coming back anytime soon, is because I don't plan on going to pattaya. Other than that. I can't say enough good stuff about the place. They've gone above and beyond several times for me.

Very convenient to anything, because the hotel is located in a little alley, little bit spooky at night when walking alone.

Mostly i love the staff. But everything is excellent. It is my hotel every time i go to pattaya. The staff are beyond accommodating. Stay here and thank me later!

Great value hotel with great staff Fourth time I've stayed there and never disappointed

Locatio, one way in, one way out.

Stayed here many times. Staff is always friendly. There's a man to open the door for you 24 hours a day. Clean like the pool on the roof

Great location, happy with room . Staff were helpful, thankyou Natalie on the front desk.

hard to communicate but survived

Good location, close to the beach and shops/bars. Good for the price.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very good overall only downside is beds a little to hard...

Staff was very helpful, matress a litlle hard for my liking, beautiful roof top pool, very good water pressure, but room smelt a little funky.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff.

I always try to stay at April or August suites there great

Great location, friendly staff, good building

16 night stay. Great location right off 2nd road down a small alley way. Close to two laundry ladies. Room is adequately sized and daily housekeeping is offered with two bottles of water. Shower is powerful and always had hot water. Bed was firm which I didn’t mind but the linens were very smooth which I really enjoyed. Had an issue with my safe and A/C which were sorted immediately. One night I was greeted with a roach in the bathroom. No idea where it came from. Maybe the drainage hole under the sink which I subsequently covered. Never saw one after as the hotel is spotless. My only issue is I wish the front desk staff could be friendlier. I am a seasoned Thai traveler and I know what the typical Thai hospitality and service is like. Maybe they are young and don’t care but there was an older lady as well who wasn’t very friendly. This should be improved especially for first timers who would want to experience Thai hospitality at its finest. I know it’s high season and demand is not an issue. For me I will stay again bc of the amenities, pricing and location. I will still give the hotel 5 stars as your can’t go wrong.

Simply Fantastic

It was ok...front desk staff could be a little friendly...went to go ask for extra towel and was rudely denied.

Very friendly staff who’s always willing to accommodate you.

No WiFi, no dining options, really to far from all the restaurants, limited tv options. Very budget friendly hotel.

Fairly new property, clean, access to neighbour property because of work on pool, so not a problem. Quiet location, off the main streets.

It is confusing as it is connected to August suites and you had to go over there to do some things.

The management must be aware of the inconsistent wi-fi yet don't seem interested in fixing the problem.

Great stay, the mosquitos will get you though when you sit around in the lobby bar area

Liked the location and cleanliness of property. Liked the pool. What we didn’t like was the staff was not friendly and welcoming. Did not make an attempt to greet us when entering or leaving hotel. The final experience which was unbelievable, we had broken a glass in the room by accident. Value of glass was maybe 10baht. Upon checking out was asked to pay 100 baht for the glass. I complained that it was an accident and we had just paid 5000 baht for 5 nights there. The staff then proceeded to pull out a wooden stick about 5 feet high and threatened me with the stick if we wouldn’t pay. I was totally blown away. We paid the 100 baht but I am still shaken by the experience of being threatened with a large, heavy stick. I am 71 years old, travelled a lot and stayed at many hotels. This was one of the weirdest hotel experiences I ever had. Needless to say I won’t be returning to April Suites again. Nor can I recommend and give a good review.

My favourite place in the world is Pattaya and this hotel is my favourite place to stay! Fell in love with this area! I didn't know soi 6 was only 500 Meters down the road too which was an incredible bonus! Thank you April suites for being such wonderful people ❤️

Place was fantastic! Faculties are great as are the staff! Extended my stay here for good reason

2nd time staying here. Great hotel with friendly staff great pool and short walk to Soi 7 and Central festival.

Property is peacful. And staff is great.
