Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Klong Prao Resort! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schwimmbad top, Frühstück wirklich gut und reichhaltig. Positiv aufgefallen: Die Musik im Frühstücksraum ist viel besser geworden seit unserem letzten Besuch - viel angenehmer!
Ein kleiner Abzug: Die Sandflöhe am Strand. Aber das hat man ja fast überall auf den Inseln, in Pattaya/Jomtien gibt es die zum Glück nicht.

They also surprised my Thai wife with a birthday cake at breakfast we did not tell them when we Checked in they saw her I'd card, we thought this was Fantastic little touches like this makes a very good resort to a Excellent resort. To the owners you have very excellent staff in all departments of the resort. Would 100% recommend this resort and we will be back In the near future with family and friend's

Hotel vieillissant, différents petits problèmes rencontrés : clim qui ne fonctionne pas, pas d'eau chaude dans une chambre, TV non connectée Petit déjeuner très moyen, croissants ultra gras, café ultra fort, pas de choix de thé Problème avec le personnel au check out : ils prennent 1000 BHT de déposit par chambre et mettent beaucoup de temps pour vérifier que l'on a rien pris. Nous avions laissé un tote bag à la piscine, il en manquait donc dans une chambre : ils l'ont facturé 500 BHT, c'est énorme ! et cela malgré un séjour de 4 familles de 7 jours avec des extra charges conséquents...un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu, plutôt que d'avoir le sentiment de passer pour des voleurs de sac....

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026De locatie van Klong Prao Resort aan het strand is perfect. De omgeving rondom het hotel is heerlijk rustig, waardoor dit een ideale plek is om volledig tot rust te komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een verblijf geboekt inclusief ontbijt. Het ontbijt wordt in buffetvorm geserveerd en met veel passie bereid. Alles smaakte heerlijk en er was volop keuze. We hebben een heerlijk en ontspannen verblijf gehad!
Wij kwamen in augustus aan. Omdat het weer in deze periode wisselvallig kan zijn, is augustus wat ons betreft niet de beste periode om Koh Chang te bezoeken. Het doucheputje in onze accommodatie was helaas verstopt. Hier werd echter onmiddellijk actie op ondernomen en we kregen direct een andere accommodatie aangeboden. Echt supergoed opgelost en een groot compliment voor de snelle en klantgerichte service! Verder hebben wij geen opmerkingen. Alles was naar wens.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Tout. Super accueil et excellente prestation même hors saison en juillet. C'est le meilleur emplacement sur cette plage. Petit déjeuner copieux. Massages disponibles juste à côté de la piscine en face de la mer. Nous devions rester 3 nuits nous sommes restés 5.
Les propositions du bar pourraient être améliorées mais d'excellents cocktails sont disponibles au Sol beach à proximité.

Generally okay. But I am sure they would have allocated us better room. First they gave a room on ground floor that did not look good. They changed, gave us a slightly better room but poor view. This was off season and they would have given us a better room when the resort was quite vacant. Gym machines are old and some are extremely risky to use. There are weights to make 80 plus kg bench press but would not recommend seeing the bench condition. Incline does not remain incline and collapses upon weight. An accident about to happen. Advise , be careful,

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We love this place. Friendly staff. Amazing beds. Beach front. Nice pool, amazing breakfasts. Not much more u can ask for. We have stayed here twice, both times it was great. The rooms are big and clean too. Fire shows each night if its clear. In the restaurant, the person who manages it is named Un, they're extremely friendly, always remembers you. Fun to be around.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast included. Friendly staff. The grounds are spotless and cleaned everyday of leaves and such. Nice long beach. Tide is up at night so no night walks. Atleast not in rain season. Ocean was to rough to swim, but the pool is really nice and comfortable. The location is like cental on the island so u can ride where ever on a scooter. But be warned, the roads are not for beginners on a motorcycle. The bed is really really comfortable. That means something when you are traveling asia.
Hot water was only slightly warm.

Too warm for sleeping, only after 2 nightd we found out how to use the aircon.Asian warm dishes for breakfast were not very warm. Windy weather in this season, so not allowed to use kayak (red flag). Not enough lighting and charging facilities in the room.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026We visited in late May/early June i.e., the low season. The rooms we had were right on the beach so it's worth it to pay a bit extra. This part of the island is the "quiet" side. The food was exceptional and we had more or less a picnic with all the family members (11) and the restaurant staff cooked up the food we brought from Germany. Of course, for a small fee but very worth it. All in all a very nice place to stay and relax.

The property should have uniformity in training of staff, and their house keeping could do with some improvements. It’s a beautiful property and can do well with customer care and house keeping.

Несущественные мелочи есть, но это уже скорее придирки. Слив из душа не очень хороший, кран, сифон чуток подтекал. На пляже и возле бассейна кусаются мушки, о чем есть предупреждающие плакаты. Кусаются, но если использовать средства и почаще плавать, то все нормально. По сути это не вина или проблема именно отеля. По всему пляжу они, и на некоторых других пляжах также кусают.

Reviewed May 26, 2026der insgesamt positive Eindruck wurde beim Auschecken stark eingetrübt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir ein Glas wechseln lassen, bei dem wir vor dessen Erstbenutzung einen Sprung feststellten. Konnte man nur gegen das Licht sehen. Uns wurde das Glas mit 100 Baht berechnet. Der Betrag ist nicht hoch, dennoch ist es ein billiges Industrieglas für 20 Baht. Ich hatte auch hinweggesehen, das zweimal Affen auf unserer abgehängten Decke waren und wir dachten diese kommen durch. Es hatte mächtig gepoltert in der Nacht. Wir hatten dies der Rezeption gemeldet. Ein befreundetes Pärchen hatte zwei Ratten im Dachboden ihres Bungalows, die gefangen wurden. Insgesamt hinterlässt dieses Verhalten beim Auschecken einen starken Beigeschmack. Kleinlich! Ich werde das Resort deshalb nicht mehr wählen.

浴巾比较老旧，房间会有蟑螂，蚂蚁，不过在泰国有蚊虫是很正常的。

Leider fehlt in diesen Zimmer eine Kofferablage und eine kleine Ablage neben dem Bett. Aber ich komme wieder.

Im Zimmer C 23 funktioniert Klimaanlage nicht richtig. Sehr laut und Luftverteilung schwänkt nicht.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Hatten das Deluxe Zimmer. Dieses war einwandfrei. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich für Thai und andere Gäste.
Einzigste Mango war der Kaffee aus dem Automat. Dieser hat mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt und das Bett war für mich zu weich.
