Had a great time at Aston Jambi Hotel. The F&B service was really good, especially Mas Edo. He was super friendly, helpful, and always attentive from start to finish. Made our experience even better. Would definitely come back! 😊

There is room for improvement on cleanliness. There was time when only 1 lift in service, & with conference happening, thus long waiting time

Very comfy room and bed. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle bus. The breakfast is excellent. There are ATMs and mart nearby.

It is one of the best hotels in Jambi. The rooms are convenient. The hotel is located near restaurants. The staff is okay and very helpful.

Helpful and enthusiastic staff, delicious food, no issues found in the room, the pillows, sheet, and bed are the fluffiest, maintaining my sleep quality…and there is also my favourite snack, fruit sweets! Oh don’t forget to try their coffeeshop. They sell good coffee. Stay at Aston Jambi when you’re here in the city.

Great hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Received a nice upgrade to a Junior Suite which was much appreciated. Sadly, the complimentary meal vouchers were of no use whatsoever for my GF wife as every food item contained gluten. Most hotels might have given a credit towards the restaurant menu but I don’t think reception staff knew what GF really meant. From desk helpful at all times. An enjoyable stay - Terima khasi!

The hotel parking lot was full. We had to park our car In the street further up.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Got the superior room. The room is okay, all amenities and facilities are all work well. The food, like all Aston Hotel was very nice. The hotel is strategically located. It is easy to obtain foods and daily goods during your stay This is a great hotel and I recommend it.

Nice property and room are all well maintaned exxept for room dining , food taste good but too salty but over all experience was perfect and definitely recommend to friends and colleagues and will be back to Aston Jambi for my future trip to Jambi

We had two rooms and stayed 4 nights on this trip. We had minor issues with the room safe, towels, mini fridge, food orders and sleeping. We woken up every morning at 4AM by loud speakers on several surrounding buildings. I went to the pool twice and had to go to the front desk to request a towel and there were no cushions on the lounge chairs. We stayed here 5 years ago and had a better experience. It just seems like it’s not being maintained or managed properly.

Not sure why Expedia rates this as a 4 star hotel but the bedding, towels/bathroom, and overall room feel more like a 3 star hotel. Staff, however, were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was okay…could be better.

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending an event, and I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly friendly staff. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend ✌️

We stayed here during our car trip from Medan to Bekasi. We had a comfort stay and good rest here. The room was spacious and clean. The location was at the city and close to many restaurants. The service also good.

receptionist was kind, entry an location of the hotel are nice. Good water pressure and water is hot an air conditioning was cold. Wifi is acceptable.

while the breakfast had many items available the food mostly was old/stale. the breads were fresh but even the crackers were chewy. The pool was closed for maintenance without prior warning. The staff was so exhausted we had to ask for help to be able wake him to get breakfast. the room service menu is also incredibly overpriced for the area, even by hotel standards. the hallways smelled very sweaty. Towels were stained. Overall we are disappointed in the hotel since it claims to be a four star establishment.

If you ever plan to visit Jambi Indonesia to learn about the History of the Ancient Buddhist Kingdom of Sri Vijaya, one of the best hotel you can stay would be at Aston Jambi Hotel. It is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and competent. The breakfast buffet is good. They even have a swimming pool. In the evening you can visit to roof top bar and catch a great view of the town of Jambi. Have stayed here twice and we were very happy on both occasions. They even prepared breakfast for all of us when we had to leave the hotel at 530am to catch our flight home. So kudos to its management. PS: booked it through expedia @expediamy. Very friendly staff, lots of nice things to do, sky lounge has beautiful view. Great food 😍 The gym could have had more facilities. I felt uncomfortable walking through dinning area to get to pool. Maybe open access from another route.

Could not get the bed I booked even though I checked in well after 2pm because the rooms with this type of bed were not ready. The breakfast was okay. The bed was comfortable. The location was very good and close to a very good restaurant: Aneka Rasa.

It was ok other than the electricity for few times went off in one day. One time even longer for about 10. minutes as they didn't have any back up for electricity in the case of the power shut down from the main source. The bottom line is they are not ready.

Elevator had a strong smell. It bothered me every time I used elevator. My room was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and every employee was very helpful and always willing to help.

Spent two nights here. The room itself was quite clean and comfortable and in our opinion still of reasonable price. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is centrally located and gives easy access to the areas we wanted to go. Walked around the area in the evenings and mornings. Took taxis to explore Jambi city, Batanghari river, Angso 2 market, and Muara Jambi (ancient Buddhist temples). Great experience, especially it was our first time in Jambi.

Stayed here for 6 days. Clean, nice setting, near to the airport, about 15 minutes drive. Clean, efficient and pleasant staff. Food however is of concern as their choices are limited and does not cater much for international visitors who do not fancy local type of foods. Need to do something about flies in the dining hall though. Besides that it is a good place for individual or family stay.

Hotel yang baru jadi masih bersih dan nyaman, pelayanan OK walaupun pada saat check out agak lama prosesnya. Tetapi yg terbaik adalah letaknya yg strategis, dekat dengan resto mpek-mpek, toko oleh2 dan Convinient store (Indomart)

Everything was perfect. Although our laundry was lost by staff and the check out process became stuck about 1 hour. But for the entire service, I am very satisfied. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, pleasant surroundings, and the hotel staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay there again next year !

The hotel is new in Jambi. Location is near to eateries. Cleanliness of both room and hotel are near perfect. Service of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK, though it can be improved by adding more variety. Wireless service is stable and fast.
