Sniadanie było bardzo drogie w stosunku do cen zywności w restauracjach. Sniadanie powinno byc w cenie.

La qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuné et le personnel sont excellent.

Zwembad is niet diep, (1.20 meter) maar diep genoeg om veilig baantjes te trekken met mensen/vrienden die het zwemmen niet 100% onder de knie hebben.

Het is jammer dat de receptie toets mmop de telefoon niet werkte. Ik heb bij de buren moeten bellen. Achteraf bleek dat de keuzeknop 0 naar de receptie wel werkte. De kluis in de kamer kreeg ik niet meer geopend. Gelukkig kon dit snel verholpen worden.

Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt zowel met Aziatische als Europese variatie , er waren zelfs verse Amerikaanse pannenkoekjes .

Wifi in de kamer viel steeds weg.

This property is an oasis of Swiss management in the middle of seemingly nowhere. This is European standards. Possibly the best trained staff in Indonesia. When was the last time a front desk attendant could help you with concierge related matters? Here, they can and they do. Hotel is located along a wide Boulevard wirh walkable sidewalks. NEAR hotels Luminor and Aston. Swiss belhotel stands above the others. My favourite feature are the floor to ceiling windows not only in the rooms but in the hallways. Also, The View is a roof top restaurant.

Pool has oddly limited hours. This should be reconsidered.

We are party of 2 - myself 56 and my son 23 yo. We liked that the hotel is well-equipped for our 4 days 3 nights stay. It has the amenities we want. Location is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. The massage chairs at the lobby are excellent!! We enjoyed them very much. I used the gym and found it ok. Water dispenser at the gym is excellent addition to the hotel - appreciate the GO GREEN movement!!. TV showed US open tennis - a nice surprise!

Bathroom floor at the shower place in room 205 is not good - water doesnt flow to the hole hence giving huge water pool in the bathroom, very dangerous. I have to ask towels to block the water from the shower place. It makes the showering experience not enjoyable at all. Luckily housekeeping staffs been very helpful to provide extra towels for the bathroom. The strong fragrance in the lobby close to the massage chair is also not to my liking. If only they can tone it down a bit, would have make our stay a perfect one!!.

My room was the connecting room to the next room. A family including a small kid seemed to stay at the next room. Due to the structure of the connecting room and the thin wall, I could directly hear the noise from this family at the night and very early morning. That’s very embarrassed and irritated me. So it’s better that the hotel could properly allocate the room based on the composition of the number or the purpose of stay.

Good, clean, comfortable, functional, well-run hotel.

i booked for the non smoking room, and had to sign letter that i will obey the non-smoking policy, but when i entered the room it was cigarette smell. i protested and immediately got the replacement. the point is that the hotel should make sure the non-smoking room is free of smoke as well

Nice hotel

Front office staff arrogan t and don't send to understand 3rd Party booking. Asking me stupid question as to when my booking was made. Eventually when they found my booking. No apology for their oversight.

Feel disappointed about the free breakfast. It was stated when I booked this hotel there was a free breakfast. But when I came to hotel there was no free breakfast and hotel management told me that indeed this travel agent usually has a problem with free breakfast. I don’t know whether its travel agent/hotel management fault. But next time, it will be better if travel agent doesn’t trick us with “free breakfast” in fact there none. Over than that, All was good
