Conveniently located right next to beach.

There was someone’s hair in the bed when I lifted the blanket right before laying down after an exhausting day. Also right outside my room is levelled perfectly with the next door building car park so had to have the blinds down the whole time otherwise construction works would be just looking right into me and my baby’s room. And the blinds didn’t really give 100% privacy, could see through the gap and that was annoying mostly at night because a bright light was shining through there all night and just felt awkward and uncomfortable.

Clean, good location and welcoming staff

Our room had a door that was locked and the people next to us were so loud all night. However I think because it can be a connecting room the people next door didn’t have to talk loud and you could hear their conversation. Partner and I also felt a little uncomfortable as we thought maybe it was the same for them so it didn’t seem private enough. Another thing was the shower door, it did not shut properly therefore how bathroom would flood in water (there was a drain) although it felt disgusting stepping in water and wet floor all night when using the bathroom.

One of the bedrooms was only separated from the lounge by a tatami which was so difficult to close. Also on the main bedroom was a bit noisy with the howling winds that night

Beautiful area

Nice and clean. The outdoor furniture are tired. Also should remove the photos and wording about the hotpools as the hotpools have had a large landslide and its closed indefinite and Mount Maunagui is fenced off so you cant climb or walk around it. Such a sad tragedy to happen.

The location was excellent. Our unit was spacious and very nicely furnished and decorated. Unexpectedly large kitchen which was well-appointed.

First of all, we phoned a day or so before our stay to see if we could check out late. Didn’t catch a name but the lady we spoke to just wasn’t hospitable over the phone. Pretty much rushed to decline our late check out request, poor phone etiquette and not inviting at all. By then, we are dreading coming to stay but too late to book elsewhere. Room was nice but quite crammed. And the carpet smelt like toe jams very bad. Had to smell that the whole time, wasn’t pleasant at all.

Everything was above average. Secure on-site parking. Nice and quiet at night. View from our room was nice.

Great location. Close to Main Beach and Pilot Bay. Mauao is straight over the road. Close to convenience stores and cafes. Easy walk/drive to CBD where there are lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Reasonably clean and quiet. Washing machine/dryer in bathroom. Nice little kitchen area. Roomy.

Had trouble opening foldaway couch as someone had wedged the pull out bar under the back of the couch and there were no instructions. When we did get the couch open, there were socks, rubbish, crumbs and a tissue under there. The bedroom was by the driveway and parking area and there was a lot of light coming through the blinds at night.

Location is great for the Mount.

Our issue was noise. The apartment appears to lack sound proofing. We heard every apartment door slam from 8 pm through to 3-4 am in the morning several apartments played loud music including the one next to us starting at around 11pm till just after midnight. Lots of giggling and drunken conversations in the hall ways. Making it impossible to sleep. TV wasn’t tuned to internet and staff couldn’t help.

The Penthouse Apartment was very open, tidy with doors accessing various verandas.

With the slip the road is closed so would have been nice to have been warned about this.

Not enough forks, could do with another couch, shower head rail broken, broken rubbish bin and sticky, dirty fry pan and cutlery drawer.

Grear location, one dedicated underground park, plenty of stree/residentt parking as it is still cordoned off. Nice balcony.. Spacoius.

I liked nothing i booked through booking.com It never mentioned i couldnt leave after 10pm So when i arrived i was told i couldnt leave after 10pm Im not staying in a prison cell . My holiday money i saved all year i spent zero in this town

The rude man on receotion that was making me sign a form saying i wasnt aloud to leave after 10pm It should be called prison of adams it would be more fitting . I didnt stay at this hotel and had to pay more money to book somewhere else

Internet cut off at 2157 first night so TV stopped working so we were unable to stream anything which was quite annoying didn’t want to bother the overnight manager for this, noise of raining on roof was quite extreme,

The space in the unit - large for 2a and 2 teens. The colour of the decor - teal, relaxing and homely. The beds are comfortable. The view of the Mount - stunning. Kitchen and room facilities - everything you need for a short stay. Overall, a wonderful stay! Thank you

Everything met our expectations

Reception was lovely and very helpful. Beautiful and clean. Everything needed when away from home. Comfortable for small family or a couple.

Room service could involve actually cleaning the room vs. Just replenishing items and changing bins. Floors leave socks black, suggesting the tiles have not been mopped well or often.

We stayed in the one bedroom and penthouse apartments. Both 10/10 rooms! Very modern, spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable and warm. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. Ashleigh was super helpful with our booking. Would definitely stay again. Great location close to the beach and short walk to the bars.

Vibe was off, didn't feel welcome, treated like children and given a list of rules on arrival. Most staff were great, manager needs a bit of a reality check. The quality wasn't an accurate reflection of the price paid for the stay. Would have liked to have known that there was construction going on right outside the rooms from 7am.

New apartment well appointed.

The entry to all the apartments was right against our bed head. There were noisy patrons both nights waking us up Saturday night at 3am and Sunday night at 12am.

Staff were attentive and responsive, very helpful. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well stocked. Overall could not fault it.

We did have to request an extra set of towels twice as we were only given 4 even though our booking was for 5 people. But that was the only noteworthy thing and was rectified quickly by staff.

Remote had no batteries and keys didn't work had to get sorted

Location was good, sad reminders of the tragedy on the maunga however. We had a room overlooking the renovations happening in nearby apartment building so patio was sprayed with black dust for a day or so. No-one's fault so just dealt with it. Great having self-contained and washing machine and dryer - great! Bed was a little hard for us, but the room was quiet.

Only suggestion would be curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms , with the outside lights on by the driveway etc the light shines through a lot so makes hard when sleeping .

Not your fault or anything but someone must have arrived late around midnight and where very loud and sounded drunk having a little bit of a bicker. A neighbor ( not sure if it was your block or another ) asked them to be quiet this was then around 2.30 am. I looked out the window as it kept going now It was around 3.30 ish I saw a man and woman jump your back fence ( she screamed when she landed ) then they walked up that drive way. That was super werid - maybe check your cams as something felt off with it all. Im sure this doesn't happen all that often but thought I would mention it. The other end of the untit didn't hear a thing. I was in the room when you first walked in on the right, so noise traveled very fast into that room

The property, the cleanliness, and nice touches was nice to stay at.

Kitchen Bench top was chipped badly and should be replaced. The night manager was not very friendly, or accommodating, however the room made up for him making us feel unwelcome. I suggest mastering some interpersonal skills.

Absolutely everything you could need was available in the room - washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge with small freezer, cook top, hair dryer, iron I could go on but.

Nothing - it was great - only stayed for 1 night but would be very happy to spend several nights.

Staff Great. Quiet.Bed comfortable. Staff asked us if we needed more of anything . Tea / coffee.
