Clean and tidy

Expensive for what it was

A very short walk to the beach, we booked the spa which was enjoyed by our family of 4, shared laundry facilities were excellent and the park is well maintained.

When we entered the unit it had a damp smell, the bunk beds were unstable and moved every time someone sat on them, beds were overall very uncomfortable, needed coins to use the laundry (no card option but reception did have coins available.)

had a fantastic experience. The holiday park was very clean, quiet, and family-friendly. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The kids especially loved the playground and jumping pillow. The beach is only a short walk away, making it a perfect place to relax

Warm room in winter

We had a bit of a problem with the accommodation we had chosen. We were surrounded by a lot of young rugby players who weren't that considerate after 9pm about the noise they were making. Otherwise our stay was good

Overall it was a pleasant stay, with a good bed & nicely appointed with a good outlook and in an excellent location.

The shower pressure was pretty bad, hard to get shampoo out of my hair. Only one side of the electric blanket was working. Overall the unit seemed clean but I did find a lollipop stick between the folds of the throw on the bottom of the bed! The hot plate worked, but could do with an update also the seals on the fridge needed renewing.

The weather, but don't hold you responsible

Great place to stay for a quick trip to the West Coast. It was warm, had everything we needed, biggest shower I have ever seen in a motor camp!

Nothing not to like.

The showers were gorgeous- individual bathrooms, clean, new, fancy, nice water pressure and temperature. We one room for the whole family and everyone was happy with their bed.

It was rainy and there was no covered walkway between our room and the kitchen.

Significant issue with ants in our room. Would suggest keeping food in fridge or sealed containers or you will loose it. General facilities seemed clean and tidy other than the ants.

Exceptionally clean, great value. We stayed in a 2-room cabin which was great. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities were close by. Very impressed with the women's modern showers(don't know what the men's were like).

Very Nice Holiday Park. Well maintained awesome staff clean facilities. Very good Mini Golf course. Nice walk following the beach. 5 min drive into town. In my case I actually walked in was a bit of a walk But very beautiful following the beach before heading into Town. The actual camp is located about 3km from town still beautiful. There are lots to do visiting Shanty Town or drive up to Punakaiki. Greymouth Top ten is a great place to stay for a few days to catch the sites up & down the coast one of many Hospitality places to stay, Thourghly enjoyed my stay look forward to returning. The facilities were great with having games room and sky tv room.

Prices between cabins like with bathroom seemed so much more of a cost

What breakfast? Loved the toilet block We did have very noisy neighborhoods first night. Even heard some sounds we didnt need to hear. Maybe if not full put people in rooms a little further apart not back to back

Excellent facilities. Responsive staff. Very comfortable.

Camp was right on the beach where we watched a beautiful sunset. Friendly wekas wandering round the sites.

It was awesome being so close to the beach and having easy access from the unit.

Letting us know at check-in that there was a do not disturb sign on the outside of the unit (which was on DND). We didnt get the unit serviced until we requested it and was then told of the sign. Also units can get quite stuffy with the design not allowing much airflow through it. Overall was good, considering the camp was full we did not get disturbed and slept well.

Suited our overnight stay really well. Economical for the studio unit we had. Clean and comfortable. Bed gave a good night's sleep.

Big camp kitchen, hoses to clean bikes, excellent new ensuite bathrooms and comfy beds.

The kitchen had no spoons

The basic cabin comes with a stove top! This is a rarity.

The place is quite dated, could use some renovation.

We had a great two night stay, our caravan site was on grass and level. Short 100m walk through bush to the Wild West Coast beach with our dog, plus there was a walking track along the back of the beach. Lots of cheeky weka, don’t leave anything lying around outside! About a five minute drive into town for supermarkets and cafes.

Clean and tidy accommodation. Easy to find and staff was helpful.

Walls in the studio rooms are very thin. We heard normal conversations and snoring from the next room.

The park was quite spacious.Everything was clean

The cabin was quite small. It would have been nice to have had a few more snacks or confectionery items in the reception.

The room was clean and comfortable. You could hear the sea at night. Highly recommend

What an amazing Top 10. All the wee extras such as lots of hooks for hanging clothes, really good size showers and lots of space everywhere. Staff could not have been more accomodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Clean and warm. Well equipped with the basics. Best showers of anywhere I've ever stayed. The 10% off the local restaurant was a great bonus

Kind of spendy

The bed sheets either need a good cleaning or replaced.

Location was good, coffee wasn't as nice and there was no hot chocolate for the kids in the room.

The venue had great amenities, the toilets were very clean.

I only found 1 double outlet, for a room that could hold 6 people, it needs at least 1 or 2 more.

Big but easy to find our way around

The shared bathrooms were nice but was highly used so going to the toilet you would have water from the showers around your feet. We also had some noisey neighbours but that wasn’t your fault. And some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Fine for the kids. But the kids wouldn’t even sleep on the bunk beds cause they thought might fall down

Newish amenities attached to our block of units, good kitchen spaces with fridge and freezers

Bed spring/mattress was sagging in the middle . Uncomfortable sleep. I still don’t understand why, for the price we pay, there is at least running water in the cabins

Viel platz und eigentlich gute Lage am Meer.

Direkt über der Anlage ist ein großer Friedhof. Die kochutensielien waren sehr spärlich und die Pfannen aus Teflon total verkratzt. In der Gemeinschaftsküche gab es sehr wenig brauchbares. An einem Abend war im ganzen Toilettenhaus kein Papier mehr und man musste weit zum nächsten laufen.

Water connection cut off for some time Good to be informed prior to booking . Water pressure was awful. Good thing is about the location .

We enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay in our spacious twin studio. The unit was well equipped with everything for our stay. The park was clean and well maintained.

Clean, tidy room, quiet and spacious for 2 people. Good view out over the campground.

Steps up to twin room may be difficult for older people. A plastic bin liner would avoid sticky mess when cleaning the bin.

I really enjoyed my visit to Greymouth thanks to Top 10. I stayed in a cabin with a super comfortable bed, the communal facilities were great and very clean. The general atmosphere of the park is lovely. It was a great base to visit the town.
