The lift with bad smell, light in the room is somehow abut dark, floor of room abit dirty as my feet looks dirty after I step raw foot on the floor, the water heater in toilet seems not functioning as I have on the water for more than 5mins with maximum hottest selection but does not have feeling of hot on water, the shower shampoo are bad to use and a small bottle how could fulfill needs of 2 ppl in room ? The bed will feel itchy after sleep/lat down for certain time.

However, staff does not seem to be sure on the "newly imposed" tourism tax imposed by the government. I only realized i paid for it twice after i checked the invoice - once in expedia, and once by cash at check in.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is also excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, I was quite surprised to find that the swimming pool closes at 7 PM. This seems quite early, especially considering that sunset is one of the best times to enjoy a swim. Many guests, including myself, would love to relax by the pool after a long day of sightseeing or work. It would be wonderful if the hotel could extend the pool hours, at least until 9 or 10 PM, to allow guests to fully enjoy the facility. Despite this, I still had a good experience and would consider staying here again. I hope the management takes this feedback into account, as a later pool closing time would certainly enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for the hospitality!

Parking spaces around the hotel belong to the local council and under guest's own expenses.

The only inconvenient was the swimming pool, we need to go to beside of the hotel building cause we staying in Swan Garden Hotel, not Swan Garden Resort Hotel. Thus, the swimming pool has a very nice view.
