Lage und Ausstattung

The hotel was comfortable and spacious. There was free coffee and water available in the restaurant at all times which was quite nice. The hotel is located directly opposite the skyline plaza mall which made it easy to get food etc. Parking was also well organized. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff were not friendly and did not have the best attitude when assisting me with check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was limited and didn't have too many options.

Exellent breakfast, rooms are comfortable, clean. The stuff helpful, free coffee, parking garage.

I booked 2 rooms at Citadines City Centre Frankfurt, and the positive points are as following: 1- Fast check-in / check-out 2- Reception staff were friendly and supportive, thanks to Mr. Federco. 3- The location of the hotel. 4- Comfortable bed. 5- The air-condition is acceptable. 6- The high-speed Wifi. 7- The hotel parking.

The negative points are as following: 1- Very limited breakfast - not worth booking the room with breakfast included. 2- Housekeeping only ones a week as confirmed from the reception!! 3- Only one elevator was working during our stay. 4- No staff available to assist with luggage upon arrival or departure.

Bathroom was a bit old, extra fee for cleaning service (that I didn't notice maybe before booking).

Super Lage, ein super ausgestattestes Zimmer, ein tolles und vielfältiges Frühstück sowie sehr freundliches Personal in einem modern eingerichtetem Hotel. Dazu eine 24 Stunden besetzte Rezeption. Für uns gut geeignet um nach einer Reise eine Nacht vor der Rückfahrt via Hauptbahnhof auszuspannen. Gut fanden wir auch, dass man bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte. Also, bis am morgen auf der benachbarten Baustelle gearbeitet wurde. Und wer am Abend gern noch etwas trinken oder eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte und nicht auf den Getränkeautomat im Hotel zugreifen will findet um die Ecke das Hotel One mit einer tollen Bar.

Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre schön.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Personal muy amable y profesional. Camas muy cómodas y habitación muy práctica, silenciosa y fresca. A pesar de los más de 35°C en Frankfurt, hemos dormido muy bien. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del centro, del transporte público y del río. Los extras, como café, té y agua son un plus que otros no ofrecen. Al precio que pagamos, volveremos sin dudarlo.

Das Frühstück war nicht so toll für den Preis. Etwas wenig Auswahl.

The location was amazing. It was right at the city centre so you have a lot of options to eat. There’s a Rewe close by for groceries if you need any. Free coffee machine with variety of options was quite nice. Good staff!

The rooms are not clean. 1)There was a giant spider web in the ceiling, 2) the bedsheets had hairs and dust, 3) the table had a weird stain and i had to put a blanket on top, but still it was disgusting since i had to eat there. 4) the curtains had a red stain on. I honestly dont understand how this hotel had 8.7 in cleanliness. This hotel doesnt believe in sound insulation either apart from cleanliness. You can hear everything your neighbours do, furniture moving and footsteps. My room was near the elevator and I could hear the elevator going up and down from my room... Aweful terrible sound proofing. I couldnt wait to leave this horrible hotel. Look elsewhere to stay.

Sehr zentral gelegen, wenn man im Messe-Viertel unterwegs ist. Schön und modern eingerichtet, vor allem in der Lobby (sogar mit entspannter Terrasse) Tiefgarage mit großen Stellplätzen zum moderaten Preis (aktuell 19 Euro für 24 Stunden) Die Betten waren bequem. Das Badezimmer war groß genug. Sehr freundliches Personal, das uns ein Upgrade auf ein Studio gegeben hat. Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür!

Die Lautstärke am Samstagmorgen durch die riesige U-Bahn-Baustelle direkt vorm Haus, die vermutlich noch sehr lange andauern wird. Natürlich hat das Hotel darauf keinen Einfluss, aber: Wir wären über den entsprechenden Hinweis dankbar gewesen und hätten nach einem Zimmer auf der Rückseite gefragt, um morgens in Ruhe ausschlafen zu können. Daher 1 Punkt Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung.

숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 미니 주방도 있어서 가족객실로 딱입니다. 직원분들 친절하세요. 중앙역 인근이고 트램정거장도 가까워서 좋았어요 그리고 숙소 앞에 바로 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 정말 유용했어요 다시 프랑크 갈일 있음 또 묵고 싶어요

큰 불편은 없었으나 제공된 쇼파침대는 너무 작고 딱딱했어요ㅜ 싱글 침대는 아주 훌륭했습니다.

Etablissement très bien entretenu et chambre conforme aux attentes. J'ai également apprécié les petites attentions "développement durable" (pas de changement de serviettes sauf si demandé, cube avec QR code pour toutes les informations au lieu du manuel imprimé, fontaine pour la gourde, etc). Autre + : le café/thé en libre service à toute heure.

一切都很不錯，沒有可以挑剔的地方

일단 간이 주방이 있어 식비를 크게 줄일수 있었습니다. 앞에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 커피, 빵, 마트, 식당, Dm, 약국등 필요한 용품을 부족함 없이 구입할 수 있어 의지가 됩니다. 지하철역이 가깝고 중앙역, 돔성당 및 주변관광지 도보로 가능합니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 수건교체도 자유롭게 할 수 있고, 마지막날 체크아웃 후 캐리어짐도 몇시간 더 맡겨주셨습니다. 1층 로비에서 커피가 무료로 이용가능합니다. 머신커피로 메뉴도 다양합니다. 가성비 최고 입니다.

개인적으로 침대 매트리스는 뭔가 편안하지는 않았어요. 아쉬운대로.... 저는 3일 묵었는데 중간 청소는 안하시는것 같습니다.

Het hotel is keurig en netjes en luxe ogend. De kamers zijn mooi ruim en netjes. Toilet artikelen aanwezig zoals douchegel, shampoo en zeep. Fijn dat er een goede airco op de kamer aanwezig is. Hotel zit recht tegenover de shoppingmal.

Het ontbijt hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt, dit was 20 euro per persoon.

فندق 4 نجوم جميل و نظيف ومرتب .. و الشقة العائلية رائعة .. تحتوي على غرفتين نوم وصالة و حمامين و مطبخ صغير و غسالة ملابس .. وفيه مواقف تحت الفندق وتكلف تقريبا 20 يورو في اليوم .. و موقعه رائع ..امامه مجمع فيه محلات و مطاعم وسوبرماركت .. صراحة الفندق جدا رائع

Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind perfekt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein Aufzug war nicht in Betrieb, so dass man ewig gebraucht hat, um in den 7. Stock zu gelangen. Auf dem Bett konnte man leider noch Haare finden…

Amazing location!

Bed & pillow was a little uncomfortable but the staff changed them & added a mattress topper & we slept much better.

We stayed one night but we were surprised by the crew in terms of reception and preparing the rooms for us. I ordered two adjacent rooms because of the children who accompanied me and this is what the crew achieved for me. The rooms were right next to each other, which is rare to get in Europe in general, especially if the check-in at night. The reception cooperation was very wonderful and provides you with guidance. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning is cold.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette that was ideal for our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in the attractive reception lounge offered to all guests throughout their stay. Skyline Plaza shopping centre is directly opposite the hotel, with a REWE supermarket, restaurants and shops, while both the tram and U-Bahn provide easy access to Frankfurt city centre.

There was very little to dislike during our stay. The historic centre is not within walking distance for most people, but the excellent public transport connections make getting around quick and easy.

The hotel located only 10 min walk from the Central station, which was very convenient for us. And 2 min walk from a big shopping mall that has many restaurants and a supermarket Reve. The room was equipped with a small kitchen unit that had all necessary pots and pans, cutlery etc. The only missing things were salt/pepper. The hotel had coffee machine in the lobby, that you could use for free at any time. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. No complains about anything.

Spacious room. Great location with 5 min walk to trams and just opposite to the Skyline Plaza. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast, and free coffee with a wide range of coffee options.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel is outstanding. This is one of the reasons why I’ve stayed here several times. I also really appreciate the free tea and coffee provided by the hotel for the guests. The location is close the the bus stop and Skyline Plaza where there are many shops and food court

Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, między drapaczami chmur. Do historycznego centrum jest około 20 minut pieszo. W samym hotelu bardzo miła obsługa, posiadają podziemny parking. Apartament przestronny z widokiem na charakterystyczne budynki. Wyposażenie jest zgodne z opisem.

Habitación muy amplia. Camas cómodas. Muy buena ubicación, con un supermercado al lado muy útil. En transporte público estás en el centro en 10-15’

Dubbla rum högst upp nära till allt och garage i huset. Bra upplevelse för en natt.

Frukosten var lite klen

Eine komplette Küche mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine auf dem Zimmer. Das beste Hotelzimmer zu diesem Preis was wir bis jetzt hatten.

Ama çok modern bir konumda.Hemen karşısında çok güzel ve büyük bir alışveriş merkezi var.Kahvaltı almadığımız için yorum yapamıyacagım.Ama ücretsiz bir şekilde çay ve kahve imkanı sunmaları çok hoştu.

Kamarnya luas dan memiliki fasilitas mesin cuci baju, pengering dan seterika di dalam kamar. Ini yang sangat kami butuhkan pada saat travelling bersama keluarga. Walaupun sabun cuci harus dibeli sendiri di supermarket terdekat. Peralatan dapur lengkap sehingga dapat menyiapkan makan pagi sendiri jika menginap tanpa sarapan. Staff sangat cepat respon pada saat ada listrik di kamar yang mati sehingga dapat segera diperbaiki. Lokasi dekat dengan mall sehingga dapat membeli makanan dan mencari kebutuhan sarapan di supermarket mall.

Lokasi lumayan jauh dari stasiun kereta. Pada saat kedatangan kami lumayan jauh untuk berjalan dengan membawa koper. Teh, kopi, gula tidak disediakan di dalam kamar namun harus kita ambil di lantai bawah area restoran.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away: the city center, shopping malls, the metro, restaurants, and many other attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. It truly feels like a home away from home. A special mention goes to the reception staff. We stayed for about a week, so we had the opportunity to meet every member of the front desk team, and every single one of them was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference. We also loved the unlimited complimentary coffee, which was a very nice touch and something we truly appreciated. The housekeeper on the 6th floor was also incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile. Her work and attitude deserve recognition. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just one small suggestion for improvement: it would be even more convenient to provide guests with garage access tags or key cards instead of having to use the intercom to call the reception every time they need to exit the parking garage. Το ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο η καθαριότητα το άνετο μπάνιο. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά ικανοποιητικό με άνετη αίθουσα. Στην reception μας εξυπηρετήσανε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο μας δώσανε πληροφορίες για την περιοχη, πού να πάμε για φαγητό και πώς θα κινηθούμε για να φτάσουμε στην παλιά πολη, με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο

Όταν φτάνεις την πρώτη φορά με αυτοκίνητο για το chicken δεν έχει χώρο να σταματήσεις στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου για να κατεβάσεις της βαλίτσες και να πάρεις πληροφορίες για το πού βρίσκεται το πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου.

We arrived 6/6 at 23.00 and the receptionist was very friendly and with a very nice vibe. I don’t know his name but thanks for the welcome!

Almost everything! Room was very confortable clean and spacious. Kitchen is a gem with all required equipments and utilities you may need. Bathroom spacious and has wash and dry machines so I was able to wash all my clothes to continue using during my stay in Frankfurt. Place is close to everything you need including a big mall with all the services restaurantes and even a supermarket.

The only one point is that kitchen has a big windows door which is great, however no blackout between the kitchen and room so you will get the sunlight as soon as it rises. For me its a problem since I'm a light sleeper. Nevertheless the hotel room and staff ate so great that I would stay again even with this "issue".

De locatie is top. Tegenover het hotel ligt een overdekt winkelcentrum met heel veel eettentjes. Verder loop je in 20 minuten naar het centrum.

Propre, calme, chambre confortable et très bien équipée. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner complet.

第一天的前台很好，很友善！第二天的前台明显种族歧视，对待我们和其他国家的人明显不一样，始终拉着脸，而对其他国家马上切换脸上堆笑……My first day experience was wonderful – the receptionist on duty was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. However, the receptionist working during check-out the next morning was a completely different story. She treated us with blatant unfriendliness, coldness, and visible hostility—it was clear they exhibited signs of racial discrimination. Her attitude was drastically different from how other guests around us were treated: dismissive, impatient, and cold!

Free coffee machine 24/7 next to the lobby was a nice bonus.

Cleaning service is provided once a week and as we stayed for 5 days, we were not lucky enough to experience it:)
