Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Für uns war die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und die bisherigen Bewertungen ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof - perfekt, um auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen zu können.
Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht so gut geeignet. Ausstattung mit Ablagemöglichkeiten etwas spartanisch.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026我在這兒住了三晚，當天很早到飯店，飯店跟我說客房空間已有，可以付一點錢提早入住，有這個服務真的太棒了，讓我可以放好行李就可以開始小旅行，空間不大，有桌子就顯得重要，而櫃體的設計有巧思，是可以放不同的物品，整體來說，若要增加運動量的話，可以走5分鐘到法蘭克福車站附近買東西，還算不錯！而飯店外就有一站電車會到的站，就看個人習慣的使用。
我不太喜歡的是雖然浴室乾濕分離，但是洗澡的時候，水很容易濺出去，會把乾的部分弄溼，加上我們三晚沒有做清潔服務(是可以做這個服務的)，所以就浴室地板很常是溼的，踩起來就不太舒服，加上自己未帶拖鞋，所以很容易把房間的地毯踩溼。

Hotel liegt an einer großen Straße. Wir konnten daher Nachts kein Fenster öffnen. Zimmer zu andern Seite sehr ruhig.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Facile da raggiungere, a due passi dalla stazione e dalla Festhalle, l’operatrice alla reception che mi ha accolto è stata sensibile e bravissima. Camera sempre fresca e pulita, offre l’essenziale con elevata qualità. Vicina ad ogni genere di ristorante, pub o supermercato piccolo o grande. Consigliatissimo, economico anche in alta stagione, ottimo anche per motociclisti!
Non ho trovato alcun dispiacere

Die zentrale Lage hat den Nachteil, dass die Straße sehr befahren ist. Wer bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, muss ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite buchen. Wer nicht gern aus der Tasche lebt, es gibt wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten.

Nous avons moins aimé le petit-déjeuner pour lequel il n'y avait que très peu de choix. Le dernier jour, nous sommes allées petit-déjeuner plus tard et nous n'avions plus de viennoiseries.

Room was not really clean, bit dusty. They were doing some renovations which woke us up at 8am which could have started a bit later. Breakfast was OK but somewhat limited choice.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, minden szuper volt! A hotel nagyon jó helyen van, közel a vasútállomáshoz, így nagyon praktikus volt. A környék elsőre talán nem tűnik a legbiztonságosabbnak, de mi végig biztonságban éreztük magunkat. A recepciósok különösen kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Már többször megszálltunk ennek a hotelnek más városokban lévő szállásain is, és eddig sosem csalódtunk. Most sem volt ez másképp, minden szuper volt, szívesen visszatérünk!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Personalet var vildt søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Vores familieværelse var stort og havde en fin udsigt over byen. Vores aircondition fungerede desværre ikke, så der var 28 grader på værelset den første nat, men personalet var vildt søde og gav os alle de ventilatorer, vi ville have og tilbød også at flytte os.
Der er mange stofmisbrugere i området, da det ligger tæt på banegården. Men det ligger rigtig godt i forhold til centrum og det store shoppingcenter Sky Plaza.

Die Lage ist ein zweischneidiges Schwert. In meinem Fall ideal, weil ich wirklich nur eine Nacht dort war und am nächsten Morgen mit dem Zug wieder abgereist bin. Das Viertel um den Bahnhof herum ist aber in Frankfurt leider wirklich total widerlich und heruntergekommen.

Die Eier waren einen Tag noch halbroh und am nächsten Tag "durch". Das die Tiefgarage nicht für jedes Fahrzeug geeignet ist weil super schmal und eng und man mit SUVs richtig Schwierigkeiten hat, zu paren. Das mit E-Auto laden können geworben wird, aber wenns ein Problem gibt fühlt sich niemand zuständig, weil es ein anderer Betreiber ist.

Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist sehr deprimierend. Allein am Abend zu Fuß unterwegs zu sein, ist vermutlich nicht empfehlenswert.

Nothing really - rooms were small. We stayed during the heat wave and initially the room we were put in was far too hot being on level 7, the aircon wasn’t cooling down the room at all and we were dreading the evening, but thankfully they moved us down to level 3, which was very comfortable and aircon was excellent.

Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe war ideal. Auch um noch einzukehren und entspannt am Mainufer spazieren zu gehen. Können wir absolut empfehlen

中央駅徒歩5分の絶好のロケーションですが、北口方面にあるため、治安はよくないです。 なので駅との移動はマインツアーランド通りの反対側を使うといいです。 そうすれば問題なしです。

Everything was terrible. There wasn’t even any water available in the room, and having to enter the hotel with a code at night was extremely inconvenient and absurd. A hotel like this doesn’t even have a proper reception desk. The woman serving breakfast was incredibly unfriendly. Because I couldn’t speak German, she almost didn’t allow me to have breakfast. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

1. I paid for City Tax to Booking.com. Why did i have to pay it a second time at the hotel? 2. Booking.com indicated there would be breakfast included in the booking fee. This was denied on arrival. Not good at all.

Habitación cómoda y funcional, con TV, escritorio, aire acondicionado y buena señal de Wifi. A solicitud limpian y cambian las toallas a diario. Desayuno extraordinario con productos frescos, variados y de calidad. Personal atento y servicial.
Habitación #414 guardarropa con poco espacio.

Zu wenige Parkplätze am Hotel. Aber ein Parkhaus (Westend) nur wenige Meter entfernt. Kein Passwort für Gäste WLAN erhalten. Frühstück glich eher Rudis Resterampe. Aufschnitt war nur noch in wenigen Scheiben bis gar nicht verfügbar. Für den Preis zu wenig geboten. Das wäre für mich ein Grund, dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption Ich habe ein Tolle Zimmer mit Stadt Blick bekommen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich verlängert und insgesamt 3 Nächte geblieben. Bin Happy mit diesem Hotel und mit dem Premium Zimmer. Ich komme wieder und empfehle ich das Hotel weiter…😊 Gruß und vielen lieben Dank an die Nette Rezeption Mitarbeiterin .

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Quarto espaçoso o suficiente para três pessoas, com local para guardar bagagem e suportes para items como bolsas e casacos. Banheiro de tamanho razoável, suficiente. Café da manhã com bastante opções, mais do que atendeu. Localização ótima, muito próxima à estação central, de fácil transporte para outras áreas e o centro turístico bem como o rio é a uma distância curta, mais do que caminhável.
Comunicação do staff e orientação de uso dos lugares comuns do hotel deixou a desejar. Nada que tenha atrapalhado, mas foi um pouco confuso.

It would be better if facial tissues can be provided instead of toilet paper only. If an extra rubbish bin can be provided in the room would be great too.
