Golden Park Hotel Cairo, Heliopolis

Good location

Some staffs don’t have manners

Nothing

Dirty hotel Broken beds Bed covers have a lot of human hair

Stayed at the presidential suite. Unbelievably massive apartment suite with great amenities! Feels like home! Super nice staff members including Ibram and Linda who were very nice and helpful throughout the stay.

Location and room

Persons

La chambre etait pleine d’odeur des cigarettes

Neat.

Facilities. Kitchen availability. Not value for money.

Location and room were good. Linda and Abram at front desk were very helpful and communicative .

Unlike my first time at this hotel .I was checked in in uncleaned suite room.then got moved to another suite , then next day got moved back to a third suite, very inconvenient House keeping staff are too loud during cleaning between rooms. Mopping floors at 4pm is a bit inconvenient time. Street cats came through open doors and wandered at the stairs . Rooms with connection door should not have smokers as smoke odor runs through . All feedback was shared with front desk.all what i heard is we will inform management. Some sort of compensation should be offered at such issues. Please take this constructive feedback seriously. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience at Golden Park Hotel. The hotel has a very good location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Bad service and cleaning

The staff is really helpful and friendly Specially Linda was really nice and reliable Overall it was a nice experience

A great hotel for a stay in Cairo, especially if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport. We used it as a transit stop, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and the breakfast offered a great selection to start the day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone needing a convenient airport hotel or a short stay in Cairo.

This is my second time staying here and I’m happy I came back. The hotel location is great - close to city life and the airport. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price. Would stay again.

Staff was very cooperative and supportive The room was spacious and comfortable. I will definitely commend others to must visit this hotel Restaurant and salon are easily accessible

Location only

Very bad staff and a very disappointing experience. The bathroom was not working. I called the reception five times, and each time they were unable to fix the problem. To make matters worse, after attempting to fix the bathroom, they shut off the water supply to the toilet, leaving it unusable. They also failed to provide drinking water. When I called to request water, they told me their system showed that I had already received it, even though I hadn't received anything. No one came to clean the room until I complained repeatedly and raised my voice. It felt like everyone expected money just to do their job. If you don't know how to treat your guests, it's better to close the hotel. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason I completed my stay was because the location was excellent and convenient for finishing my work. Otherwise, I would have checked out much earlier.

Breakfast was included with my stay, and it was a great way to start each morning. The best part was the fresh omelet made by Chef Ali. It was so delicious that I made it into a sandwich every day and enjoyed it with a café latte. The front desk staffs were also very nice. Special thanks to Linda!

Great location not far from airport and restaurant

Easy to access transport how ever a train station is far away

Friendly staff

The bed Too small

There was nothing to like as the staff were so unfriendly and u slept in the couch on the first day as they said there was no booking yet the booking was done and produced by one staff

Mistreatment by staff. You have to keep begging for the room to be cleaned. The breakfast for the first two days was just tea and bread. No value for money

Quite close to the airport and the staff I interacted with were nice and very pleasant.

Traffic noise was a huge minus. The wc was constantly dripping water. It needs to be fixed. I also wonder why I got double beds instead of a queen’s bed.

The lady receptionist was amazing

Lage, Personal

شكرا جزيلا لجميع العاملين بالفندق

The air conditioning not working. The room was boiling I ordered a double room with double bed and I had confirmation for it. But got a small room with 2 separate single beds. The showere had no door or curtains inside the floor was flooded with water. The breakfast was horrible
