Room was hot. Only 1 pillow each. Only 4 cartons of long life milk for tea and coffee

Noise of doors slamming constantly. Late at night. Need to put dressing gown to go to pool in.

Location very good, at edge of town, very spacious rooms, food excellent and breakfast to the room really enjoyable

The room was very hot, no air con but had Dyson cooler in room which was nice touch

Tv kept buffering and the room was way too hot even with a fan, got about hours sleep

Lovely hotel and staff

Too noisy. It was impossible to sleep before 2.00 as there was a party there that went on all evening and didn't finish until 2.00

Convenient location for travelling South.

No A/C at this price point was disappointing. Room was far to warm, also although we were aware of a wedding that night it’s was far to noisy to get a good nights sleep.

I have stayed at this hotel for years when participating at a dog show in Ferryhouse, including under the previous management team It is comfortable, in a handy location. The rooms are big and well presented and the bathrooms are very welcoming. I need a bathroom with walk in shower but forgot to ask for one, however everything was clean and had plenty of room for my medical needs.

I don't like leaving my little dog in the car at night. I think a few dog friendly rooms would be useful and maybe more people would stay who are over from abroad for dog shows. An extra cost for this service would be acceptable and make us feel safer with our dogs in the room.

On the outskirts of Clonmel, so not great if you are thinking of wandering into town in the evening or using it as a base to explore the town.

It’s a lovely place to stay but there was a function - Debs? & we were kept awake by people next door constantly knocking on the door coming & going until 3am!!! And room very stuffy at night. Fan provided but still warm & the window only opens an inch. (I know for safety purposes)

We couldn't get tv to work it wouldn't cast from mobile to TV at all so no TV its better to have a TV where you could just log into the services yourself and the bed was abit hard for me

Not great views if at the back of the hotel, a little noisy if at the front.

First time to visit and i was really amazed,staff very friendly.food great and not expensive,room was spotless bed very comfortable, breakfast really nice and plenty of choices, i will visit again soon

Ideal location! Food was freshly made with a huge variety on offer for breakfast.... absolutely delicious! The room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable and had welcome packs for the kids The staff were just fabulous! Helpful, genuine and friendly. Looking forward to going back!

Hotel z dużym parkingiem, czysto, pyszne śniadania. W pokoju czajnik, kawa, herbata. Wygodne łóżka.

Za oknem prawie całą noc huczał jakiś sprzęt (prawdopodobnie klimatyzacja z hallu). Niestety w pokojach nie było klimatyzacji i było duszno i gorąco. Nie dało się spać w takich warunkach więc nie zostaliśmy na drugą noc.

felt the dining room wasnt as nicely decorated as the rest of the hotel but it certainly didnt affect the food

rooms where nice, majority of the bartenders where absolutely lovely

however some staff where so rude and cheeky, specifically the older lady with redish hair. I believe she needs to start meditation to calm her anger and her urge to respond impulsively.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A special shout out to the fella on the desk at the reception to the pool today (didn't catch his name unfortunately) when we were returning our towels after being swimming before we left the hotel, he gave her a little goody bag with taytos (Salt and Vinegar and Cheese and Onion so she could pick which one she liked), lollipops, a yoyo and a Talbot Hotel drinks bottle. Was a very nice touch and totally unexpected.

The only downfall was the rooms were very warm, even with windows open and a fan on, so me and my daughter took the duvets off the bed and just used the sheet to sleep under.

The Hotel was lovely the pool times didn’t suit our stay as we were out early & back late so didn’t get to use the pool as much as we would have liked.

Onestamente mi aspettavo molto di più. Apprezzabili le tende oscuranti e la fornitura di te e caffè in camera.

La camera era troppo calda, c’è l’aria condizionata negli spazi comuni ma l’aria nella stanza era soffocante nonostante il ventilatore a disposizione (anche se nel 2026 strutture del genere senza aria condizionata sono anacronistiche). Il problema è che ci hanno dato una camera che dava sopra un salone delle feste, c’era una sorta di prom con giovani ragazzi che hanno chiacchierato ad alta voce sotto la nostra finestra fino alle 2 di notte. Non è colpa dei ragazzi, ci mancherebbe. Alla reception avrebbero quantomeno dovuto avvisarci, darci la possibilità di spostarci visto che avevamo davanti un’intera giornata di viaggio. Fra il caldo e il rumore non siamo riusciti a riposare. Lo staff sembra non essere professionalmente preparato. Nella sala colazione stamattina due cameriere giravano fra i tavoli non sapendo a chi dare i cappuccini ordinati. Buffet basico per la cifra richiesta per la camera. Peccato finire così il nostro tour in Irlanda, è l’unica delusione della vacanza.
