El minúsculo cuarto de baño con una ducha en la q los codos tocan las paredes. Tampoco había suficiente lugar para colgar las toallas. El comedor con las mesas sucias ( POR FALTA DE PERSONAL SUFICIENTE) y el desayuno escaso.

So loud!!! If you’re on the street facing room you will not get any sleep, it is extremely loud all night (even with the shutters closed) also no air conditioning or fan it is extremely hot and you can’t keep the window open because it’s too noisy. Also a very far walk from the town centre (25mins ) with no footpath to walk just a very narrow road which is very dangerous as many huge trucks pass by

Excellent stay! Choosing a location slightly outside Ortisei was ideal for us since we had a rental car and wanted a more budget-friendly option. Everything exceeded our expectations. The surrounding town is lovely to walk around and fully equipped with everything you need.

The road leading up to the hotel is quite steep. It can feel a bit daunting at first, but after driving it a couple of times, it's really no big deal

Hotel très bien situé, possibilité d'aller en ville à pied ou en bus( arrêt devant l'hôtel) personnel très agréable de bon conseil et parlant français . Chambre confortable, belle vue!!

The staff were fabulous.

The hotel was outside the town center but was walkable to the center of Cortina. It was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The location is very good.

We stayed in Apt 2. Unfortunately we are not satisfied with a few things: you claimed to offer two bed rooms, but it’s actually a one bedroom plus a bed in living room which doesn’t have any privacy because there isn’t any door. Also no hair dryer, water heater can’t plug in the outlet, no closet for hanging clothes, etc

The room was so so hot we couldn’t sleep even with the windows open, and there was not even a fan. We also had a fire evacuation at 7am and never heard anything at all from the staff which seemed a bit poor - if it was a real emergency, people were still in the building confused.

De prijs van de hotelkamer was veel te duur voor wat we kregen. We kregen een kamer dat een soort bunker was met twee bovenraampjes. Echt ontzettend karig. Ligging van het hotel vond ik ook minder, maar dat wisten we. Het was ook erg gehorig. Mij zien ze hier niet meer.

Really great property and good location to Cortina. It is a beautiful building and the staff were really kind. The breakfast was amazing and it was awesome that it was included. There were great areas for sitting outside as well to enjoy the view.

Would’ve preferred a room on a higher floor, but it didn’t matter too much since we were out during the day

El personal muy atento y muy simpático. El desayuno está bastante bien y todo muy limpio. La habitación tenía unas vistas excepcionales. Inmejorable 😊

Estuvimos 3 noches y fue maravilloso. El director del hotel (Skandal) se portó de maravilla con nosotros. Personas como él marcan la diferencia. Millones de gracias por todo. El hotel está genial como base en Cortina DAmpezzo para hacer las rutas que salen desde ahí. No está en el centro del pueblo sino a las afueras por se llega fácil y tiene aparcamiento gratis. Desayuno con muchas opciones. Preciosas vistas desde la habitación y balcón. Sin duda 1 gran acierto!

Nice spacious room, only a 20 minute walk away or 5 minute bus to Cortina. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. They shared great knowledge of the area and did a lot to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Very minor thing - bed and floors make sound whenever you are stepping, I woke up whenever my friend went to bathroom in the middle of night (but again it’s very minor)

The hotel is around a 25-minute walk from the centre of Cortina d’Ampezzo and has free parking, which was really useful. The rooms themselves are a little old-fashioned, but the bathroom and shower were great. We had a small outside space looking towards the town, with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fairly average, with not much choice when it came to fruit, but overall it was perfectly fine.

We stayed in downstairs apartment which felt like a prison, really dark. Hotel in general does not make the most of the great views. Not welcoming, no bar, no restaurant

Días de mucho calor y las habitaciones no tienen A/C. Y no alcanza con abrir las ventanas porque entra mucho ruido de la ruta.

Freundlicher Empfang, Räder konnten sicher abgestellt werden, Betten bequem, Zimmer ruhig.

Für den Preis hätte man mehr Komfort und Sauberkeit erwarten können. So freundlich die Menschen am Empfang waren, so gestresst und genervt waren sie beim Frühstück

Camera si baia au fost curate! Micul dejun a fost pe gustul nostru. Au sufieciente locuri de parcare.

Nu am primit camera rezervata, cea dubla sau twin, ci am fost "norocosii" castigatori ai uneia dintre cele doua camere de la parter, tripla, fara balcon, cu vedere catre curtea din spate, neamenajata. Din camera se auzea tot ceea ce se vorbea in hol, la bar sau la receptie, de multe ori fiind deranjati si de cei care au sosit in hotel dupa ora 24.00. De asemenea camera era langa toaleta comuna a hotelului, din camera se auzea uscatorul de maini ca si cum ar fi fost in dreptul usii noastre. Nu am solicitat schimbarea camerei deoarece angajatul de la receptie ne-a tratat usor discriminatoriu, cu aroganta si atitudine nervoasa, irascibila inca de la inceput, mai apoi, in zilele urmatoare neraspunzand nici la salut, din motive care imi scapa!

Our room was incredibly noisy due to traffic noise. Even with the windows closed we were woken up by traffic many times during the night. The room was warm and there was no AC. Quite far from town. Took 30 minutes to walk both ways

Nothing - it was the only thing available and I know why.

The staff was not friendly and the room was not cleaned. I was in a rush to get breakfast on the way out one morning and got scolded because I took an Apple, boiled egg and some Nutella off the breakfast that was provided. Little did they know I was in a rush to the hospital with my hiking partner. The accommodations were lackluster and the noise from the road was very loud and I tossed and turned all night. This is not a place I would come back to.

Beautiful room and lovely location, if you’re travelling without a car there are bus stops right outside the hotel. There is also a lovely scenic path that runs parallel to the road that takes you to cortina d’ampezzo town which makes for a nice walk. Breakfast was good, both check in and out was easy.

If i were to come again, this would be a good option but i think i would choose to book somewhere a little closer to major paths near the nature park.

Assim que chegámos, fomos recebidos com um upgrade do nosso quarto, deram-nos um quarto com varanda! O pequeno-almoço era variado, tinha uma aparelho para fazer tostas!

Overall, this was a great place to stay during our visit. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was helpful with recommendations. The view from our balcony was amazing and provided stunning views of the Dolomites.

Unfortunately it was warmer than expected and we would have enjoyed having a hotel with air conditioned.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, eine Hauptverkehrsstrasse, auf der Tag und Nacht die LKW und Lieferwagen sowie PKW "vorbeidonnerten". An Schlaf war nicht zu denken!!

Relatywnie niezły hotel na krótki pobyt (byliśmy 2 noce). Jeżeli nie zależy Ci na dostępie do centrum Cortiny - jest to dobra baza wypadowa, zakładając że poruszamy się autem / rowerem. Wygodny parking. Niedawno odnowiona łazienka (ale....)

Hotel na skraju Cortiny, przy głównej drodze wjazdowej, więc w pokoju, przy otwartym oknie jest dość głośno. Do centrum Cortiny ok. 3 km drogą, przez spory czas bez chodnika, więc spacer odpada. W odnowionej, ładnej łazience niezbyt przyjemny zapach z kanalizacji (2 piętro).

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious with various croissants, juice, eggs, bacon and other delicacies. But the real gem of the property is the director, Skander. This legend catered towards all our needs and helped up settle in very easily and fast. Best service we have ever recieved at any hospitality. He was extremely generous and hospitable during our stay. A delightful person to have met.

Talvez pelo teto ser de madeira, os quartos são muito barulhentos, ouve-se tudo que os vizinhos falam ou fazem, atrapalhando muito o sono.

Cea mai proasta alegere. O mizerie de nedescris și un miros de vechi de nesuportat. Patronul un recalcitrant care ne-a sfidat în fața. Am fost nevoiți să plecăm, nu am putut sta în asemena condiții. Fac rezervare doar prin Booking ca să își bată bată joc de oaspeți. Unii rămân în asemenea condiții să nu piardă banii, alții pleacă ca noi și rămân fără bani. Foarte prost surprinsa să găsesc așa ceva în renumita Cortina D’Ampezzo. Domnul merită niște controale aspre să nu își mai bată joc și de altcineva. 250€ cameră/ noapte este o sumă de la care te aștepți la niște condiții impecabile, dar defapt găsești jeg, praf de 5 cm, chiuvetă nespălată, igrasie și probabil urma să mai iasă de sub pat și un șobolan ceva. A deschis soțul un dulap și a crezut ca moare. La străbunica acasă era lux. Am rămas și cu amintiri neplăcute și cu 1000€ pierduți. Să vă fie rușine și hotelului și Booking care dau din umeri ca așa este politica. Dacă domnul nu accept rambursarea, ei cică nu pot face nimic. Rușine !

This hotel is just up the road with beautiful views over the valley with large cliffs in the other direction. The hotel was very comfortable with lift access. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel with wonderful view of the mountain! The thing that made our stay was how kind the owner was! He gave us wine on arrival, gave us a whole itinerary for best hikes and how to get the buses. Also allowed us to make lunch for our hikes from the breakfast buffet and let us into the dining room even when it was closed just so we could have our dinner and insisted we take anything we need. So so generous, would definitely recommend!

Det var utrolig hyggelig personale. Vi fikk god hjelp til å planlegge dagene og fikk mye ut av oppholdet. Rommet ble ryddet og vasket hver dag. Perfekt beliggenhet for vår del. Ca 25 gåavstand til sentrum, fin sti over veien fra hotellet. Anbefaler!!

Kobieta pracująca w recepcji bez uśmiechu, otwartości a przy wymeldowaniu pod nosem powiedziała dziękuję. Byliśmy tam cztery dni i przez ten czas nikt z obsługi sam pierwszy nie powiedział dzień dobry. Pani sali jadalnej była zawsze miła, uśmiechnięta i potrafiła się przywitać. Światło w łazience było zepsute, oświetlenie pokoju jak w kaplicy przedpogrzebowej.

The slightly out of town location was perfect, 30m walk to town. Beautiful views of the surroundings, free parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Free on-site parking. Nice breakfast with hot and cold items, stocked.

Morning staff could be friendlier, afternoon staff was great! Traffic noise on street side can bother some light sleepers.

Location is the furthest from mid town; breakfast could’ve been better. The attendant kept watching out table and quickly taking our plates, made us very uncomfortable. Shared long balconies, no privacy if we want to open the door.

Insonorizzazione camere, veramente scadente, sembrava di essere in camera con i vicini. Inoltre la vicina strada ahimè è molto trafficata. Consiglio di usare i tappi. I balconi andrebbero rimodernati così pure i mobili della camera. pe la cifra pagata, senz'altro overpriced!

Não é que não gostei, a localização não é no centrinho de Cortina. Precisa ir de carro e não tem muito lugar para estacionar.

Nice location on the outskirts of town with a pleasant walk in to the centre. Breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. Lovely staff on reception.

The property is close to a busy road and as we were there during a heatwave we had to sleep with the window open (no a/c) which was quite noisy.

There’s a bus station right next to it to bring you downtown. Room was clean and comfy, nice shower. Good breakfast and views too.

It’s right next to the main road so it’s pretty loud at night, and there’s no AC so we had the windows open
