The price was okay.

The staff was horrible, not welcoming and way too righteous. The TV wasn't working even though I called them several times. Aircon was also not working. They have a very strange check-in system that involves a bad full of keys and remote control that must be brought back. There wasn't even enough towels in the bathroom.

The place is right on the N1, so the noise levels were terrible, the towels in the bathroom were absolutely threadbare and useless... There is NO DStv, as the owner said it was too expensive... There is a sliding door to close the bathroom from the room, and does not even close properly. For nearly R2,000.00 a night, I expected a LOT better than this place has to offer, only the breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place at all, and will never sty there again... The place is dark and there is no natural light coming through, and seriously there has been very little thought involved in this place as to a lot of things. How this has good recommendations is beyond speech

There was a flat screen TV in the room, with no remote. Could not use it. The flatscreen TV in the lounge area had just some SABC channels and was such bad grainy screen quality you could not really watch. Pointless to have TVs in the room that cannot be used. Thought there was meant to be satellite channels? There was a banging noise from a gate or something outside that would literally bang every 10min.

I was probably woken up more than 10 times at night wether it was from cars, people making noise at 2:30 AM or the AC making a lot of noise. The rooms needs to be a lot quieter.

Even though there was a miscommunication they accommodated me and my family and made my son and his friends have a wonderful time…I am absolutely coming back soon…the rooms are big and clean Thank you 🙏🏾

The location next to a busy highway is not ideal at all Nothing the owners can do but when traveling for business make sure you don’t get a road facing room

False advertisement. No bar for refreshments, no food at night but have menus in the room. I booked doublevroom with view and for 2 two but was given a room with 1 glass ,1 cup, 1 teaspoon. 1 bathrobe no slippers . Sliding door to the shower out of order. Breakfast no savory and pastry as advertised.. small shampoo, small,conditioner for 1 person. .

Comfortable Beds

Noisy road all through the night and while “relaxing” at the pool. Beer cans and bottle laying around, not cleaned up. No response at the gate, we ended up hooting quite a bunch to get the staffs attention.

The Bathroom and Bed itself was nice as well as the bed being warm.

I was told there was a restaurant and a bar available prior to confirming booking. No mention until I get in after my flights and ask for the Restaurant menu, Its closed until further notice. Alongside that, My one cupboard was broken before I got there. And I had inclusive breakfast, But 2/4 mornings there was not "all you can eat" By the time I was in the Executive Dining Room at 7am. (Breakfast only starts at 06h30) All the food was gone, I asked if more was going to be made ? No was the simple answer

Nice location, and beautiful well looked after facility

Small things could have been better. There was no milk in the fridge for coffee. The TV signal was bad, could watch anything. Some of the breakfast items on the menu wasnt available.

Even thought the property is next to the highway the building is in such a way that the road honestly did not bother us. Breakfast was lovely! The room exceeded our expectations for the price in comparison to other properties in the area.

Although the pics makes it look nice, the place seems to be a bit run down and needs some TLC. I could not find the TV remote, but the TV had no connection to anything anyway. Because of a power outage in the region, the aircon was not working which is not their fault, however one would expect a fan of some sort which was not available. The location is right next to the highway, so opening the windows resulted in a lot of noise in the room. Bed pillows and pillow cases are old and needs replacement. There was a bar facility which was not open even during the time it was supposed to be open. The mini fridge had nothing inside. There was a bottle of water but it was outside of the fridge and therefore hot.

The place was filthy. The rooms were dirty dusty, flies all over, mats were dirty, bedding had stains. The toilet had black dirty inside aas it is old and not cleaned properly. EVERY place was dirty even the stairway was dirty for thee entire 2 days we were there. This is thee worst place I've ever paid to got to. I would never recommend. It was a nightmare. I was so embarrassed as I brought my mom as well. When we checked out no one even bid us goodbye the manager was busy 'talking over' the chefs.

Television reception on all channels were very poor.

The bed and clean linen

The heaters in our foyer were very ugly and dirty. Our bathroom light switch did not work. You can have or a light, or a bar fridge, or a kettle... 🤨 The breakfast plates, knives and small jug were sticky and dirty - used and washed badly. The fruit juice at breakfast was warm. The cuppichino function on the coffee machine is broken. The place needs serious management improvements. Will not recommend it at all.

The breakfast in the morning was disappointing to say the least. We were busy serving and found cockroaches cooked into the bacon . I went and told the chef and he just took the pieces that were on my plate , leaving the rest of the infested bacon for other guests to keep eating , needless to say I dis not end up eating the breakfast that I had paid for
