قفل الباب لايفتح بسهولة . كنت بالخارج وقت الخروج وعندما عدت فالمساء أردت تمديد يوم إضافي تفاجأت من الموظفة بالغاء الكرت ونزل احد لابناء لتجديد الكرت ورفضت الا بعد الدفع المبلغ الجديد وكان أغلى من سعر بوكينج زيادة 60ريال

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026حقيقه اكثر ما يميز مكان الإقامة هم الطاقم الموجودين بالأستقبال ومواقع الخدمه كل الشكر لهم على سعة ورحابة صدورهم وهذا ما يجعلني دائمآ اختار بودل الرس مكان لإقامتي متى تواجدت هناك.
ذكرتها سابقآ دورات المياة يجب ان يتم تغيير البانيو بحيث يكون شاور عادي

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026المعروف لا يعرف نظيف بكل معنى الكلمة، تنظيم ممتاز ونظافة واضحة في كل التفاصيل المكان مريح ومرتب ويعكس اهتمام عالي براحة الضيوف، من الاستقبال إلى المرافق الأجواء هادئة وتعطي إحساس بالخصوصية، والتعامل احترافي ومحترم تجربة جميلة وتستاهل والموظفين السعوديين محترمين خلوقين لكن اتمنى تجديد الفندق من جديد احس شبه بدا يتهاكل

لم استطع النوم فيها بسبب ازعاج الشقق التي في الطابق الاعلى

الشبابيك لا يوجد فيها عزل ويدخل من عندها هواء والغوص الخارجية عندي بالغرفة أو بالصالة ودوره المياه فيها ريحة أرضها غير نظيفة
