Boudl Al Rass vs Similar Hotels

Mixed feedback: rooms are clean but several guests reported uncomfortable beds, dated furniture, cold tiled floors and missing linens in some areas; some maintenance needed.

Consistently praised across many reviews: guests frequently mention clean, tidy rooms and good housekeeping.

Multiple mentions of central, convenient location near restaurants, cafes and services; quiet and with parking — strong positive sentiment.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional (front-desk upgrades noted). One isolated negative about card/extension handling does not outweigh generally excellent service.

Few mentions overall; praise is limited but no major complaints about food service itself. Some guests objected to high coffee prices.

Some complaints about facilities needing upgrades (bathtub, kitchen appliances), weak Wi‑Fi and limited in-room supplies (toothbrush/toothpaste); amenities viewed as average-to-below-expectation by some guests.

Noted as a weakness: multiple guests felt the price was high for the quality, with reports of extra charges and paying more than booking price.
