Il comfort e la disponibilità offerta. Il sig. Alessandro alla reception è stato ultra disponibile e cortese , risolvendo in pochi istanti anche un emergenza medica sorta in tarda serata ! ❤️eccezionale! Ci ha fatto sentire a casa e nostro agio anche nelle situazioni critiche

Servizi, gentilezza, cibo, mare , pulizia .. personale gentilissimo nonostante l’ormai finita stagione.. Soggiornato con 3 bambini, tutto super, non capisco le cattive recensioni sulla pulizia ..,stanze pulite, asciugamani in abbondanza.

Großer Pool und die schöne Bucht. Gratis Shuttle Service vom Zimmer zum Meer und retour. Buffet war abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei.

Die Klimaanlage hat im Erdgeschosszimmer modrig gerochen..Dusche ist klein und Wasser spritzt überall hinaus. Die Musik war bis Mitternacht sehr laut!

Le restaurant, ou plutôt "la cantine"... Une royale pagaille, ça part dans tout les sens , nous ne savions pas où aller nous assoir, la salle depand du bracelet que l on porte....ont nous a fait déplacer plusieurs fois, et pour aller ce servir, un réfectoire...pas un restaurant digne de ce non. Les boissons au bar, son execivement coûteuse 28€ un mojito et une Pina colada....ils nous voient venir... Pour la chambre une clim extrêmement bruyante une horreur

Miesto nadherné, zelené a udržiavané, jedlo bolo tiež výborné, funkčné sprchy na pláži, možnosť využit elektrické autičko, ktoré robilo zvoz z pláže a na pláž.

Namiesto rodinnej izby sme dostali dve izby, strop v kupelni niesol znaky plesne, zverejnené fotky izieb nezodpovedali skutočnosti, klimatizacia funkčná len sa nedala samostatne ovládať a teda išla nonstop. Osušky na pláž za poplatok (vratná záloha 20€) a každá výmena za čistý za extra poplatok 2€, a slnečníky na pláži boli asi podla kategorie ubytovaných predné dve či tri rady od mora za extra poplatok, a hlavne v čase našej návštevy bola nefunkčná toaleta na plaži a nebola tam ani žiadna kabína kde by sa človek vedel prezliecť.

The pools are very clean, as is the site itself. poolside staff are very attentive with umbrellas and shuffling beds into shade should you need it.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The hotel photos advertised are of the hotel adjoining where you're actually staying. The rooms pictured, are Voi colanna BEACH hotel, advertised under Voi colanna VILLAGE hotel. Both are located on a rather steep hill, 1 behind the other, the village part being at the top of the hill, behind the beach hotel, which is closer to the private beach. There are sunbeds available, but designated to which part of the hotel you are staying at. Although, there is no notice of this, other than a rather rude guest, who asked me to 'move' when there was nobody but us down there at 7am! (Uncalled for, there was 3 rows of beds she could have chosen from, but she wanted the 1 I was on!) Id have rather staff had notified me to avoid this interaction! There is a shuttle down past colanna beach hotel to the beach, but there is no timetable, and they don't wait long enough, even if you're poised to dash when it pulls in, they don't wait whilst you run the 50mtr pathway to the shuttle, it just pulls away!! The food is reparative, and little variation throughout all meals all week. And as a village guest, you're only able to dine in the very basic restaurant. Which isn't disclosed, you'll embarrassingly find that out from the staff if you accidentally just walk through the adjoining restraunts, where you'll be ushered to the 'basic' restraunt. The dinner plates aren't all clean, at times I changed my plate 3/4 times to find 1 without someone else's food on from yesterday. Also the same for the water glasses, I repeatedly saw the remnants of other people's lips on the 'clean' glasses on the table. Drinks at meal times are not there for you to help yourself to, you have to request anything other than water from a waiter. Again, no menu. There is a water dispenser available, but you are not aloud to fill your water bottle up with this!

Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno presso il villaggio VOI, che presenta diversi punti di forza. Tra gli aspetti più positivi sicuramente il cibo durante la cena, con una buona varietà e pietanze generalmente molto apprezzate. La camera era pulita, confortevole e soprattutto tranquilla, permettendo di riposare bene. Molto bello anche il mare, davvero suggestivo, e ottimo il servizio in spiaggia, sempre molto comodo e ben organizzato. Un altro punto di forza è stata sicuramente l’animazione, sia durante il giorno che la sera: presente, coinvolgente e capace di proporre attività diverse senza risultare eccessivamente invadente.

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che, a nostro avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati. La mattina abbiamo sentito la mancanza di cornetti ripieni, che sarebbe una piccola aggiunta ma sicuramente gradita. A cena, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, abbiamo riscontrato una certa difficoltà nel trovare tavoli disponibili. Inoltre, nonostante il ristorante chiudesse alle 21:30, alcune pietanze non venivano più rifornite già dopo le 20:45: sarebbe auspicabile mantenere l’offerta completa fino a un orario più vicino alla chiusura. Abbiamo inoltre notato un po’ di sporcizia nei giardini esterni, in particolare sulla sinistra del percorso della navetta, un’area che meriterebbe maggiore attenzione. Infine, una nota decisamente negativa riguarda la palestra, che secondo noi non può essere definita propriamente tale: si trova in uno stato piuttosto trascurato, con pochissimi attrezzi e disposti senza una vera organizzazione. È sicuramente un aspetto sul quale sarebbe opportuno intervenire o eliminarla del tutto onde evitare frustrazioni.

J'ai beaucoup aimé les commodités de l'hôtel pour se reposer, accès à la plage privée avec transats, restaurants divers et piscine propre et agréable

le personnel était parfois froid, j'ai perdu par exemple mon chapeau on m'a répondu brièvement qu'on a rien trouvé mais n'ont pas essayé de m'aider. Les demandes étaient toujours extrêmement lentes (demande de facture, check-in, check-out...) L'emplacement, très loin de tout sans véhicule c'est quasiment impossible de bouger

De locatie is top, zwembaden zijn prettig en rustig. Personeel bij de spoorboom en de schoonmakers zijn ontzettend aardig en attent. Golfkar service van en naar het privé strand is super.

De kamers zijn wat oud en karig, maar dat valt nog te overzien als de rest goed is. Wat echter zeer slecht is, is het buffet. De tafels zijn amper bedekt, je moet elke keer zelf zoeken/plunderen naar en voor bestek en glazen. Die ook vaak vuil zijn met allerlei afdrukken. Het buffet zelf heeft weinig keuze, veel is koud en er is ook weinig vegetarisch. En ook bij het buffet zelf is het onhygiënisch. Het is een ongezellige en niet smakelijke hal met overal vuil tafelgerei weggestopt en in zicht. Na twee keer hebben we dit bespreekbaar gemaakt bij de receptie, hierop werd aangegeven dat het toch een buffet is dus we konden toch zelf kiezen wat we wilden eten? Rare reactie, gingen niet in op onze grootste klacht namelijk de hygiene en het koude eten. We zouden teruggebeld worden door guest services over een mogelijke oplossing (de overige 5 avonden hebben we hier niet meer gegeten), dit terugbellen is nooit meer gebeurd. Dit bovenstaande maakt het, ondanks de mooie locatie, absoluut geen viersterren ervaring. Ik kan het niet aanraden.

Had such a nice view of from the room of the whole coast, nice staff. The quiet pool area was lovely for relaxing in the afternoon. I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but enjoyed my time there.

Die Struktur vom Zimmer. Alt, nicht alles funktionstüchtig, extremer Gestank im Zimmer, fliegen, Wasser wo Orange raus fliesst und suberkeit ist leider sehr klein gehalten

Experiencia muy negativa. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, con insectos por las paredes y el suelo, paredes manchadas y un inodoro en condiciones de higiene inaceptables. Además, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, haciendo un calor insoportable. La comida fue de muy mala calidad y la atención bastante mediocre. Hemos presentado una reclamación a Booking.com Para nada lo esperado, no lo recomendaría nunca. Las condiciones son inaceptables y deberían ser revisadas. Totalmente impropio de un hotel de esta categoría.

The beach and location were amazing!

The food was average. The service was not good. Concierge wouldn’t even book us a taxi to go to the airport, until I got annoyed. AC in our room was not cool enough. They sent someone a week later to check it. Bathroom was disgusting. We upgraded to Deluxe room. It was not.

Nice view, parking , kind staff

Very dirty and not kept up with the other resorts I used to stay on the island with similar price range Restaurant with half board really poor specially the organization of the staff , tables not clean , glasses or plates left for hrs on the tables, found some dirty glass and plates what supposed be clean ! Staff looked overwhelmed and overworked. Chaotic experience. Rooms need to be renovated it’s a must. Although the staff generally was very kind and helpful. At the beach constantly someone was talking through the microphone and music was loud and not suit to the holiday vibe. Beach in the afternoon was messy and dirty. In the morning at 7 am everything was left after the night entertainment looked so dirty around , the toilets , tables , floors. This resort needs more staff for sure because it’s huge . Food was so so for Italy. Even the coffee was let’s say ok.

Difficile trovare un difetto

Il Mare , la piscina , casualità e fortuna la stanza non era molto lontana dal mare .

I servizi, il trasporto che dovrebbe spostarti da una parte all altra dell’hotel , praticamente è inesistente, spesso l’aria condizionata non funzionava ! Internet inesistente! Per lavoro dovevo collegarmi , e nulla impossibile ! Richiesto la pulizia della stanza ad una fascia oraria , avendo un bambino con orari e routine , non sono stati rispettati neanche quelli.

The beach is absolutely fantastic and is the clear winner at this resort. The rooms were clean and we had a sea view which I highly recommend as you are really close to the beach. The shuttle is very welcome when going up the hill in the heat for dinner at the restaurants. The beach bar though not part of the egg hotel served excellent toasted sandwiches and burgers and nice cold beers and spritz at happy hour. The entertainment on the beach was good.

The food on offer for the half board was acceptable but not outstanding. The hot food for breakfast was only average but that is common in European hotels, the focus at breakfast is more on pastries and breads. You can see that the resort could possibly do with a bit of a refurbishing. You are quite isolated if you didn’t have a vehicle. Not negatives as such as we did enjoy our stay but they are observations.

L’équipe d’entertainment est superbe rien à dire : soirées, fêtes, clubs… très familial un peu club med! L’hôtel est beau avec vue mer incroyable et accès plage privée très belle. Grande piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux. Service shuttle qui vous emmène partout et tout le temps dans le village.

Il y a des bracelets qui vous distingue des autres clients et c’est désagréable comme sensation. Il existe des VIP qui peuvent par exemple prendre les transat de devant et les autres non… Serviette de plage si vous restez 1 semaine et vous voulez les changer vous devez payer… j’avais jamais vu ça encore. Les chambres sont vétustes et les sanitaires aussi parfois bouche et des moisissures dans les joints. C’est pas normal pour le prix qu’ils demandent.

Great location. Staff in restaurants, beach and concierge were great. Beach well maintained. Food great.

Our room had no air conditioning the first night, we actually slept on our balcony. Notified staff twice and tried to fix. No luck. Next night terrible. Eventually got a fan which made it okay but terrible. We paid a lot of money and really got no compensation or any gesture of goodwill from the hotel.

L’accès facile à la plage

Très déçue par l’accueil et le service. Le personnel n’est absolument pas orienté vers la satisfaction de la clientèle et ne fait aucun effort pour aider les clients ou trouver des solutions en cas de problème. Les réceptionnistes se sont montrés particulièrement désagréables et peu accueillants. C’est d’autant plus décevant pour un établissement du secteur de l’hôtellerie, où le sens du service et l’hospitalité devraient pourtant être une priorité. Une expérience qui ne correspond malheureusement pas aux attentes que l’on peut avoir d’un hôtel.

L’accessibilité de la plage et de la piscine

Nous avions une chambre avec un balcon sur lequel il y avait un nid de pigeon rendant le balcon inaccessible Nous avons eu dans l’autre chambre des odeurs d’égouts pendant 5 jours et enfin le personnel de l’accueil malgré 3 demandes de notre part ne nous a toujours pas indiqué les démarches à faire pour récupérer un i pad que nous avons oublié sur place

Viel zu junge und unerfahrene Mitarbeiter, kein Zimmerservice, Frühstück zu schwach. Mitarbeiter nehmen bei Vorbereiten Morgens keine Rücksicht auf Lautstärke, man wird um 7:30 Uhr geweckt. Keine Shuttleservices Abend und Taxis leider nur sehr schwierig zu organisieren

Tutto molto organizzato, dai vari servizi all’animazione è stato tutto eccezionale. Inoltre la navetta che gira all’interno del villaggio è un plus che veramente merita. Per quanto riguarda i pasti tutto molto buono e diversificato nei giorni. Sono stati dei giorni di puro relax. Ve lo consiglio 😉

Metterei a disposizione dei clienti un dispenser di acqua da potersi riempire bottiglie/borracce durante il giorno. O comunque che vengano dati dei bicchieri d’acqua gratuitamente.

Staff is really friendly and helpfull. They are working really hard to make their visitors happy. They are gentle and elegant.

Unfotunately some rooms requires renewal. First room given to me had really bad smell then we asked to change room. New room was better but there was problem with air conditioning.

The location and the exterior of the property as well as the beach was really beautiful

The rooms and the building itself is really old. My balcony door wouldn’t open properly I had to hold the door at the bottom. My bathroom had a really bad smell from the drain. The reception didn’t explain anything properly.

Beautiful beautiful beach🤩!!the sea view from the room😲. The shuttle bus service inside the establishment operating all day round, taking you from rooms to beach, restaurant, pool! The entertainment Company with lots of activities to small children, teens and grown ups: Beach volley, Beach tennis, Beach football competitions and so on. Free of charge sun beds at the beach🤩!

The bad isolation between the rooms-clasical Italien style house problem. Not comfortable beds at all- It has been a long time ago I have tried a hotel without top madrassers:( If you are 4 people in one room you can only get 2!!! Sunbeds and one!!! Umbrella!!! At the Beach! Or you have to lay outside the umbrella area- literally where the smoking area is and where the bar is! You Can not lay in the first 2 rows or in the middle- so don’t expect sea view or quietness. But don’t worry- no one is checking it!! Just take the beds you need- I Saw myself other families do that😂….the evening program is on until 23 with loud Music,unless You live in rooms 1000 or at the Beach hotel. Orherwise- take ear props😂it saved my night. Because then the program is over then all the people come BACK to there rooms🤯🙈😤…

Reception area was very smart

Arrived late for one night, no assistance finding the room or taking bags in the dark. Stair hand rails broken and nearly fell down the steps. Bedroom door didn’t lock. Air conditioning was useless. Staff ride when called for assistance

We had 2 rooms and requested to stay by each other, we spoke to a a manager and they could not accommodate until the 2nd night, our kids had to stay without us. The staff was not very friendly at the front desk we were very disappointed

Nice view, great staff, cozy rooms with AC, shuttle bus that takes you were you want within the village, decent food.

Taxis are hard to get and quite expensive in Sardinia in general, so book way in advance. Recommend trying through the hotel as they have contacts.

Mi è piaciuto il cibo, varietà dei piatti e tutto buono.

In camera manca un bollitore per il caffè appena svegli, necessario perché nei 4 stelle c'è ovunque. Inoltre dalle foto su booking, camera doppia classic, si vede il vetro nella doccia invece ho trovato la tenda.

Bel villaggio turistico immerso nel verde situato su una collina digradante verso la spiaggia. Dotato di tutti i servizi per coccolare i clienti. Comodissima per esempio la navetta elettrica che fa continuamente la spola tra ristorante -reception - piscine - spiaggia. Le casette per gli ospiti sono in edifici a due piani ben integrati nel paesaggio e immerse nel verde, sembrano tante villette con stile identico ma profili diversi che danno un'impressione generale di armonia (evitano l'effetto caserma che si vede in alcuni villaggi). La nostra camera era dotata di terrazzino con vista splendida sul verde e sul mare e le isole di fronte. Colazione e cena a buffet molto varie e abbondanti. Si può fare colazione con una vista incredibile sul terrazzo all'aperto. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso dai ragazzi dell'animazione a quelli dei bar, del ristorante e della reception. I ragazzi del concierge ci hanno risolto brillantemente in pochi minuti un problema che avevamo avuto il primo giorno col noleggio auto in aeroporto. Anche i ragazzi in spiaggia, sempre disponibili. Spiaggia: insenatura di sabbia molto ampia con mare ... da Sardegna. Animazione presente ma mai invadente, presente in spiaggia, in piscina e la sera in teatro. Centro benessere all'altezza della struttura (mia moglie estasiata dal massaggio che ha provato con Evelin). C'è anche una boutique. Piscina grande e piscina piccola (provate tutte e due!). Bar centrale del villaggio con terrazzo e vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulle isole. Una settimana di totale relax.

Výber jedál bol priemerný a kvalita dobrá. Všetci zamestnanci boli vždy ústretoví a priateľskí. Na pláži bol vždy dostatočný počet lehátok a slnečníkov bez poplatku. Pláž bola vždy čistá. K jedlu bola vždy dostupná voda a víno bez obmedzení.

Na začiatok sme dostali izbu , ktorá mala vlhké steny a páchla stuchlinou. V kúpelni boli tmavé plesnivé špáry. Po sťažnosti nás presunuli do izby ktorá už bola v poriadku. Ďalšie sklamanie bola voda. Voda na izbe nebola pitná a v areáli sa dala kúpiť 0,5L za 2eurá. V jedálni sa voda nedala nabrať do vlastnej fľaše. Prístup do/z areálu verejnou dopravou len počas letnej sezóny t.j. od 16.6. Penájom auta 130eur/deň.

Minor things, AC never seemed to work well even though someone came out to fix. Light in outside hallway was out. Breakfast in our building was great but dinner in main resort was crowded and a little unruly but the food was good. Be prepared to be a little remote from the town which was fine and expected by us

Fantastica la struttura. Bella stanza, personale gentile, spiaggia bella, coccolati tutto il tempo, biberoneria molto attrezzata e signora molto precisa ed attenta. Animazione presente sorridente e cordiale. Fotografi presenti per farvi delle bellissime foto. Colazione buona e molto varia dal dolce al salato.

we checked in at 4pm, and there was no food to buy at the property until 7.30 pm / my sister ordered lagguage collection ( day before) for the 10 am check out time, nobody came , she carried all bags to the reception up the hill at 10.30. No information about the towels change ( need to put them on the floor for them to be replaced)

Rate incl breakfast and dinner but dinner only avail until 9.30pm. Our flight arrival on a Friday night meant we were late to the hotel at 9.30pm and were offered a very basic cold plate which was very disappointing.

Staff non all'altezza e poco professionale, qualita del cibo scadente, struttura trascurata in alcune aree. Camera piccola nonostante fosse una delux.

Séjour incroyable ! L’hôtel était magnifique, le personnel au petit soin, le buffet était super bon, la plage était incroyable. Vraiment je conseille incroyable !

Ko sem prišel v hotel in pogledal skozi balkon, wauuu , lep razgled, bližina morja. Motor parkiran nekaj metrov vstran. Soba dovolj velika, postalja po mobem okusu. Animacije se dogajajo vsak dan. Urejena okolica , poskrbljeno za ležalnik in sončnik.

Najprej čistoča , ki je res hudo ne dobra. Nekaj nerazumevanja pri vprašanjih glede pravil hotela. Različne informacije. Prve 3 dni hrana, ki je ni bilo. Razlika med prostorom prehranjevanja 12 in 13. . Ko se pogovarjam z ostalimi gosti, opazim da vidimo enako. Občutek je, kot da še niso vpeljani v delo in se še iščejo kako in kaj. Najbolj moteče pa je, ko menadžerji z rokami v žepu komandirajo in niti ne pozdravijo, razen moškega v temni srajci z črno kravato.

Struttura & Servizi: - Vostra foto della spiaggia, si vedeva solo le 4 righe di ombrelloni fissi ( di pallia ). Invece aggiungono ogni giorno con un ' trappano ' ( fastidioso - ogni mattina - niente silenzio ) altre 6-7-8 righe a 21 ombrelloni. Tutte super vicine. Terribile. non si vede sulla Vostra foto della Website. Sembra quasi deserto la spiaggia sulla Vostra foto. - Pulizia: Non hanno MAI lavato a terra nella sala ' Collazione '. MAI. Ogni mattina c'erano anche i ' Capelli ', le ' Bricciole ', ecc sotto il nostro tavolo ( siccome alla sera la sala serve per la cena ' Alla Carte '. - Pulizia: Corridoi: Mai visto nessuno lavare a terra nessun corridoio - Buffet alla Sera: Noi avevamo la stanza DELUXE. Cena dalle 19.30 alle 21.30/22.00. Se arrivevamo alle 19.30, eravamo i primi ed era tutto presentato ' in ordine '. Una volta siamo arrivati a cena alle 21.00, c'era poco niente da mangiare / e non vi dico come erano rimasti caotico i piatti del buffet. Abbiamo chiesto se potessimo avere cose da mangiare e loro hanno risposto che era tutto FINITO. Ma è possibile??? Quindi non scrivete cena dalle 19.30 - 21.30. Scrivete: chi viene per primo, gode. Gli altri...... - il servizio Camera ha dimenticato una volta fornire di nuovo ' BagnoSchiuma '. ho chiamato alla reception per averlo dopo la spiaggia per farmi la doccia. 1 ORA ci ha voluto per portarmi un può di bagnoschiuma.......

Сніданок буд різноманітний та смачний. Великий вибір страв. Хороша кава. Всього було вдосталь, оперативно доносили страви, якщо закінчились.

В описі було вказано, що є спортивна кімната, насправді тренажери знаходяться на вулиці, на балконі. Таке враження, що їх туди просто винисли для того щоб звільнити якесь приміщення.

The location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and close to Olbia port and golfoaranci port.

Too many extras for infant. When booking a triple room (including our baby), I was informed that adding a cot would cost an additional €40 per night. In other words, the cot was not included in the room rate. Considering that the resort promotes itself as family-friendly, I found this unreasonable and decided to bring our own travel cot instead. Although I had purchased a full-board package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included), I was told that access to the baby food preparation area (“biberoneria”) required an additional €30 per day. For a 6-month-old baby who only needed vegetable broth, water, and occasional use of a microwave, this surcharge seemed excessive. We declined and had to make our own arrangements throughout the holiday, which is far from ideal when traveling with an infant.

Słaba czystość w pokojach, łazienki nadające się do remontu. Bardzo słabe jedzenie.

Beau complexe avec une magnifique plage privée très agréable avec petite navette pour le transport à la plage ou pour se déplacer dans le domaine. Repas très varié et bon autant le matin que le soir. Belle piscine, animation le soir. Nous avons pu avoir un repas froid à notre arrivée car tard le soir, nous avions demandé également un repas végétarien mais cela n'a pas été noté mais ils ont fait leur possible pour nous trouver quelques légumes. Merci

Nous avions déjà été dans cet hôtel mais dans une chambre deluxe avec vue mer. Cette année nous n'avons pas pu avoir la chambre deluxe et la différence était très importante. Une odeur de renfermé dés notre entrée dans la chambre à l'ouverture du placard la même odeur très forte. Mobilier vieillissant, coffre fort inutilisable car complètement cassé et rouillé. Grande salle de bain mais la douche fuit et la salle de bain et inondée en fin de douche, dangereux car très glissant. Pour les serviettes de plage une caution de 10€ par serviette est demandée et si vous voulez en changer lors du séjour il faut payer 2€ a chaque changement ce qui n'était pas le cas en chambre deluxe. Le personnel du restaurant débordé ou pas expérimenté. Les tables n'était pas rapidement débarrassées et très mal dressées, ce qui fait un peu négligé. Mais la nourriture bonne.

La situation, la vue depuis l hôtel. Les piscines sont très belles, les salons, le bar ..tout est très bien. La restauration très variée et bonne. Le personnel toujours très agréable , toujours un petit mot gentil.

Era bien sucio, creo que no corresponde que sea hotel de 4 estrellas, en ese sentido deja harto que desear. La ducha botaba agua y era problema de construcción, faltaba mantenimiento en varias cosas

Die Lage war sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Flughafen ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Der Hotelstrand beko.mt volle Punktzahl.

Der Zustand der "Delux" Zimmer war nicht delux. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche gemacht, als würden sie auseinanderfallen. Schimmel und Rost in den Bädern. Die Zimmertüren waren verzogen und Türknaufe fielen ab. Der Service in den Restaurants war teilweise umaufmerksam. Man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Everything, from the moment we checked in , no explanation, no help whatsoever, took us 40 mins to find our room, rooms are very basic, fridge not working and never did even after the did say they will fix it, weird leakage in the bathroom kept us awake most of the night and again no one even tried to fix it. The restaurant or should I say the Hall , reminded me of high school and the manager shouting at the guests including us to not sit there, based on the color of the wrist band we’re wearing. We sat down to have dinner as we have been told , showed our bracelets and were served until another waiter comes mid meal to tell us off and ask us to leave. Spoke to reception about it , no one even apologized. Honestly, my worst hotel stay ever! The pictures are from the hall with flies on the crepe.

La parte migliore di questa struttura è sicuramente l’animazione, che non risulta troppo invadente, ed è formata da ragazzi davvero in gamba. La vista mare dalla camera deluxe era pazzesca, ma per il resto di deluxe non aveva nulla (specificherò meglio nella sezione successiva) perciò non vale i soldi spesi. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, l’unica nota positiva era il capo sala e il personale di servizio cucina che considerando il mio stato in gravidanza si è presa cura di me. Lo stesso si è verificato al bistrot e al bar centrale.

La parte cibo non è assolutamente all’altezza dei soldi spesi. Non c’era nessuna targhetta che indicasse gli ingredienti delle pietanze e questo lo ritengo molto grave. Inoltre, pur essendo garantito il servizio fino alle 21.30, alle 20.30 già i piatti non venivano più sostituiti, infatti la prima sera che ci siamo recati al ristorante alle 21.00 non abbiamo trovato quasi nulla. Infine, in qualità di ospiti della camera deluxe avevamo i pasti in terrazza tavolara, tuttavia il buffet in terrazza non era ancora aperto quindi bisognava comunque recarsi al buffet al piano di sopra in comune con tutte le altre camere causando ovviamente inefficienza e code per mangiare. Ritengo che la qualità del servizio debba essere garantita sia a inizio stagione, sia a stagione inoltrata. La camera deluxe vista mare, teoricamente la migliore della struttura, aveva solo la vista mare. Per il resto non aveva neanche le ciabattine da camera, che pur avendo richiesto non mi sono state fornite. Il frigo bar non veniva rifornito quotidianamente ma solo su richiesta e a pagamento ed inoltre non è definibile come vero frigo in quanto non raffredda. Dal bagno usciva costantemente odore di fogna e sicuramente le camere non possono essere definite deluxe. Lo staff della reception non era all’altezza della struttura in quanto ha sempre fornito risposte poco esaustive alle mie richieste.

Nice hotel with private beach and swimming pool. The room was very appealing, with a comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, and balcony with sea view. The resort is quite big with little roads connecting reception, restaurants, and accommodation houses. A small shuttle is driving around allowing you to hop on and off at various locations. The beach is beautiful allowing you to take a bath in the crystal clear Sardinian sea.

The main restaurant (for standard room guests) is too crowded, it is hard to find a free table, and staff is overworked and not able to keep up with the influx of guests. Tables are therefore not cleared, table cloths dirty, and the buffet is not frequently stocked or only with cold food. These problems apply to both breakfast and dinner and take away from the overall experience. Clearly not living up to the expectations for a hotel at this price (I have stayed at places with much better value for money on Sardinia).

Leider werden Deutsche da nicht so gerne gesehen. Italiener werden grundsätzlich bevorzugt. Das Bettaufdecken hat nicht immer funktioniert. Wenn das Abendessen am Buffet leer dann war es eben leer. Kein Nachfüllen. Das Abendprogramm leider auch nur auf italienisch. Da wäre zumindest Englisch angebracht. Auch an der Rezeption kein Deutsch obwohl viele Deutsche da waren.

Eccezionale l'animazione per i bambini, dal capo animatore alle ragazze del mini club, molto coinvolgenti e appassionati. Aggiungerei mezz'ora in più la mattina e mezz'ora il pomeriggio!

Il buffet è organizzato male, mi riferisco al Sos Aranzos, le persone si mettono in fila partendo dalla frutta poi, non per colpa loro, ma per la disposizione delle vivande, per la mole di gente dovrebbero esserci più isole per permettere l'avvicinamento e il deflusso, invece i banchi posizionati lungo il muro non permettono di andare e prendere quello che si desidera, c'è troppa gente per quella disposizione. non ci sono dei cartellini che descrivono il cibo, l'erogatore dell'acqua è molto lento e spesso devi attendere che riempiano anche bottiglie e borracce, non viene detto che le altre bevande vanno chieste ed il personale di sala non è adeguatamente preparato alle richieste, molti erano alle prime armi. i tavoli rimangono sporchi se non si arriva all'apertura. il cibo è di qualità.

De lux bezieht sich auf die Lage die schöne Aussicht und die schöne Bucht. Das Zimmer war hübsch, solange man nicht genau hinsieht.

Unmotivierte Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Restaurant) Kein Interesse am Gast.

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr schöne Lage zum Strand mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und groß zum sportlichen Schwimmen.

Ohne Auto ist man mit Halbpension in dieser Unterkunft verloren. Es könnte einen kleinen Supermarkt für das nötigste geben, keine Snacks für zwischendurch an der Bar möglich. Die Bewirtung der vielen Hotelgäste ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und störend waren die vielen russischen Allinclusive Gäste ohne jegliches Benehmen am Buffett, kein Warten in der Schlange am Buffett, Trunkenheit am Pool. Einige Kellner waren in der Tischzuweisung nicht sonderlich sympathisch und haben auch im Umgang mit ihren Kollegen nicht sehr freundlich gewirkt. Das Abendprogramm bis 24 Uhr täglich (sehr laut) ist für Erholungsuchende, die auf Schlaf wert legen nicht sehr angenehm.

DO NOT BOOK AS THE PHOTOS ARE FAR FROM THE TRUTH. The staff are very cold, unwelcoming and actually shouted at my family because they said we could extend our checkout by 1 hour and then when we were about to leave they changed their minds and messed up our plans and were so rude and shouting at us to get out. Especially the receptionist Lorena very rude, needs to learn how to deal with customer service before working at a “4 star hotel”. The food was so bad, cold, and dry, coffee was weak and not made as asked (rolled their eyes when I asked for a coffee). Another MAJOR point is the rooms. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS. the rooms were so outdated and didn’t have basic things like a kettle or a normal tv. The rooms had black mould on the walls and the furniture was so outdated and Broken. The bed was so uncomfortable and feels like your on stilts. Not worth the money at all. They just updated one room and used for advertising.

Un posto davvero bellissimo, ci è piaciuto tutto: la pulizia, il comfort, il personale cordiale, i ragazzi attenti, in particolare Daniele e Rosario, un ringraziamento speciale a Esme e alle ragazze.

Amazing beach and nature at the resort. Carribean blue water at the beach right at the resort. The best staff. Animators are doing fantastic job, working hard, always willing to help, taking great care of the children with all their hearts, doing all kinds of cultural programs in the evening. Dining was fantastic - high quality food, waiters working really hard. Great fitness, stretching, arobics classes every day at the beach. Cleaning service was great at the rooms, resort is very well maintained and clean. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax, visit family oriented resort, meet great postive minded staff. Or just if you want to visit place in the heart of marine nature that will uplift your spirit, body and mind. It is paradiso.
