The breakfast was excellent very delicious food love the sticky buns so good , the staff at breakfast had time for the Guests , we had outstanding service from the lady that worked at the restaurant at breakfast by the name of Sharen , she was telling us the things that was happening at the hotel ie entertainment and to enjoy our time, which we didn’t get at the reception desk .
Front deck when checking in very disappointing , there needs to be some improvement
Beautiful views all over the property

"breakfast," "beach," and "location"

Great location. Good bars right on the beach. Upgrades to outside areas.
Security and front desk staff do not act like they’re happy to have you on the property. I got a room that reeked of mold and asked to be moved. The front desk person seemed irked that I asked and didn’t apologize or address the issue. This is something their cleaning staff should have caught. Security warmed up to us but initially it felt like we were being watched to ensure we belonged there. This resort is not fancy enough to give the impression of policing visitors.
Fantastic place and location as always, I’ve been visiting every year for the past 4 yrs; sometimes four times for the year. I know most of the staff from visits and staff moral makes the place, without them; there’s no Radisson. Rooms are big and spacious and kept extremely clean. Housekeepers must be recognised.
I usually stay at the Radisson when I travel to Grenada. I’ve been staying there since 2015 (yes, a loyal customer). However, this year was different. It was nice to see upgrades that was done in the hotel. In addition so many wonderful staff that was quite helpful. Poolside - Jude, Brian and Darion were excellent help when needed. Front desk - Camalla was very helpful with my reservation and seeing that my needs were met. The security guard Alecia was sweet. Joseph (chef) in the main dining room during breakfast made sure that everyone had what they needed - he’s the BEST! Reiner went table to table to ensure everyone was doing well (the sweetest). It was great to be back and I’m happy and I hope that Radisson continues with their much needed upgrades. Keep up the good work.
We can’t say enough about what a wonderful stay we had! From the views, to the gardens, the staff, the service, the sunsets! It was all so wonderful, we created lots of beautiful memories here and will be forever grateful to all of those who made our trip so special! Big shoutout to Sheena and Rena! All the staff at breakfast were always so welcoming and warm and we just didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to some back sometime soon!
We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Radisson on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada and would definitely stay again! We were lucky enough to have a ground-floor room, just a 10-second walk from the beach — you really couldn’t ask for a better location. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely presented, with both a fridge and air conditioning, which in Grenada are absolute necessities! The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, including the restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast every day and dinner on a few occasions. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and had a great choice, so there was always something to look forward to each morning. The grounds were also beautifully maintained and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The pools were lovely, and the poolside bar was a definite bonus. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, which added to the relaxed holiday atmosphere. The location is excellent — right on Grand Anse Beach, with buses stopping directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. There’s also parking available and a small shopping area directly across the road with a pharmacy and other useful shops. The only real downside for us was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t the greatest. But honestly, when you’re 10 seconds from one of the most beautiful beaches, it’s probably a good excuse to put the phone down anyway! There’s also a small gym, which I used a couple of times! Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel, location, staff and overall atmosphere made it a fantastic holiday, and we would have no hesitation in returning. Highly recommended!
My stay at the Radisson Beach Resort in Grenada was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful location to the welcoming atmosphere, I had such a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I especially want to recognize Brian, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. He helped me on numerous occasions and was always kind, attentive, and willing to assist whenever I needed something. His exceptional customer service and genuine kindness really stood out to me and made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience at the Radisson Beach Resort. The beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, and incredible service made my trip to Grenada even more special. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I hope to return again in the future!
Radisson is the go to when staying in Grenada however it is need of some changes. For starters, the flies were a major issue this visit. Although it is a Caribbean island and flies are normal, there are ways to minimize them from the guest experience. Service is very slow amongst the staff at the bar/restaurant spots on the resort property. Waits are close at least an hour for food! Georgie’s Bar & Grill is most frequented however the owner doesn’t allow local Grenadian music to be played! Definitely ruins the vibe! Many of the staff are amazing people that we have gotten to know over the years (Rhondy, Dayna, Kezarie, Rena, etc) The rooms are a bit outdated but not horrible. However on this visit we did experience a leaking ceiling and were not offered any compensation, just a room change down the hall. The showers this time had no tub and it was very easy for water to get everywhere in the small space available. They are implementing a new towel service where you have to provide a towel card in exchange for your towel but if you have multiple guests in your room it gets annoying. Also, there is not always someone at the towel booth! It is a great location on the beach and in town close to many stores and restaurants while being at an affordable price point. They are undergoing renovations so I hope that the next visit will be a better one.
The reviews about billing "errors" are correct! The front desk refused to give me a statement when I checked on on 7-9-26. My credit card receipt was for $265ECD. However, my credit card was billed 431.81 US and the company has thus far refused to correct the mistake.
Food at the restaurant is extremely poor, prices are high. However the buffet for breakfast has variety. Pool is nice and easy access to beach. Bed mattress needs changing...not very good for sleeping. Washing clothes is expensive like 5 EC per piece. Tours are expensive it's cheaper to rent a vehicle and DIY.
I don't even know where to begin. Of all the times my family and I stayed at Radisson, this was the absolute worst! Cons 1. Leaking fridge (wine cooler), which was recently replaced by the wine cooler. Just dumb. Why take out the mini refrigerator and replace it with a wine cooler, which doesn't even cool the beverages properly. Just dumb!! 2. New towel system--1 towel per guest... SUCKS!!!! The new system would be fine if their beach chairs were cleaned. They're all filled with stain and bird poop. 3. No local music being played at the beach bar. Apparently, the owner doesn't really like the local music, but yet has a resort in the heart of the Caribbean. Talk about weird! I would've liked to experience that local vibe. Also, please bring back the local menu. 5. Understaffed! Waiting over an hour for bar food is unacceptable, especially during carnival season. The resort should've planned for the influx of visitors on the Island, specifically at the resort due to its prime location. The beach bar staff are clearly overwhelmed by the shortage in staff. They really tried their best. 6. Flies! Flies! Flies! Just disgusting and a nuisance when trying to have a drink or eat at the bar. Not sure why the owner hasn't invested in a zapper. Something so inexpensive would really be appreciated by the guests, especially since that is something we all spoke to one another about daily. It is very hard to enjoy a meal when you surrounded by flies. While having coffee at the cafe, I spotted a zapper. So there's one indoors, but not outdoors. Again....WEIRD! 7. Housekeeping didn't adequately replace towels/ clean the room, particularly the shower. 8. Rooms are still outdated even after the little upgrades that were done. Pros: 1. The location is the absolute best! 2. The staff were amazing, specifically, Rena, Candiace (my country sister), Hugh, Rhondy, Akim, Linden, Dana, Riana, and Azania They were all personalble. I really enjoyed the friendly conversation while having a drink at the beach bar.
beach was good
room was dusty, I had to clean the fan, the bottom of the curtains were brown, the bathroom walls were not clean. ordered room service, food was below expectations.
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was different to when I stayed previously.
Great beach
GOOD BREAKFAST AND NICE LOCATION. SO MANY ATTRACTIONS. I LIKE THEM ALL.
I LIKE THE BEACH SIDE AND THE SWIMMING POOLS. THE WAVE SOUND IS INCREDIBLE
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was beautiful (an entire stretch of beach that was as calm and clear as a swimming pool).
I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, the cleanliness and depth of the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to officers Shonally Duncan, Kemron and Andre.
Entertainment ended too early on weekends. I expect the bars to stay open later than 10pm.
Majority of the staff were very friendly always greeting guests. The buffet breakfast was nice had different options. The grounds were very spacious and the beach was right there.
Everything
The location right on Grand Anse beach is magical! The atmosphere is what dreams are made of. We struggled to get our room at check.in, we had to wait 2.5hrs past check in time. The room was clean and nice. Pools are lovely. Special shout out for OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO Matthew G, Linnell and Natalie. Thank you for a terrific family vacation.
Warm welcome from the very friendly staff. Garfield Paterson was exceptional. Greeted and checked in on us every morning . The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of fresh delicious food. The dining room staff were all wonderful. All in all a very pleasant experience. Will recommend to everyone.Thank you Radisson staff for an enjoyable stay.
When I eventually got a room, the hotel was great.
I arrived in Grenada at 8:00am on a Sunday, so booked from the Saturday night so I could have a room to go directly into when I arrived. I messaged a few days before arriving and explained that I will not arrive on the Saturday evening but early Sunday morning. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I had lost my booking because I did not arrive on the Saturday evening. The staff on the desk was very unhelpful. She said they don't receive the messages and only respond to emails and phone calls. I had to rebook but only from Sunday. That meant I had to wait till 3pm before getting a room. The rest of the stay was fantastic. The room was comfortable, clean and up to standard. Breakfast was excellent and staff were mostly extremely helpful. I explained to the manager what had occurred on arrival and she was very understanding and indicated that she would clarify the issue with the staff member on reception. I was given a late check out as a courtesy which was very considerate.
Great location. Loved the beach access. Opulent landscaping. Great overall atmosphere.
Cleanliness was good but could be kicked up a bit. Could also use better coffee availability.
Location
Shenard did a great job with the service for our whole stay. She was thoughtful and helpful with all our needs and quick to adjust when serving food.
I really enjoyed how close we were to the beach and local amenities, the views of grand anse beach from our balcony, the grounds were immaculately kept and the foliage, flowers and trees were so beautiful. I also joined in the hotel activities of the morning walk on the beach and surrounding areas, followed by the stretching and afternoon dance class lead by Akeem and Dylen, who were superb and very knowledgeable. The food on offer was a mixture of traditional cuisine and other pasta options etc. I ate the traditional meals and really enjoyed it, well seasoned, clean and nourishing. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing! The tastes were sensational and I know I’ve increased in size lol. Thank you to Chef Joseph and his outstanding team of chefs and Kendra G with her excellent team of waiting staff. All were impeccable and very attentive. Also I should say that they have the best chocolate cake I’ve tasted and an incredible nutmeg cheesecake which you have to try! My mother and I stayed in the hotel together and she absolutely loved her time, especially the friendliness and politeness of the staff. We will be back soon. Thank you Alexa and Esther.
Our room offered a superior view however I can see that the hotel is undergoing some upgrades and so I hope the rooms to the left of the property will also benefit in due time. (Curtains, tv, etc.) But I would still stay in the same room without the upgrades as it was very comfortable and well maintained daily by the housekeeping staff.
Brilliant team, location is gorgeous
Nothing!
Steps away from soft sand and crystal-clear blue water, this is the perfect beach getaway. The sunsets are simply breathtaking. Dylen and Akim made our stay even more memorable with their positive energy during the morning walks and stretch classes. I looked forward to the stretch class every morning. It quickly became my favorite way to start the day. It was such a relaxing way to ease into the morning and set a positive tone for the day. They also held afternoon dance classes. So much fun! Duncan also took great care with my vegan meals, making dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be bringing the same warm, welcoming energy to the front desk experience. We also found that towels for both the room and the beach were limited and could be more readily available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful setting, relaxing activities, and exceptional care from these team members. We can't wait to come back!
Great Location.
I liked front desk staff and bell man upon checking in and checking out housekeeping was great
Noise with the conjoined rooms
Beautiful resort, great beach, good location. The staff is very courteous and responsive. Felt safe. Well staffed with security. Numerous beach facing restaurants.
The friendliness ,staff
This was my first time in Grenada ! I had a GREAT time. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The beautiful surroundings made it a great place to unwind and enjoy the island. My favorite activity on site was the morning stretch with Dylen! It was a great way to start the day. The session was easy to follow, and suitable for all fitness levels. Dylen created a positive and encouraging atmosphere that helped everyone feel comfortable and refreshed. It was an enjoyable experience that added to the overall trip.
The property was BEAUTIFUL! Food was good and fresh daily. We enjoyed the Entertainment with Dylen. His energy and hospitality is unmatched.
The ambience. Close proximity to the beach and the public transportation
Breakfast - need more variety
My experience to Radisson is exceptional ONLY because of the AMAZING FRIENDLINESS AND HOSPITALITY OF THR STAFF. I want to start off by saying, waiting on a long line to check in can be frustrating however when you are greeted by Rhony, Leon, and KASSIA, you are reminded why patience is a virtue because between they took very good care of us and and answered all of our questions politely. I was relieved after a long flight! I also want to give a shoutout to Linelle from the restaurant! She made sure our table was nice and clean and helped me get tea when I wasn’t feeling my best! Truly appreciate her hospitality! Radisson can only be great because of the staff! Keep it up!
We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Beach Resort, Grand Anse, Grenada. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made us feel valued throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day out exploring the island. The only minor issue we experienced was that the wardrobe door kept coming off its hinge, which made it difficult to open and close. We hope this can be repaired for future guests. The hotel's convenient location and excellent amenities added to an already enjoyable experience. We especially appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, including delicious local dishes as well as international favourites. There was something different to enjoy each morning, and the quality of the food was consistently high. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable place to stay in Grenada. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!
Great location very clean
Everything was great
We chose Radisson Grenada Beach Resort because of its location directly on beautiful Grand Anse Beach, but unfortunately our stay was extremely disappointing. I rarely leave strongly negative hotel reviews, but the problems here were so numerous and consistent that I feel future travelers should know what to expect. First, the property is badly outdated and visibly worn. Furniture is scratched, tired, and in obvious need of replacement, and many areas of the resort feel neglected rather than simply “dated.” The overall condition falls far below what I would expect from a Radisson-branded beachfront property. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction during our stay. Instead of a peaceful resort environment, we frequently had construction noise combined with loud amplified music for extended periods. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and anything but relaxing. Music and entertainment can certainly be part of a Caribbean vacation, but the volume and frequency made it very difficult to simply relax and enjoy the resort. The food was another major disappointment. We found it consistently poor in both quality and execution. Even the breakfast setup was bizarre. Although breakfast was presented as a buffet, it was not truly self-service. Employees stood behind the food and portioned it out to guests. With fruit, for example, you would be given literally two pieces of papaya, two pieces of melon, and so on. I cannot say what the reason for this system was, but the experience felt more like food rationing than a breakfast buffet at a beachfront resort. It was awkward, unwelcoming, and unlike anything I have experienced at a hotel of this category. Service throughout the property was equally frustrating. While I do not like generalizing about every employee, too many staff interactions were marked by indifference, lack of basic hospitality, or an attitude that made ordinary guest requests feel like an inconvenience. There also seemed to be a hotel-wide problem with towels. At the beach, obtaining towels was a recurring frustration. But the problem was not limited to the beach: even in our room, we repeatedly had to ask for basic bath towels. Housekeeping would service the room without leaving an adequate supply, and getting towels often required additional calls or requests. Guests should not have to repeatedly chase staff for basic necessities at a resort of this category. The beach service was particularly shocking. Lounge chairs were not properly set up or brought to guests. At times, chairs were literally thrown over the fence, leaving guests to carry and arrange them themselves if they wanted a place to sit. For a beachfront resort, this is astonishing. The saddest part is that the hotel occupies a genuinely beautiful location on Grand Anse Beach. The beach itself is wonderful. But a beautiful setting cannot compensate for a worn and poorly maintained property, ongoing construction, excessive noise, consistently poor food, a bizarre breakfast setup, repeated towel shortages both in guest rooms and at the beach, virtually nonexistent beach service, and an overall lack of attentive hospitality. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, well-maintained Caribbean resort with good food and professional service. This was one of the most disappointing resort stays we have had.
The location was excellent
Staff could be a bit more friendly. Breakfast being served was a first for me, I'm used to self service. Service could be slow at times.
Close to everything. Beach was on your doorstep
No evening entertainment
Location, beach, overall facilities are good, nice ocean view
The staff was unfriendly, and service at reception and in the restaurants was poor and rude. Some parts of the hotel are undergoing renovations, but I wasn't informed of this when I booked. The new management is trying to improve the staff behavior, and I hope they succeed.
The breakfast was amazing, the beach was beautiful, the place was clean, staff were very well accomodating, it was a truly lovely experience. Hats off to Mr. Joseph Morean for creating an amazing breakfast spread and also to Alana for the prompt, efficient service and information.
The only thing I didn't like was when we opened the door to our room for the first time, there was a musty smell. seems like the room had not been opened for a while, my wife and I opened both doors and fresh breeze rushed in and cleared the old scent.
The place is just beautiful, staff is friendly, accomodating and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was one of the main highlights of our stay. A mix of local and international dishes to choose from. Hats off to Mr. Joseph Morean for creating an amazing breakfast spread and also to Alana for the prompt, efficient service and information. One thing to note, they should be mindful of the rooms and the smell. We opened our door to the room and even thought it was extremely clean, there was a musty smell, we were able to open both doors and fresh air rushed in and cleared the smell out.
It was wonderful
Check in was long. My Room was not ready. Waited for about 45 minutes to get in
The location on Grand Anse Beach Friendly staff Good size room
Had to request a room change as bugs in shower area at night Confusing billing.
Good selection. Something for everyone. Staff was helpful and professional.
Nothing. no complaints
Perfect location walking distance from mall and supermarket and fast foods, serene atmosphere fantastic rooms ,heavenly breakfast excellent value for money
Friendly staff, good food, excellent location.
Staff was very friendly and went over and beyond to meet our needs.
The rooms wasn't close together
If I was going to Grenada I would not recommend this place. We had plane issues, had to stay another night and American Airlines put us in this hotel. Believe me no one wanted our day to end the way it did having to stay at another resort. Check in was good. We had to carry my heavy suitcase up stairs to our room. We got to the room it had an old AC unit at the top of the wall. It was hot. The bathroom had a half glass shower wall no door so water was coming out. The floor had bugs everywhere in the bathroom and by the exit door. We went to eat at the restaurant in the hotel…..they close at 10:30pm. Several of us got there maybe 9pm. The nicest person was a lady that wasn’t even working that night she brought us menus and told us where to sit. Our waitress took our order but had the worst attitude. Apparently all of us were a bother to her. Took our drink orders and we had to go to the bar 3 times to ask for them and we got them 40 mins later. Normally I would have left but we were all starving after being in the airport all day. Food was terrible. Should have seen the Surf and Turf some of our crew got 🤣 They couldn’t even eat it. Thankfully American Airlines forked that bill. Honestly it reminded me of an old Holiday Inn.
Location & the beach
Rude Staff , Extremely bad customer service
We stayed at the Grenada radission hotel for two weeks may 27 to June 10 2026 . The hotel is located right on grandanse beach. The hotel is clean and the food was amazing. The most amazing thing about the hotel was the people. They were very friendly and helpful and always in smiling, Risha Rennie was our server for most of our stay at the hotel. Risha was kind, friendly and overall extremely skilled at her job, she wanted to make sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. I travel a lot but I would have to say that Risha provided us with the service expected of hotels like the ritz-Carlton . I would say she is definitely as assets to the Grenada Radisson hotel. I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay Dr Henry
Location was great
The first room I stayed in before O requested a different room had a old smell and it was very dusty.
All meals excellent, bar service good, front desk very helpful, beach and pools first class, location excellent. Housekeeping very good. Buisiness facilities ie internet need improving. Maybe paid internet for buisiness if first rate speeds.
Only internet. Every thing else first rate
Front of house and ground staff were amazing. And polite. Dimitris was very professional and polite. He had a rude guest talking to him very abruptly, next to us and he was very polite to the rude guest.
The buffet staff could be nicer. A bit smug
Cleanliness Friendly staff Location, access to the beach Food
WiFi was horrible
We enjoyed our time our time at Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. The staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beach I would stay there again.
The rooms were very clean but a bit dated.
Prices are way to high
We went to the Raddison on Saturday for the breakfast. We had a great variety of pastries and cooked foods. Local juices and other fresh juices. But the best experience we had was when we bought the Nutmeg baked cheesecake. The taste was sensational and had our mouths tingling. It was great to taste, please keep up this fantastic work within the bakery line.
Friendly professional staff. Fantastic location.

Fantastic location. Excellent buffet breakfast . Polite and friendly staff. Special thank you to Candice.
The room smelled very musty.
location comfortable bed super breakfast
nothing
Breakfast was good. Shame the hotel wasn't all inclusive.
Unfortunately for us, the hotel was under going renovations. So majority of the restaurants were closed and not a lot of evening entertainment.
