Everything! Completely exceeded my expectations. Its a beautiful setting in quite an ugly town; I wasn't overly fond of Patong but this little oasis was a lush, green, relaxing space in loud, busy town! My room was spacious, had everything I needed and a cute terrace that lead on to the beautiful pool/bar area. Staff were all lovely and professional. Everything felt safe and secure. Breakfast was big and delicious. Well equipped gym with pretty view and excellent sauna and steam rooms - all very clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend this place enough :)

Das Frühstücksangebot ist außergewöhnlich groß. Man könnte es auch auch Brunch bezeichnen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an warmen, und kalten Speisen, verschiedene Brotsorten sowie Brötchen, eine große Obstauswahl bis hin zu einer Dessertvariation. Die warmen Speisen wechseln täglich, es ist aber immer etwas interessantes dabei. Das Hotel verfügt sogar über eine Trockensauna sowie eine Dampfsauna, was in Thailand schon sehr selten ist. Der Pool befindet sich innerhalb der Anlage, deswegen ist er nicht wie bei den meisten Hotels in der prallen Sonne, sondern stattdessen zu großen Teilen unter Palmen, was aber sehr angenehm ist. Alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben einen direkten Zugang aus dem Zimmer zum Pool. Die Poolbar wird komplett vom Pool umschlossen. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind typisch thailändisch eingerichtet. Alles nötige bis hin zum Regenschirm ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Das Hotel befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt, es liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zum Zentrum von Patong Beach sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss, man erreicht alles (Shopping, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Unterhaltung, Restaurants, Bars usw.) schnell und ohne Taxis oder Tuktuks.

The amazing and welcoming staff.. the pool was amazing, especially with the pool access room. Room was spacious and always kept clean.

The only thing that I found extremely annoying and frustrating was with our pool access room, the other guests kept using our private sitting area and jumping and splashing, wetting everything. I think they need to advise other guests when they are checking in, that these are private pool access room space, or if they are, be proactive in ensuring they are not going in there. Some guests were very ignorant and were refusing to move when we asked.

The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve been coming here for years. This is a high-quality 4 star hotel with impeccable attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, set back a bit from the main beach road, and close to the centre. I can’t really think of anything they could do better, which is unusual for me!

Tout était parfait. A commencer par l'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel , ils étaient tous au petit soin avec moi, j'ai adoré la surprise que le personnel a fait le matin du jour de mon anniversaire , je n'oublierai jamais. Sinon la chambre était très propre, très bien équipée , du haut standing. Emplacement parfait, au calme qu'on est en plein centre à 50m de la mer.Le petit déjeuner était sublime.

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti migliori: centrale ma abbastanza defilata dal caos, a circa 300-400 metri dalle vie principali. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono molti negozi e diversi buoni ristoranti.

Esperienza pessima. Sinceramente faccio fatica a capire come una struttura del genere possa presentarsi come un resort di buon livello. La colazione era davvero scadente: frutta completamente senza sapore, croissant e prodotti da forno che sembravano vecchi e tutt’altro che freschi. Qualità generale molto bassa. Il problema peggiore, però, è stato l’odore di muffa. Abbiamo cambiato camera DUE volte e in tutte era presente lo stesso forte odore. Non si trattava quindi del problema di una singola stanza: la sensazione di umidità e muffa era evidente anche in altre parti dell’hotel. Trovo assurdo dover cambiare camera più volte durante una vacanza per ritrovarsi sempre con lo stesso problema. Il trattamento ricevuto dallo staff ha peggiorato ulteriormente la situazione. Quando abbiamo fatto entrare una ragazza in camera per un massaggio, ci sono stati chiesti improvvisamente 1.000 baht. Nessuno, al momento del check-in, ci aveva spiegato chiaramente questa regola. Quando abbiamo contestato la richiesta, invece di cercare di gestire la situazione con professionalità, la manager ha avuto un atteggiamento che abbiamo trovato arrogante, sgarbato e assolutamente poco adatto a chi dovrebbe occuparsi dei clienti. In diversi pomeriggi siamo stati inoltre chiamati al telefono in camera soltanto per chiederci se fosse tutto a posto, arrivando persino a svegliarci mentre stavamo dormendo. Trovo questo comportamento assurdo e invasivo: un hotel dovrebbe garantire tranquillità e privacy, non disturbare i clienti durante il riposo senza alcun motivo urgente. Il finale è stato quasi surreale. Al check-out ci hanno richiesto indietro una semplice sacca per i panni sporchi, dicendoci che, se non l’avessimo restituita, ci avrebbero addebitato 650 baht. Una cifra che considero semplicemente ridicola per un oggetto del genere. L’unica vera nota positiva è la posizione.

Pretty swimming pool, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and service in general.

الفندق مزعج وصوت الازعاج طوال اليوم والاغلب الصباح الاصوات من الممرات العوازل ضعيفه والمصاعد لاتخدم جميع الاماكن ومكان الافطار بعيد جدا عن الغرف ولا يوجد لوبي وتجسس الموظفين على الغرف بشكل مبالغ فيه للعلم اضع عدم طرق الباب يفتحون الباب عليك وانت نائم

صوت ازعاج والغرفه لاتعزل الصوت اليومين اللي سكنتهم انام فقط 4 ساعات متقطعه بسبه الاصوات وتسجيل الدخول استغرق نص ساعه

Location

It is in the heart of the city, yet very quiet and relaxing. The bed is so confortable, the room view was great, frangipani tree are beautiful, the garden is so clean. Good breackfast, stuff is so kind.

I dont like when others dont respect the neighbours and bang the doors or speak loudly on the hallways. But this has nothing to do with hotel stuff.

En recepción tuvieron la amabilidad de darnos una habitación con las camas juntas aunque las teníamos separadas en la contratación. A ubicación era buenísima justo en frente de la playa y estaba un poco metido para que no se oyese ruido en las habitaciones. La piscina estaba genial preciosa y muy bonita. El personal fue muy amable. Había variedad en el desayuno.

La limpieza de las habitaciones. No estaban limpias ni la mesa ni muchas cosas que vimos. Deberían de profundizar más.

Very nice hotel, located next to the beach and in the center of Patong. Room is nice, huge bed, wifi working. Staff very nice and helpful 10/10. Breakfast its just fine, basic at this level of hotel i would expect more, we had better at cheaper hotels.

Shower drain cannot drain fast enough if u shower longer can flood all toilet. No outside food and drink signs, we did bring it in anyway if i was warned before i booked i wouldn't book. A lot of stuff to sign on arrival, like you are buying a hotel...

حجزت اكثر من مرة في هذا الفندق موقعه جميل والموظفون جيدون في التعامل لديهم ميزة تجهيز الفطور «سفري Take away» في الليلة التي تسبق الفعالية التي سنذهب إليها.. وفي الوقت المحدد اجد الفطور مجهز في بوكسات.. والأكل حلال ومتنوع مع وجود مكائن القهوة

클럽메드 들어가기 전 빠통에서 하루 머물면서 지냈습니다. 해변 바로 앞에 있어 바다로 놀러가기 좋았어요. 입구에서 발을 씻을 수있어서 그것도 너무 좋았어요. (첫날은 그것도 모르고 멀리 갔다가 돈내고 발씻었네요 ㅠㅠ) 방도깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원들도 너무 친절했구요. 아이와 함께 방문해서 빠통 번화가에서 살짝 떨어진 것도 저에게는 좋았습니다. 빠통에서 가성비 리조트 찾으시는 분들께는 최고의 숙소로 추천합니다 :) Plus, 체크아웃을 하면서 옷을 두고왔는데 지인이 머물고 있는 숙소까지 직접 보내주셨어요. 일정 소통하면서 귀찮으셨을텐데도 친절하게 응대해주시고, 마지막에 사진까지 남겨서 확인해주셨어요. 태국에서의 친절함, 잊지못할거에요.

태국은 원래 호텔에서 플라스틱 생수병을 잘 쓰지않나봐요. 유리병에 물이 담겨있는데 병이 꽤 무거워서 아이가 물을 마시다가 떨어트리는 바람에 와장창 깨졌어요. 살짝 다치기도 했고, 첨소하시는분께는 또 죄송했고, 더불어 병값을 100바트 물어야했습니다. 이용하시는분들 참고하셔요!

Café da manhã e localização excelentes. Colchões e travesseiros(2 pra cada), perfeitos, muito confortáveis. A decoração, iluminação, maravilhosa. Tem roupões, chinelos, cofre… funcionários muito gentis.

A única coisa foi o cheiro de mofo. Os funcionários até tentaram melhorar, colocando 2 aparelhos de vaporização, mas foi algo que me incomodou muito. Por isso foi quase perfeito!

The hotel was well managed with great service-minded personnel from management to cleaning staff. The room, pool and common areas were well taken cared of. The reception was very helpful and professional to book trips with transportation to make an easy guest experience. The hotel is right by the beach road, which makes it perfect to just go outside, and you will be in the middle of the food and shopping street.

Kind of odd that I had to pay 250 Baht because my kid accidentally broke a small cereal china bowl.

Fabulous location and walkable to Bang La Rd etc, but still quiet at night. Pool is gorgeous and really lovely breakfast on the rooftop. We only booked a couple of days before our stay and got an excellent rate (like 1/4 of the standard rate) because of it being the shoulder season, so amazing value for money! Included breakfast. Room was lovely. Staff were great and looked after us really well. Great to be able to access Netflix etc on TV. Parking is on the street - we parked across the road with no issues.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, and I will definitely repeat this lovely experience on my next visit. I would like to express my gratitude to Miss LETTY for upgrading my booking from a room without a view to a garden-view room. I would also like to thank Mr. IRFARN for his excellent service to everyone and his dedication to ensuring the comfort of the guests.

The location is great, just across the road ftom the beach and convienient to the nightlife. The hotel is Thai style and very nice and the staff are exceptionally helpful. We have book another stay.

Most staff where very polite, especially young male that works night shifts, he was the one that checked us in. Breakfast was average. I honestly cannot complain about anything else apart from the fact they tried to keep our deposit for a simple stain

The fact that everything in 🇹🇭 its about money, we had to leave a deposit while checking-in, the morning of checkout they wanted to keep the deposit because of a stain on the pillow case, I went back to the room, washed the stain away with no soap, just water...very annoying

A very pleasant 7 night stay at this very nice hotel. Well located very close to beach, restaurants and amenities Though adjacent too to Patong's vibrant nightlife, hotel provides a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with adjustable lighting and cleaned spotlessly each day. Spacious balcony with lovely courtyard garden view with pool. I liked well provided gym and inclusion of superb sauna. Breakfast very good with nice selection of Thai and western food. Staff were always polite, professional and helpful.

Room wasn't cleaned until very late, up to 6pm sometimes.

I am writing regarding a very disappointing experience we had with our reservation at the hotel during our honeymoon last year. Due to an honest mistake made while booking under stress and while organizing our trip, I accidentally reserved the room for the same date one year later instead of the correct travel date. We only discovered the error upon arrival at the hotel. At check-in, we immediately explained the situation in good faith. The hotel staff informed us that we would need to pay again for the actual night of stay, which we completely understood and did without argument. However, we were also reassured that if we contacted Booking.com and the hotel afterward, the future reservation made by mistake would likely be refunded or adjusted considering the circumstances. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts by Booking.com to contact the hotel on our behalf, our requests were repeatedly ignored and no assistance or response was ever provided by the hotel management. As a result, we ended up paying for The actual night we stayed at the hotel An additional unused reservation for the following year that was clearly booked by mistake and never used This was not an attempt to cancel last minute or avoid payment. It was a genuine human error discovered immediately upon arrival, during our honeymoon, and handled transparently and honestly from our side. What saddens us most is not only the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy and communication afterward. We expected at least a response or willingness to review the situation fairly.

Friendly service and comfortable bed

Enjoyed our stay, the rooms were nice and clean. The poolside bar was fantastic and service was great. However need more chairs and space around the pool. Staff were very friendly and the location was great. Used room service a couple of times which were very quick.

Buffet breakfast needs more variety.
