The resort itself is excellent; the beaches and pools are amazing, and the location is great. The room is large and spacious with a nice, good-sized balcony.

The only issue I felt was with the bathroom facilities. First of all, the water pressure in the shower is weak—meaning even at its highest setting, it's only medium at best. It makes taking a proper shower very difficult. Second, the toilet bowl is very, very small, making it very difficult to use while sitting down as a man...

Die Einrichtung und das Hotel sind leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bezahlung für Sonnenschirme und liegen am hoteleigenen Strand war mir nicht bewusst, dachte dies wäre im Preis inkludiert. Könnte man besser kommunizieren. Auch die Bezahlung für das gym passt nicht zu der Qualität.

Palace in Moon Beach is like a place in paradise, designed to combine comfort with amazing natural beauty. We were met by few staff members who greeted us at the front door and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were pleased to see our room have been upgraded to a room with sea view. To rest on the terrace looking at the beach and sea was the perfect start and end of our days in Okinawa. All staff were friendly and polite and supported us with everything we needed. Thank you 🤩

Everything was perfect

Struttura molto bella direttamente sulla spiaggia, camera in stile giapponese (avevamo prenotato per due letti e due futon, l’hotel ha fatto un upgrade per una stanza con tre letti e un futon) molti i servizi offerti con personale gentilissimo e competente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mein Tipp: wenn sie zwischen Frühstück und Mittag wählen müssen: entscheiden Sie sich für das Mittagessen! Viel besser und mehr Auswahl

Schade dass man für eine Liege am Strand extra zahlen musste aber ansonsten wirklich sehr schön. Nur für Vegetarier oder Menschen die eventuell kein Schwein essen schwierig da sogar die Pommes in demselben Öl gebraten werden. Aber ich finde gut dass dies auch gekennzeichnet wird

조식 쿠폰으로 점심 식사 가능. 마지막 날 일찍 출발해서 아침을 못 먹을 줄 알았는데 그 전날 점심 먹음. 종류와 맛이 훌륭함.

위치와 해변, 그리고 분위기 모두 완벽했습니다.

수건을 좀 더 넉넉히 제공해주면 좋겠습니다. 하루에 성인 2명 기준 큰 수건 총 2장은 너무 야박합니다.

Grundsätzlich ganz gut. Das Zimmer war groß. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Bar war super. Tolle Lage umgeben von sehr vielen guten Restaurants.

Im Zimmer gab es einen komischen Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen

整體環境有完整渡假村的感覺，房間跟空間清新維持得非常棒，員工服務非常親切和善，展現40年飯店歷史的精隨。尤其整體建築結構與大規模綠美化設計（牆上黑白照片，看起來早期並沒有這樣綠化的設計），完全超越一般高級飯店的建築格局，非常、非常、非常有創意，這也是我選擇這家酒店，讓青春期孩子們可以感受不同的飯店住宿體驗跟呈現出來的美感。 附近生活機能優，有不少餐廳可享用。早餐精緻好吃，面海餐廳讓人深曠神怡，很值得下次再來。

太後悔只住一天了......哈哈！

酒店很漂亮，虽然年代比较古老但是维护的特别好，房间设备齐全干净，有微波炉冰箱，方便存放和加热从便利店买的食物；酒店除了房间和moon beach museum 分开，其他公区都是共享的；沙滩很美人很少，几乎只有酒店住客用；前台服务很棒很贴心，提供了详细的地图，包含酒店设施以及附近饭店便利店的联系电话和营业时间等，特别方便。

Ein sehr schönes Hotel trotz des Alters. Durch die offene Bauweise war es außerhalb des Zimmers oft schon sehr schwül und die Betten waren etwas hart, aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Die Lage mit der privaten Strandbucht ist sehr schön. Das Hotel aus den 70ern ist ein architektonisches Meisterwerk.

Es ist nicht von Anfang an klar gewesen dass es ein Hotel im Hotel ist.

Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber, man bekommt ausserdem jeden Tag einen neuen Pyjama. Das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert, es war schon wie ein Brunch, die Auswahl war riesig.Man konnte anstelle des Frühstücksbuffet auch zum Mittagsbuffet wechseln, was wir auch einmal getan haben. Die Lage ist super, alles ( Restaurants/ 7eleven/Lawson/Family Mart/ Busstation) in der nähe. Die Bucht ist traumhaft schön und die Sonnenuntergänge kann man an der Bar bei einem Cocktail sehr gut geniessen.

渡假氛圍感很棒，飯店設計裝潢也很特別，讓人為之一亮，員工很熱情，很棒的飯店，下次會再入住。

一切都很美好～早餐可以換成午餐時段，牛排跟蟹腳與炸天婦羅十分美味⋯⋯自然的環境感覺很不錯

退房前的當天早上想更換一條乾淨的海灘浴巾被櫃檯拒絕⋯⋯感受很差！

We love everything about moon beach. It is far enough away from the busyness of Naha. Lots of amenities. Waking distance to great restaurants and Lawsons which is a bonus for our family. We have stayed here twice and would recommend. Staff is very friendly and the beach and property are beautiful! 10 stars!!

Location of hotel was great. Right on a beautiful beach, overlooked by the hotel's infinity pool. There is a danger of stinging jellyfish in the sea so there was a net stopping them from entering a large area of the sea that made you feel safe when swimming. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, both Japanese and Western style breakfast. Rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Air con was a life saver in June! We paid extra for a room with a sea view and it was well worth it (amazing sunsets!). There are several restaurants and bars a short walk from the hotel. Although we did eat in the hotel one evening for 6000 yen and it was very good. It's an all you can eat buffet with lots of choice. Everything was very clean in the hotel in general and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle bus to get to and from Naha airport to the hotel. It took around 1 hour 15 minutes and cost 1600 yen each. You can get a taxi but it's pretty expensive.

Hotel was good but decor was a bit tired. We found the options to get around to see the rest of the island from Onna was limited unless you hired a car. You have to pay extra to use the sunbeds on the beach.

It was a great pleasure staying in this hotel. Great staff, great view, great room, great beach.

아이들이 어려 다다미방 있는 숙소를 선호하는 편이어서 선택하게 되었습니다. 비치 수영장 등 시설도 좋았고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고 객실도 깨끗하고 지내기 좋았습니다!!

Beautiful setting. Beach and seating areas.

Food expensive in hotel. Some facilities like cafe and bar not open. Loads of school children came all days we stayed. They were well behaved but noisy. Good rules about pool usage. Then all the school kids took off there wetsuits including sand in the indoor pool!!!

Staff and their service was outstanding. Our check in was very smooth. After the paperwork, one staff took us to the room and explained everything. Room was very clean, nice and big. We had a problem with aircon at first night. Next day they changed our room to an upgraded bigger room with sea view. They have a common microwave oven, coffee machine, water point for anybody to use. Staff even helped to heat up the food. About 100m from the hotel, there is Lawson, Family mart & 7 Eleven. Also along the road there are many restaurants for dinner.

No coffee in the room. Wi-fi signal was poor.

Beach beds pricy, some facilities could use a brush up

Had to walk very far to reach my room, it was not convenient, also bathroom condition wasnt good. Windows were also locked and there was no way to expeirne e the patio. What a shame, it was something i was looking forward to.

Had a great visit. The staff were excellent the rooms super nice and we truly had a lovely 4 days.
