The hotel has a long history and unique charm. The white sand beach is amazing, and the two pools are so refreshing. I enjoyed all of them every day during our stay. I especially liked the outdoor pool because it had a comfortable water temperature and a wide view.The garden and walking trails made us feel relaxed. The building's design is interesting, and I liked it very much.The amenities are also great.We had wine at the bar while watching the sunset. It was an absolutely stunning moment.

There’s a step in our room which is a bit of a tripping hazard.

Ombrellone e lettini a pagamento e non inclusa con la prenotazione della camera non conveniente se noleggiato a pomeriggio inoltrato. Mancanza di un collegamento diretto con l’hotel dall’aeroporto.

Le lieu est magnifique, cuisine très bonne, personnel agréable et les chambres sont très confortables

見た目が綺麗、ビーチの近くでダイビングもすぐに利用できる。

内装に接客能力が比例していない。あと食事の質。 基本的にホテル内の食事はビュッフェが夕方は6000円で量や種類は多い(刺身やかになどがある)、ただ質は普通。海原雄山はブチギレて部長や女は絶頂する。

Отель довольно большой. Номер был чистый и красивый с видом на город, прям на балконе высажены кусты. Питание не слишком разнообразно, но все очень вкусно и качествено приготовлено. У нас был включен завтрак и ужин, но можно было обменять ужин на обед, например. Талоны можно использовать в ресторане со шведским столом или в японском ресторане с меню, однако по талону можно было выбрать только один курс бесплатно, за остальные нужно было доплачивать. Есть также бар, в котором пела певица или выступал танцевальный ансамбль, в зависимости от дня недели. Два бассейна, один внутри здания, второй снаружи с неприлично малым количеством шезлонгов, которые естественно люди занимали полотенцами с 7 утра, поэтому за 3 дня свободные шезлонги там мы не увидели. На пляже сет из двух шезлонгов и зонтика стоил 3500 йен на весь день. Шезлонги отвратительного качества, поэтому мы использовали их только в первый день, в остальные дни мы распологались на пляжном полотенце. Кстати, пляжные полотенца можно брать в любом количестве, они просто лежат стопкой у бассейна и никто не контролирует их получение.

Зона для плавания на пляже очень маленькая, хотелось бы чтобы она была шире и дальше. Цена шезлонгов на пляже неоправданно дорогая, 3500 йен по сути за зонтик, потому что шезлонг одно расстройство.

Our family room was very comfortable and big enough for four people. The breakfast buffet was rich and had a nice selection of Japanese options as well as American breakfast so that we and our kids could find what we liked. Onsen was very nice and spacious.

Breakfast was only until 9:30 but you had to be there at 9am the latest. The Beach was only open between 10am and 5 pm and there was no way to be in the ocean outside of these times. The area you could use in the ocean was also very small and you were not allowed to snorkel or jump from the floaties. The hotel is very very cautious with accidents in the water so it became a bit boring. The gym was very mold due to year long humidity and old and impossible to use.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Moon Beach Hotel sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, allerdings sind einige Bereiche renovierungsbedürftig und zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Das wird jedoch durch den hervorragenden Service mehr als ausgeglichen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die ausgezeichnete Küche mit einer großen Auswahl und sehr hoher Qualität.

最滿意的是房間離沙灘很近很方便，而且泳池沙灘的旁邊還有提供浴巾，景色很棒

早餐時段擁擠排隊而且晚進去被告知只供餐到9:45，若是9點後才進入的房客希望能先告知供餐到9:45這樣房客可以選擇是否要將餐券換成午餐

Beautiful architecture and the beach!

There were little pieces of broken glass at the beach. I collect them and removed due to safety reason. Strangely no one got hurt when we were there, so I assume maybe the little glass pieces were not harm to people that’s why the hotel doesn’t care so much about it. Other than this, everything was fantastic!!

La struttura è in posizione fantastica su una spiaggia clamorosa. Camere grandi, letti comodi, bagno buono. Ottimo buffet a colazione, pranzo e cena. Belli gli ambienti comuni anche se il bar chiude alle 22.00. Il mare è spaziale.

In stanza ci sono parecchi gradini che possono essere pericolosi. Il servizio in spiaggia di ombrellone e lettini è a pagamento. All’ingresso della nostra stanza quando siamo arrivati c’era una grossa ragnatela che ho fatto rimuovere.

Bellissima atmosfera, avere la spiaggia di fronte all’hotel è molto raro ad Okinawa, oltretutto è una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola (sembra una spiaggia tropicale). Al buffet si mangia bene anche se è molto ripetitivo

Il personale della spiaggia non è per niente professionale. Le due signore del chiosco sono davvero antipatiche, non si sono mai atteggiate in maniera disponibile, spesso sembrava che non avessero nemmeno voglia di lavorare sinceramente! Confermo che la spiaggia non è inclusa nel prezzo e vanno pagati i lettini giornalmente . Infine ci vorrebbe più intrattenimento, il bar chiude presto di sera e in hotel non rimane nulla da fare.

Las vistas, el bufet y la ubicación en la playa, fueron maravillosas, sin duda es un paraiso y hemos disfrutado muchisimo nuestra última parte de luna de miel. Muchas gracias.

Las camas eran muy duras. Podría haber algún aviso en la playa de que por la noche salen serpientes venenosas y no vimos ninguno, nos encontramos la sorpresa en nuestros pies. El último día cuidado con los bus limusin al aeropuerto, coged los tickets de antemano, nosotros esta mañana hemos estado esperando porque en el hotel nos han dicho que no habría problema en pagar en el propio bus y al llegar el bus nos han dicho que estaba completo. Podríamos haber perdido el vuelo. Estaría bien algún tipo de comunicación entre el bus y el hotel para evitar esos malentendidos.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich hervorragend. Es befindet sich direkt am Strand und am wunderschönen Meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch das große und vielfältige Buffet. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

In den Pools waren viele Kinder, wodurch es dort manchmal etwas lauter und unruhiger wurde. Dafür war es am Strand sehr ruhig und entspannend.

The views from the hotel are great. That cannot be denied and you will see that from the photos. But for us, that is where the positives end. After spending 10 days travelling the cities of Japan we were looking forward to a relaxing final few days before flying home. Instead, we found a hotel which had 19 sunbeds to serve a hotel with over 300 rooms. As a result you had two options, wake up at the crack of dawn and be one of ‘those people’ who race to a bed at sunrise, or pay (yes pay!) £18 per day to have a sunbed on their own beach! (The name Moon Beach Hotel makes this even more laughable). On top of this? Breakfast finishes at 9:30 - but they actually take last orders at 9:10. The hotel itself is tired and old and if you drive to the hotel - you have to pay to park! Awful experience, will be spreading as far and wide to as many as possible - do not book this hotel.

那覇空港からレンタカーで1時間弱のロケーションです。3泊し、2日目に美ら海水族館、3日目に青の洞窟シュノーケリングと宜野湾パラセーリングに出かけましたが、いずれも無理なく車移動が可能で、子供連れで楽しめました。 朝食はバイキングを利用しました。メニューの種類が豊富で大人も子供も楽しめ、美味しかったです。 夕食は徒歩圏内にカジュアルで美味しいレストランが複数あり、手軽に楽しめました。 ホテルのプライベートビーチが最高に気持ち良く、ホテルの部屋で水着に着替えて、そのまま羽織りものを羽織ってビーチまで行けます。プライベートビーチの海で魚を見ることができました。水中ゴーグルを持参されると良いと思います。 ホテルの建物に、趣きとゆとりがあり、伝統を感じます。絵画などがさりげなく飾ってあるのも非常に良かったです。スタッフも地元の方が多い印象でアットホームでした。大浴場も気持ちよかったです。

大浴場とても良かったのですが、夕方からしか利用できないのが残念でした。早朝も利用できると嬉しかったです。

Énormément de choses.. Tout l’hôtel est vétuste Les installations dates de 1975 et rien n’a été rénové depuis .

自然がいっぱい スタッフと一緒に部屋に入った時小さなヤモリがでて一生懸命捕まえようとしてくれた ヨウ島ツアーたのしかった

朝ごはんに沖縄料理欲しかった 海ブドウや、沖縄そば、ジーマミー豆腐など

早餐券可以直接在午餐时段使用，享受牛排、雪蟹腿、天妇罗等等的美食。订酒店的时候没包全餐很后悔，晚餐比午餐种类更丰盛！还有5、6种生鱼可以吃。 服务人员很专业，想要靠海的位置、没有空调的位置，这些要求都能得到相应。 酒吧推荐去一去，安静地吹一吹海风，享受日落的美景。 室外有两个游泳池，此处的沙滩椅不额外收费，还提供免费的浴巾，非常方便。不过，要早上八点五十左右去占位置，晚了就没了。在游泳池泡了整整一礼拜，疲惫全无，只剩松弛。

大海一般般，可能为了安全吧，用浮漂圈住了特别小的一块海。 更糟糕的是，这小小一片海里，有板机鱼活动。

Stary i zniszczony, cena za wysoka jak za taką jakość. Grzyb na ścianach, zardzewiałe elementy. Skandal, że goście dodatkowo muszą płacić za leżaki na plaży. Na basenie leżaków za mało.

Struttura vecchia e poco manutenuta. La palestra sembra una palestra degli anni 80 con le macchine tutte arrugginite. Paghi per qualsiasi cosa e la spiaggia non è nulla di che. Colazione di livello medio-basso.

Sehr nettes Personal und eigener Privatstrand. Leider keine Strandliegen inkludiert sowie kein Getränkeservice am Strand und Pool.

Das Bett war leider nicht bequem und wir konnten die ersten Tage nicht wirklich auf diese. Matratzen durchschlafen.

Il soggiorno è stato un vero incubo e, fortunatamente, sono riuscito a cambiare hotel nel giro di poche ore dal mio arrivo. La struttura è sporca, tenuta malissimo e la manutenzione è praticamente inesistente. Ho provato a mangiare qualcosa sia il giorno dell’arrivo sia prima di lasciare l’hotel, ma l’esperienza è stata pessima, le cappe della cucina non funzionano e, dopo aver mangiato, i miei vestiti puzzavano letteralmente di cibo. Avevo prenotato per me e per i miei familiari camere di 32 m², ma ci sono state assegnate camere di meno di 20 m², quindi completamente diverse da quelle prenotate. Inoltre, il personale non parla inglese e comunicare era possibile praticamente solo tramite traduttori, rendendo ogni richiesta estremamente complicata e frustrante. Un’esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Maravilhoso demais

The most exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff and how well it is organised across the hotel - reception, restaurant, pool and beach staff… I would like to highlight the reception staff, which was extremely professioal (despite a language barrier, which we resolved with Google Translator), proactive and helped us organise our early departure caused by approaching typhoon, including taxi, reimbursement and breakfast boxes. We couldn’t be more grateful for their approach.

Some of the areas are a but aged, but I understood that the hotel is going through a renovation. I really envy the guests that will experience this new face of Moon Beach Resort when the renovations are finished 😊

Underbart läge, gillade den lite retroaktiga resortkänslan. Trevligt med balkongen mot havet.

Jag tycker nog att man, för det pris vi betalade, kunde ha fyra riktiga sängar istället för två riktiga och två futoner. Det var i princip bara bäddmadrasser på golvet inte ens tjockare futoner som på andra ställen. Min man och son kunde inte sova på dem utan att få ont i ryggen.

La posizione esclusiva sulla spiaggia privata e una struttura non troppo “imponente” (alta o troppo moderna)ma ben inserita nel contesto naturalistico ad hoc. Eccellente il design.

soltanto che l’accesso alla spiaggia avveniva dalle ore 9.00 alle 18.00; forse avrei anticipato e ritardato un po’. Un po’ di varieta’ - tra i vari giorni- nel buffet serale. Buffet comunque molto buono e cursto.

Emplacement exceptionnel, plage, deux piscines et environnement agréable : espaces verts de l’hôtel très bien entretenus.

Les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas occultants, on est réveillé très tôt par la lumière (5h du matin). Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas bon : le service est défaillant, aucune aide proposée lorsque nous avons demandé des conseils pour des excursions. Tout est facturé en supplément : parking de la voiture, accès au bain public, parasol et transat sur la plage. Ces prestations devraient être incluses étant donné le prix des chambres. Pas de possibilité de détaxe dans les deux boutiques de l’hôtel.

Prachtige locatie. Heel mooi strand ook, wel met vrij klein zwemgebied maar dat is vrijwel overal in japan. Goed ontbijt ook. Rest van de restaurants zijn niet echt goed en zou ik overslaan. In de directe omgeving zijn veel goede, leuke en veel goedkopers opties.

Het hotel is verouderd. De gym en de tennisbanen zijn echt onbruikbaar en zeer sterk verouderd/vergaan. Het buitenzwembad wordt niet gekoeld. De watertemperatuur daar was echt veel te hoog. Je koelt er totaal niet af van de buitentemperatuur. Echt alsof je in een warm bad stapt.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk med privat strand

Heerlijk resort aan een mooi strand met prachtig uitzicht. We hadden ruime kamers en de sfeer is goed.

Eten in het restaurant is vaak koud en fitness is erg gedateerd.

Lettini scomodi in piscina. Lettini in spiaggia a pagamento e molto vecchi e malandati. Struttura in generale molto vecchia e non ben mantenuta.

Beautiful 50yo hotel located in the heart of Onna. We had an incredible view of the ocean from our huge bedroom.

Some of the facilities weren’t the cleanest- for example the outdoor showers or the outdoor dining area. There were so many kids running and shouting around.

The structure of the hotel is old, but the rooms have been updated and were very comfortable and new. I absolutely loved the retro charm of the place and the common areas such as the atrium pool and inside courtyard area were beautiful spaces. What the marketing doesn’t show is the vast open spaces at this hotel, the stunning landscaped gardens and the art-spaces such as artist in residence and exhibition space. I was blown away by this and enjoy a fantastic painting workshop with the artist who focuses on the local flora and fauna of Okinawa. The best point about this hotel is the staff. They are all incredibly lovely. Lisa and another lady name starting with H on front desk especially were so amazing, very helpful! One night there was an error with our dinner and the chef personally came to apologise. He replaced our meal with a local menu which was incredible and after eating he said the bill was on him as a gesture of apology. I was truly touched by this gesture of kindness. Areas for improvement: the kitchen being closed outside of designated times. If you want food at 10am for example, no chance. Also nowhere to buy drinks near the pool and beach. Food options are not great and the buffet is really mediocre. Also, I would expect their approach to sustainability to be better on an island like this. There is an overuse of plastic, especially single use such as straws and each tiny piece of cake at the buffet being individually wrapped. Really no need for that. I do worry where all this plastic is going. Beach is smaller than it looks. Can’t swim, very shallow full of seaweed and dead coral. Very quiet. Very strict lifeguard: no throwing a ball, no jumping, splashing, laughing it seems. We were using an empty bottle to collect water and build a sandcastle -he removed it. No standing on inflatables. No swimming outside of the fenced off area. From what I’ve seen this is an island-wide thing though, not limited to here. Local area: really not much to see and do outside of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful ,the rooms fine.

The meals were not good , particularly Dinner at the buffet was mediocre. The rest of the restaurants opened only for dinner. Second night ate out in town much better options there.

Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Vergleich zum Rest von Okinawa in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick - traumhaft! Sehr große Zimmer! Schöner Strand, Handtücher inklusive. In dem Paket gehörte auch die Residential Member Club Mitgliedschaft dazu. Man konnte in einer speziellen Lounge dann kostenfrei Snacks, Getränke und ab 17:40 h sogar alkoholische Getränke umsonst konsumieren. Das hatte was! Auch das Buffet Restaurant - sowohl Frühstück als auch Mittag - waren wirklich sehr gut! Man konnte den Frühstückswatcher auch zum Mittagessen einsetzen. Klare Empfehlung das zu tun!

Es wurde nicht jeden Tag sauber gemacht, und manchmal hat die Service Crew vergessen, Wasser bereitzustellen oder die Mülleimer zu leeren. Verlief ein wenig chaotisch. Zudem könnten die Zimmer (gemeint ist hier das Mobiliar) erneuert werden.

부풰가 있어 골라먹기 좋아요. 침대가 편한편이에요. 물도 잘 나오고 바닷가에서 들어오는 입구에 샤워기가 있어 모래도 잘 씻어낼수 있어 좋았어요. 수영장 물도 차지 않아서 아이들도 재미있게 놀았어요!

방키가 넘 무거워요 ㅎ 방까지의 거리가 좀 멀게 느껴졋어요

Beautiful property. Excellent ocean views and a great breakfast buffet. Our room was perfect for two adults and two 12 year old kids.

The life guards for the pool need to understand some countries teach children to swim. Ours can swim like fish but wheee not allowed in the pool unless we were there. The pool is waist deep. Our kids are used to Australian beaches and are confident swimmers.

Frukost, lunch eller middag hade ingen variation. Clubaccessen var under all kritik i utbud, lever inte upp till vad som skrivs. Riktigt dåligt med andra ord.

A simpatia, a educação e o cuidado do staff. A oferta da água todos os dias. A comida variada e a excelência da sua confeção. Os espaços comuns e o facto de terem lojas no próprio hotel.

Da praia fechar logo às 17:00, não a podendo usufruir nas horas de menor perigo de exposição ao sol. Se fechasse às 19:00 seria perfeito. Mas, terão uma razão por certo.

先の大型台風９号の時に滞在しました。期待していた天気とコンディションではなかったものの、滞在中は台風による影響も不安もなく、朝はおいしい朝食を食べることができたし、屋内プールで遊ぶこともできました。また、飛行機が飛ばなかったので急遽延泊を余儀なくされましたが、快く受け入れてくださいました。ホテルの素晴らしい建築や館内のアートに飽きることなく、予定より少し長めの滞在を、普段とは違う形で快適に過ごすことができました。次に訪れる際には天気のいい日になるように願っております。

The room is very big, very clean and the bathroom extremely comfortable. The hotel position is great and the beach is definitely its greatest asset.

The structure is old and outside your bedroom you will notice that they struggle to keep it up to date, e.g. we noticed a number of spider nets in many places. There is no real bar and that you would not expect in such a big hotel. After 10pm you can forget to get any drink or food service. Timing for lunch and breakfast is extremely short and does not allow you to relax and live the resort experience in full. They are very strict and if you arrive too late they will start removing food from the buffet, obliging you to rush to collect plates and food. Smoking restrictions are also very strict, you cannot even smoke on your balcony and it seems there are only 2 corners to smoke. We did not see any kids club or activity for the kids, again something strange in a 4 star resort (even if Google says they are only a 3 star, which may be true all in all). There are water sports activities but we were not lucky with the weather and those were all cancelled. For the price they charge, I think you may find better solutions.

The crew are super nice and willing to help. The view is great and the location is convenient to get food nearly.

The breakfast or lunch is okay but short of the variety cross days.

The WIFI was not working except in the room We had to keep moving rooms which are all very different and the communication was very poor and the pricing very confusing. The beach and facilities close at 5pm far too early and the swimming area is roped off so you cannot snorkel or see the reef

To have to pay for beach chairs!! Lack of pool and beach chairs - we swam and then had to return to our room as there was nowhere to sit with any shade. For the size of the resort there is a complete lack of outdoor seating. Horrendous to see an area of seating for ‘Residential Club Members Only’ which was completely empty.

Beach was great and staff was nice and kind. Tropical and cute place. 🤙🏼

First of all, I found the breakfast selection quite limited. There were some unexpected options, such as pasta, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of breakfast items like different cheeses, Nutella, more types of jam, better-quality butter, or cream cheese. A few more choices would have made breakfast much more enjoyable. The second point I’d like to mention is about my first night at the hotel. Unfortunately, the guest in the room next to ours had their TV on at a very high volume throughout the night, making it impossible for us to sleep. I called the reception at around 3:00 a.m. to ask for assistance, but nothing was done. When I called again around 4:00 a.m., I was told that the staff member couldn’t hear the noise from the hallway, so they didn’t contact the guest. I understand that the sound may not have been noticeable from outside the room, but the walls seem to carry noise very easily, and we could hear everything very clearly from inside our room. We were exhausted, stressed, and disappointed after spending the entire night unable to sleep. I do appreciate that the hotel upgraded our room the following day, and I’m thankful for that gesture. However, I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively by simply calling or knocking on the neighboring guest’s door when we first reported the problem.

The beach was stunning and both pools were beautiful and clean. The all resort worked as a whole and everything was organised and staff was really welcoming and accommodating. We really loved the architecture.

We would have appreciated a little bit more of variety in the food buffet served at corallo’s restaurant.

The place is fantastic. You have private beach, outside and inside pools. It's very good for a family vacation. Breakfast is also very good. As overall it was a nice stay, we enjoyed the sun, beautiful beach and the nice food. With some small changes, this hotel can be turned into the Okinawa Pearl.

The hotel is getting old and you can clearly see signs of that. And there are some extremely annoying things. The service at the snack bar is below average. It's extremely slow. Several times we decided to have a quick snack in the afternoons and there wasn't a single case to be served quickly. At some point we thought that people are deliberately ignoring us. Once had to go and ask at the bar if someone was going to take our order. This type of a service is unacceptable and basically made us seek dinners outside the hotel. The food and drinks price is also a bit higher. E.g. A small beer costs 1300, while you get a bigger and colder one outside for 500. The good thing is that there are plenty of good restaurants in the area to provide better pricing and way better service. The other crazy thing is the music and stupid announcements on loud speakers that they play every day at 7am, 8am, 5 and 6pm. Wt*... People are having vacations. They want to escape from the clock and the daily routine and this place is waking you up either in the morning or in your afternoon nap by the clock every day. The breakfast also ends at 9:30 with last orders at 9. This is insane, especially for people that prefer to catch up with their sleep after jet lag.

Очень субъективный отзыв, так как в целом, отдых на Окинаве мне не понравился. 1. Номер большой, есть ванна, большой балкон 2. Вкусные завтраки\обеды. Если брать проживание с завтраками, то дают талоны на питание по количеству дней. Можно потратить их только на завтраки. Можно на завтрак+обед, можно только на обеды. Сам постоялец выбирает, как удобнее. Я взяла 1 день- 1 завтрак, 2 день- завтрак+обед (дают краба). Итого 3 талона. На 3-ий день проживания, я была без завтрака, так как талоны закончились, но я и улетала уже, и это было не так актуально. 3. рядом есть много комбини и студия массажа. 4. Много кафе рядом 5. Онсены при отеле, но надо всё равно заплатить, хоть и 1 раз.

1. Слишком строгие правила для плавания в море. Пляж закрывается после 17:00. За буйки заплывать нельзя, но буйки просто неприлично близко находятся к берегу!!! Я приехала на море, чтобы плавать в нём, а по факту можно ток около берега плавать. А после 15:00 был отлив, и до буйков я доходила пешком. Я этот отель специально выбирала, думала, что буду лежать на пляже, плавать вдоволь, но нет((. Надо было просто оставаться в Нахе, и уде оттуда ездить по островам без спасателей. 2. Онсены-слабые. Всего 1 ванна с теплой водой. Скорее похоже на сенто. Думаю, что не стоит своих денег.

Bestond blijkbaar al 50 jaar. Dus een beetje gedateerd.

ビーチが近いことが何より素晴らしい！館内もとてもリラックスして過ごせるし、朝食、夕食、ともにブッフェがとても美味しかったです。また行きたいです。

歴史あるリゾートホテルと伺いましたが、リノベされたのか、とても綺麗でした。植物が殆ど本物で管理されているし、ビーチが目の前、プールもあり、最高でした。また行きたいです。

大浴場が何泊泊まっても一律料金(1,000円くらい)なので、長く泊まるにはお得ですが、例えば一泊だけの場合は、損した感がある気がします。

Marvellous resort in Okinawa. The room was spacious and fully equipped. The communal areas, pools and landscapes are a paradise. The buffet at the restaurant was rich and delicious. Highly recommend.

Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Private beach was awesome. Cleaning staff were outstanding. Efficient and always had a smile for you. Really good location with some excellent restaurants nearby.

There was a gym but no treadmill. Breakfast could have been more exciting. The check in staff did not exude a great deal of friendliness.
