Not good enough or suitable for a holiday stay.

Wir waren 10 Tage in Siem Reap und haben uns im Skor Boutique wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war bei Anreise sauber und auch sonst sehr schön, allerdings lässt die Zimmerreinigung ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig, wenn man länger verweilt. Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen; man sollte das ein oder andere schon mal renovieren bzw. reparieren. So hat man den Eindruck, dass die 3,5 Sterne heute nicht mehr gerechtfertigt sind. Bar und Restaurant waren während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vorhanden. Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage. Zum von uns bezahlten Preis würden wir es wieder buchen. Essen kann man übrigens sehr gut im "The Christa" nicht weit vom Hotel.

Great service but there was some problem with room and I had to call service numerous times but they were able to resolve all of my issues

Phone didn't work, bathroom repairs required, water turned off at one stage and breakfast was of poor quality.

Nice little hotel, pool was small and didn't get much sunlight as between buildings but fine for for a dip! Rooms were clean, with free toiletries and dressing gowns to use. I was in room 16 at the back and the WiFi was bad, it was fine in reception area though. Staff very accommodating and allowed us late check out. Breakfast was ordered via menu, granola was nice but the American breakfast could use a little improvement as only one tiny piece of bacon and no beans or mushrooms!

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่านิดหน่อย แต่ความสะดวกสบายใช้ได้ พนักงานเป็นมิตร แต่ระบบการจัดการยังไม่ค่อยดีพอ เนื่องจากมีการแจ้งรถ Shuttle bus ให้ไปรอนับล่วงหน้า แต่พอไปถึงกลับไม่มีรถไปรอรับที่สนามบิน ทำให้เสียเวลารอเกือบ 2 ชม แต่พนักงาน friendly บริการดี อาหานเช้าใ้ข้ได้

We got a family room with bad bathroom drainage. My parents room flooded due to that. Also the bathtub is outside the bathroom rendering it completely useless. Why watch TV when you can watch someone bathe? Their breakfast selection is pretty tiny in sizing maybe good for a kid. Lastly there was a complete power failure on our last night stay. However, Ken is a dear and he tries so hard to manage everything in the hotel. If we were to come back, if probably because of his good customer service.

訂泳池景給花園景房，床榻，水龍頭壞、電燈壞，廁所水管會倒灌有異味，房間腰果沒標價卻收錢，又說找不到我們訂房資料⋯總之我覺得是大地雷。

Good value for your money. Staff were helpful but some of them didn't speak very good English which made it difficult to ensure tour arrangements and timings were understood. Good location. Within walking distance to the market and pub street.

Nice hotel in Siem Reap. All stuff are warm and helpful, recommend to all of you.

Lovely place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff although, especially 'Ken'. Limited English but we all made do. Loved the pool and pool side room. would definitely recommend.

It is a small-scale hotel with swimming pool and my 4 kids loved it. Airport pickup provided was by tuk-tuk and we enjoyed the experience but the road was dusty thus highly recommend to bring along some masks. Staffs are helpful despite very limited English they can converse with us. I chose this hotel after due studies on its distance from the many attractions; ie. Hard Rock Cafe, Pub Street, Old Market, Art Center, Artisan Angkor & etc. There is an eatery outlet named Kouy Tiew Touk which served a mixture of Thai Foods, Vietnamese foods were well visiting if you enjoyed those cuisines. Besides that, we enjoyed shopping at the Angkor Mart just next to this outlet as a majority of their products pricing were competitive and offered wide varieties of items too. The hotel helped us arranged for 2 tuk-tuk to sent my family to Angkor Wat but I find it a bit pricey as it costs us USD17 per tuk-tuk with additional USD5 for each driver due to the early departure to catch the sunrise of Angkor Wat. But overall, it was a great experience for my family staying at this hotel & visiting Siem Reap.

こじんまりとした隠れ家のような場所。日本語が話せるスタッフはいないと思うので、英語は必須。５分くらい繁華街に向かって歩けば、コンビニのような店があり便利。１０泊したが騒々しい団体ツアー客もいなくて静かであり、周辺の施設からの騒音はごくわずかに聞こえる程度。 朝食は７種くらいのメニューから選ぶスタイルで、量は十分にあった。 プール水深は１．３ｍくらいで大きくはないけれど、毎日清掃されていて清潔に保たれていた。大きくはない。 航空会社でのトラブルで受託手荷物の遅延（行方不明）が生じたけれど、ホテルスタッフが空港職員と連絡を取ってくれて、スムーズに荷物引き取りが出来たので、非常に感謝しています。 当Residence発の自動車やトゥクトゥクによるツアーもあるので、気楽に散策できる。

３泊でしたが、とても快適に過ごしました。 日本語は全く通じませんので、ある程度英語のわかるかたにはオススメします。 客室はとても快適で、綺麗でした。 空港送迎付きですが、自分から言わないとだめです。 私は行きはメールで飛行機の便名を伝え、帰りも前日に何時？と聞いて対応してもらいました。 トゥクトゥクは砂埃がすごいので、タオルとサングラスを着けた方がいいです。 朝食は簡易ですが付いています。 麺はインスタントだし、コーヒーもイマイチですが値段からすればこんなものでしょう。 シャンプーとシャワージェルが付いてますが、パサパサになるので女性はシャンプーの持参をオススメします。 他は歯ブラシ、石鹸、ミネラルウオーター350が二本、バスローブがあります。 マッサージは夜10時までやっていて、安かったです！ フットマッサージ60分が10ドルでした。 自分の部屋でやってくれますよ。 またアンコールワットに来ることがあれば、このホテルを選びます。

Nice location, quiet, except for cat fights, pool lovely, would return.

I have many problems during my stay (example lack of energy and water service). Do not recommend stay there.

I was able to check in early and check out late due to availability. They had a free one way airport pick up with a tuk tuk. There is available massage service in your room. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the night market. The breakfast was great, would definitely come back here again.

Svært vennlig betjening. Bra belligenhet med kort vei til sentrum. Fint ved bassengkanten. Litt misforståelser mot transport. Fin transport til og rundt Angkor wat. Mangler kompetanse i bar og på kjøkken.

Great little boutique hotel.Nice clean pool.Very friendly and helpful staff.They arranged picnic breakfast and tuc tuc for great price and also an ok trip to one of the floating villages.Breakfast pretty good as well. .walking distance to the old market ,the night market and the "pub street".Good value for money!

Un peu déçu de cet hotel Personnel qui ne sont pas la Arrive pour le déjeuner avec 6 mn de retard donc on ne te le sert pas c'est une honte !! Odeur dégoût qui remonte dans la chambre Pour prendre un bain il faut laisser couler l'eau durant 1h La chambre n'était pas celle que l'on avais réserver et ils n'ont pas pu me donne celle que j'avais réservé car elles étaient loué enfin bref déçu de cet hotel

totally out of expected. too good for the money i paid! 2 stars room fee, 4 stars standard. very quiet place, no flocks of noisy group tourists, not many guests use their swimming pool, so you can use it all by yourself!

Incredible hotel. Service was great and the hotel is beautiful. Plus, they provide a free breakfast that was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great stay, but 2 small issues. 1. Booked 3 pool view rooms, but only 2 available. 2. Continental breakfast on 2nd day was very poor, only toast and jam because they had run out of crossiants and pastries by 9am, even though breakfast didn't finish until 10. I would still stay here again as staff generally helpful, rooms nice, pool lovely, WiFi good and very good location for price we paid.

As we did last minute booking, the rate was quite high. As the hotel is very basic in nature we didn't feel it justified the amount we paid. The worst part is the air cond is really bad so it was very very hot.

We cancelled our 4 night stay after the first night. The AC didn’t work (it’s important when the outside temperature is 40 degrees Celsius!). The repairman just removed the air filter and claimed it was better. The power went out twice throughout the night. I had to wake up the front desk staff both times to get him to turn it back on. We complained about it in the morning to the general manager and were refunded. I don’t think it was the manager’s first time dealing with these problems as he seemed pretty well versed on the issue. We happily left to find greener pastures.

Nice hotel within five to ten minute walk of river, old market and pub street. Many good restaurants in the area. Room was large and comfortable, great wifi. Breakfast was included and it was good (continental, not buffet). Good staff. Only problem was my room on the second floor was above the back side of a restaurant where, I believe, the kitchen was located, so noisey in early morning hours when workers arrived.

We got a good deal on this hotel for booking at the last minute and it was definitely worth the price we paid. The room was large and very clean with a great shower. There was also a tub but I don't think it was hooked up to a water source....nothing came out of the tap, haha. We used the pool a few times and it was great, plus there is a washroom and shower there that they allowed us to use for the day after we had checked out. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy or big. The staff were very friendly and their English was ok if you spoke slowly. The location was good. We usually got a tuk tuk but there are lots of things within walking distance and the location seemed safe. There are lots of Tuk Tuks waiting at the Siem Reap Hostel across the street and the drivers know where that is if you need to get back.

This was such a lovely little hotel. The pool is small but super clean. The room was amazing!! The tub is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The only downside to this place is that the wifi was rather slow.

The hotel is fantastic for the price! The people at reception are very helpful and they books all the tuck tusk for us. Would def stay here again.

All the staff were pleasant. One of the staff knew more English than the rest which was funny at times but we made it work. Breakfast was a good size with some selection. Good price for what we got. Pool, breakfast, two bottles of water a night, tour and travel options at the hotel. Big clean room, shower hot water was spotty though. AC worked and overall great stay.

The hotel is well located, in easy walking distance from restaurants, markets etc. The street on which the hotel is located is slightly scruffy but the hotel interior is excellent, a well appointed oasis of comfort. Some details could be improved e.g. there's nowhere in the shower room, apart from the floor, to place items such as shampoo etc.

Very nice hotel. Room was as described, very clean and well serviced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and big - they also provide breakfast boxes in case u want to see the sunrise at Angkor. The hotel was close to the market and pub/restaurant area. U can easily walk it if u don't mind the very busy street. The wifi in the lobby area is very fast, but in our room it was slow and in the evening it was very slow. Overall a great value.

Great value for money as this hotel was clean and had a small but very much useable for lengths swimming pool. Downgraded rating on room cleanliness as our sheets were dirty when we arrived and were changed promptly but mainly due to the drains smell was a little overpowering in room 16 where we stayed. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Overall, great value for money if you can avoid the drains smell!

Staff was excellent- quite possibly the best service we had during our entire stay in Cambodia. They were very polite, english-speaking, and they even volunteered to organize a free tuk-tuk for us to get to the airport at 6am. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Breakfast was unwhelmimg (do NOT get the sausage) but overall I was extremely pleased with my stay. Would stay again.

Hotel lobby was under renovation buy that didn't bother us. The pool area was small but nicely designed - felt like a tropical jungle. Room (2 queen bed) was very comfortable and clean. Washroom had rain shower head. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast choices was excellent! 7 min walk to pub street .

Modern and clean rooms, outstanding service, very good breakfast. Good location... 5 min from pub street. Highly recommend.

Local to Pub Street however we only stayed for 2 nights down to building work being done on the hotel. They were building a new bar at the time so the pool was off limits unless you enjoy the sound of saws and hammers! Other than that, pleasent staff and average breakfast!

Nice stay, the hotel isn't as nice as the photos though! We had a big hole in the wall in our bathroom and the room was a bit more tired than I thought it would be. It is trying to be fancier than it is but overall it's very nice and the breakfast and pool area are good.

After some issues with another hotel in Siem Reap I chose this one based on user reviews on Hotel.com. I was not disappointed - the hotel is very new and it shows - the rooms are large, spacious, clean and bright. The linen was clean, the room had both a large bath and a waterfall shower, the tv had a range of channels and there was a desk which was handy for my pc. Outside the room the grounds have been beautifully taken care of with lots of plants and there is a small pool and some deck chairs to soak up the soon. The hotel staff were very friendly and I organised both an Angkor Wat TukTuk through them as well as a airport shuttle on my way out which was free. The location is a 3-4 minute walk or so from the centre so that is a consideration but it meant the nights were nice and quiet. Highly Recommended!

great location, you could get a chance to know local people's life, especially students. Quiet and good to relax!!

This hotel was great! The staff was amazing, and helped us with everything we needed. Our room was lovely, clean and modern. I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The room was much larger than it appeared in the photographs. My only complaint is that the water is intermittent, but that seems to be a trend in the entire country. I would stay here again. I was delighted with our choice.

The hotel is well worth the price and the service from the start was exceptional. As soon as I arrived in Siem Reap, I was being eaten alive by mosquitoes and Ken at the front desk ran out to the convenient store to grab me a can of Off. The next day, Bun Thai assisted me getting my temple tours arranged and was helpful in suggesting attractions and things to do around town. He even dropped me off at his favorite Amok place in town using one of the hotel's motorbike. I forget the two gentlemen who work at the restaurant, but service there was also exceptional and the food was actually very good.

The air conditioner does not work as cold as I perceived probably because of the hot weather in May.
