Nice and clean, great size room and perfect location for beach. The staff are wonderful and very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very clean and I was given new towels daily.

I don't have anything to complain about.

הכל . מקום זוועה . לתמונות אין קשר למציאות, תחזוקה ירודה, קירות שבורים, מקלחת צפופה, עם אסלה וכיור של פעם . לקרוא למקום כזה מלון , זו הונאה . הערתי לעובד, שזה לא מה שמופיע בתמונות, אמר שיודע, ומבין, וכמה פעמים העיר לבעלים שישנו תמונות בבוקינג כי הרבה אנשים התלוננו על חוסר התאמה. עשיתי צ'ק אין, נכנסתי לחדר, וקיבלתי שוק מהמצב. יצאתי ביקשתי לעזוב. אמר נחייב אותך על לילה ראשון, אבל את צריכה לדבר עם בוקינג שהם ישלחו לנו בקשה לביטול.. יותר משעה ניסיתי לתפוס את בוקינג, ללא הצלחה, עד שהתייאשתי. חזרתי למקום ביקשתי שישלח לי משהו, הוכחה ביד שעזבתי, ואח''כ אסתדר מולם, בהתחלה סירב ורק כשאיימתי בתביעה הוא שלח הודעה שהוא מחזיר לי כסף על לילה אחד. אחרי שעזבתי את המקום, מסתבר שהוא כן טיפל מול בוקינג, שלח להם מייל, והם שלחו לי מייל כדי לשאר את שינוי הבזמנה (ביטול) . אז למה נתת לי לבזבז כל כך הרבה זמן, על להזיג אותם !! אנשים מגיעים לחופשה ליהנות , ומישהו אחר מחליט להתעלל בהם. פשוט, לא להתקרב. חבל שלא צילמתי

L'emplacement, la propreté et le personnel Avigail était à notre écoute et prête à nous aider

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec 2 lits on nous dit au 2 eme étage sans ascenseur on nous a proposé une chambre au rdc mais seulement avec 1 grand lit nous avons accepté nous sommes agés et pour le petit dej on nous a indiqué de se rendre dans un autre hôtel qui n'était pas trop loin mais dans la rue il y a depuis longtemps des travaux et pour y acceder il nous a fallu presqu'une demi heure pour nous y rendre et une autre demi heure de marche avec 28° pour retourner à l'hôtel en plus dans la description il était mentionné parking on nous a envoyé prés de l'hôtel à un parking on a payé 240 shekels un peu déçu quand même

Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel, die Wände und Boden waren verdreckt, die anderen Gäste sind extrem zu hören, Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, war aber sehr laut, Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Frühstück findet 3 Gehminuten entfernt statt

נראות החדר קצת מיושנת היה נראה טוב יותר בתמונות

קרוב לים ולטיילת וגם מרחק הליכה לדיזנגוף ולשוק כרמל, הרבה בתי קפה ליד בקיצור נמצא ליד כל המקומות השווים ללכת אליהם בתל אביב. מכונת קפה בלובי ומקום עבודה בלובי שזה טוב למי שצריך חדר יפה ונקי וכל הצוות המשק, הקבלה מאוד נעימים.

לא היה מעלית אבל זה מלון של 3 קומות אז אפשר לשרוד בלי ☺️

Ubicacion inmejotable , empleado increiblemente simpatico ,te sientes como en casa y la playa a solo un minuto a pie . Lo recomiendo sin duda a todo quien quiera visitar Tel Aviv . Sin Duda Volvere !

ארוחת הבוקר לא הוגשה במלון עצמו; היינו צריכים ללכת למקום אחר, וכשהגענו לא הייתה אופציה טבעונית, למרות שהודעתי להם בעת ההזמנה.

La situation géographique

המקום קטן ולא סואן יחסית שקט נמצא במיקום טוב ליד הים ליד כמה מסעדות תחב"צ ומאחר והמקום קטן ולא מול הים לא שהו בו הרבה מבקרים וכך גם המקום צנוע ללא מראות בנות חשופות ולא צנועות

חבל שלא צינתם שלא רואים את הים מהחדרים רק ציינתם שהוא מול הים והמרחק.

המיקום נהדר, קרוב לים, רק לחצות את הכביש. החדר היה נקי, הצוות היה מאד אדיב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאד טעימה.

שימו לב אין מעלית, ארוחת הבוקר במרחק הליכה של 2 דקות מהמלון.

I am travelling to Israel for 21 years, so location Ben Yehuda, Allenby and Hayarkon where hotel is - is my favourite part of TLV. So, according to experience, i would recommend it to anyone. Staff was helpful, although i did not receive invoice yet. Location is cool. Bathroom compared to other facilities is not long ago renovated and in near by location was more than good.

Room itself is very small and I was alone... I am not sure, if i would be able to be there with my girlfriend, so just check it before :-)

По WhatsApp меня предупредили, что при заезде портье будет отсутствовать, написали инструкцию по заселению. Перед закрытым входом позвонили по указанному номеру телефона, нам назвали пароль для кодового замка, внутри взяли ключи от номера и от отеля. Необычно,но мне такое прогрессорство понравилось. Внутри тихо, спокойно, никакой суеты. В номере чисто, кровать большая и удобная, вся техника работает хорошо. Деньги списывают с карты, с этим никаких проблем. Залог вернули в день отъезда.

Для общения по телефону нужно знание английского, без этого будет сложно.

האמת שהתאכזבתי מאוד מהשהות שלי כאן. כבר כשנכנסתי לחדר היה נראה שהוא לא נוקה כמו שצריך לפני שהגעתי היו שיערות על הסדינים, הרצפה הייתה מלוכלכת ואפילו היה ג’וק בחדר. בנוסף, לא היו מים חמים להתקלח והדוש היה שבור מה שממש לא נעים כשמגיעים אחרי יום ארוך. במהלך הלילה גם נעקצתי מספר פעמים, ויש לי חשד שמדובר בפשפשי מיטה. אמנם העבירו אותי לחדר אחר ביום למחרת, ועל זה אני מעריכה את הניסיון לעזור, אבל גם החדר החדש לא היה נקי ברמה שהייתי מצפה לה. הכי מבאס זה שהגעתי מהצפון כחיילת בודדה לסופ”ש כדי לנוח וליהנות, ובמקום זה מצאתי את עצמי מתעסקת בתלונות, מעבר חדרים ובעיות ניקיון. פשוט חוויה לא נעימה בכל.

Grundsätzlich liegt das Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, nur in der zweiten Reihe zum Strand. Zudem ist alles bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind sehr klein, was für Alleinreisende grundsätzlich kein großes Problem darstellt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wurde. Leider merkt man jedoch, dass die Reinigung eher oberflächlich erfolgt, da einige Ecken und andere Bereiche deutlich verschmutzt waren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal, insbesondere der Hauptverantworliche Rezeptionist an der Rezeption. Er war wirklich sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, kümmern sich engagiert um alle Anliegen und macht seine Arbeit mit Herz. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel dennoch sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider merkt man dem Hotel deutlich an, dass es bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine Renovierung notwendig wäre. Die Zimmer sowie Teile der allgemeinen Ausstattung wirken abgenutzt. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Zwar wurde täglich gereinigt, allerdings nur sehr oberflächlich. Viele Ecken, Ablagen und andere Bereiche wurden offensichtlich über längere Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.
