Cleanliness

Lack of proper AC, Very poor breakfast, not so friendly staff at the desk. Very dirty laundry machines.

alles was prima

The breakfast was good however there were loud American business travelers talking really loud.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly. Aircon could be cooler!!

Nothing

The location - The hotel was close to the airport bus station. Having a restaurant on site was convenient.

Overall lighting was too dark. The interior colour was black, and the lighting was dimmed too much. Hard to see anything inside. The very front door was confusing to find the correct one. Perhaps some visible signage can assist.

We loved everything about our stay! Helpful receptionists, comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, good delicious breakfast. It was 10/10.

Very normal breakfast. The staff will keep removing things / food well before the end time f 9:30 am!

Better service. Bathroom doesnt have a rack to place the soap and shampoo!

It is conveniently located and close to shops and restaurants. Right next to a GS25 convenience store. Clean and spacious room for 2, neatly decorated facilities and very friendly staff.

Nil

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location offered easy access to nearby parks and local amenities. The staff were friendly and professional.

The bathroom layout could be improved, as water sometimes splashed beyond the shower area during use.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to wait a while each time for lifts to arrive , there were 3 lifts . Guess this is normal though as there are 29 floors

Good location, high quality service

Fantastic breakfast

No family room, only 2 persons bedrooms

What I like about Shilla Stay Dongtan is the location. Close to many bars and restaurants. Near enough to all my relevant business partners. Breakfast buffet is very good, considering we are in Korea. Million times better than in the other big western hotel in Dongtan, which is in walking distance…

As others mention, A/C does not work. There is zero change in room temperature regardless of settings on the A/C panel. This time it meant I was freezing in the room. Totally unacceptable. I should have demanded a refund. Same freezing temperature in the breakfast room. Totally unbearable. So cold.

Loved the stay!!!

The breakfast is truly a highlight. Also the staff is exceptional kind. This hotel is really good.

In the shower there is no place to put shampoo or shower gel. Also the heating is strange( point it to the wall for warm water) Finally the heating in the rooms are set to 26 and cannot be lowered.

A very convinent and nice hotel. Has a decent free wi-fi service and it was very clean in the room which was very impressive. Storngly reccomended if you are visiting Dongtan area.

Excellent breakfast

There was no bar at the lobby. Would have been good to have drinks with colleagues before retiring.

Good service and Good location. I enjoyed staying in this hotel always.
