It was the 2nd time to use. Nice location, clean facilities, friendly & professional staff with prompt reply and good service mind. 두번째 이용했는데 숙소 위치도 좋았고 프로페셔널한 직원분들도 정말 친절하시고 문제점은 즉각적으로 해결해주셔서 좋았습니다

It would be nice if the engineer could check the refridgerator function prior to customers' check-in. I found it was not cool enough so the staff changed the room accordingly. 체크인후 룸 냉장고가 시원하지 않아서 말씀드리니 바로 방을 바꿔주셔서 감사했습니다. 계절 특성상 더운 여름이나 추운 겨울에는 고객 체크인전에 냉방이나 온방 한번 더 점검해주시면 좋을것 같습니다.

Generously, the room, aisle, and elevator were clean.

A hotelier at the front desk wore a mask when I checked in. And I prefer American Breakfast, not Korean breakfast. The scramble was not warm. They did not have decaffeinated coffee or vegan milk, like soy milk.

직원들이 친절 했으며, 가격대비 시설이 매우 좋음(편안한 매트릭스, 간이 주방 등), 청결도 좋음. 주변에 음식점, 카폐들이 많음. 비즈니스 장기 출장으로 좋을 듯.

위치가 차로 이동해야 할 곳이며, 주변이 공장, 병원 건물 등이 있고 번화가는 아님, 하지만 주변 상권은 형성되어 있음.

Great room and staff. There was one issue: in my room, when you press the buttons to turn on lights, some of the lights made a high-pitched noise when they were on. That’s it though. Cleaning staff did an amazing job!

ドンタンはホテル群がドンタン駅から離れているので、駅周辺のお買い物エリヤ、スオン周辺のお買い物エリヤには車が必要。レンタカーを運転するのには、片側四車線を行き来するので、ちょっと難しい。

조식이 아쉬움. 일찍 간 편인데도 비어있는게 많아서 먹을게 없었습니다. 플레인 요거트라고 했는데 샐러드가 있고, 메뉴랑 매칭 안되는게 있었습니다. 간단히 먹을 조식 정도로는 괜찮아 보입니다..

Quiet Modern

Room was wonderful, large, clean, and the bath was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Great for a few-day stay. The staff were lovely. The light from the windows was beautiful, and the large desk and solid wifi made it a great space for my wife and I to co-work for a few days. The area is populated with many bars, cafes and restaurants. Coffee in the area was great; otherwise a pretty bland, industrial area wouldn’t recommend as a sightseeing visit, but perfect if you need somewhere comfortable to work for a few days.

It felt more like an apart-hotel rather than a hotel. There’s no room service whatsoever, no facilities outside of the room or the foyer to sit and work etc, no ability to use the cafe outside of breakfast and lunch hours (not even to sit with a coffee and work), and it was largely empty compared to a typical hotel with all the typical services and amenities. That said, the room was very large and good value for the price. The bath was a wonderful, calming addition, and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend carpeting the rooms to reduce noise between rooms. but on the whole it wasn’t that noisy given how empty the hotel was.

세면대 물이 잘 안빠져 불편해서 얘기했더니 카운터분이 너무 시큰둥하고 늦게빠지는거지 안빠지는건 아니다 그래서 이대로 써야하냐 했더니 마지못해 방바꿔주겠다 했는데 그말투가.. 마치 진상된 느낌이라 기분이 더러웠어요. 손만 씻어도 비눗물 동동 떠있고 불편해서 얘기한건데.. 체크인할때 그분은 친절했는데 중간에 바뀐 담당자분은 정말 별로였어서 다신 안갈듯해요

室外浴缸故障無法使用，廁所馬桶蓋有損壞，浴室的門開關有異音。早餐品項稀少，更換菜色頻率低。

整體感受良好

룸 상태 좋고 프런트 데스크, 조식 식당..모든것이 좋았습니다.다음에 동탄가면 꼭 다시 가고 싶네요..5일 동안 정말 푹 잘 지냈어요..감사합니다.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything you need including restaurants, convenience stores and entertainment is within range. The rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was wonderful!

A luxurious accommodation hotel in Dongtan. The staff was really friendly. I really want to praise you. Breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor from 07:00 to 09:00 was really great. You can eat many different types of food comfortably. This is already my second visit. I'll be back next month.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The room was big with two nice comfortable beds, tv, desk, and a small sitting/dining area. The shower and toilet were separate. Every day, the towels were changed, and two bottles of water were brought to the room. The hotel has laundry machines you can use free of charge. Also, the location is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Recommend.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite when checking in. The room was a little small, but there was a huge bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

우선 공기가 너무 안좋았어요. 은은한 곰팡내가 하루만에 베여왔어요. 베개는 닳아서 구멍이 나있었고 세면대는 물이 잘 안내려 갔어요. 화장실과 침실이 유리로 되어있는데 가림막이 없어서 누가 자다가 화장실이라도 가면 빛때문에 모두가 일어나게 되요. 외부와 맞닿은곳도 통유리인데 두꺼운 암막커튼을 치지 않으면 적나라하게 앞의 건물들과 마주할 수 있었어요. 곰팡내때문에 창문을 열어놓았지만 근처 공기도 별로 안좋고 살짝 환락가 느낌이라 시끄러웠어요. 근처 길이 왕벅 2차선에 양차선끝마다 불법주차 천국인데 그래도 이 곳은 지하2층까지 주차장이 있었어요. 그게 유일한 장점이었고 평일이라 누릴 수 있던 장점인거 같아요. 객실을 제외하면 화장실도 없었어요.

넓직해서 편하긴 했지만, 택시도 잘 안잡히고, 밤에 시끄러워요.

Staff was very friendly, sufficient english to help with with questions, close enough to Samsung facilities and Tera Tower to reach by foot in 20 minutes. Good collection of korean style restaurants in the surrounding and for the american/european visitors a friendly fried chicken/beer pub just around the corner. Large shopping center for all sorts of goods also within 5 minutes. Good stay for business!

깔끔하고 청결해서 편안히 쉬었습니다. 욕조있는 더블베드룸이었는데 샤워실과 좌변기있는곳이 분리되어서 하나의 슬라이딩도어를 사용하는 특이한 구조였는데 손가락이 끼어서 피 철철 흐르고ㅠㅠ 손조심이라는 스티커가 그제야 보이더군요... 슬라이딩도어가 너무 안쪽까지 들어가던데 자동으로 멈추면 좋겠다는 생각을 했습니다 그래도 프런트에 말했더니 데일밴드주시고 감사했어요

주차장이 객실에 비하여 적고, 타월 등이 오래되어서 교체가 필요함

There are many restaurants in the area, and the room was comfortable

It was quite sterile feeling, and there were some features that were strange. For example, only one bed had an outlet by it, and there was no place to hang a wet towel.

ホテルの名前がMD Hotelに変更されていた。 部屋は十分な広さがあり、冷蔵庫には水が2本、大きなベッドも大きいだけでなく寝心地もよい、感じの良いフロントスタッフ、チェックアウト時間の延長も有料だが快く対応してくれた。次回もリピート予定。おすすめする。

깔끔한 비지니스 호텔

Good location that was easy to find. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean and a very good size compared to most hotels in Korea.

Avoid this hotel. Beds are low quality and uncomfortable. Rooms are outdated and have stains everywhere. Changed rooms 4 times because the Heat is always set at 24-25, regardless of what you put into the thermostat and the AC barely works or does not at all depending on the room. Very noisy, can hear people above and beside you. Breakfast is also not very good. The TV works when it wants to

청결하고 여유로운느깜, 직원분들 응대가 친절했다.

혼자 갔는데 요리는 거의 안 했지만 취식을 할 수 있는 주방이 있어서 편리하고 좋았고 방도 깨끗하고 넓고 편안했어요. 다음에 온다면 식재료 가져와서 간단한 식사도 하고 싶고 친구들하고도 같이 와도 좋을거 같아요. 잘 먹고 잘 쉬다가 갑니다 :)

해외여행 가기 전후 1박씩 묵었어요. 너무 편안하고 조용해서 잘잤답니다. 다음에도 이용할게요!

The location for my office was optimal and kitchenette. I will expect a little bit more equipment for cooking. Glass cups for water should be appreciated.

Electricity needs maintenance and they were missing bulbs or the lights were not working properly (I was in 3 rooms in general) - check the rooms and make them aligned. It will be super then. Some furniture should be upgraded, repaired, or refurbished. I think the hotel can invest a little money to improve the comfort and look of the furniture in the room. Fix water isolation in the shower corners - all rooms. Gym tread-mills need maintenance - both of them.
