We had a really nice stay here, rooms are quite big, private bathroom, shared kitchen. Also offers luggage storage on both your arrival and departure day! 🥰

Хорошее размещение. Близко к Колизею и вокзалу. Быстрым шагом 22 мин. Близко к автобусной остановке. Красивый вид из окна. Рядом есть супермаркет.

Не удобный душ. Нету дверки, вода льется прямо на пол, потом не удобно заходить в туалет. Ночами бывало страшно, когда кто то звонил в домофон в час ночи. Двери были слегка хлипкие. Но в общем все хорошо и удобно. Мало 1 подушки

Habitación amplia, con café gratis para desayunar

Que no había nadie a la llegada, llamamos al número de teléfono y no contestó nadie, menos mal que justo salía una señora, sino hubiéramos tenido que esperar.

Nos encantó todo, la limpieza , la ubicación , la atención de los anfitriones ! Absolutamente todo!!

L'hôte a été très réactive et a très bien expliqué les infos nécessaires à distance !

Petit point négatif sur la climatisation disponible dans l'hébergement, en semaine de canicule elle n'était pas très performante mais cela n'a pas non plus gâché nos impressions sur le logement !

Baño amplio y bien equipado. Excelente cama, acceso a los servicios de cocina y café ilimitado. Cercanía a una estación de Metro (2 cuadras)

El aire acondicionado no tenía toda la potencia habilitada y como hacía mucho calor (38 grados) la temperatura no siempre era muy fresca

Very clean, and both Emanuela and Cristiano were always available. They both communicated well with clear instructions I cannot express how spotless this place was. Everything was super super clean.

A localização é muito boa, com metrô a poucos metros. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Até a chegada ao alojamento, as informações pelos anfitriões foram excelentes e rápidas! Nos ofereceu lugar para as malas, no dia do check out, o que foi excelente!

Não gostei do self check in. Apesar de enviar SMS e mensagem pelo booking, quando da minha chegada, depois de uma viagem cansativa e demorada por atraso de trem e o calor excessivo na cidade, ficar 20 minutos esperando alguém abrir a porta, não foi das experiências mais legais de Roma. O andar do hotel é extremamente barulhento. Dormir é uma missão difícil, pois o entra e sai de hóspedes, bater de portas e vibração da nossa porta do quarto, com o barulho alheio. Não há tratamento de acústica. O entra e sai é constante a noite e madrugada. Muito barulho mesmo. O ar condicionado do apartamento 02 efetivamente não exercia seu papel. Não funcionava mas ligava, mexia as grades, saía um sopro de vento; nitidamente era um ar condicionado com problemas. Não refrigerava, nem de longe o quarto. Mandei mensagem e me foi dito que ele estava programado para estar no modo “neve/frio”, falei que apesar de ligar não “funcionava efetivamente”, falaram que iam ver e dar um retorno. Falaram com a senhora da limpeza, que “ligou” (ele ligava, acendia e mexia as grades), e a mesma ainda me falou “ está funcionando, olha só”, como se fosse uma brincadeira dormir num calor na casa dos 33/35 graus sem refrigeração efetiva; mas a realidade foi essa, ele só ficava ligado e não resfriava o quarto e ficou por isso mesmo. Sem resposta por parte do anfitrião e com noites barulhentas e encaloradas. O banheiro simplesmente alaga, de cair água no quarto, devido ao box ser apenas próximo do chuveiro.

Todo estuvo bien

Perto do metro, o que facilita bastante as deslocações. Check-in super fácil apesar de não haver ninguém para nos receber. Colaboradores muito prestáveis. Tem AC o que ajudou por estar muito calor.

Algum barulho à noite dos outros hóspedes a sair ou a entrar. Mas foram questões pontuais que pouco afetaram a nossa estadia.

Boa localização, prático e tem uma cozinha mt funcional.

Quarto confortável, uma cozinha de apoio completa e muito útil.

Le petit déjeuner, qu'il faut aller prendre dans le café du coin, assez sommaire (1 croissant fourré ou pain au chocolat + 1 boisson). Le fait que ce ne soit pas du tout insonorisé, avec des portes bruyantes. Salle de bains très petite.

Súper limpia, buena cama, ubicación excelente. Tener un desayuno es un plus.

Drainage inside shower room is choke. Flooding after every shower. The toilet is always dam and wet. Staff at breakfast cafe are not friendly.

It was a bit noisy when other guests were arriving or leaving.

Easy self check in, we arrived at 1am and everything went smoothly. They also let us put our bags in a room in the last day.

We woke up everyday with the noise from the corridor. The walls should be more sound proof.

S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní, izba bola pohodlná a čistá, kúpeľňa bola trochu menšia ale nam to neprekážalo. Veľké plus bola spoločná plne vybavená kuchyňa v ktorej bol dokonca kávovar a možnosť pripraviť si výbornú kávu priamo na ubytovaní. Poloha bola skvelá, v blízkosti boli obchody, stanica metra, reštaurácie aj kaviarne, odporúčame hlavne kaviareň len pár metrov od nášho ubytovania, robili najlepšiu kávu akú som v Ríme pila.

Trochu slabý prúd vody v sprchovom kúte a umývadle.

Banheiro não tem ventilação natural então as toalhas não secam, fora que o box tem uma boa parte sem vidro, então molha bastante. O host demora para responder.

Great location! Monti is an amazing area in Rome. Close to so many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Vittorio Emmanuele park is a few steps away and so is all the main metro lines. You can also walk to the Rome Termini from the apartment.

1.Душ в ванной должен быть оборудован дверцей, на мое сообщение , мне сказали , так и должно было , но там есть прокладка для двери , они просто решили не ставить там дверь и все шло на пол 2. Шумо изоляции, слышно как соседи ставят зарядку в розетку, слышно каждый шаг, как будто картонные стены 3. Самое плохое это то что персонал по уборке , вместо того чтобы постучать , в наглую пытается зайти , на мой вопрос почему не постучали я слышу , ,,было тихо думала никого нет,,прошу заметить это было раньше чем время выселения Вывод : Больше тут не будем останавливаться

Location, bright rooms, wonderful shared kitchen area, clear instructions given to gain entry on arrival. Owners provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Will definitely recommend to others. Lovely little restaurant opposite made the perfect “local” to start and end the evening 👍🏻

Lo amables que fueron

L'emplacement est idéal : 10 min de la gare et 15 min du Colisée. La literie est bonne et l'appartement est calme. Notre séjour était parfait.

Super Lage, sauberes, helles Zimmer und Bad, gute Kommunikation, super nette housekeeping Person deren Namen ich leider nicht erfragt habe.

El Ingreso

In posizione centrale per visitare la città sia a piedi che con la metro a due passi dalla struttura. Molto comodo aver potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura anche dopo il check-out. Ottima la possibilità di farsi una tisana o caffè al mattino.

Se ti trovi nella camera a fianco qualcuno che non rispetta il silenzio dopo una certa ora, è fastidioso in quanto le pareti non sono insonorizzate.

Schöne relativ große Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt, sehr gute Lage, fteundlices Personal, gute und schnelle digitale Kommunikation. Ebenso der check in. Kleines aber feines Frühstück im Café nebenan inkludiert. 1x Gebäck, 1x Getränk.

The location was wonderful, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the colosseum and the train station.

The bed was a little hard and there was a bottle bank on the street below that was quite noisy.

Caring hosts. The room was very comfortable. Kitchen with coffee machine and kettle for tea was an added bonus. We happened to have a chat with the cleaning lady, who was lovely. We were able to leave our bags after check-out without having to pay for a locker, which was very useful! In terms of location is great because there are both a metro and a bus station that connects to the city's major points. On the first day we arrived, there was someone playing the piano (very well) on the room above us, we loved it!

Baaaardzo głośno. W pokojach bylo slychac wszystko co sie dzieje na korytarzu, każdy krok, szczególnie jak ktos przychodził w nocy. Warto by bylo jakos wygłaszyć drzwi od korytarza. Dodatkowo, Pan na piętrze niżej, zaczynał grać na fortepianie i śpiewać po godzinie 23. Bylo to tak głośne, ze nie dało sie spać, jakby ktoś grał od razu obok nas.

Everything was wonderful! The place was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always friendly and available if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτιο, και αρκετά κοντά σε διάσημα αξιοθεατα. Επιπλέον εχει ολα τα ΜΜΜ διπλα. Επισης η ιδιοκτήτρια παρα πολυ εξυπηρετική. Την τελευταία μέρα μας έδωσε δεύτερα κλειδιά για να βάλουμε τις βαλίτσες στο γραφείο της για να απολαύσουμε και την τελευταία μερα μιας και πετουσαμε απόγευμα.

La habitación era bastante amplia, tenia cocina con microondas, nevera y horno, no se podia freir nada pero con el horno para mi era suficiente, cerca de la estación termini, y varios supermercados, a unos 20 min del coliseo, buses y metro tambien muy cercanos para poder moverse, nos lo facilitaron todo e incluso podriamos haber dejado las maletas alli despues del check out

Tal vez que no hubiese para poder freir algo y que las paredes son un poco de papel

We really appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s major attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The shared kitchen was a great addition and very practical, with useful facilities including a coffee machine, kettle, oven, and stove. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the café downstairs, the pastries were delicious and the coffee was excellent, which was a lovely way to start each day.

While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, there were a few areas that affected our overall experience. The bed in our room was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle of the mattress that may benefit from being replaced. As a result, I didn’t sleep well on three of the five nights. Noise was also a significant factor. Even while wearing earplugs, sound travelled very easily between rooms. As the hotel is located within a converted apartment building and consists of four rooms, we could hear neighbouring guests clearly, including conversations, movement, and doors closing at various hours. There is also a resident in the building who plays the piano throughout the day, and the street outside is quite busy, with traffic and trams running until the early hours of the morning. Light sleepers may wish to take this into consideration. Additionally, although this is not a reflection on the hotel itself, we personally found the surrounding neighbourhood felt somewhat uncomfortable at times due to the visible level of homelessness and open drug use in nearby streets and around the park. Overall, these factors impacted our sleep and sense of ease during the stay.

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία με πολλες επιλογες για καφε και φαγητο κοντα. Πολυ καλη επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες απαντουσαν αμεσως σε τυχον αποριες. Το συνιστώ.

Realmente todo, todo muy limpio y cómodo

Muy central, limpio, habitación con baño privado, y cocina compartida con café y té. En la habitación suficiente espacio para guardar las cosas, pequeño tv y lamparas para cada lado de la cama. Baño amplio con secador, toallas y básicos de baño. Manta extra y te cambian si quieres las toallas al Siguiente día. Puedes dejar el equipaje allí así hagas check out para el día.

En general todo muy bien. Para mí el primer día no fue muy cómoda la cama pero luego sacamos más almohadas y estuvo muy bien.

The accommodation is in a lovely historical building. Our room was perfect. The bed was super comfy. We appreciated use of the guest kitchen, and did use it during our stay. Everything is lovely and clean. We even met the cleaning lady who kindly lent us some umbrellas, as it was pouring down the couple of days we were there. There are plenty of great places to get food within walking distance. Supermarkets too. We enjoyed the breakfast at the local cafe, it was nice to see locals there chatting and relaxing. The selection of pastries and coffee is great. You can enjoy walking to the historical centre and also get to the main station very quickly. I would recommend this place and would stay there again
