Quarto amplo, banheiro grande, boa localização.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Banhei com lodo, hall de entrada e corredores sujos e com cheiro de lixo. Janelas do quarto não abrem: impossível renovar o ar, quarto com cheiro de comida. O box não veda a água do chuveiro e tudo fica molhado. Não há máquina de lavar-louça. Não há esponja para lavar a louça! Tem que pagar 100 coroas por um “kit de boas vindas” para ter uma e poder lavar a louça. Internet péssima! Não funciona direito e é muito, muito lenta. Não compensa de jeito algum o custo-benefício. Não recomendo.

There were no welcome drinks. We were hoping that we will be able to have a hot drinks because we arrived almost half past midnight and it was raining and the ladt time we had a meal was 5 pm.

Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen, Schimmel in den Fugen im Bad und Spülung der Toilette läuft einfach durch, musste nach jedem Mal spülen den Spülkasten öffnen. Plötzlich hatte ich Fliegen in der Wohnung obwohl ich keine Lebensmittel aufbewahrt habe, keine Ahnung, wo die herkommen, das war eher eklig.

Very spacious. it felt very safe. Great location- all amenities are close by. perfect for medium- long stray.

Some of the cutlery was not completely clean. The pan may need replacement. The toilet seat was dusty and there was not any hand wash. There was also no complementary coffee and tea.

Es cómodo y la ubicación es buena. Si tienes alguna duda, te atienden en seguida.

Por indicar algo, eché en falta algunas cosas que en otros lugares se incluyen. Ej. Te pedían que fregaras los platos pero no había estropajo, solo cepillo. Cobraban aparte un pack de bienvenida con azúcar, café o aceite.

L’établissement est très bien situé, à proximité du métro et des commerces. L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Il est propre, la literie est confortable.

Le seul petit hic : les fenêtres des appartements situés au rez-de-chaussée ne s’ouvrent pas. Mais il y a une ventilation qui permet d’aérer l’appartement.

I liked that it was very clean and that the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The location was close to a tram station and a ferry station, so good connection to the rest of the city.

I very much hated that you could not open the windows and the fact that you cannot control the ventilation is very upsetting and annoying. I had to sleep with the vent blasting air in my ear all night and it was also set to be a bit too cold for my liking.

La struttura molto pulita vicinissima ai mezzi e quindi collegata molto bene al centro città

Posizione ottima per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici. Luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Tanti negozi e posti dove mangiare nei dintorni. Molto pulito. Letto molto comodo. Presente tutto lo stretto necessario in cucina. Lo consiglio!!

Large and spaciois modern apartment with kitchen, dining and living space. Kitchen had all the bits youd need and there was also a washing machine. Quiet building near tram stop to get into town via the metro.

Nothing really other than the main door being on the wrong side of the building and what you think should be the main door is for emergencies only.

Nice short walk from commuter ferry line. Several supermarkets nearby. Tram very close.

Lüftung viel zu laut, stört beim schlafen, pfeift und kann nicht abgeschaltet oder zurückgestellt werden.

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare qui per la seconda volta e ci siamo trovate benissimo. L'appartamento è semplice ma provvisto di tutte le necessità; il self check-in è molto semplice e veloce, e la struttura ha inviato con anticipo il codice per accedere. La posizione e il quartiere sono eccellenti, è un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e collegato benissimo con il centro. La pulizia e la vicinanza ai supermercati sono un altro punto forte.

Que era de facil acceso, aunque para ir al centro habia que coger dos medios de transporte que estaban al lado. Tambien al lado habia todo tipo de servicios

Deberian dejar en el apartamento más utensilios de limpieza. solo habia una bayeta.

It was very comfortable & situated well for access to public transit, restaurants, & grocery.

The staff was not helpful. We called when we arrived at the location and they told us the booking was not at that location so we had to Uber to the next location which was quite far from the center. We had to commute every day to the center, which was long and inconvenient. The apartment company still charged us for the two apartments, even though they had clearly mentioned that we did not have any other reservation, our reservation was only at one apartment. I called them many times and they were still very difficult and no courtesy whatsoever. I am very unhappy with their services and their miscommunication which caused us inconvenience as well as double cost.

„Magere“ Grundausstattung. Zentrallüftung/ Kein Fenster (war beschrieben/ bekannt!) aber auf Dauer über längere Zeit nicht angenehm. Code für Aufbewahrungsraum für die Koffer funktionierte nicht und musste Helm nochmals angefordert werden. Reaktionär war jedoch dann unmittelbar!

Issues with ventilation. Food smells from other apartments came into our apartment even though windows etc were closed.

The location was good. About 3 minute walk to the tram that was only 3 stops to a station that was 4 stops into the main part of town, in total about 15-20 mins. Easy to get to from the airport or central station. A supermarket right near the tram stop. The room was spacious with a door you could open for fresh air and a washing machine and dryer which was super helpful. The area felt safe and had quite a few restaurants to choose from.

The property has bins on each level that they ask you to put your rubbish in and there’s a recycling room as you enter the building. As a consequence of that the first thing you smell when you walk in is rubbish and the smell is always there on every level. Also the pillows are terrible, small and thin with no support

Perfect for long stays in Stockholm for very reasonable price

The main door wasn’t closing properly, you had to go triple check if you pushed the door to close it otherwise it happened it was open / unlocked all day.

La propreté des lieux et de l’appartement était impeccable. Le lit était confortable. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Les équipements sont corrects. Il y a un lave linge. C’est très pratique.

L’entrée ne prête pas de mine. Pas pal de détritus sur le côté de l’immeuble. C’est dommage. Il n’y a pas de lave vaisselle et de grille pain. Ça n’a pas de sens de nos jours dans un appartement. Nous avions deux fenêtres qui ne s’ouvraient pas sur l’extérieur, c’était pesant.

Nice ambient location near the lake with all facilities. Bus and tram station very close to apartment. . Very understanding and supportive customer service. Even let me stay for a further 30 mins after the normal check-out time free of charge

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko przystanku tramwajowego, z którego bardzo szybko można przesiąść się na metro do samego centrum. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze, a także kulka punktów gastronomicznych. Apartament czysty, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Jedynie czego brakowało to możliwość otwarcia okna, ale mieszkanie wyposażone w klimatyzację, więc była możliwość regularacji temperatury o 2-3 stopnie.

Le dimensioni dello stabile enorme con 21 mini appartamenti per piano, composto da 6 piani. Ingresso praticamente sul retro davanti a una superstrada e una centrale elettrica in funzione. Spazzatura in strada mai ritirata

The apartments are very conveniently located (next to max❤️) in a very safe area. They are comfortable and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend

The room was very, very clean, very bright, and well-equipped. Since the tram stop is very close by, you can easily access the entire SL network. There is a supermarket very close by, and you can find places to eat in the surrounding area. Also, the canal is located to the east, offering a lovely spot for a walk.

The sofa bed was not ideal in terms of comfort and noise.

Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern in Südschweden unterwegs und konnten uns in diesem schönen und sehr sauberen Appartment erst einmal wieder ausruhen. Vielen Dank.

God seng, beliggenhet.

Sus fra ventilationen konstant. Oppvaskbørsten så ut som en godt brukt dobørste, bør byttes ut. Veldig kaldt, fikk byttet ut varmeovnen av et hyggelig personale. Den som sto i skapet var ødelagt.

Lite svårt att diska när det inte gick att hälla upp diskvatten (ingen möjlighet att stoppa avloppet)

For the price I paid I was quite happy. Easy to find, easy to park. Everything that I needed in the apartment (Always like a place with a Washing Machine over a Dish Washer when travelling). This was airy considering it was a little warm. Co-op Supermarket (a small one) about a five minute walk away. Places to eat if you want to dine out. Tram station opposite the Co-op which connects to the Saltsjobaden line (If it ever fully re-opens) and Gullmarsplan (Connection to Tunnel Bana). Also, there is a little ferry boat that departs nearby (M/S Emile) that goes across to Nybroplan where you can connect to other boats, buses and the Tram. I would happily stay here again if in Stockholm.

Distancia al centro. Aunque tiene transporte público cerca, el precio de los transportes en Estocolmo es elevado, por lo que encarece finalmente la estancia.

Lo cerca que está del tranvía y de los supermercados, así como lo completos que eran los utensilios de cocina. Camas cómodas e insonorización entre habitaciones y el exterior excelente.

Estaba limpio, pero de forma superficial. El no haber recepción es un hándicap si hay algún problema porque todo lo haces por mail o llamada. En mi caso gestioné un tema por teléfono y fueron eficientes y muy amables. Hay muchísimos apartamentos y un sólo ascensor...pero son cosas que no influyen demasiado en la estancia.

Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia visitando Estocolmo. Muy bien comunicado por transporte público con cualquier zona. Supermercados bares y zonas para pasear muy cerca. Con lavadora.

Echamos en falta una tostadora.

Bad om extra kuddar och hade fortfarande bara 6 styckna till 4 personer. Folken som sov på bädsoffan gade svårt att sova hela natten, man vaknade flera gånger.

The apartment was spacious and matched the pictures. The washing machine and kitchen were really helpful, especially with supermarkets so close.

The mountain view was just a rock face and it was much further outside of town than I had realised but was mostly a nice walk. Unfortunately the street was filled with bags of rubbish and smelt bad but you couldn't smell it in the apartment which was good, only when coming or going.

It was too cold and we could not control the temperature. It seemed there was always a wind/breeze coming out of somewhere and we could not switch it off.

Det var lugnt och skönt och relativt välordnat.

Wifi var inte stabilt. Man fick trängas med toarulls-hållaren ( satt alldeles för nära inpå)vid toabesök.

Bin jedesmal dort, wenn ich in Stockholm bin. Komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und leicht zu erreichen
