I don't think there was a lot to actually say I liked about the hotel apart from the bathroom. The staff who serviced your room were pleasant.

Location is not good. Hotel seems old and dated. Absolutely no view from your room except a building 20 feet away. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Spacious rooms, good facilities and close to beach, in a good area with lots of restaurants and convenience stores like 7 eleven.

Didn't provide coffee tea sachets in room. Kettle was provided though.

The bed was so incomfortable.. Two old single mattresses pushed together. The parking arrangement was terrible. Aside from the 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel. The main.parking area is about 160 yards down the road. There is a motor bike taxi available but that has little protection from the rain.

Location was great with 7-11 across the road plenty of street food carts and coffee shops and restaurants nearby and some great local bars a short walking distance away

Double bed was two singles pushed together other than that I couldn’t fault the place staff were excellent and very friendly

The entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and added to the overall experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The cleaning staff were good. One who cleaned the 5th floor was amazing

I had to pay for my entire 7 day stay in cash. I was not notified in advance and it was not listed on booking.com. If I knew this I would have not booked here. The mosquitoes in the room and the noise from the pubs below. The bed was super hard. All of these factors led to a few nights of restless sleep. The pool is in the front of reception so guests using the pool wet the entire reception area and lift this is a major safety hazard but the staff have a don’t care attitude.

I had no need for breakfast. What I look for in a hotel room is cleanliness, a warm shower, a TV I can use (Tevan has YouTube), and helpful staff. Also Tevan is central enough to Jomtien so I can walk to the beach, access local shops, local restaurants, and bars I can relax in. And, of course the nightly rate is very competitive. Next time I'm in Jomtien, I'll stay at this hotel.

Perhaps the view from my room. But it wasn't really an issue. Guests at this pricepoint, I think, care about the crucial points I mentioned above.

Location in Jomtien is good - not far away from the beach, 7-eleven in front of the hotel, there is good covve next to the main entrance which is suitable to work from there.

The hotel is not bad, it is just worn out and a refreshing renovation would not do it any harm. The pictures probably were taken when it was new.

Great value for money at the price we paid,nice rooms,good little pool at front of hotel,great staff,7/11 next door,some good little bars and restaurants within reasonable walking distance

We had a kettle but no coffee is provided not even a spoon if you you as we did just nip to the 7/11 and get some...if you have mobility issues it is a bit of a trek to the beach

The security staff was so kind but the reception staff was bit rude and they are charging so much from tourist the locals there paying so less for the same rooms and not even providing breakfast overall rooms was clean

The room was clean and the air conditioner was working properly.

The room did not have any microwave. The manager of the hotel was very rude and disrespectful. It was a male in the 30 seems to be from the middle east. He was insulting one of the employee in from the people and we were very disappointed to the atmosphere in the hotel. We were very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for the value. It isnt smack in jomtien beach but the beach is quite easily accesible (~10 min walk). Id say central pattaya is a bit away but you can easily get a grab thatll take you there in 10-15 mins. Tonness of 7/11 and food places around.

If you are looking for a beach front view you might be disappointed (but then you can always walk to the beach). I guess my only issue was that the wifi was a bit weak/had connectivity issues and did not work in certain points of the room. There wasnt anything bad about the place. All in all excellent for the value. Though i did not even enquire, i dont think they offer breakfast service, but it was not an issue for me as i just went to pier 21 of terminal 21 and had my fill of food (and theres grab and 7/11 nearby so it is a nonissue). Though there is a pool and again though i didnt use not use it, it wasnt that inviting/was small and felt more of a water decoration element rather than a full pool.
