Jeju Bada Wi Olle Pension

This was our second time staying at this place. The owners, Mr and Mrs Kim, are very friendly and nice people. Mrs Kim made nice kimchi and pancakes, and prepared ice organe juices for us for our trip. We would visit and stay with them again when we visit Jeju next time!

가격이 저렴하다는 점이 먼저 눈에 들어왔습니다. 제주도는 매년 방문하고 있고, 한때 살아보기도 했던 곳이라 더 애정이 갑니다. 근처에는 중국인 사장님이 운영하시는 조식 포함 저렴한 대형 숙소들도 있지만, 아무래도 큰 건물 안에서는 쾌적함을 느끼기가 쉽지 않습니다. 반면 이 숙소는 집처럼 환기가 잘 되어 쾌적했고, 큰 창밖으로 보이는 범섬 풍경 덕분에 '제주에 오길 잘했다'는 생각이 절로 들었습니다.

습한 지역이다보니 아마도 제가 처음 배정 받은 방이 사용 간격이 있던 것 같은데, 베개가 습해서 나는 꿉꿉한 냄새가 있었습니다.

Los propietarios son una pareja mayor muy cercana. Da gusto llegar a la isla y encontrarte con anfitriones tan atentos y amables. Nos invitaron a zumo de mandarina y estaba buenísimo. Hay parking en el alojamiento. El alojamiento está al sur de la isla y está cerca de las cascadas que suelen visitarse.

Room feels a little old

An exceptional place, made truly special by hosts of rare kindness. Their generosity, warmth, and genuine hospitality turn a simple stay into a truly meaningful human experience. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the view is simply breathtaking. But what really makes the difference is the warmth and care of the hosts. After 8 wonderful days, we left with tears in our eyes, feeling as though we were leaving much more than just accommodation behind. The value for money is absolutely exceptional. Stanza grande dorata di una piccola cucina, tavolo con sedie e un balcone con vista. Bagno spazioso, con box doccia, la carta igienica va gettata nel cestino come nella maggior parte dei posti della Corea. Non c'è un asciugamano per la doccia, solo asciugamani piccoli (che vengono cambiati ogni giorno). All'arrivo la proprietaria ci ha offerto una spremuta di mandarino molto buona.

Un po' difficile da trovare il posto che è una stradina laterale. Lontano dai locali, bisogna spostarsi con la macchina.

The balcony was not clean - there was hair on the floor and it was not someplace I felt comfortable going without shoes

The hosts were very welcoming. They did their utmost best to accommodate us the room was clean and close to the bus stop which makes it also convenient for us. We didn't bring an international license so could not rent a car. Taxis and busses are enough and this pension sits well connected. There is also a very nice bakery shop nearby which has great coffee.

The ad advertised seaview, which wasn't the case. We also booked the luxe studio, but the studio was a bit basic, which led to an initial disappointment. Just an old mattress on the floor doesn't say "Luxe". A luxe futon would have been better, or the actual seaview.

Emplacement calme, à côté du centre ville en voiture. Parking gratuit en bas de l’hôtel. Vue incroyable Le gérant a pris le temps de nous accueillir et nous faire faire un petit tour , même si il était tard. Il nous a même proposé plusieurs chambres différentes que celle initialement proposée. Nous avions de base pris une chambre traditionnelle coréenne au ré-de-chaussée et au final avons opté pour une chambre similaire mais avec vue sur la mer à l’étage. Le lit était confortable, la chambre comportait tout ce qu’il nous fallait pour ce séjour (plaque de cuisson, micro onde, frigo, vaisselle etc). la clim fonctionne bien. Le chauffage au sol était également disponible pour les nuits plus fraîches (bien que vu la chaleur lors de notre passage en juillet nous n’en n’ayons pas eu besoin) La gérante nous a offert un jus de mandarine fait maison de Jeju à notre arrivée et lors de notre départ. Le gérant et la gérante sont aux petits soins avec leurs pensionnaires. Je recommande grandement ce lieu pour profiter au mieux de votre séjour ! Nous avons passé 3 merveilleux jours grâce à eux. Merci énormément Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de Jeju grâce à vous.

This place is beautiful! Location is great, convenient stores are nearby, a lot of places to visit around. Owners are very friendly and nice people. Very quiet and clean place. I would recommend to everyone to stay here. Thank you very much!

Nice hosts. We like the welcome drink of tangerine juice. The lady host made nice Kim Chi pancake which was very nice.

Owner is the couple which staying there, they are very friendly and alert, once park my vehicle right in Infront of the property, the owner immediately welcomes us. Easy check in and guide us to the room, explain & show us the room facility especially the TV set. The lady owner give us a small jug of fresh orange juice. Thank you!

Room at level 2 not able to view the sea and island.

Great place and a very convenient location! The south of the island has lots to offer, and this place is roughly in the middle, making it a great "home base." It's close to a bus stop (including the airport express), a big supermarket, and is within walking distance to the shore. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special. They are incredibly warm and generous, even sharing local food with us. By the end of our month-long stay, it was hard to say goodbye! And even after a month, it still wasn't enough time to explore everything.

A minor heads-up: a nearby house is occasionally rented by groups who enjoy karaoke. However, the pension has great windows that block most of the sound. In our entire month there, we only heard late parties outside twice, and simply closing the windows allowed us to sleep fine.

Die Pension ist schön gelegen, nahe am Meer, nahe am Wanderweg und nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Toll fanden wir den großen Kühlschrank, der Fernseher funktionierte und nett war auch der Willkommensdrink!

Leider waren die Gläser im Schrank sehr schmutzig und mussten erst einmal gesäubert werden, es gab kein kostenloses Trinkwasser, Die Badetücher sind vieeel zu klein (etwas größer als A4, zum Duschen nicht geeignet), das Bett war sehr hart und man spürte die Bettfedern. Das Toilettenpapier war zu wenig. Das Fliegengitter hakte. Bevor man ins Zimmer durfte musste man erstmal bezahlen. Ich hätte mich nach der langen Anreise erstmal über Entspannung gefreut, den Rest hätte man auch während des Aufenthaltes regeln können.

The host was very kind and attentive, we even received freshly squeezed local fruit juice several times, which we really appreciated. The accommodation is great, set in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the apartment is well-equipped.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Pokój był przytulny, czysty i miał przepiękny widok. Okolica była spokojna i cicha, idealna do odpoczynku. Gospodarze byli bardzo mili i pomocni – od razu można było poczuć się jak u siebie. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy ponownie!

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is spectacular with amazing views and restaurants within walking distance. We had a car which gave us an even wider range to explore the southern part of the island as well as the interior mountains. Highly recommended.

Warm welcome with mandarine juice 🤗

The place was clean and perfect for our group of 6. There were no stairs to the apartment which suited the needs of our group. The location was great, we especially loved the convenience of emart (5 mins drive) for some quick food shopping after a long day of sightseeing. Ahjussi and his wife took good care of us. Fresh towels daily, recommendations for places to visit, yummy treats and warm greetings. Ahjussi always made sure we had a parking lot and was always there when we returned from a day of sightseeing. On our last night, he made sure we could park right outside our apartment to easily load our luggages the next day. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really! Just be prepared that the towels provided are the jimjilbang-sized towels and not the full sized ones.

È una pensione a conduzione familiare. I proprietari sono gentilissimi: ci hanno offerto un succo di mandarini appena arrivate. La stanza era spaziosa e aveva una vista mare pazzesca

Ben collegato con i mezzi, ma comunque un' po' decentralizzato da Seogwipo. Nelle vicinanze solo un ristorante e un convenient store

-It is situated in a quiet alley, with good security, only 2 or 3 mins walking to the nearest beach, where you can have a great view to Seogeondo Island. You can even walk to one small island when low tide reveals a path through the ocean, it's fantastic. In case you need to catch a bus to the town or other touristic places, bus stops are at the beginning of the alley, only 1 or 2 mins walking. -The location on Google Maps is not accurate, you should use Naver instead. I put a photo of this place here. After entering the alley, you can easily find it on your left side. -Hosts are friendly, and they are willing to help. This uncle also takes our sister and her kid to the Jeju Waterworld by his car, while this aunty offers us snack and Jeju tangerine juice. We feel like home. -Room is good, floor heating system works well. Balcony on the 3rd floor offers a fascinating view to the ocean, I can sit there enjoying my breakfast even in winter. Kitchen has basic stuff, microwave and fridge are available. Bathroom is spacious and clean, towels are available.

-As they use floor heating system in the bedroom and kitchen only, bathroom is a little bit cold. -No elevator. For me it's not a problem, but my sister comes with kid, so she may need help in carrying big luggage. However, hosts are willing to help, they are always there supporting us. We appreciate this.

Dans l’ensemble c’était superbe. Nous étions 4 et le logement comprenait deux chambres et deux salles de bains avec une cuisine bien équipée. Nous avions aussi un balcon avec une belle vue sur la mer. L’endroit est calme et il y a de la place pour se garer juste devant. Le personnel est très sympa. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un jus pressé maison. Ils étaient serviables et vraiment aimables.

Logement avec quelques usures mais ça reste un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

兩家人8個人共住，可以從偶來市場買東西回來吃，也可以買東西回來煮，喝喝燒啤共樂。附近有一家飯捲店很好吃。但其中一個地鋪房間只適合2大2小，4個大人就會很擠。

2個房間的浴室一起洗澡，水壓不穩會忽冷忽熱，廚房內的洗衣機洗一半故障，但外面有共用的洗衣機可用。

各方面都很满意，房东人很好。

房东夫妇人很好，友善又热情，请我们喝了鲜榨的橘子汁。房间宽敞，设施齐全，环境清静，还带小院子，很适合全家人入住。

예약을 사전에 했어요 미리 하루 전 부터 방안의 온도를 미리 적당히 올려 놓았으면 합니다 첫날은 방안이 생각보다 추웠어요

혼자하셔서 그런지 냉장고와 수저보관통에 머리카락이 있고 욕실 거울도 먼지가 잔뜩 끼어 있었어요 그래도 편히 쉬고 왔습니다

방도 따뜻하고 침대도 편하고 잠도 잘 자고 사장님들도 친절하고 많은 문제를 해결해 주고 오렌지 주스도 맛있고 전부 다 좋아요.

Muy buen servicio y atento a tus necesidades. Los dueños fueron muy hospitalarios y amables con nosotros. Sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos.

The room was adequate for 2 people with basic kitchen facilities including a stove and microwave. There is a washing machine in the common area next to the reception though no dryer, but you can request for a drying rack from the owners. It is a nice quiet area and advisable to rent a car for ease of travel. We couldn't find the address on the rental car navigation system when we arrived and had to use Naver map. Another option would be to search for the closest property next to the accommodation, which is Famille Resort. There was no cleaning service during the 3 nights stay but you can hand in your used towels to the reception in exchange for clean ones if required. There is a CU and G25 convenient store nearby.

The towels were too small to be bath towels.

La amabilidad de los dueños en todo momento sobresale al espacio de la habitación, estaba limpio, por ser 4 esperábamos futones individuales, aún así se descanso bien Las toallas se cambiaban todos los días y nos recibieron con jugo de mandarina 🙂 Había proximidad a estaciones de bus, dado que en Jeju se dificulta mucho el transporte en bus por distancias largas, aún así era accesible a estaciones de bus

El espacio pequeño para 4 personas , el baño igual fue incómodo al estar juntos letrete y vitrina La distancia al aeropuerto en carro es casi 1 hora y es bus 1 hora 50 más o menos

Stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who were helpful throughout the stay. The view is relaxing, and the environment is quiet. A popular brunch is a short walk away, and the famous female divers are a bit further but worth it for the sashimi. All in all, a great choice if the location works for you.

There's not much in the vicinity outside of a couple scenic points and restaurants. It didn't bother me since I was attending a nearby event, but I would rent a scooter if I book here again.

Nice place at a peaceful location, central to the southern part of the island. The hosts were very kind and helpful with everything. Thank you for the daily sightseeing suggestions and overall being available and thoughtful, it felt very homely.

There is a fridge creating a bit of noise

The owners are extremely nice people, and this is one of the homiest places we visited in South Korea. We will forever remember the fresh tangerine juice given to us one of the mornings by the nice lady, which we drank on the top of Sunrise Peak, it was perfect. If you have a car than the location is terrific and the parking very convenient.

There were only small towels (we used two to dry after a shower) which was kinda weird but no big deal (we didn't try to ask for bigger towels so perhaps this one's on us). Also the room could have been a bit cleaner but overall we had a good stay.

Clean and well-equiped appartment, free parking available. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, we received fresh juice and cake when we arrived.

Suggest to future travelers to bring your own towels as the ones from the lodging are very small and rough.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Außerdem haben sie uns selbstgemachten Saft gegeben. Das Zimmer war groß und der Ausblick war toll. Die Lage ist auch gut, man kann z.B. alle Wasserfälle gut erreichen.
