Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We were able to drop off our luggage at the hotel before taking the car to the nearby public free car park. The hotel was nicely located to explore the town and the restaurants.
The reception team were not as good as they should have been. Only one person was available to check people in when we arrived which resulted is a long queue. That single receptionist appeared to be unhappy with the second receptionist when he eventually returned. The management should arrange for additional receptionists to be made available when queues occurred. Just as supermarkets do. We raised this with reception when we checked out and were told "Sometimes this happens".
