Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Stayed during my business trip, at Standard King Room with Lake View - Lounge Access. This room had fantastic view of slender west lake. The hotel was not very new, but it was cosy and spacious. Staff were kind.
Lounge access (meaning executive lounge) includes afternoon tea(2 -4pm) and dinner happy hour (5:30-7:30pm). But not much food selection.

Было душно и жарко спать. Кондиционер не регулируется, видимо общая система работает. Ставили на 18, но в комнатах было 25-26. Спасали немного открытые форточки. А так кровать и подушки очень удобные. Для такого номера не мешает поставить кофе машину.

Room was advertised as two double beds but was actually only two king singles. The pool was meant to be open until 10pm but it was shut at 9.20pm at the staff had put so much bleach around that it was pretty toxic. When I complained at checkout I was offered two free dragon soft toys.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2024The hotel is located in a quiet zone with a nice river view. The room is spacious with sofa and working desk. The toilel is also spacious with both shower and bathtub, and is provided with full toilet amenities including a weighing scale. The restaruant that serve the morning breakfast is provided with both local and western cusine. There is a nearby distrct with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.
The hotel is located remotely far from the city attractions and taxi or Didi travel to and fro the hotel is normal. The room thermostat is obviously not working as the room temperature remain the same irregardless of the settings.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2023It’s pretty near to the railway station, only 8 minutes by car. Also It has a big swimming pool.
The hotel has been built for a comparatively long time, some facilities are worn, I.e. the water pressure is not strong enough that the shower is not that enjoyable. Although staff are pretty nice and friendly, still there are many information shall be introduced at the check-in, I.e. restaurants, operation hours of swimming pool/gym, welcome drink. Suggest more training on details.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2016Hotel is good. Comfortable room with breakfast. I am not able to come with my family to visit Yangzhou together due to I do not have any holiday at this moment. Thus I made reservation of two room for my family to stay over two days. The prepaid rate I paid is actually including breakfast, however receptionist insisted to say breakfast is not including and asked my family to pay for that!!! My mum almost pay for extra CNY 800.00 for 2 days breakfast of 4 people if I did not send confirmation to her on time!!! What I would like to say its a nice hotel but certainly is not a very pleasant experience of my parents and my 90 years old grandpa staying there! I do not think I will book this hotel again for my family next time.
