I liked the location near whole foods. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Location, price and cleanliness. Nice staff and people.

Beds were too firm. Spare blanket had holes in it! Weird…

Breakfast had many options. I asked a special request and it wasn’t granted. All I wanted was a top floor as I despise hearing people above me. I heard THUMP THUMP THUMP.

No whole milk. Either skim or 2%. Just low fat options. Hot tub was luke warm. Maybe 101 degrees. Pool was murky and my kid didn’t want to swim in the murky water.

Road construction made it impossible to get dinner.

The rooms were great! We loved the proximity to Lagoon and the shuttle service to the park. The staff were so friendly and kind. Great breakfast and excellent stay!

Close the location, they had shuttle to the park and pick up which was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful and always answered questions we may have. Overall the stay was very pleasant!

The location to Lagoon is great and the shuttle service was a wonderful option. The bed was comfortable and the AC was beyond amazing.

I had issues at check in because I went through booking.com to reserve the room blah blah blah most likely won’t be staying there again. Morning breakfast is crazy over priced and should have been included with the purchase of the room per night. There was no transportation because we were there during the off season, considering Utah didn’t really have snow this winter, was there really an on season, but I digress. I’ve never understood closing the gym, pool and hot tub in a resort town. You have staff members 24/7 so why not just allow your guests to use the amenities they are paying for at their convenience. Next time I’ll just find somewhere in Salt Lake City to stay and avoid Park City.

The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. The pool was down when we first got there but available after not too long, though the water stayed milky the whole time, maybe that's normal? The jets on the hot tub only last for about 5 minutes.

Maybe just a few more options for breakfast would be nice. The pool area is SO HOT. If you aren’t swimming and just sitting on the side watching kids you really suffer. For real!

We had the best time. The employees were so helpful! Our room was so clean. They made a point to have enough clean towels for all of us. They made sure to let us know our uber eats was there, and that they were fine to deliver it to our room. Hands down the best experience I've had with hotel staff.

We were going to Lagoon and it was very close. Even better there was a shuttle to take us there and back! Breakfast was wonderful. So many foods to choose from!

Everything about our stay was perfect and we brought a whole crew of children with us. The staff was amazing, the pool stays open late, which is a great bonus with kids and the breakfast was delicious.

First we were greeted with the sweetest receptionist, who informed us all where the closest stores and restaurants were located. That was so helpful! Then after we checked in, the same gal, Stormie, took us to Lagoon and then picked us up when Lagoon closed, that evening. She was wonderful!! Special Thank You to her!! The room was clean and beds were made each day, thank you to those gals too!! Plus the breakfast area was nice and clean and the food was real good, thank you!!

The location to Lagoon was perfect and felt safe. The staff was kind and helpful. Very clean.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Mattresses could be better, too. Breakfast had a lot of options but tasted bad. The jets in the hot tub were wild and kept shooting us in the face while trying to relax.

It was close to everything we wanted to see. Our daughter and son in law live nearby only 5 minutes from the hotel. Stores were close as was the freeway. Perfect location.

Very friendly staff

We requested a top floor and instead received a bottom handicapped room. The room is very close to a side entrance. Here's the big problem, if you use cart for luggage there's no ramp. Also the bench and chair look like they was purchased at a garage sale. There were only two shower towels in the bathroom and the coffee in the lobby was luke warm at best. We chose the Hampton Inn because we stayed here last year and were very happy. We even recommended our daughter staying here. Yes, they were pleased.
