Odalar minimalist. Esasında ihtiyaç olan her şey var. Ama çok eski, asansör yok çok dar ve dik merdivenleri ağır bavullarla çıkmak zor. Kahvaltıyı dışarıda başka bir yerde yemek daha iyi.

My room was not set up to deal with the heatwave. As no A/c and just a desk fan, i felt like I was in an oven and sleep was barely possible the first two days

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Le situation géographique est idéale Et c'est bien ce qu'on paye ! Il faut juste en être conscient, mais sans climatisation.
Ce dont personne n'est responsable et qui ne peux évidemment pas changer : le mini escalier en colimaçon pour monter les 3 étages pour atteindre notre chambre (n°6) La douche et son jet tout cassé qui fait mal ; ainsi que l'eau qui devient brûlante ou glacée selon "je ne sais quoi" Le drap qui est trop petit et ne va pas jusqu'en haut du lit (ce qui fait que le tête est sur l'alèse. Le dessus de lit en matière pilou-pilou très malvenu avec les 35° de la semaine. Le frigo duquel une bête s'est envolée (type mite) et surtout qui ne fait pas du tout de froid !!!!!!!!!

Solo a modo de observación, las escaleras son muy estrechas y no cuenta con ascensor por lo que es un punto a tener en cuenta por si se tienen problemas e movilidad. Es bastante incómodo para subir y bajar con maletas

I was on the 3rd floor and though I could get up and down the winding staircase fine there is no way I could have managed my large suitcase . Staff were happy to assist .

Le petit déjeuner était indiqué sur la fiche de l’hôtel alors qu’il n’était pas possible de le prendre à l’hôtel. Une bouilloire serait la bienvenue dans la chambre. Mon avis sur l’emplacement est mitigé : très bien placé car en plein centre-ville, tout est accessible à pieds. Mais l’inconvénient de l’avantage c’est le bruit : le week-end impossible de dormir avant 3 heures du matin à cause des cris, des hurlements et de rires dans la rue.

The rooms, which are located above a gift shop, are accessible via a tight spiral staircase. The owner and her staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the price was quite reasonable.
No complaints. The building is old, but we viewed that as a positive. People who are expecting a fancy, modern hotel with lots of perks should consider looking elsewhere.

Reviewed May 20, 2026O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, em frente ao Manekin. O hotel parece antigo mas os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Banheiro grande, com ducha forte e quente. Camas e travesseiros bons. Próximo encontramos uma variedade de lojas e restaurantes. Fica a 5 minutos a pé da praça central. Vale muito a pena. O atendimento é muito pratico e rápido e o acesso é direto na porta colocando um código que te passam quando vc chega. Isso permite que vc entre e saia quando quiser.
Como de costume sem elevador, mas já sabíamos disso e não estragou nossa experiência. Não possui também um louge ou recepção, o acesso é direto aos quartos.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Hôtel très bien situé juste à côté du Manneken Pis. On accède à la grand-place et aux musées très facilement en une dizaine de minutes à pied seulement. Le personnel est très agréable et nous a même proposé de garder nos bagages le jour de notre départ pour que nous puissions aller nous balader. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans la chambre et est relativement copieux. La chambre est plutôt bien insonorisée vu l'emplacement très touristique. Le petit plus : la boutique souvenirs juste en bas de l'hôtel où on peut trouver notre bonheur.

Inak všetko čisté, kúpeľňa a kozmetické prostriedky dostačujúce. Postele pohodlné. Kúrenie funkčné a ľahko nastaviteľné. Hotel má výbornú polohu. Raňajky prinesú len na izbu, ale určite sa oplatili.

I think some facilities could be upgraded i.e. a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be a good improvement. Also, when we first checked in the room we were allocated clearly had a broken shower door. We were given another room which was good. However the shower in that room may need tightening or fixing as the shower head wasn't working properly.
