Great location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The pool was also a bonus.

El hotel es una maravilla. Tanto el propio edificio, como la decoración, el pequeño oasis que tienen en la terraza con piscina incluida, todo perfecto. A parte del desayuno picamos algo en la piscina algunos día y todo muy bien. Se agradece mucho la piscina para las horas punta de calor que pueden ser muy fuertes en Cartagena. Sin duda, un acierto.

The building has a lot of charm which can be found in both the space, furniture and the details. I love the open vide with balustrade, small winding stars to terrace, stonework and wooden details.

The pool is nice but some of the paint needs to be redone.

The facilities looked a bit old. I know its part of the look in itself, but sometimes it seemed like it was okd and not part of the look.

El lugar es bastante lindo, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, estaba bastante limpio, tienen varias elecciones para desayunar y está muy bien ubicado, a pesar de estar en el centro histórico se descansa bastante bien y no hay ruido de la calle.

L’emplacement est super, l’hôtel est récemment rénové avec goût. Une piscine à l’étage un roof top. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Super hôtels que je recommande sans hésiter

The room was unique, likely built into an old part of the town's historic center. The courtyard created a cool ambiance. The location was especially good. The spot is within walking distance of everything in Centro Historico without being right next to any noise (in particular, the Ely coffee shop and the Buena Vida rooftop seafood restaurant). My room felt especially tucked in.

They didn't have an elevator, so I had to take the stairs. That wasn't a big deal to me because it was only 3 floors, but for others, it might be a deal-breaker. My room didn't have a ton of natural light; I didn't mind much, but if that's something you are seeking, make sure to ask the staff.

Facilities felt quite dated

Nous avons été très déçus en arrivant en constatant que la chambre double standard qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées. Très cher (190€ la nuit) pour une chambre sans fenêtre, très petite et donnant sur le patio. C’est du vol ! Nous avons annulé notre réservation à notre arrivée, donc bon… Méfiez-vous, vous n’obtiendrez aucune surclassement gratuit mais ils ont quand été collaboratifs pour nous octroyer une annulation gratuite.

Desde que llegamos la atención del personal fue extremadamente mala, realmente desde ahí ya toda la Experiencia se vuelve difícil de disfrutar. Mala actitud, malas caras, malos tratos. Preguntar si podían ayudarnos a subir la maleta al segundo piso fue casi como si los hubiéramos insultado. Realmente más que un hotel boutique el trato del personal de recepción y la falta de información hizo que se sintiera más como un “hostal boutique”.

Alojamiento céntrico y piscina agradable

Imposible dormir. Nos dieron las habitaciones 1 y 3. La nuestra era superior, amplia pero el baño era abierto y daba a la cocina de la terraza del hotel, se oía todo.Para salír al baño tenías que subir la cortina y abrir una puerta que rozaba con el suelo. La de los chicos daba a la calle y aunque en principio les dijeron que les iban a hacer upgrade por ser Genius no lo hicieron por un problema en un baño y les dieron esta. En los tres días no pudieron dormir más de dos horas, es como dormir en la calle , zona muy concurrida , A cambio les dieron dos cocktails pero no compensa.El desayuno bueno pero tardaban más de una hora y cuarto en servirlo. Recepción. 24 horas pero aún habiendo avisado casi perdemos una excursión porque cierran las puertas exteriores y no encontrábamos el chico.

El hotel Boutique La Passion by Masaya Collection esta ubicado dentro de la ciudad amurallada en Cartagena de Indias, sobre la calle del Estanco, su ubicación es realmente muy buena, pues caminando a 3 calles literal, se encuentra la famosa Torre del Reloj.

Lo único que encuentro (pero ya no es solo el hotel, si no un fenómeno generalizado y extendido por toda la ciudad. Precios elevados..

Wonderful house, helpful staff, big room very nicely decorated, great breakfast. Also a pool available with extended hours. Thankfully we were offered a room upgrade at ground floor.

Outside bathroom, bedroom not sealed, so mosquitos could always reach you. Small stairs with no lift.

Se podría mejorar el área de desayuno, no son muchas mesas y un día llegamos a desayunas y no había espacio.

The location was excellent, the staff were so friendly and fun, especially the ladies on the rooftop bar. Reception were also a great help and no matter who you spoke to they were always friendly and professional.

I can’t think of one thing we didn’t like although it’s worth noting the shower/bath was in an open plan living area and this may not suit everyone.

Por decir algo, había algo de olor a humedad.. pero creo q eso es común en Cartagena.

Dieses charmante Hotel liegt mitten im Centro Historico, hat Charme und ein gemütliches Rooftop mit Pool! Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und originell eingerichtet.

In unserem Zimmer war ein spezieller Geruch und wir hatten nur Sicht auf den Patio. Im Rooftop-Bereich hat man keine gute Internet-Verbindung.

El edificio es precioso. Las habitaciones espectaculares. La ubicación muy buena. El desayuno y el personal muy amable. La azotea con su piscina y su zona de estar perfecta para aislarte del bullicio.

El servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto no es recomendable en absoluto. Teniendo en cuenta que vale 4 veces más que el trayecto por Uber, el coche que nos recogió llegó tarde, estaba en muy mal estado, y la impresión que nos dio el conductor no fue buena. Recomendamos el Uber que funciona muy bien y es de confianza, pero dada la calidad del resto de servicios del hotel, deberían mejorar este aspecto

Súper súper bonito, el edificio es muy hermoso y la iluminación es espectacular, las chicas del desayuno y almuerzo son súper amables y queridas, les agrezco la gentileza y amabilidad

Aunque nuestra habitación es increíble, la ducha se beneficiaría de un tris más de privacidad. De todos modos, es increíble y espaciosa

The location is central to everywhere in the old city. Great restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and graciously helped us with changing to a more comfortable room than we were put in our first night. The pool was very clean. Rooftop place for relaxing was very pleasant.

We had reserved the apartment. It turned out to be very uncomfortable. There are no windows, and the second bed was a sofa which did not fit a short adult. It is next door to the hotel but did not feel safe or confortable for 2 women. Once we moved to the main hotel the new room we had was way more comfortable and pleasant. There are two very steep staircases in the main hotel, which were a bit challenging.

Que no hicieran actividades en el hotel. Hay otro hotel de la misma marca en Cartagena que si ofrece actividades dentro del hotel para sus huéspedes. Creo que deberían adaptarlo al tipo de público que recibe este hotel e implementarlo, sobre todo en días feos con lluvia nublados donde capaz no está la chance de hacer un tour fuera.

I loved the breakfast. It’s served on the rooftop by the pool and made fresh to order for everyone. You get an option of eggs (omelets or scrambled) with toppings, a juice, a coffee or tea, a plate of fruits, and an arepa. We also really appreciated that there was a water dispenser with filtered drinking water at reception. It was really awesome to not have to buy a ton of water bottles from the local stores and just stay hydrated in the heat. Powerful AC was great too!

This is more of a personal preference, but the recommendations that reception will give you for local restaurants are going to be for those really expensive, touristy restaurants with fancy small plates and live shows. I personally like the hole-in-the-wall local spots and had to go find those myself. But the fancy recommendations they gave looked really cool if that’s what you prefer!

Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel . La verdad malas las instalaciones . Las piezas sin frigobar . Mi marido se cortó el pie porque le pasaron un refri en mal estado con las bandejas y para peor le cobraron el agua que se cayó . Hay hoteles mucho mejores

Todas las habitaciones eran por escaleras y mi esposa y yo somos mayores de edad. Debo destacar que el personal se ocupó muy amablemente para que pudiéramos hospedarnos en el Hotel Anandá, que es donde pasamos nuestra estadía. Por lo que vimos del Hotel, nos pareció hermoso.

Me encantó el estilo colonial, la comodidad de la cama, y el detalle en la habitación.

Cogimos una habitación superior, y tienen varias que para nada tienen que ver unas con las otras. Cambian mucho sobre todo el tamaño. Nosotros elegimos una con bañera pero al llegar no había y nos asignaron otra, en teoría superior a la contratada, y aunque la habitación era grande y estaba bastante bien, no era lo que habíamos contratado. El personal nos atendió estupendamente y nos quiso ayudar en todo, pero aún así, esperábamos más de la habitación ya que íbamos de luna de miel y era ocasión especial.

Einen wunderschönes Hotel, mitten in der historischen Altstadt, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir hatten ein ganz toll eingerichtetes großes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Pool zum relaxen. Positiv ist auch, dass man kostenlos gefiltertes Wasser erhält.

Die Dusche wurde leider nicht sehr warm, war aber bei den hohen Temperaturen draußen kein Problem.

I had a fantastic stay at La Passion by Masaya. The hotel perfectly blends charm, comfort, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Cartagena’s Old Town. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious, served in a beautiful outdoor setting with genuinely kind service. After long, hot days exploring the city, the strong A/C and reliable hot shower felt heavenly. The rooms were unique, stylish, and full of character, and our balcony was especially beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax after busy days walking around Cartagena. One of the standout parts of our stay was the hospitality. Marcela was incredibly helpful throughout our visit — answering countless questions and helping arrange reasonably priced transportation, laundry, massages, and anything else we needed. The entire staff made the experience feel exceptionally warm and welcoming from beginning to end. The location truly could not have been better. Nearly everywhere we wanted to go was just steps away, yet the hotel still felt adequately quiet and peaceful at night. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Thoughtful touches like complimentary drinking water always available for guests made a great experience even better. This hotel was an outstanding value for the quality, comfort, service, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends and family visiting Cartagena.

The hotel was really close to the city centre, but sufficiently away as to be in a quiet area. The room was really ample and comfortable, within an stunning old building. Well decorated, not very busy, and with a nice pool and bar in the roof, that allows for a good relaxing time. Breakfast was good, and there is a coffee shop by the hotel where they serve local coffees and pastries in a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Nothing to fault.

Nothing really, we found interesting that the shower/bath was open in the main bedroom, but this did not jeopardise the enjoyment of the room or the facilities. Pricewise, is within the price range in Cartagena, where prices are higher than in the rest of Colombia

The location, service and rooms were all wonderful. Having the rooftop bar/restaurant and pool were also very nice.

This is a lovely little hotel, with the best, friendliest people on staff. Every time I returned it to the hotel , it felt like I was being welcomed home. It's very close to everything, but this corner is a little quieter than other parts of the city. The executive suites are very spacious, and the balconies allow you to enjoy the vibrance of the city below.

La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable, en pleno centro, cerca de muchos sitios para comer y cenar. El desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones geniales y con todas las comodidades para pasar una buena estancia. La amabilidad del personal, super atento y dispuesto; nos ayudaron con todo, sobre todo Marcela de recepción que estuvo súper pendiente y consiguió aconsejarnos con lugares y planes para hacer para que nuestro viaje fuera mucho mejor. El horario de la piscina es genial. La estancia fuer inmejorable, muy recomendable!!

The room was nothing like the photos, there were no windows in my room, felt like I was kidnapped. Towels are not changed if not requested.

Hotel colonial, bonito pero con detalles algo descuidados. Habitación espaciosa, y cómoda con cama grande. Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Muy bien ubicado, fuimos andando a todos los puntos turísticos. Desayuno a la carta muy completo y rico. Piscina en la terraza y zona chill out con buenas vistas.

No hay agua caliente, como mucho sale un poco templada. Esto no debería pasar en un hotel 4*. Reservamos una habitación con ventana lo cual es importante y cuando llegamos nos dieron una sin ventana. Deberían tener esto bien diferenciado a la hora de reservar y con las fotos correctas. Escaleras muy estrechas y empinadas para subir a la terraza.

No tiene frigobar en las piezas , con el calor horrible que hace . Nos pasaron un refri viejo , donde estaban mal las repisas , mi marido se le cayó un agua y se hizo un corte profundo en el pie y para peor nos cobraron el agua … ridículo

Location was great in historic Cartagena. Great recommendation for dinner at Burma vida. Staff was very nice and helpful. Gorgeous boutique hotel with a spacious room. A/C worked great. Smart tv incase you want to watch something. Breakfast was also great.
