The location was excellent and close to everything. We walked everywhere easily without having to catch transport. Staff were great and accommodating. Breakfast was brought to you room during the allocated times and was of good quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Rome. The customer service was truly excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Very cute boutique style hotel tastefully decorated. The breakfast served in the room was amazing and such a lovely touch — everything was fresh and delicious. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hot tub/ Jacuzzi were a treat after a long day. The location was also excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. What really stood out, though, was the genuine hospitality and how attentive the entire team was to our needs. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

This hotel was probably the best one I have ever stayed in, the service was amazing, the rooms was perfect, the location was the best yet, we would defiantly use this location and hotel again, worth every penny

Great location, well decorated and clean. The breakfast provided in room was better than expected. All staff were really nice.

No power on the first day/night, as such I banged and cut my head going to the bar area upstairs due to no lighting. The air conditioning switched off at times during the night. The room did not reflect the size of room in the picture advertising it.

A great location. Walking distance to all of the sites we wanted to visit in Rome. Staff were exceptional, which made our stay even better! The room had everything that we needed.

This location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain along with many other sites to see. Tons of shopping and restaurants available within walking distance. The staff and amenities were above expectations.

Super friendly staff who offered a free upgrade and drinks for our anniversary. Great location and the rooms are a perfect mixture of old and new. Always available on WhatsApp and had a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and always eager to help with everything. I’d especially like to commend the wonderful Hoda, who helped us so much and was always smiling and charming! We had a minor maintenance issue, but they fixed it as quickly as possible and went out of their way to make the rest of our stay comfortable as compensation. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions in Rome, and surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries - yet the room remained incredibly quiet! The rooms are beautifully designed, and the level of cleanliness and maintenance was very high. Also, the air conditioning worked amazingly well!! This is so important, especially during the harsh summer months, and definitely not something you can take for granted in Europe. Breakfast was also excellent. We stayed here for 3 nights (a couple with a 2.5-year-old toddler) and it was a truly wonderful experience. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

Icy cold air-conditioning. Hot/cold breakfast delivered each morning. Small rooftop bar with complimentary spritz & nibbles on our first day. Complimentary daily still & sparkling water plus daily housekeeping. 2 restaurants directly outside & others nearby. Easy 10 minute walk to Trastevere. Pantheon, Piazza Navona are also nearby. Highly recommend!!

The room was very nice, but the pillows, for our personal taste, were a bit too soft. The bed was very cozy, the location is absolutely exceptional, and all the staff we encountered were exceptional. The aperativo service was outstanding and is a highly recommended place to stay while in Roma. When we plan our next Roam trip, we would most certainly stay at this property again.

Better selection of pillow firmness. The overall price of the room was quite pricey, but it was a very nice accommodation to say the least. The hotel staff interactions for sure helped make the experience.

The location was great with close by restaurants all in the area. Not too crowded and not to empty the area was perfect. They were able to hold our bags and the communication was clear and on point! I even forgot my glasses after checkout and they helped me get them back. The staff is what puts this place over the top.

Moi je sais pas veille qu’elle sera mon appétit le lendemain. À part tout commander et en laisser la moitié sur la table. De plus plus pour la commande il faut scanner un flash code (ça OK) mais si vous avez Safari comme navigateur internet ça bug.

The hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, and there is a bus stop right in front, making it very convenient to get around. Our room was spotless, cool, and comfortable. It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bed linens provided, along with complimentary coffee and drinking water. The breakfast is available for an additional charge and is absolutely worth it. It offers a wide variety of delicious choices and was delivered to our room promptly every morning. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Rome so enjoyable. this hotel is beyond amazing. we booked 3 nights not knowing how wonderful our stay there will be. stuff are so lovely, so nice, always smiling. location is great, close to everything, even right downstairs at the street there is an amazing italian restaurant. such beautiful and clean rooms and you can see that they are thinking of the little things for you. each day they will put water and sparkling water at your room table. we moved to sorrento for 2 nights and came back to this hotel again after 1 night there because we truly wanted our trip to be memorable at this hotel. thank u for making our trip amazing🩷

Zdecydowanie polecam, super lokalizacja, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie a na poziomie światowym obsługa. Tamar, Hoda, Faruk zawsze bardzo pomocni i mili, podobnie jak i reszta zespołu, niestety imion już nie zapamiętałem.

Una estancia maravillosa, el hotel es super limpio, comodo y el personal sumamente amable. Yahir es en particular una persona del staff con muchísima calidad profesional y humana. Lo recomiendo a los hispanohablantes. Un 10/10 sin duda alguna. En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel es lo mas céntrico que pueden imaginarse.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and wish it could have been longer. The entire property was excellent and our room was perfect. The location was convenient, perfect for exploring the amazing sights. The staff was incredible, especially Faruk and Tamar, they made our stay stress free. I don't know if we will ever get back to Rome again, but if we do, there is no question about where we will be staying.

We were given the opportunity to move to the new sister hotel next door and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us especially Jair. The hotel opened a week before our arrival and was tastefully decorated. Rooms are extremely comfortable with a large shower. The hotel has only seven rooms so guests get to know staff as well as other guests.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

L'emplacement est vraiment top. L'hôtel est très propre. On peut visiter Rome à pied de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa. Petite particularité pour Tarma qui nous a bien aidés en arrivant. Le petit-déjeuner est servi à la carte sur un choix de la veille. C'est délicieux! Il est possible de manger en chambre ou sur la terrasse en rooftop!

Nos dieron la habitación Junior con yacuzi que prácticamente no tiene espacio para moverse. No tiene ducha independiente por lo cual es difícil bañarse para personas mayores. Nos cambiaron a una habitación superior muy cómoda, con cama redonda al otro día.

El ascensor no llega a algunas habitaciones, por lo tanto debes usar escaleras que no cumplen con la seguridad ya que tienen adornos voluminosos en los descansos. Yo me tropecé al bajar las escaleras. El personal es amable pero parece presionado para mantener el puntaje de booking.

Faruk and the staff were amazing. The location was also so convenient and breakfast in bed everyday was beautiful. I even recommended other family members to stay there when they go to Rome!

Absolutely exceptional stay! Daniela went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied throughout our visit. We originally booked for two nights, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay for a third night. The location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the Jewish Quarter, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was of a very high standard, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Daniela's hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests truly made our stay special. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and appreciated all the extra effort she put in to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation in an excellent location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only drawback was the relatively high price, but the quality of the accommodation, the perfect location, and Daniela's exceptional service more than compensated for it.

Excellent location, well set rooms, room cleaned and bed sheets changed every day. Very welcoming staff. Coffee and water loaded every day. Pillow menu. Comfortable bed. No problems at all with the bathroom, which is rare in Rome, rainforest shower.

I cannot rate this hotel high enough! The staff are excellent and there is air conditioning and an elevator. The location is incredibly walkable and you are very close to famous places like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain/Roman forum. The staff are incredibly accommodating and hardworking. Will definitely come back here again.

It was not a long walk to many things, like the capital building, the coliseum, and Trivi Fountain, and pantheon.

It is in a very busy area which was fine but only a bit noisy at night.

ישנם חדרים שבהם אין פרטיות בחדר הרחצה, ממש זכוכית שקופה שמפרידה בין חדר השינה והמקלחת וזה לא מתאים לכל אחד. כשהגענו וראינו שזה החדר שקיבלנו אז ביקשנו להחליף כי זה לא היה לנו נוח והצוות היה מקסים ואכפתי ודאג לנו למחרת להחלפה לחדר הרבה יותר נעים ונוח ועם פרטיות

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception sehr freundlich, kompetent und organisatorisch hilfsbereit. Alle englischsprachig. Die Terrasse und das Frühstück bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse perfekt. Auch hier sehr geschulte, freundliche Mitarbeiter.

We had booked into this hotel before the war broke out in the Middle East and they wouldn’t let us cancel the booking after our flights were cancelled. However instead of losing the booking completely since it was around 3,000 euro we emailed them to let them know that a friend will be staying in the hotel on the fourth night on our behalf. When the friend turned up at the hotel to check in, they had given the room away and double booked it. Not only taking our money but doubling it by booking someone else in there. The staff member on the counter Danielle was very rude and not understanding at all. Not only was she rude he was told he would have to find another hotel.

Great location not far from Pantheon and Trevi fountain, walking distance to hop on buses. Restaurants supermarket self serve laundromat nearby. Great roof top bar to unwind after 6pm. Opposite ruins where Julius Caesar was killed.

האמת הכל היה ממש מצויין אם להיות קטנוניים התאורה במקלחת. במקלחות יש אופציה לתאורת לד בצבעים משתנים ואדים שזה חביב. היה לי קצת חשוך

We loved the location. Breakfast was brought to our room whenever we requested. It was so good. Dark was very helpful and answered every question we had. On the rooftop bar, the bartender was so friendly and helpful. Our “welcome drink” was free. The appetizers were excellent. After a day of walking miles, the multi-jet jucuzzi was so relaxing. The rooms were very clean , with refrigerators and coffee makers. I can’t say enough. I would stay here again, and HOPE to stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Perfect location for seeing everything and close to lots of restaurants. Staff were exceptional, in particular Hoda, the relationship manager who was truly outstanding and could not do enough for us, available anytime from before we arrived until the end of the stay. All other staff were warm and helpful, in particular Faruq who was very good
