Amazing hotel, visited during low season and basically almost had the entire hotel for ourselves. Beautiful beach, beautiful scenery, clean, huge rooms but the best part was the staff. Everyone was so polite and attentive. A special thank you to Nutty for taking such good care of us! We would definitely come back!

Das Hotel war schön aber die Anreise mit einem offenen Sammeltransporter war unangemessen für ein 4/5 Sterne Hotel. Der Strand ist schön aber unbenutzbar, weil man von Sandfliegen aufgefressen wird. Die Matratze war steinhart.

Very good place with very friendly and helpful staff that always will help you in any matter. Yaya ,Nam and Nutty gave the best service I ever had. The atmosphere and the Location are beautiful. With clean and large rooms with all the facilities you need. Very calm and quiet place to be outside the big cities.

Such a paradise! Everything was perfect from begining to end. We really loved our stay here. Nutty was an amazing host, always available, super efficient and so kind. And a special thank you to Klao and Yaya who took such good care of us. They were always smiling, attentive and honestly so lovely with us. Their kindness was exceptionnal. An absolutely amazing stay at High Season Koh Kood. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful resort and incredible amenities to the wonderful staff who made the whole holiday so special. And Nutty, our butler, was honestly the best we have ever had. She was so attentive, thoughtful and on top of everything that we never had to ask for anything. She genuinely missed nothing and made our stay completely effortless. We couldn’t recommend High Season highly enough and will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at High Season for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so thoughtful and special. We were picked up from the pier and warmly greeted by Nutty, who was absolutely lovely. She was extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our entire stay. The hotel also kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated after travelling. When we arrived at our room, we were so touched to find beautiful honeymoon decorations waiting for us, all arranged complimentary by the hotel. It was such a lovely surprise and made our arrival feel incredibly special. We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Too expensive for the Island, the time and what they provide

Had a wonderful time with polite, friendly staff. The room was huge and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time in the private pool. Breakfast was also delicious. Best of all the beach is one of the best on the island.

This was our third stay at High Season Resort & Spa and it was every bit as wonderful as we remembered. I came with my partner and this time we also brought a friend because we wanted them to experience somewhere that has become really special to us. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. The resort is genuinely paradise. The villas are beautiful, private and peaceful. Waking up surrounded by nature, with the beach just a short walk away, never gets old. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole resort is so well looked after. What makes High Season truly stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Nutty, who looked after us so well and always made us smile. We’d also like to thank Way, Chalee, Pooh, Am, Klao, Frong, Kart, Non and Pancake. Every member of staff we met was kind, professional and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. One thing that really stood out this time was the food. We enjoyed it on previous visits, but it has improved so much. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the quality across the resort was consistently fantastic. High Season has a warmth and charm that keeps bringing us back. I've never had such a fantastic moment. The hotel personnel is professional and polite, with a strong desire to provide excellent service. The rooms are lovely, and the decor is simple yet has an effect due to the natural materials. My wife and I had the most wonderful stay. We loved everything about the hotel and didn't want to leave. The staff are what truly make this hotel so very special. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, way beyond my expectations. I'd like to give a very special mention to Art who served me at the bar and Non who served me in the restaurant. Both of them were exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. However, the shining emerald was Khun Nutty. She was simply fantastic. Her warm smile, very friendly manner and sincere kindness shown to us throughout our stay will last with us forever. She is such an asset to the hotel and I cannot praise her highly enough. Thank you everyone for such a memorable stay but especially Khun Nutty.

Super Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Villen sind super gross und gut eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Kissen. Der Strand ist einer der schönsten in Koh Kood und die Sonnernuntergänge dort sind traumhaft (das bezahlt man aber auch Preis-Leistung in Hauptsaison ?). Im Vergleich zu den anderen teuren Hotels an dem Strand ist es mit Abstand das Beste (von aussen betrachtet) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben eine Flasche Wein geschenkt bekommen und jeden Abend gabs noch eine kleine Süssigkeit aufs Zimmer, darüber habe wir uns sehr gefreut

Ich finde die Farbe vom Pool etwas unglücklich gewählt, es sieht ein bisschen aus als wäre er nicht so sauber was er aber ist. Aktuell ist Nebensaison und es wurde viel gebaut und renoviert, teils in der Villa daneben. Da wird die meiste Zeit am Tag nicht in der Villa verbracht haben, hat es uns aber nicht gross gestört. Wir wurden leider von Mücken und Sandfliegen komplett zerstochen, da kann das Hotel aber natürlich nichts dafür. Dafür gabs Mückenspray umsonst (hat leider nur nix genützt:-)) Das Hotel ist sehr gut, dafür die Preise für Getränke, Essen, Spa/Massagen relativ teuer (Qualität kann ich aber nicht beurteilen, da wir den Spa/Massage nicht genutzt haben) Ich hoffe, dass die Day-Betten/Plattformen der Strandvillen sehr bald erneuert werden. Diese sind in die Jahre gekommen und sahen alles andere als stabil aus. Aber so wie ich das Hotel einschätze wird dies sicher bald erledigt.

Location right by one of the best beaches in Koh Kood with amazing sunsets. Villas are quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had very good selection. Some nice details which is expected for a resort (afternoon cookie, bath salts, etcs.)

The private pool in each villa is nice but it is missing a place to lay down, only chairs are available. Gym is really small. Food provided by the hotel is not that great, they proudly say they have one of the best italian restaurants of the island and the pizza ordered was quite disappointing (similar to a supermarket piadina with toppings) and quite expensive while on the other side of the street there is a restaurant that does real pizzas, neapolitan style. Overall don't think it's worth the price.

Liegen am Poolbereich sowie am Strand sind in die Jahre gekommen. Allgemein sehr teuer, u.a. auch die Massagen. Bei günstigeren Massagesalons sind die Massagen genau so gut.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bilder wunderschön! Es ist alles sehr sauber sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Unterkünfte sind gut Ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage lädt zum verweilen ein. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten sind sensationell! Das Frühstück top! Gästeservice ist ausserordentlich gut! Happyhour an der Strandbar zum Sonnenuntergang einfach nur genial!

- Wlan ist sicher nicht überragend… Für den Alltag reicht es jedoch völlig! - Spaa und Massagen ect ist wirklich überteuert… Man zahlt im Inselvergleich für eine Massage mehr als das doppelte. Die Qualität kann ich nicht beurteilen, da keine Gebucht. - Das Essen und trinken ist auch sehr teuer im Inselvergleich. Man muss aber klar sagen die Küche überzeugt mit Qualität und ist top und die drinks sind wirklich hammermässig!

This is one of the best hotel's that I have stayed at. The beach that the hotel is on is a white sand beach, with a long shallow area with soft waves, making it perfect for children / families. The beach is very clean and not busy, there were a few times we essentially had a private beach during the day as we were the only people there. The beach is accessed from a stunning pool, with plenty of sunbeds (and more beside the beach). The pool was never crowded or busy during our stay as everyone has there own private pool with their room. The pool villa's were immaculate and beautifully designed, the hotel itself is also stunning with a tranquil setting surrounded by stunning nature and thai village touches. All the food we had was superb. From the variety at the breakfast buffet (with views over the sea) to the beach bar and room service was all delicious, we tried items off both the western and thai Menus. The staff were so helpful, thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!

Luxus pur am wunderschönen Traumstrand. Sehr sauber. Waren letztes Jahr schon dort und so begeistert das wir es wieder gebucht haben. Gar nichts zu bemängeln ausser die Moskitos aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

By the time I arrived at High Season, I had already spent 11 nights across various five-star hotels in Thailand. I mention that only to give context for what followed. The experience began before I even landed in Thailand. The team helped me plan the entire journey from my hotel in Koh Chang all the way to their reception desk — and back out to Trat airport on departure. They offered a private speedboat transfer between the islands, which I took. It was expensive, but travelling across open water in close to 40°C heat made it absolutely worth it. They even emailed ahead to let me know people would be waiting at the dock. Small detail, big impact. The greeting on arrival was so genuinely warm that I found myself a little moved. After nearly two weeks of polished but impersonal five-star hospitality, it caught me off guard in the best possible way. I had half-forgotten what I'd booked, so the villa was a genuine surprise. Spacious, beautiful, with a private pool and a real sense of seclusion — not completely hidden from the world, but private enough that it felt like your own space. The beach setting was incredible: peaceful during the day, and then a natural gathering point in the evenings as people came to watch what were genuinely gorgeous sunsets. We were there over Songkran and joined the gala dinner, which was impressive. Breakfast was a real highlight too — lovely spread, beautiful fresh fruit, and all the staples done well. The staff were, across the board, wonderful. A note for pescatarian or vegetarian travellers: much of the food is cooked in fish, and if you have a crustacean allergy it requires careful navigation — though this reflects Thai cuisine broadly rather than anything specific to this hotel. There were a couple of order mix-ups that needed dishes sent back, likely a language barrier rather than anything more, and it didn't detract from the overall experience. So many staff members stood out that I can't name them all, but Peter on the beach made our evening meals a pleasure. The supervisor — I wish I'd caught his name — was exceptional: he sorted our Songkran gala seating with ease and was back on his feet early the next morning as if nothing had happened. After the contrast of our previous hotel, High Season felt like everything a resort should be. Warmly recommended.

Die Villen sind sehr schön. Das Badezimmer ist riesig. Die Anlage ist sehr grün und es hat schönes Vogelgezwitscher. Für den Sonnenuntergang hat die Bar direkt am Strand die perfekte Lage.

Der Strand ist nicht zu beschreiben- so toll!

Drei Punkte: 1/ Leider hat die Natur nicht mitgespielt. Wir wurden von Insekten (vermutlich Sandfliegen) extrem zerbissen. Meine Frau hatte über 60 „Sandfliegen-Stichen“, ich ebenso – was wirklich nicht normal ist. Wir baten die Rezeption, unser Zimmer auszuräuchern, doch dies wurde nicht umgesetzt. Natürlich verstehen wir, dass die Natur nicht kontrollierbar ist, aber in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel sollte das Personal unterstützend eingreifen. Jeden Abend mussten wir pro Person eine Flasche Insektenspray aus der Apotheke verbrauchen, was jedoch keinerlei Wirkung zeigte. Wir waren eine Woche vorher in Koh Chang und da wurden alle Zimmer 3x die Woche ausgeräuchert oder besprüht. 2/ Am Abreisetag baten wir die Rezeption um 11:45 Uhr, unsere Koffer aus dem Zimmer zu holen. Um 11:30 Uhr rief die Rezeption an und fragte nach Hilfe mit den Koffern – wir wiederholten unsere Bitte für 11:45 Uhr. Wir warteten bis 11:56 Uhr (da unser Taxi um 12:00 Uhr zum Pier fuhr), doch niemand erschien. In der Hektik kann so etwas passieren, aber als ich mit den Koffern an der Rezeption vorbeiging, wurde ich überheblich angeschaut und keinerlei Hilfe angeboten. 3/ am einem Tag bemerkten wir Gäste, die nicht Hotelgäste waren. Sie haben sich zwischen Hotelgäste reingemischt und gemütlich die Liegestühle auf der Strand genutzt. Da haben wir Personal aufmerksam gemacht. Wir verstehen - dass es erlaubt ist (als externe Gast) ein Getränk oder Abendessen am Tisch am Strand zu genießen, aber das war wieder eine Situation wo wir bemerkt haben - es sollte mehr Kontrolle über Hotel-Gäste und externe Gäste geben. Immer hin - wir bezahlen ja für einen *****Urlaub und möchten nicht Polizei spielen. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich traumhaft. Das Personal bemüht sich, erreicht jedoch nicht den Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Natürlich betrifft dies nicht alle Mitarbeiter, aber für den Preis sollten auch solche „Kleinigkeiten“ zuverlässig erledigt werden.

We stayed at High Season Pool Villas in March as a family of four with our two children aged 1 and 3, and we had the most amazing time from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway, while still being convenient for exploring the island. The whole resort has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere, with a real sense of luxury without ever feeling overcrowded. Our villa was stunning, spacious, stylish, and ideal for travelling with young children. Every villa has its own private pool was a huge highlight and gave us so much flexibility as a family. Everything was spotless throughout our stay, from the villa itself to the grounds, and it was clear the cleanliness standards are extremely high. The resort was wonderfully quiet, providing a truly relaxing stay in paradise. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and always happy to help, and they were especially lovely with our children which made the trip even more special. The amenities were fantastic and really added to the experience, making everything feel easy, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff are so attentive, they organised a private driver for us for the afternoon, we got a letter the night before we left to check on our plans and pick up for the next day. They made sure our boat and onward travel was all confirmed for us. The breakfast was beautiful every morning, serviced drinks to your table, your own juices and smoothies made whatever your request, eggs counter, chilled room with beautiful fruits, meats, cheeses. All enjoyed with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. We also enjoyed all our lunches and dinners in the resort as the food was so delicious. Considering the quality of the accommodation, service, and overall experience, we felt it was excellent value for money. We made such special family memories here and would absolutely love to return. This is the best accomodation on Koh Kood, really feels like paradise. Probably the best beach in Thailand, I have traveled a lot and only Seychelles have better beaches than here. Villas have everything you could wish for, very spacious and comfortable Staff is nice and very good cleaning, always plenty of towels Even in high season it never feels crowded, plenty of space for everyone at the beach/by the pool and the villas are private and quiet

The breakfast buffet is not great The cocktails at the beach bar are pretty bad, but it's the same in all the bars on Klong Chao, better stick to beer and fresh coconuts

Ein wunderschönes Resort zum Entspannen und sich verwöhnen lassen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war toll, es gab wirklich eine große Auswahl an speisen und Getränken. Die Abende an der Strandbar waren der Höhepunkt des Tages, denn man konnte von dort den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Der Strand ist auch einfach nur traumhaft, so wie die ganze Anlage!

Our stay at High Season Pool Villa & Spa was something quite special. The setting is genuinely beautiful - spacious private villas, each with its own pool, set within an atmosphere of calm that feels like a true retreat. Evenings on the beach, barefoot in the soft white sand, watching the sunset, were a highlight of our time there. What really stayed with us, though, was the warmth of the people. The hospitality felt generous and natural rather than formal. During Songkran in particular, the water celebrations created a sense of ease and connection between staff and guests - for a while, it felt less like a hotel and more like a small community. A special thank you to Nutty, who was consistently attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay. It’s clear why she is so often mentioned - she made a real difference to the experience. A very special place, and one we’ll remember for a long time.

Tout. Nous avons eu un souci de santé avec un enfant qui a du être rapatrié sur le continent pendant 3 jours. Le personnel a été très attentif à nous (accompagnement à la 1ere clinique, fleurs à l’hôpital, etc…) vraiment au top !

Villa: unsere Villa war wirklich privat, wir sind froh eine kleine Variante gebucht zu haben, da die größeren nicht ganz so privat waren Spa-Bereich: ich hatte eine ganz tolle Behandlung und kann diese plus die Atmosphäre vor Ort nur weiterempfehlen Anlage: die ganze Anlage war tropisch und grün gestaltet- wirklich toll Personal: wirklich sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, besonders beim Frühstück und im Spa Frühstück: tolle Auswahl, sehr tolle Qualität der gekochten Speisen, tolle Eierstation und Getränkeangebot Roomservice: tolles Angebot und leckeres Essen Geburtstag: anlässlich meines 30. Geburtstag gab es eine kostenlose leckere Torte

Frühstück: ich hätte mir mehr frische Backwaren gewünscht, besonders die Croissants Villa: Dusche ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Abfluss verschmutzt, Fenster in der Dusche kaputt Als wir ankamen hatte die Villa einen tollen Duft, welcher am ersten Tag aufrecht erhalten wurde, an den weiteren Tagen nur noch morgens, meist gegen Nachmittag fing das Bad an unangenehm aus den Abflüssen zu riechen Wir hätten uns im Außenbereich eine bequemere Sitzvariante gewünscht Strandbereich: man merkt, dass das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, ich hätte hier moderne Liegen/Barbereich erwartet, zudem gab es wenig Möglichkeiten im Schatten zu liegen

Best location and very good standard compared to other options in the area. The breakfast staff was amazing. The rooms are big and you have your own little bungalow with a lot of privacy. It’s nice to have a gym as well.

It’s overpriced due to high demand of a good hotel in the area, and it gives you the feeling that they take advantage of it. The pricing is not very flexible if you want to extend your stay - no discounts. And the island was more or less empty. The breakfast buffet in the morning has a lot of small fruit flies which is not nice for an expensive hotel.

Amazing villa. Our stay at this villa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable interior design, every detail was carefully curated for comfort. Also, the staff “Nutty” making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das tolle Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Pool-Villen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt.

We had a truly wonderful stay. What stood out the most was the staff - absolutely exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. It really felt like next-level hospitality. The location is, in our opinion, one of the best in Koh Kood. Our villa was perfectly positioned, offering both privacy and truly beautiful surroundings. The entire property is immersed in lush greenery, with very well-kept gardens that make the atmosphere feel peaceful and special. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

While the property is stunning, it does show signs of needing maintenance. Our villa, although beautiful, would benefit from some repairs and small fixes here and there. That said, we understand the hotel will soon be closing for renovation, which will likely address these points.

Zeer vriendelijke personeel. Ze proberen je echt naar de zin te maken vooral de personeel bij het ontbijt. Khun Noi (GM) heeft ons heel goed ontvangen. Wat een hospitaliteit! Dank je wel🙏. Bedankt นุ้ย, หมีพู, ลิน, นน, พลอย, ไม้ (sap),วัน, nutty. Jullie hebben ook voor gezorgd dat wij een fijne tijd hebben gehad op Koh Kood.

Oud gedateerd kamer! De kamers hebben echt een renovatie nodig. Vooral de airco! We hebben 8 nachten geslapen met oordopjes!

Super Lage, sehr schöne Anlage, perfekter Strand!

Villa was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. We also loved the spa massages, the beach and pool, the breakfast buffet (and mimosas!), and the Birds Nest dinner was a perfect ending to our trip. Happy hour from 5-7pm was great as cocktails were a bit pricey. Staff were all very friendly, and we especially loved Nutty and Chelsea!

There were issues with our spa reservations (booked in advance by email) not being noted, but we were able to book another day/time easily!

De fitness is erg klein met weinig apparaten en de service was soms erg traag.

Hôtel absolument paradisiaque, une végétation incroyable, les villas avec piscine privée sont somptueuses, très bonne literie. Le personnel est plus qu'adorable, tout le monde est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. La plage de l'hôtel est une carte postale, les sunset et l'happy hour sont au top. Location de scooter sur place 300 baths par jour ce qui facilite les démarches mais reste indispensable pour se déplacer dans l'île. l'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé dans l'île, pour moi le meilleur endroit même si c'est un coût celà en vaut vraiment la peine, notre séjour restera inoubliable, merci à toute l'équipe du High season

Rien, tout était parfait... Peut être les rangements dans la chambre qui ne sont pas très pratiques et pas suffisants mais cela ne nous a en rien dérangé Et dommage les deux derniers soirs nous n'avons pas eu la préparation de la villa pour la nuit

Tout. Personnel très attentioné, service A1, excellent menu, buffet déjeuner impeccable. Une des plus belles plages de Thailande! Aménagement du site incroyable. Les villas sont magnifiques. Activités gratuites (kayak, boxe, yoga).

The location is excellent

I feel that the cost does not match quality. No pads on the sun loungers, lack of umbrellas, no nice touches that some hotels of this cost offer - drinking water around the pool, fruit etc. Food in restaurant in an evening was not good, we were a large group of 10 but we were the only people in there. However, the room and location is excellent.

La piscine est très grande mais les traces d’algues vertes à proximité des buses de refoulement montrent un défaut de traitement de l’eau. J’ai demandé de la mangue au petit déjeuner, on m’a répondu que c’était en supplément à 6,80€ ! Pour une chambre, avec petit déjeuner, pour laquelle on paye plus de 300€ la nuit, je trouve que c’est quand même abuser. Nous avons donc décidé de ne plus prendre aucun repas à l’hôtel. Sans traitement insecticide autour de la piscine nous avons été piqués par de nombreux insectes minuscules. Les espaces verts ne sont pas très bien entretenus.

Härlig strandbar/restaurang! Åt många riktigt goda middagar på stranden och såg fantastiska solnedgångar! Bra städning varje dag. Bra frukost, framförallt trevligt med färskpressad juice varje morgon. Hotellet har stor potential men lång väg kvar för att bli så bra som vi trodde att det skulle vara…

Vi hade nog för höga förväntningar på hotellet. Första villan vi fick hade väldigt mycket insyn och extremt mycket mygg.. Den hade bara en låg ”häck” som insynsskydd. Vi bad om att vi byta villa och den nya villan var avsevärt mycket bättre, den hade ett plank runt, därav ingen insyn. Planket i sig var dock halvruttet och såg riktigt slitet och trist ut. Säkert toppen att bo på det här hotellet 2-3 dagar, men när man bor en längre period ser man alla brister - rätt dålig service (även om vissa i personalen var otroliga - tex Momay och Lek housekeeping, Art och Non på frukosten). Vi fick ofta bemötandet att saker och ting inte gick att fixa - allt från att vi ville ha extra handdukar till att vi ville beställa champagne till rummet. Hotellet behöver renoveras på sina håll, vissa delar är riktigt eftersatt i underhåll. Trallen i villan var ful och tom. rutten på vissa ställen - vår dotter klev igenom trallen och klev på en rostig skruv. Detta åtgärdades dock relativt snabbt efter incidenten. Det hade även varit trevligt med lite dynor vid sitt poolområde. Hotellet kompenserade oss för incidenten med att bjuda på transfer till Trat flygplats, det var gulligt och bra fixat. Dock uttryckte vi vårt ”missnöje” ödmjukt flera gånger under vistelsen och ingenting gjordes förrän timmen innan vi skulle åka. Som sagt, vi hade högre förväntningar på det här hotellet.

Als erstes ist die besondere Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des gesamten Personals zu nennen. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. - Lage am wunderschönen Strand - die gesamte Gartenanlage ist schön gestaltet und wird liebevoll gepflegt - Die Vollen fügen sich perfekt in den Garten ein und sind schön eingerichtet - Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen - gute Speisen und Getränke im Beachrestaurant (etwas teurer aber sehr gute Qualität) - grandioser Sonnenuntergang Also es war einfach alles toll und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Hier gibt es nichts zu nennen.
