Szép tiszta szállás, erkély a parkra nézett így nagyon csendes volt. A reggeli finom és a személyzet kedves.

Lift nincs a bőröndöt nehéz volt felvinni a negyedik emeletre.

Sehr große Zimmer, es war sehr sauber. Badezimmer auch recht groß und es gab eine Absatz, sodass das Duschwasser nicht den ganzen Raum flutet. Kostenlose Strand Handtücher sind sehr gut!

Die Lage ist schon recht weit vom Strand weg. Frühstück war ok, aber schon etwas mager. Es gibt keinen Landry Service, das fanden wir schade, aber nebenan ist eine Wäscherei, da haben wir dann gewaschen.

This is our 3rd stay at this place. First time was in 2019 - and we really liked it: simple, but very clean and cozy rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, all the necessary facilities and conveniences are provided - beach towels, umbrellas, motorbike helmets… Rooms with garden view are especially good. You can see the greenery from your balcony and hear the birds singing. There is also a cafe with very tasty food. All the meals and dishes are very delicious. The hotel also has a nice lobby. Massage salons and laundry are nearby - just the next door. A 10 minute walk to the beach. We recommend this place to all our friends, and they came several times too :) it’s great value for money and quality Hope one day we will be back again :) Thanks for welcoming us and making our stay in Karon Living Room amazing!

Nothing :) P.S. Maybe if there was a small swimming pool, that would be great. However, who needs the pool when the sea is in a 10 minute walk?))

Kõige silmapaistvam oli personal. Asukoht oli imehea, palju poode oli lähedal, natukene lärmakas. Hommikusöök ületas ootuseid.

Большая,чистая комната. Вежливый персонал. Завтраки-достаточно чтобы начать день,несколько блюд на выбор. Персонал очень внимателен. Можно взять полотенца для моря и циновку. Обязательно берите номер во-двор,со стороны моря,иначе будет шум с улицы.

Месторасположение-недалеко от моря-15 мин пешком но нужно идти вдоль дороги без тротуара. Горячая вода только в душе,в ванной и умывальнике нет горячей воды.

Le problème récurrent de la douche avec leur système de ballon d'eau chaude. Quand au réparateur il était trés impoli, j'ai dû le remettre à sa place.

Aircondition virkede sparsomt, så der var mega varmt på værelset selv om den var tændt

Zimmer zur Strasse war eher laut. Weg zum Strand entlang der Hauptstrasse aber nicht sehr weit. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Camera spaziosissima con un piccolo balconcino dotato di stendino molto utile. Posizione perfetta a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, su una via piena di ristoranti e qualsiasi cosa necessaria. Proprio accanto c'è anche una lavanderia automatica che lo rende ancora più confortevole. Colazione ok, fanno scegliere tra diversi menù, ma menzione speciale allo staff che è stato veramente gentile.

Un po' rumoroso di notte ma non mi sento nemmeno di dare la colpa all'hotel dato che Phuket è una meta molto amata per "fare festa" e probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati noi a trovare dei vicini di camera un po' maleducati.

Sehr gut wir hatten Glück und haben das Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Also war schon noch eine Entfernung weg aber trotzdem schön. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit großem Bett und großem bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann da auch sehr gut morgens essen und Kaffee trinken.

Das Bett war leicht hart.

L'insonorisation de la porte du balcon qui est inexistante. Le bruit incessant de la chaussée. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont indispensables pour dormir.

The hotel is missing a lift and we have to carry our bags by ourselves over stairs to rooms.

Funcionários muito simpáticos. Desde o check-in até ao check-out. Permitiram-nos guardar as malas e usar o balneário para tomar banho, mesmo após check-out. Quarto muito confortável.

O pequeno almoço apenas tinha opções de sets e não buffet.

Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. L’hôtel est très bien placé et la chambre propre. Les plats du restaurant sont copieux et très goûteux.

La chambre donnait sur la rue et celle ci est très bruyante car c’est la rue principale. Beaucoup de circulation jour et nuit. C’est le seul bémol. Le conseil serait de demander une chambre côté jardin.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay: a spacious and quiet room with a garden view (I recommend choosing this option, as rooms facing the street may be noisy due to traffic), very friendly and polite staff, and about a 15-minute walk to Karon Beach. The hotel building has a massage salon and a self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There’s also a café on the ground floor with good coffee and large, filling breakfasts. Beach towels are provided at the reception, which is a big plus. A large 7/11 is just a 2-minute walk away, as well as an excellent café, Mama Jin Restaurant, we often had lunch and dinner there; compared to other places, the food was really tasty and budget-friendly.

There were a few small things we noticed. I deducted just one point because overall everything was good for this price range: 1) Average cleaning. When we checked in, there were dried mushrooms (legal ones) left in the fridge from previous guests, and the smell was quite strong, though it aired out quickly. 2) It was a bit dusty, especially behind the bathroom door, and it seemed like the toilet seat lid wasn’t cleaned properly. During daily cleaning, it felt like the floor wasn’t vacuumed or washed. So while the room was generally clean, some details stood out. 3) Weak water pressure in the shower, and the showerhead was fixed in an awkward position. 4) No mosquito screens. However, I noticed this is common in other hotels we stayed at as well. A mosquito repellent helped, as we slept with the window open at night. Overall, a very solid option for the price.

Красивый отель, номер чистый и уютный. Вкусный завтрак, стол не шведский, но выбор есть. Они предлагают выбрать из четырёх как бы комплексных завтрака. Рядом с отелем небольшая парковка.

До моря идти примерно километр. Рядом с отелем оживлённая дорога, от которой бывает шумно даже ночью.

Non è come nelle foto .. il letto è più basso, camera abbastanza rumorosa tra il frigo e le pareti sottili che lasciano trasparire i rumori dei vicini.

Clean big room with comfortable bed and a good AC. It's a bit loud from the street, but it's okay. Location is good, with a motorbike you can get anywhere easily or you walk 10 minutes down the street to the beach. Service is great, great breakfast and snacks. Motorbike rental is available.

Все было классно, отель выше заявленной оценки. Прекрасные завтраки, номера убирают регулярно. Прекрасный и отзывчивый персонал.

Le due rampe di scale da fare con valige

Molto ampie le camere e buona accoglienza e gentilezza del personale.

La camera si trovava lato strada e la sera fino a tardi e la mattina già presto c'è molto rumore delle macchine che passano, non è per nulla insonorizzata. La colazione non è a buffet ma con scelta e quantità stabilite.

Очень чистый и уютный небольшой отель, с прекрасным собственным ресторанчиком внизу и отличным персоналом! Отличный выбор для одного или для двоих. У входа своя небольшая парковка для байков и машин.

Algo bueno, es la ubicacion, todo el resto no es muy bueno, por los precios que se pagan en Phuket.... Mmm talvez se encuentren mejores.

El staff era muy pesado, solo te pasan una llave siendo que nueatra pieza era de a 3... Podrian sacar mas de una copia y dar una por persona, la excusa era que solo tenian una llave , sin sentido. Las camas son Durisimas, si bien nuestra habitacion era de 3 singles, pedimos que si podian cambiar a una matrimonial y una single y nos dijeron que no ( muy mala disposición). Todo era muy antiguo, no habia ascensores y habia que subir todos los dias 4 pisos. El frigobar no funcionaba. Te ponen una lista que te cobran por TODO, llega a dar miedo porque no hacen un inventario y teniamos algunas luces / lamparas/ refigerador sin funcionar y no sabiamos si los iban a cobrar o no.

Property facing a road with many cars passing day and night. Lots of Russian guests smoking and drinking right in from of the entrance, the smell of smoke in the breakfast are just next to it. Also the mattress of the bed was not the best
